To the use of "Chlorhexidine", like any other medication, there are a number of contraindications:

1. Individual intolerance to components (including allergic reactions in history).
2. Increased sensitivity of the mucous membrane.
3. Children's age (up to 7 years).
4. Pregnancy period.
5. Inability to coordinate the act of swallowing (disorders of the central nervous system).
6. Use of other antiseptics, soaps.
