Treatment of diabetes mellitus with Chinese medicine is a combination of modern and traditional methods. Diabetes mellitus - treatment in Chinese

Eastern practices attach importance to diseases associated with blood counts, because not only fluid circulates in the body, but also energy.

The well-known Qigong bodily technique for type 2 diabetes is considered very effective, since the functions of the pancreas are restored by acupressure. In addition, dynamic exercises help to eliminate the original causes of the disease, for example, overweight body and cardiovascular disease.

Zhong Yuan Qigong

In this practice, popularized in Russia by Xu Mingtang, there are many full methods cure diabetes mellitus by balancing breathing, circulation of Qi energy and acupressure.

Daoyin

This technique consists of three exercises in a standing position. it dynamic massage internal organs for better movement qi energy in the body, regulation of the stomach, spleen and endocrine glands. Exercise strengthens the immune system and speeds up metabolism.

Relaxing technique

Take a free position and relax. Hands down, feet shoulder-width apart, gaze fixed in front of you. Open your lips a little, relax your tongue. Try to focus your eyes and all attention on some thing ahead. Get rid of unnecessary thoughts, think only that you will practice Qigong.

Count to yourself to 108.

Technique “Immersion of the dragon in the sea”

Raise your arms in front of you, palms facing each other. Move slowly, starting lifting the limbs from the hands. Focus on the raised thumbs and forefingers. Breathe in. Your arms will be at shoulder level when you sit down a little at the knees and completely relax your torso.

You need to take your elbows behind you and lower your hands down with your fingers along your chest and stomach. In this case, you need to focus on the fingertips. Then exhale, and when the hands drop to the knees, take the starting position.

Repeat 36 times.

Exercise “Unloading 3 heaters”

Raise your arms slowly and easily, focusing on the back of your hands. Breathe in. When the hands are at shoulder level, turn them palms up and exhale. At the same time, try with an effort to rest your lower limbs on the ground and begin to make oscillatory movements with your body.

The upper and lower parts of the body should be directed in different directions, and the abdominal muscles will move up and down. Then the palms unfold, and you imagine how you capture the flow of Qi. Send this energy to the top of your head.

To do this, while inhaling, the hands are laid one on top of the other (if you are a lady, put your left palm on your right, and vice versa) and placed on the BaiHui point on the crown. The palms descend along the front of the body down, barely touching the nose and lips. Lower your elbows, release tension from the center chest. You absorb the new flow of Qi and send it to your belly. When the palms touch the chest, the legs should be bent at the knees.

You squat down and bring the energy down in this way. Having reached the stomach with your hands, you need to turn your palm down, sending Qi into the depths of the earth. Raise your arms and straighten up.

Do all the movements twice more.

Methodology “Christening at rest”

The current practice is done in complete peace, in a sitting position. It includes 4 techniques aimed at regulating breathing and activating certain acupuncture points.

First comes the regulation of breathing with the help of the Dan Tian point.

Sit on a chair, put your palms on top of each other and place on the navel. The back is straight, the gaze is straight, the eyelids are lowered. Relax. Now set the breath, in which the stomach will gradually grow as you inhale, and relax as you exhale. You breathe slowly, calmly, deeply and long. Don't rush this process.

At the end, you need to focus on the Shen Que point, which is three fingers below the navel. Visualize how the Chi energy entering the body with inhalation flows through all organs. Repeat 36 times.

Exercise “3 rotations + 9 rotations” (“Rotation of the Great Limit”)

In the previous posture, begin to visualize how the abdominal cavity is transformed into a ball of the Great Limit. You must conduct the Qi energy along one of the three routes of your body, thereby carrying out a dynamic massage of the internal systems of the body:

  • On exhalation, energy comes from solar plexus(Point ZhongWan) along the front central part abdominal cavity. It is necessary to get to the Zhongji area (the point of the reproductive system), inhale and send energy in the opposite direction through the back. Repeat 9 times on each side.
  • You can also exhale Qi from ZhongWan to the left and down, making rotational movements. The center of the circle will be at the navel - the point of ShenQue. When you reach the groin, inhale, bring the energy up to the right. Repeat 9 times clockwise and counterclockwise.
  • The extreme route involves exhaling Qi from the navel to the right, observing the hourly circle. You need to reach the Ming Men point - the zone on the back near the coccyx, and then inhale and move on. Repeat 9 times in different directions.

All these routes must be passed consistently and smoothly, without taking breaks between inhalations and exhalations.

The third breathing technique is clearing energy channels through acupressure

Take a seated posture on a flat surface. You can sit on a chair or on the floor in the lotus position. First, cross the index and middle fingers and simultaneously press on the ZhongWan (above the navel) and Guanyuan (below the navel at the level of the female ovaries) points. After that, they take three breaths and exhale and count up to 360. Tianshu points (on the side of the navel) are activated with the thumbs, and the Shuidao points (in the lower abdomen) with the middle fingers. Next - the regulation of breathing and the transition to other points.

Then the thumb and middle fingers are lowered to the lower leg and pressed on Yin-Ling-Quan and Zu-San-Li, respectively. Three inhalations and exhalations, counting up to 360 and activation of the points on the ankle with the same fingers - San-Yin-Jiao and Xuan-Zhong. After the respiratory cycles, a transition is made to extreme points- Yong Quan (on the back of the foot) and Xiangu (on the outer part of the foot). After counting up to 360, you need to move on to the massage of the main meridians - Ren-Mai and Du-Mai.

The first channel is massaged in turn with the palms, and the second - with the ribs of the palms. Massage is done 16 times in the forward and reverse directions until you feel warm. If you have back problems, it is best to do this exercise with outside help.

