Premature aging of the human body. Premature aging: causes, factors, signs, how to avoid. Progeria is a rare disease of rapid aging.

Aging is a natural sign of development to which all living organisms are subject. This phenomenon occurs due to the exhaustion of internal biological resources. This process can develop in accordance with natural timing, and may occur prematurely. What causes early aging, how to prevent it, how to eliminate its consequences are questions that interest both scientists and ordinary people.

The root cause of early aging is a metabolic failure of the functions of the endocrine and other systems.

For example, a lack of estrogen hormones in a woman leads to rapid aging of the skin and the whole body. Besides, important reasons, prematurely causing this process are bad habits, Wrong way life.

  1. Developed eating habits can harmful effect, accelerating the wear and tear of the body. These include the use of sweets, refined, salty foods, red meat, alcohol, products containing trans fats.
  2. Stress, inability to resist them. nervous tension, depression and the uncontrollable negative emotions, are the source psychosomatic diseases leading to a weakening of the immune system and premature aging. Women, being emotionally more receptive, are more likely to experience a depressive mood and experiences. However, in men, despite their emotional stability, stress causes more severe consequences.
  3. The accumulation of toxins has a detrimental effect on the body, triggering the mechanism of decrepitude ahead of time. It means uncontrolled intake medical preparations- antipyretics, antibiotics, hormones, anti-inflammatory, diuretic and sleeping pills. As well as the use of chlorinated water, food saturated with pesticides, nitrates, hormones, antibiotics. Living in environmentally polluted areas also leads to the accumulation of toxins in the body.
  4. Smoking, addiction to alcohol contributes to an increase in the number of oxidative processes that lead to wear, destruction of the body from the inside, and early formation of wrinkles.

Attention! One of the reasons that trigger the mechanism of premature aging in women is osteoporosis, caused by the loss of bone tissue due to a lack of calcium in the body.

Progeria is a rare disease of rapid aging.

Progeria or the disease of aging (premature), which is a rare - only 80 cases in the world - genetic failure that causes accelerated aging all human organs.
It manifests itself in two forms - children's and adult, more common in boys.

The first - the Hutchinson-Gilford syndrome manifests itself in children at the age of 1-2 years. It is characterized by a developmental delay, characteristic changes in appearance, the acquisition of senile features. Life expectancy with this form of the disease is about 20 years.

The second is Werner's syndrome to develop in adolescence- up to 18 years old. Characterized by cessation of growth, early graying and baldness, weight loss, change in appearance. Average duration The lifespan of people with Werner's syndrome barely exceeds 40 years.

Attention! Progeria is not hereditary disease, genetics at its occurrence is completely irrelevant. The reasons for the sudden mutation of the lamin A (LMNA) gene, which triggers rapid aging, are still unknown. There is no medical treatment for the disease

Causes of skin aging

The appearance of the first signs of maturity and withering of the skin can be observed quite early, in some as early as 25 years of age. They appear as the first mimic wrinkles caused by bright facial expressions and anatomical features faces. As long as the skin of the face retains its elasticity, during muscle relaxation, it is able to smooth out. But over time, its properties change and previously superficial wrinkles become deeper. The loss of the skin's ability to self-heal, regenerate, is the main reason for its withering.

Considering the conditions that cause rapid skin aging, it should be noted that this process depends on many factors, some of which can be controlled:

  1. Sun. It not only saturates the body with vitamin D, but is the cause of accelerated aging and cancer. Skin unprotected by clothing or a special sunscreen in the sun undergoes photoaging - a process caused by the influence of ultraviolet rays penetrating deep into the dermis, causing activation of oxidative processes, destruction of capillaries, collagen fibers, phototoxic reactions. The same destructive effect on the skin has a desire to quickly tan in a solarium. As a result of prolonged exposure to UV radiation, the elasticity of the skin decreases.
  2. Dehydration. In the cells of the skin suffering from dehydration, the structure is disturbed, which leads to the formation of fine wrinkles and tightness of the skin.
  3. natural factors. Negatively affect the skin, causing its dehydration, early wilting, prolonged exposure dry air, frost, wind, dust, high humidity.
  4. Avitaminosis. Lack of vitamins leads to depletion of the body, causes skin aging and early education wrinkles.

Types aging

At different people skin aging processes begin in different ways and in different dates, which allows them to be divided into 5 types:

  1. "Fatigue of the face" occurs in owners of a combination skin type, characterized by a loss of skin elasticity, a manifestation of puffiness of puffiness, the formation of a pronounced nasolabial fold, and lowering of the corners of the mouth.
  2. "Bulldog cheeks" - a deformation type of aging, characteristic of owners prone to fullness oily skin. It is characterized by a change in the contours of the face and neck, the appearance of flares, swelling, and highly developed nasolabial folds.
  3. "Finely wrinkled face" - this type is characterized by the presence of dry skin and the formation of a network of small horizontal and vertical wrinkles in the corners of the eyes, on the forehead, cheeks, around the contour of the lips. It occurs as a result of dehydration of the skin, as well as in owners of dry skin, it manifests itself early.
  4. "Mixed type" - combining the signs of deformation, wrinkling and losing skin elasticity types of aging.
  5. "Muscular type" - the type of aging characteristic of the inhabitants of Asia, its characteristic features is wrinkling around the eyes.

