Biscuit cake in sour cream jelly differs in taste and calorie content, but sometimes you can afford it. To prepare a dessert, you need to stock up on the following products:

  • 3 eggs
  • half a glass of flour
  • glass of sand
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 400 ml sour cream 20% fat
  • gelatin
  • one banana
  • Strawberry
  • vanilla sugar
  • half a glass of sugar and water for syrup
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice

Cooking:

  • First you need to make a biscuit, for which you drive eggs into a bowl, pour salt and start mixing with a mixer, adding sugar in portions (half a glass), until the mixture turns white and rises. Sprinkle the mixture with flour and mix gently.
  • Take a detachable form, coat it with oil and sprinkle with flour, pour the blank for it and level it, then place it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The readiness of the cake should be checked with a match.
  • Cool the finished cake and cut into 2 layers - you only need its lower part, and you can just eat the rest.
  • While the cake is cooling, you can boil the syrup, for which pour half a glass of water into the dishes, when it boils, pour half a glass of sugar into it and stirring, wait until the bulk ingredient disappears completely.
  • Pour lemon juice into the cooled syrup and soak the cake with this syrup.
  • Place gelatin in cold water to swell. Then cut the banana and any fruit arbitrarily.
  • Beat sour cream together with sugar and vanilla, at the end carefully add gelatin dissolved in a water bath, which should have cooled down and mix everything with a spoon.
  • Pour the resulting mass on the cake soaked in syrup and smooth.

You can decorate with beautifully chopped strawberries, filled with fruit jelly. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set the jelly.