  • “Chesting at rest” ends with the same exercise that was performed at the beginning, i.e. respiratory regulation due to Dan Tien.

Auxiliary set of exercises

This category of qigong movements includes simple massage practices: rubbing the hands, rubbing the face and eyes, touching the neck, warming up the lower back and abdomen, swinging the knees, clapping the palms. The active swallowing of saliva called “The Red Dragon Muds the Water” complements the practice well.

You just need to rotate the tongue touching the palate and collect saliva, and then rinse your mouth with it 36 times and swallow loudly in three sets. Shaking the limbs or the whole body at rest for 1-2 minutes also helps.

Charging qigong with diabetes

This practice is aimed at harmonizing breathing with human movements, which releases Qi energy blocked in the channels and improves well-being. Before starting gymnastics, close your eyelids, take 5 deep and not constrained breaths.

  • Spread your feet shoulder-width apart, without bending your knees or straining them. All muscles should be relaxed. The back arches, then straightens, while the coccyx is strongly drawn inward. Then return to the starting position.
  • Tilt your torso, dangling your arms, but without bending your knees. The feet are pressed to the ground. If the head begins to spin, you need to lean your palms on the table, forming a single line with your spine and hands. Inhale, slowly start lifting the body, raising your arms in front. The exercise ends when the body moves back a little.
  • Start reaching up, stretching your spine. In this case, the elbows are bent, and the index and thumb fingers touch above the crown. In this position, take a couple of breathing cycles and with the next breath, slowly straighten up, leaving your hands above the crown.
  • As you exhale, slowly begin to lower your arms to the sides. When they are at chest level, stop, relax your shoulders, check the evenness of your back. Lower your limbs completely.

Zhonghua practice

This qigong system is relatively modern in China, and is dedicated to nurturing life and raising the intellect. To combat diabetes, this technique uses several secrets:

  1. A Qigong master is a good therapist who is able to charge water with his own Qi energy. Such a healing liquid must be drunk to restore health every day.
  2. Zhonghua specialists can also conduct contact bioenergetic massage. The therapist focuses on the desire to cure the client by lowering the sugar level and begins to remove painful energy from the kidneys, pancreas, lower abdomen with the palms.
  3. On their own, adherents of this Qigong school can do the kidney lifting exercise, which improves urine counts. You need to take a standing or lying position, relax. On inspiration, it is necessary to compress the anus and at the same time raise the kidneys. It is useful to visualize how the anus is drawn into the Shen Que point near the navel. Then comes a second breath holding and a soft exhalation with a return to the starting position. You can perform this exercise at any time of the day, but not less than half an hour.

Complex technique “Internal feeding + 6 hieroglyphs”

These exercises are performed twice a day, after waking up and before going to bed, for half an hour. Sit or take a standing position, adjusting your natural breathing. Gradually move on to inhalations and exhalations with the participation of the abdomen and a slight delay in breathing. As you inhale, mentally say “I” and touch the upper palate with your tongue. At the moment of pause, leave the tongue there and say “Already”, then as you exhale, relax the muscles of the tongue and say “Calm” to yourself. If you have a high fever, then exhale long and inhale short.

As for the technique of six hieroglyphs, its essence is in 36 respiratory cycles. To restore lung function, you need to sound the character Si, the activity of the spleen is regulated by the sound Hu, and the functions of the kidneys are strengthened by the syllable Chui. In the first two cases, the concentration of consciousness should be directed to a point below the navel, and in the last - to the area in the perineum.

Quiet sitting

This qigong practice has three parts. It is performed in a quiet corner 3-4 times a day. The exercises last for general measure no more than 40 minutes. It is most effective to contact technology from 11 am to 1 am, as well as from 3 to 5 am.

  • First you need to adjust the body. To do this, sit down and cross your legs in front of you. Left hand covered with the right hand. The hands lie on the lower half of the abdomen, then decrease to the hips. Shake your body 7-8 times to the sides, and then straighten up, open your lips and, as you exhale, imagine that the dirty Qi energy accumulated in the center of the abdomen is leaving you. The tongue touches the upper palate, you breathe through your mouth and nose, collecting a light flow of energy from 3 to 7 times. Then you need to lift your eyelids, open your mouth and sit exactly for a while. For 10 times, spit out the hot Chi energy again, then sway your torso and move your shoulders, head, and neck separately. Limbs straighten, you rub your thumbs together. Rub your eyelids, nose, ears with these fingers, then stroke your head, chest, stomach, back, arms and legs. Make a few claps.
  • Then you just need to breathe, trying to observe the equality of inhalations and exhalations in time. To get rid of unnecessary thoughts at the time of practice, you need to concentrate on the lower abdomen. You calm down, but do not fall asleep. If you still feel sleepy, focus on the tip of your nose and count your inhalations and exhalations.

True Energy Movement

Only a patient person can master this technique, who knows how to work out movements gradually, while maintaining natural flexibility and grace in actions. To master the technique, you need to practice it as often as possible.