Prevention of aging

A set of measures taken to reduce wear internal reserves organism, is the best prevention premature aging.

Leading a healthy lifestyle

Physical and mental activity, change in thinking and nutrition culture, compliance with activity and rest regimes, rejection of bad habits - conditions that contribute to the prolongation of youth.

The daily routine, consisting of alternating work-rest, contributes to quick recovery forces, and reasonable physical activity and active image life helps to cope with stress.

Food

Healthy food is one of the ways to prevent early aging, according to modern nutritionists. Inclusion in the diet of foods rich in antioxidants helps to eliminate free radicals, thereby prolonging youth. These include:

  • spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, pumpkin;
  • grapes, strawberries, oranges;
  • cinnamon, ginger;
  • poultry, oily fish;
  • green tea, red wine.

This is far from complete list products that can saturate cells with antioxidants, increasing their resistance to the effects of time.

Compliance with the water regime

Allows you to maintain a normal life balance in cells and tissues, to prevent their wear.

Prevention of physiological dysfunctions

Allows you to regulate metabolic and trophic processes in the body. Assumes:

  • carrying out anti-aging cosmetic procedures;
  • targeted training to maintain physical form;
  • mild use of supplements, vitamins and pharmaceuticals that stimulate the restoration and strengthening of the immune system.

Correction of external signs of accelerated aging

Speaking about the attempt to eliminate the signs of early skin aging, we mean the correction of wrinkles, the improvement of skin elasticity. Here, the tools of the beauty industry will come to the rescue, which, although not able to stop time, has many ways to correct its influence. When choosing one or another method, one should take into account the type of skin, as well as the type of aging and the degree of its manifestation. For the purpose of rejuvenation, facial skin can be affected by:

  • therapeutically - with the help of masks, chemical peeling, paraffin therapy, various techniques massage, mesotherapy, beauty injections and other methods;
  • hardware - conducting phonophoresis, hardware massage or laser therapy;
  • surgically with plastic surgery or endoscopic lifting.

When planning to use a radical (surgical) method for correcting signs of skin aging, the type of aging should be taken into account in order to choose the best method that can give maximum effect with minimal impact

The skin, like the entire body, undergoes irreversible changes throughout life. And yet, as practice shows, their premature wear can be controlled by reducing the number of external adverse factors. Leading healthy lifestyle life, caring for their appearance, monitoring their health and well-being, periodically conducting a course of maintenance therapy in the form of taking multivitamin complexes, massages, other health and rejuvenation procedures, you can achieve significant success in the fight for youth.

Aging early or later - it all depends on us, dear women. Our beauty is the result of hard work. Stay young and beautiful!

Aging human body is not only a physiological process.

In recent years, due to various reasons, human aging in most cases occurs according to a premature type, characterized by more early development age-related changes than in physiologically aging people, the presence of pronounced heterogeneity in aging various systems and organs, this can lead to incomplete use by a person of the species biological limit of life, which puts this problem in the category of medical and social. It is known that aging is associated not only with the well-known pathology of the elderly and old age(Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease), but also with somatic pathology, such as arterial hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis.

Therefore, with big share It can be assumed that the appearance of these diseases at an age earlier than the elderly reflects the processes of premature aging occurring in the body. That is why such a pathology that occurs in the so-called middle (mature) age should be considered a priori associated with the processes of premature aging, which requires a comprehensive study of the problem.
The purpose of the work: to study premature aging as a medical and social problem and propose possible ways her decisions.

Materials and methods. A patent information search on the problem was carried out - an analysis of modern scientific literature for 1991-2012. Pilot project to search for markers of premature aging. We examined 37 people aged 28 to 71 years (among them - 15 practically healthy people, the rest suffered from somatic diseases associated with premature aging processes - arterial hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, or a combination thereof). All patients underwent biochemical research blood serum for the content of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa), also performed electron microscopy of erythrocytes.

Results and discussion. With age, there is an "accumulation" chronic diseases, there is a plurality pathological processes. On average, 4.3 diseases are diagnosed in men over 60 years old, and 5.2 in women of the same age. Every subsequent 10 years, 1-2 more diseases are added to them. And the presence of such a situation in more young age again, it may be associated with the presence of premature aging processes. Persons whose biological age (BV) significantly exceeds the population standard constitute one of the most numerous risk groups in relation to the occurrence of diseases, disability and death.