  1. Focus not on the outside world, but on the tip of your nose. Close your eyelids and listen to the air coming out of your lungs. Exhale as you bring your attention to your heart. Breathe freely. Repeat the exercise for 20 minutes to build up true Qi in the heart muscle. Do this three times a day.
  2. When you feel warmth in your heart, lengthen your exhalation. Slowly conduct heat to the Dan Tien point in the abdomen. Do not do it sudden movements and do not rush /, taking half an hour to practice. Repeat three times a day.
  3. Gradually move on to the stage of focusing on the Dan Tien area. At the same time, you already release your breath into free flight and do not follow it. Contemplate a point in the lower half of the abdomen, without straining, for 30-40 minutes, three times a day.
  4. When the Chi energy reaches the desired concentration at the Dan Tien point, it will rise up along the spine. This movement must be accompanied by thought, without being distracted by specific parts of the body. If there are stops on the way of energy, there is no need to make efforts for further movement, because the process should be as natural as possible. However, if Qi freezes in the area of the Yu-Zhen point, you just need to mentally look at your crown. This exercise can take up to an hour.

What other qigong exercises are needed for diabetes?

Lumbar self-massage

You just need to put your hands on the belt so that the area between the thumb and forefinger on the back is pointing down. Rub the kidney area at least 200 times, moving from top to bottom.

Sinbugong or Qigong in motion

The easiest version of this practice is to do various exercises for 200 slow steps. Then the distance is gradually increased.

qigong lying down

Here you need to use exercises to relax individual parts of the body in a position on the back, as well as the technique of focusing attention on the Dan Tien point. You can also move the Qi energy between the Shan-Zhong and Yun-Quan points in the side pose.

Exercises in the “pillar” position

This technique is also called high stance qigong. In the Shi-Duan-Jin complex, for example, there are 10 movements. In particular, they imitate pushing the sky with their palms, picking fruit from trees. wave building process. The patient is invited to bend in all directions, rotate the knees with the hands, squat down easily, while raising his hands in front of him.

Also, the set of exercises includes pushing the fists out of the position of the rider, swinging the lower limbs.

A mixture of Qigong and Tai Chi in the complex “Great Ultimate in 18 forms”

All exercises are done smoothly and without pauses. This technique includes synchronous bending of the legs and raising the arms with relaxed breathing, swaying the body, turning the torso in the lower back, imitation of raking clouds with the palms.

There are also movements such as:

  • “Reversal of the scroll”, “Rowing in a boat on the lake”,
  • "Raise the ball with one hand",
  • “Turn with a look at the moon”,
  • "Fishing in the Sea"
  • "Help the surf",
  • "Pigeon",
  • "Swan Flight"
  • "Flywheel rotation".

Most of the exercises are performed in the rider position.

“10 pieces of brocade”

Qigong complex for lying or standing poses. This includes very simple movements, similar to meditative ones. If you find it difficult to stand, then lying exercises include turns of the neck, rotation of the hands, raising the arms, spreading the palms along with rotations of the head, lumbar tilts.

Also, the technique involves sliding the palms along the chest and stomach, imitation of millstones with hands, massage of the lower back and ribs, turns and bending of the legs. The standing version of the exercises coincides with the movements of Qigong in the pillar pose.

Qigong exercises are necessary for patients with diabetes, as they increase the susceptibility of cells to insulin. Regular exercise speeds up the metabolism, so that glucose is absorbed by muscle tissues faster and blood sugar levels move to low levels. If the disease is accompanied by a set excess weight, then Qigong will help to reduce body weight and at the same time restore insulin acceptors in fatty cell membranes.

It should be borne in mind that after practice, the dose of anti-diabetic drugs should be reduced. At the same time, the masters do not recommend exercising after taking the funds, when insulin is as active as possible. In particular, at 11 o'clock in the morning, qigong practice is not performed precisely for the reason increased functioning insulin. If the disease, despite the classes, continues to progress and acquire complications, it is better to suspend the sessions so as not to provoke physical activity coma.

Qigong in type 2 diabetes effectively affects early stages disease, as well as in advanced forms of the disease.

Refer to this practice even if you cannot get out of bed, because Chinese masters over the centuries have developed many different techniques that do not require special skill and physical training. Most importantly, do not forget to believe in success and stick to a specific category of Qigong exercises after your choice.

Oriental healing traditions often differ from Western methods, as they are focused on a combination of ancestral wisdom and fresh innovations.

As Chinese medicine teaches, treating diabetes doesn't have to be about diets and pills, it's about having an impactful experience. folk remedies. The knowledge of the masters of body and manual therapy, modern methods diagnostics, and affordable prices and short treatment times attract patients from all over the world.

Types of diabetes treatment in China

For most of their patients, Eastern doctors apply A complex approach, trying to take into account all the individual characteristics of both the body and the human psyche. In the process of studying each case, professionals refer to the classification of 15 types of deformations carbohydrate metabolism. This helps to accurately determine the cause of diabetes, which means that it can also be eliminated in a short time.

Despite the use the best medicines new generation, Chinese medicine prefers the following traditional oriental techniques:

Acupuncture and acupressure

This should include the popular acupuncture - Zhen-Jiu-Therapy, as well as acupressure of key human reflex zones. Consistent and regular exposure to the right parts of the body improves the metabolism in the body and the condition of the pancreas in the development of diabetes.

At the same time, the mechanism of self-recovery is launched in a person. Impact on local nerve regions also stabilizes good nutrition fabrics.

aromatherapy

Usage essential oils helps not only to raise the overall tone of the body, but also significantly strengthen the nervous system, which often suffers from complications after diabetes. In Tibetan centers that pay attention to the mental beginning of a person, massage is actively used using aromatic oils for removal pain symptoms and acceleration of metabolism.

Phytotherapy

Application of Chinese flora to create natural medicines, as well as tinctures and decoctions, it is very important for those who seek to regulate the level of sugar in their body. natural medicines help stabilize metabolism, reduce body weight, besides, they have no absolute contraindications.

They are especially helpful herbal infusions with type 2 diabetes, because the active alkaloids in their composition are identical in strength to chemical preparations.

Massage

In China, not only the acupressure practice is popular, but also massage with bamboo sticks or brooms. This technique speeds up regeneration skin, strengthens muscle tone, relieves stress and improves sleep. still exists classical massage taking into account the placement of energy meridians in the human body.

Some patients are prescribed massage with a Gua Sha scraper to improve blood circulation and lymph flow. Some clinics also turn to Japanese techniques - Shiatsu acupressure.

Mantras

To restore the harmony of the physical shell and the human energy system, the Chinese often resort to ancient instrument filling life force- mantram. There are healing sacred texts, including against diabetes, they are read in Tibetan or Sanskrit.

The monks read the mantras, because their sounds best of all evoke the resonance of the patient's diseased organs. You can also carry out the procedure for activating all the chakras so that the body tunes in for a successful treatment.

qigong

Body-oriented practices cannot be imagined without the wisdom of the ancient Taoists. Like any disease, diabetes affects the circulation of Qi energy, and its deficiency aggravates the condition of a sick person.

To strengthen the body and restore its vitality, Chinese masters advise to perform as gymnastic exercises in Qigong technique, and massage practices.

Unlike many types of activity, Qigong also pays attention to the right attitude consciousness, the respiratory process. As a result, in 2-3 months of constant training, you can completely move away from diabetic drugs, which was officially established by Shanghai scientists. Read more about different Qigong-style exercises for diabetes in a separate article on our portal.

Tai Chi, Tai Chi or Taiji Quan

This is a different system of health-improving gymnastics, different from Qigong. She has a martial origin, and externally, the exercises for this system resemble dance movements. Tai Chi normalizes the work of the pancreas, if regularly practiced at home for at least 3 months.

Moxibustion (moxibustion) or heating

This is a technique originating from the basis of acupuncture and reflexology. As a tool, a dry wormwood cigar is used, which is lit and brought to the biological important points. The procedure enhances the flow of Qi, relieves convulsions and spasms, calms the nerves and slows down the aging process. Except wormwood for stimulation immune system you can use edelweiss, juniper and even compressed charcoal cigars.

Along with such ancient treatment techniques, modern methods are also used in China. In particular, in a radical way The elimination of diabetes is considered stem cell transplantation in people with complete insulin deficiency. This expensive treatment is practiced in Beijing, and it perfectly restores the efficiency of the pancreas. Stem cell transplantation is recommended in the treatment of complications of diabetes or for the formation of pancreatic beta cells.

But cell transplantation has many contraindications, so it is better for weakened and aged patients to refuse it in favor of traditional medicine. Also in Chinese medical centers offer water therapies to improve diabetic well-being, such as Tibetan tradition herbal baths with 50 ingredients, mineral thermal baths for type 2 diabetes, and even swimming pool sessions.

Diabetes as a disease in Chinese practice

Oriental medicine, unlike Western countries, considers 10 different types of diabetes at once, and not just two. Timely diagnosis of the patient's condition allows you to identify the category of the disease and prescribe appropriate treatment.

It should be noted that Eastern doctors pay attention not to external manifestations of high blood sugar, but true reasons ailment. The body is considered by doctors as a whole, in which it is important to preserve the natural flow of internal energy for the restoration of internal organs and entire systems. When the factors that disturb the balance of Qi in a person are eliminated, the focus shifts to preventing the complications and consequences of the disease.

In particular, Chinese medicine is aimed at stabilizing blood circulation so that the patient does not have problems with cardiovascular system. It also helps prevent the development of gangrene. lower extremities and sharp deterioration vision.

The traditional Chinese treatment methods described just above are used most effectively to eliminate type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is associated with endocrine disorders in the body. Oriental specialists fight this type of illness most successfully, because they remove all the symptoms and minimize the likelihood of hypoglycemia.

However, even type 1 diabetes can be treated in China, especially if we are talking about the child, because oriental medicine stabilizes the amount of glucose in the blood, which allows you to reduce the daily portion of insulin. As part of the complex treatment of diabetes, doctors are able to cure pancreatitis, restore harmony nervous system and stress resistance, strengthen immunity.

As a result of Chinese techniques, you can get rid of such unpleasant signs of the disease as pruritus, intense thirst, boils, constant fatigue.

And as you know, the less the symptoms of the disease make themselves felt, the lower the degree of diabetes in a person. But once again it is worth repeating that the manifestations of the disease are eliminated after the elimination of the annoying factors and catalysts problems.

According to one of the Chinese classifications of diabetes mellitus, the problem of the disease lies in the violation of one of the main regulatory systems in the human body. Accordingly, there are three types of disorders:

Diabetes caused by a violation of Mhris-Pa - a system from the biliary tract, liver and pancreas

This disease is called fever, and it is associated with large quantity bile and stasis of pancreatic juice. The main disease-provoking habits can be called bust with junk food drinking alcoholic beverages, constant stress and emotional instability.

In China, this type of diabetes is treated with acupuncture in the liver, active points of the gallbladder and the endocrine system. Herbal medicine is also used to minimize irritability, cleanse the bile ducts and liver, relieve inflammatory process, restoration of cells and tissues.

Diabetes mellitus, which developed due to problems with Bad-Kan - the immune system and the metabolic process

it cold look disease, which is an autoimmune disease. Difficulties with metabolism and immunity are caused by overweight due to nervous experiences, hormonal disruptions.

This category of diabetes is treated with acupuncture, magnetic vacuum therapy (using Chinese healing cups, for example) and moxibustion. Drugs are also used for plant-based to normalize digestive processes, control appetite and remove excess fat.

Diabetes mellitus aggravated by disorder of the nervous system or Rlung

The Chinese also associate this disease with cold, linking main reason its appearance with overwork, mental trauma and stress.

The elimination of the disease is carried out by the same methods as for Bad-kan disorders, but stone therapy is also added here, i.e. hot stone massage. It helps to balance the nervous system and strengthen the human energy system so that Qi flows do not slip away during experiences and life troubles. Herbal medicine is also prescribed for emotional calm and quality sleep, full assimilation of food and struggle with feelings.

According to Chinese medicine, treating diabetes with Qigong and other Eastern traditions will be successful only with the faith and determination of the patient, the observance of regular sessions, the purposefulness of each action.

The patient, first of all, should have a positive attitude and a stable emotional background.

At the same time, of course, it is not worth initial stage healing completely medicines. It is worth combining Chinese therapy with moderate sports activity, psychological help, a reasonable diet based on flour and fresh vegetables. It is also helpful to use some yoga postures that keep you toned.

Ultimately, you can notice the first results already a week after the treatment of diabetes according to the rules of China. And after three months, the person's condition is already significantly changing for the better, and an intensive course of healing is coming to an end.

An integral part of the healing Tao is a correct diet according to the needs of the body, and a correct awareness of the seasons and the climate in which we live. To have good health It is not enough to eat healthy food free from chemical contaminants. One must learn to properly combine food according to the five tastes and the theory of the five elements. Knowing his dominant element, a person can learn to counteract the imbalance inherent in his nature. In addition, as the seasons change, dietary needs also change. You need to know how to adapt them to your level of activity.

Proper Diet can become a tool for maintaining health and improving higher levels of consciousness.

INTRODUCTORY LEVEL III: Radiant Health Path

Course 7: Kung Fu of Healing Hands; Awakening the Healing Hand - Five Finger Kung Fu

The ability to heal ourselves and others is one of the five main branches of practice.

Healing Tao. Five Finger Kung Fu combines both static and dynamic forms of exercise to cultivate and nourish the qi that accumulates in the organs, penetrates the fascia, tendons, and muscles, and is finally transmitted outward through the hands and fingers. This technique can be used with benefit by those who practice body-based therapies and various healing arts. Through the practice of Five Finger Kung Fu, you will learn how to expand your breathing abilities to further strengthen your internal organs, how to tone and lengthen your lower back and abdominal muscles, how to regulate your weight, and how to connect with the healing energies of Father Heaven and Mother Earth; you will also learn how to develop the ability to concentrate for self-healing.

Course 8: Chi Nei Tsang; massage that transforms the qi of the organ

This practice is divided into three levels: Chi Nei Tsang I, II and III.

Qi Nei Tsang, or massage that transforms the Qi of the organ, is complete system Chinese deep healing, which works with the energy flows in the five main systems of the body: in vascular system, in the lymphatic system, in the nervous system, in the tendon-muscular system and in the system of acupuncture meridians.

In the practice of Chi Nei Tsang, it is possible to increase the flow of energy to specific organs by massaging a certain sequence of points in the navel area. In Taoist practice, it is believed that all qi energy and all organs, glands, brain and nervous system are connected at the navel; therefore energy blockages in the navel area often manifest as symptoms related to other parts of the body. The abdomen contains the large intestine, small intestine, liver, gallbladder, stomach, spleen, pancreas, bladder and genital organs, as well as many lymph nodes. At the umbilicus, the aorta and vena cava divide into two branches, descending into the legs.

Chi Nei Tsang works on energy blockages at the navel and then follows the energy to other parts of the body. Chi Nei Tsang is a very deep healing science brought to the United States by Master Mantak Chia.

Course 9. Space Dynamics; Taoist art of moving energy

Feng Shui (wind and water techniques) has been used by the Chinese people and their emperors for five thousand years. It combines ancient Chinese geomancy, Taoist metaphysics, dynamic psychology and modern knowledge on geomagnetism for diagnosing energies, forces and other phenomena in nature, people and buildings. The student will gain greater awareness of their own current situation and see more opportunities for freedom and growth through interaction with the five elements.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: Fundamentals of Spiritual Practice

Course 10: Lesser enlightenment (kan and li); opening twelve channels; uplifting of the soul and development of the energy body

Lesser enlightenment kan and li (mixing of yin and yang): This formula is called in China "Xiao Kan Li" ("small kan and li") and means literally evaporating sexual energy (ching or creative) into life force energy (qi), in order to to nourish the spirit or energy body.It can be said that the transmission of the power of sexual energy through the whole body and brain begins with the Practice of kan and li.The main secret of this formula is to change the usual locations of the yin and yang energies, which contributes to the release of sexual energy.

This formula includes the development of the root (huiyin point) and heart centers and the transformation of sexual energy into pure qi at the navel. This relocation of energies places the warmth of the bodily "fire" below the coldness of the bodily "water". If there is no such change of places, then the "fire" simply moves up and burns out the body. "Water" (sexual fluid) tends to flow down and out of the body. When it dries up, that's the end. This formula changes the usual procedures for energy expenditure by using extremely effective method- she puts "water" in a closed vessel (cauldron) in the body, and then "cooks" sperm (sexual energy) with the help of "fire" located below. If "water" ( sexual energy) is not sealed, it will flow directly into the "fire" and either extinguish it or evaporate itself.

This formula preserves the integrity of both elements, allowing the evaporation process to continue for a very long time. The essence of the formula is to never let the "fire" burn without having "water" over it to heat it up, and never to let the "water" pour into the "fire". In this way a warm, moist "steam" is produced, which contains great energy and health benefits, and which promotes the regeneration of all glands and the nervous and lymphatic systems, and increases the vibrations.

The formula is as follows:

1. Mixing "water" (yin) and "fire" (yang), or masculine and feminine, to give birth to the soul.

2. Transformation of sexual force (reproducing force) into vital energy(qi), collection and purification of the Microcosmic outer alchemical element.

3. Opening of the twelve main channels.

4. The implementation of the circulation of energy in the solar (space) orbit.

5. Reversing the flow of generative force to strengthen the body and brain and restore it to its original state, which was before puberty.

6. Reclamation thymus(thymus) and lymphatic system.

7. Purification of the body and spirit: internal intercourse. Birth immortal soul(energy body).

According to the World Health Organization, 9% of the adult population of the world suffers from diabetes. This metabolic disease is associated with a persistent increase in blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) due to a deficiency of the hormone insulin produced by the pancreas. Type 2 diabetes develops due to improper interaction of insulin with certain cells in the body. Patients with this diagnosis have complex metabolic disorders in the body and in the functioning of the nervous system. Also, the disease is associated with damage to blood vessels, organs of vision, the musculoskeletal system, kidneys and other organs and organ systems. Type 2 diabetes occurs when the cells are no longer sensitive to insulin, resulting in difficulty in the flow of glucose from the blood into the cells. That is why the main indicator of the presence of the disease is an increased level of glucose in the blood. Interestingly, during the first time of the disease, the cells of the pancreas continue to secrete normal or even increased amount hormone, so they talk about a "relative" deficiency of insulin. In type 2 diabetes, cells that are not receiving glucose signal this, and in response, the body produces more insulin, but it does not work properly. Naturally, over time, insulin production decreases significantly.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes is to normalize carbohydrate metabolism. Measures are also being taken to reduce the formation of glucose in the liver. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM II) are given moderate physical activity and dieting. With such a diagnosis, the doctor may prescribe medication. Unlike Western medicine, Oriental medicine does not use synthetic drugs to treat type II diabetes. An integrated approach to treatment using the methods of traditional oriental medicine in many cases allows you to completely get rid of the disease, and in severe forms, significantly improve the patient's well-being and reduce the drug load on the body.

Symptoms and complications of type 2 diabetes

Eastern medicine, like Western medicine, defines three main symptoms of the disease. These include an increase in appetite, constant thirst, polyuria (frequent urination), obesity. Also symptoms of type 2 diabetes are fatigue (reduced vitality, muscle weakness), decreased vision, skin itching, poor tissue regeneration (prolonged healing of lesions on the skin). The danger of the disease is that its symptoms are not expressed at first. Eventually correct diagnosis can be delivered to the patient only after a few years. Naturally, the treatment in this case is late, and the complications of the disease significantly worsen the patient's health.

Over time, type 2 diabetes develops complications that affect:

  • vessels (their permeability changes, fragility increases, the tendency to thrombosis increases);
  • joints (there is a "crunch" in the joints, mobility is difficult);
  • organs of vision (reduced vision due to damage to the retina and clouding of the lens);
  • kidneys (up to the development of renal failure);
  • central nervous system, resulting in mental disorders (for example, sharp drops mood, depression).

In patients with diabetes mellitus (non-insulin-dependent) of the second type, an excess of glucose is noted in the blood, which leads to an increase in the osmotic pressure of biological fluids, therefore, water and salts are intensively excreted through the kidneys. All this entails the appearance of symptoms of dehydration and a deficiency of minerals, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, etc. Trying to replenish the loss of water and minerals, a patient with this disease is constantly thirsty, drinks a lot of liquid, feels dryness in the oral cavity. Also signs of dehydration and electrolyte deficiency that accompany type 2 diabetes are cardiac arrhythmias, muscle cramps and twitching, dry mucous membranes, fatigue. The increased content of glucose in the blood and body fluids, which characterizes the disease, disrupts the metabolism of lipids and proteins and leads to the development of multiple pathologies in different organs.

Causes of type 2 diabetes

The disease results from the inefficient use of insulin by the body. However, Western medicine cannot give an exact answer to the question of what exactly is the impetus for development. At the same time, risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus are known, which include overweight and low physical activity. Tibetan medicine sees the cause of the development of the disease in an imbalance between the body and the external environment. Of course, when a disease occurs, an internal imbalance also plays a certain role, which can, for example, appear during chronic stress ( nervous work, constant troubles in the family, psychological trauma, etc.).

Oriental medicine distinguishes several constitutions (characteristic features) characteristic of a person. Every individual has a constitution of Wind, Mucus and Bile, but one of them, as a rule, predominates. If the balance of one or another constitution is disturbed, a disease can occur, including type 2 diabetes mellitus. These violations are noted not only because of the immoderate consumption of sugar (sweets). Stress, physical inactivity, poor ecology and even infectious diseases - all this can provoke the onset of the disease. In oriental medicine, diabetes is more associated with a violation of the constitutions of Mucus and Bile. Representatives of these constitutions tend to be overweight. And if the Bile type has, rather, a choleric temperament, then the Mucus type, for the most part, can be called phlegmatic. Although people of the Wind constitution suffer from this kind of disease less often, pathology can also develop in them, especially against the background of severe or chronic stress and existing violations of the Mucus constitution. Poor heredity increases the risk of developing the disease, but is not its cause. A person whose parents or relatives have had type 2 diabetes can most likely avoid the disease if they healthy lifestyle life. With a slight increase in blood glucose levels (illness in mild form) a good result is given by diet, the use of special fees medicinal herbs and diabetic food.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the center of oriental medicine "EMCHI"

An Oriental medicine specialist conducts individual diagnostics that precedes treatment. It is necessary to find out the causes of the disease, take into account the factors that contributed to its development, emotional and physical state patient, as well as the type of pathology and its degree. Extensive experience of specialists and the use of effective safe techniques allow you to get good results - to save the patient from type 2 diabetes mellitus or to significantly improve his well-being.

Oriental medicine procedures, such as acupressure, herbal medicine, are gentle techniques that are well tolerated by patients and are not associated with the occurrence of side effects and addiction. An important advantage of treatment in the center "EMCHI" is the achievement of a stable result. The task of a specialist is not only to eliminate the symptoms, but also to harmonize the work of all organs and organ systems, as well as the energy balance in the body in such a way as to completely cure the disease. Important condition successful therapy - an integrated approach. With the course treatment of type 2 diabetes, improvements occur after the first procedures: the patient experiences a surge of strength, the main manifestations of type II diabetes decrease, and the blood sugar level decreases.

Oriental medicine for type 2 diabetes

Depending on the type of disease (and in Eastern medicine there are about a dozen varieties) and the nature of the disease, treatment is prescribed, which is aimed at harmonizing the energy channels responsible for the work of the “affected” organs. The activity of the spleen, pancreas, digestive tract, disturbed in type 2 diabetes mellitus, is restored, Bladder, kidneys and the work of the nervous, endocrine systems.

The imbalance of Mhris-pra (“heat” disease) is accompanied by biliary dyskinesia, which leads to a malfunction of the pancreas. The tactics of treating type 2 diabetes mellitus in this case consists in influencing the reflexogenic points responsible for the activity of the gallbladder, liver, pancreas and nervous system.

The disease can also be caused by an imbalance in the Bad-kan system. Therapy in this case should be based on the restoration of the immune system and metabolism, since it is hormonal disorders, along with disorders in the functioning of the nervous system, that are observed in type 2 diabetes mellitus. More often this form affects women with concomitant gynecological endocrine pathologies.

An imbalance in the Rlung system can also cause disease. The main factors influencing the development of pathology - severe stress, overwork, mental herbs. Therefore, in the treatment great attention is given to the restoration of the nervous system, both with the help of herbal medicine, and with the help of stone therapy, vacuum, acupressure, acupuncture.

Diabetes mellitus is a fairly common disease that causes medical concern around the world. Significant progress has been made in the study of this disease, in its treatment - doctors have learned to control the condition of patients, to relieve the severity. But the problem complete cure still remains relevant.

The proposed technique was developed by the author on the basis of the classical provisions of Chinese traditional medicine about energy channels, qi, yin and yang, about the internal organs of a person, using the experience of qigong therapy recent years and methods of treating diabetes mellitus, contained in the qigong "nurturing life" of the wudan school. The experience of applying the new technique in Shanghai has shown that it can give positive results after 2-3 months of training. As a result, the sugar content in the urine is significantly reduced, the physical condition of patients improves, they stop taking medications and return to normal work activities.

I. Daoyin

The first part of the technique is performed in a standing position and includes three exercises. They are aimed at using the daoyin of the body to perform a dynamic massage of the internal organs, activate the circulation of qi, unload the “triple heater”, regulate the functioning of the spleen and stomach, increase immunity, improve metabolism and, as a result, normalize the functioning of the internal secretion organs.

1. Concentration while standing

Put yourself in a calm mood, stand up freely. Keep your body straight, look forward. Lower your arms down, put your feet shoulder-width apart. Cover your mouth, put your tongue straight. Fix your gaze on an object in front of you and focus on it. Eliminate extraneous thoughts and think to yourself: "Now I will start practicing qigong." Then, calmly and intently count to yourself to 108.

2. "The dragon plunges into the sea"

Keeping the same position of the body, starting with the hands, raise your straight arms in front of you with palms facing each other, focus on the thumbs and forefingers and inhale. When the arms reach shoulder level, bending the knees and relaxing the body, pull the elbows back and lower the hands with the fingers down along the chest and abdomen. While doing this movement, mentally focus on your fingertips and exhale. When your hands reach your knees, straighten up and return to the starting position. Do the exercise 36 times.

3 "Unload three heaters"

Keeping the same position of the body, starting with the hands, raise your hands in front of you without any visible physical effort. Focus your mind on the back of your wrists and inhale.

When the arms reach shoulder level, turn the hands palms up with the fingers back and slowly extend the arms upward, looking at the backs of the hands and exhaling. Simultaneously with this movement, firmly plant your feet on the floor and perform oscillatory movements with the upper and lower parts of the body in opposite directions, and with the abdominal muscles - up and down.

Turn the hands over with the palms facing down and, embracing the qi, direct it to the top of the head. Simultaneously with inhalation, put the right hand on the left hand (women - vice versa) and place them on the baihui point. Then, moving the palms forward down along the qianting, yingtang, past the tip of the nose and lips, lower the elbows, relax the chest, “swallow” the qi and direct it to the stomach. Keep moving your hands down and when they reach the level of your chest, bend your knees and, crouching, follow the “thought” with the qi, accompany it to the lower abdomen. When the hands reach the lower part of the abdomen, turn the hands with the palms down, direct the qi into the ground. Raising your arms along the body, straighten up and take the starting position. Do the exercise three times in a row.

II. "Christening in Peace"

The second part of the technique is performed in the “sitting at rest” position and includes four exercises, the purpose of which is to improve the functional state by “regulating breathing” and stimulating the movement of qi, “calming the spirit-shen” and focusing on biologically active points. internal organs.

1. "Dantian regulates breathing"

Sit on the edge of a chair or bed. Lay your hands on top of each other and place them on your navel with your palms facing your body (men put their right hand on their left, women vice versa). Keep your body straight, look forward. Close your eyes and relax.

"Regulation of breathing". Set direct abdominal breathing. While inhaling, slowly “inflate” the stomach, and while exhaling, relax. Breathing should be deep, long, thin, even, soft, calm, slow. Do not under any circumstances force it.

"The Work of Thought". Focus on the shenque point, which is 3 cm from the navel. Imagine how the inhaled qi sequentially passes through all the internal organs.

Perform 36 breath cycles.

2. "Three rotations, nine rotations"

This exercise is also called the "Great Limit Rotation". Maintaining the same posture, imagine that your abdomen is "the spherical body of the Great Ultimate." Lead qi along one of the three routes described below, periodically changing direction to the opposite, thus providing a dynamic massage of the internal organs.

First route. As you exhale, mentally lead the qi down from the zhongwan point along the midline of the anterior wall of the abdominal cavity with inside. When you reach the zhongji point, start inhaling and bring the qi up the middle line. rear wall abdominal cavity from the inside to the zhong-wan point. This exercise can be called "turning the dan tian." Perform the exercise 9 times, and then 9 more times, changing the direction of qi movement to the opposite.

Second route. It runs in a circle centered on the Shen Que point. As you exhale, mentally lead the qi from the zhongwan point to the left down. Upon reaching the zhong chi point, start inhaling and move the qi to the right up to the zhong wan point. This exercise can be called the "movement of the eight trigrams." Perform the exercise 9 times, and then 9 more times in the opposite direction.

Third route. As you exhale, mentally lead the qi from the shenque point along the belt to the right, clockwise. When the qi reaches the mingmen point, start inhaling and bring the qi along the belt further to the navel. This exercise can be called "calming down the daimai meridian." Perform the exercise 9 times, and then 9 more times in the opposite direction.

All three exercises are performed sequentially, and first exhalation is performed, and then inhalation. There should be no pauses between exhalation and inhalation, exhalation smoothly passes into inhalation and vice versa.

3. "Cleaning channels with acupressure"

This exercise consists in pressing on the corresponding biologically active points in pairs and is designed to normalize the renmai and think meridians.

The first pair of points: zhongwan and guanyuan.

Forefinger put your left hand on middle finger and press last on the zhongwan point. Put the index finger of the right hand on the middle one and press on the guanyuan point (women - vice versa). Then, for three breaths, “adjust” your breath and slowly count to yourself from 1 to 360.

The second pair of points: Tiantu and Shuidao.

Press the tianshu points with the thumbs of both hands, and the shuidao points with the middle fingers. As you adjust your breath, take three breaths and then count from 1 to 360.

The third pair of points: zusanli and yinlingquan.

Press the yinlingquan points on the shins with the thumbs of both hands and the zusanli points with the middle fingers. Take three "regulating" breaths and slowly count from 1 to 360.

The fourth pair of points: sanyinjiao and xuanzhong.

Press the sanyinjiao points with your thumbs and the xuanzhong points with your middle fingers. Take three "regulating" breaths and count from 1 to 360.

Fifth pair of points: yongquan and xiangu.

Press the yongquan points with your thumbs and the xiangu points with your middle fingers. Take three "regulating" breaths and count from 1 to 360.

This exercise is best performed while sitting on a flat surface (such as the floor), bending your legs so that the soles are facing each other, and pulling your feet as close to the crotch as possible. If the exercise is performed while sitting on a chair, then left leg should be put on the knee of the right, having finished the manipulations with the points on the left leg, change legs and continue the procedure with the right leg.

After completing the stimulation of the points, proceed to massage the ren-mai meridians and think. Massage the renmai meridian with the palms of the hands alternately: first with the left, and then with the right, 18 times each, from top to bottom from the tiantu point to the guanyuan point.

Meridian think is massaged with the edge of the brush at the base thumb, starting from the Dazhui point down to the coccyx, and then from the Changqiang point in the opposite direction. Only 36 times. Massage is carried out until a feeling of strong heat appears, but care should be taken not to damage the skin.

The last procedure is quite difficult to perform on your own, so it's best to ask someone else to do it. It is better if the massage is performed by a person who practices qigong. Usually diabetic patients suffer from back pain, and special attention should be paid to this exercise. Back massage without consulting a doctor is not recommended for patients suffering from spinal hypertrophy, vertebral hyperostosis, displacement of the vertebrae, skin diseases, hemorrhoids, as well as people with open wounds in the back.

4. "Dantian regulates breathing"

The exercise is performed in the same way as described in paragraph 1. of part II of the methodology.

III. Auxiliary exercises

All of them are performed in a sitting position in the following sequence: “whipping”, swallowing saliva, rubbing hands, rubbing the face, wiping the eyes, “combing” the fingers and stroking the neck, massaging the abdomen and lower back, rocking the knees, patting, shaking the hands and stomping.

The success of the treatment of diabetes mellitus using the proposed method largely depends on how purposefully and consistently it is implemented. If patients before the start of classes took medications, then you should not stop taking them. It is necessary to reduce the intake of drugs up to a complete rejection of them gradually, as the patient's condition improves. Medical treatment and qigong therapy should be accompanied by an appropriate diet, proper life planning and psychological support. This technique not recommended for use in combination with others.