According to studies, a decrease in BV from its proper value for 6 years is a critical level between the norm and pathology, a further decrease in BV characterizes pathological condition organism, regardless of the nosological form, the battery of aging markers allows you to calculate not only individual indicator BV, by which it is possible to assess the degree of alleged health disorders, but also to build a direct forecast possible number disease in this individual.

The achievements of modern gerontology make it possible to put on the agenda the question of the practical implementation of the task of managing the aging process, the task of radically increasing the period of an active, full-fledged, able-bodied life of a person, respectively reducing the relative proportion of years of senile infirmity.

One of the central problems here is the development of accurate quantitative methods for diagnosing processes associated with aging and aging processes as such. Assessment of biological age is one of the most urgent tasks of preventive gerontology, it is necessary to solve social and hygienic problems, diagnose diseases, judge health and the effectiveness of measures to slow down the rate of aging and prolong active old age.

The search for markers of premature aging is very relevant for the preclinical diagnosis of these conditions. At the same time, most of the existing methods for assessing the imbalance of biological and passport age are not integral, but reflect the involvement of one body system in these processes and are not very convenient in routine clinical practice.

In our opinion, the search for markers of premature aging can be carried out by examining the blood as an organ on which many pathogenetic and sanogenic mechanisms in the human body are closed. In this case, signal molecules of the so-called neuroimmunoendocrine system and morphological elements of the blood, in particular erythrocytes, can serve as an object for study.

Previously, in various sources, we published quantitative parameters of the results of the study of TNF-a in blood serum in various groups of patients. Analyzing the activities carried out during recent years research on the interpretation of data on the content of TNF-a in the blood serum of people with various nosological forms, we have identified the following patterns.

In patients of different age groups who do not have somatic pathology, the level of TNF-a did not differ from normal values. Those. age itself was not the cause of the development of cytokine imbalance. But in people with coronary heart disease, age already mattered, since with increasing age, the level of cytokinemia in coronary heart disease increased, while only with arterial hypertension this indicator changed little.

In type 2 diabetes mellitus, the level of TNF-a in the blood serum was significantly different from healthy people in all age groups. To an even greater extent, the level of TNF-a in the blood serum was increased in people who suffered from both coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus, or a combination of coronary heart disease and arterial hypertension.

Therefore, the study of the cytokine status in people with somatic pathology showed the interest of cytokine metabolism in the age-associated increase in polymorbidity. It can be assumed that the detection of high cytokinemia in younger patients may indicate the presence of premature aging processes in them. At the same time, the increase in cytokinemia, as in most cases, coincides in time with the onset clinical manifestations diseases, which does not allow using its level in the preclinical diagnosis of premature aging processes.

In this regard, in order to search for preclinical markers of premature aging, we switched from studying the cytokine signaling molecular interaction to studying the morphofunctional properties of erythrocytes.

By the method of electron microscopy, the erythrocytes of the blood of the examined were examined, previously washed from the plasma. An analysis of the results of electron microscopy showed that with the increase in pathology, the proportion of unusual erythrocytes increased - erythrocytes appeared with the effect of a "floating ball", which indicated a violation of the elasticity of membranes, increased smoothness, disrupted connections between cells, irregular shapes of erythrocytes appeared due to a violation of the stability of cell plasmolemms and increased the number of shadow cells. AT minimum quantity such changes were also in the blood of practically healthy people, but with an increase in the severity and degree of polymorbidity, the number of pathological forms increased. In the future, it seems possible to develop quantitative criteria by which it is possible to determine the deviation of the number of altered forms from the norm. This will make it possible to refer people, depending on the degree of these deviations, to the risk group for premature aging.

conclusions

1. Premature aging can be considered an important medical and social problem.

2. In different periods late ontogenesis, the state of health is directly dependent on biological age and polymorbidity, severity and diversity functional disorders, the severity of involutive changes in the body.

3. The imbalance of biological and passport age leads to an increase in the risk of diseases associated with increased disability and mortality.

3. To date, there are no unified integral criteria for diagnosing premature aging processes applicable in real clinical practice.

4. Both morphological and functional components of blood as an organ are involved in the processes associated with premature aging.

Aging of the whole organism is a natural and inevitable process programmed by nature, which is one of the main problems of biology and medical science in general.

Although changes in appearance are natural, physiological, but the timing of their appearance depends on many causal factors- genetic, hereditary, age. The latter are determined by the influence of the aging organism on all organs and tissues, including the skin. What are the causes and how to prevent premature skin aging.

Causes of premature skin aging

To external manifestations pathological wilt include:

  • thinning and, a decrease in the thickness of the subcutaneous fat layer;
  • dryness, itching and peeling of the epithelium of the stratum corneum;
  • discoloration of the skin of the face;
  • decreased skin turgor and gravitational tissue ptosis;
  • early appearance of wrinkles, folds on the face;
  • vascular changes in the form of expansion of superficial vessels (), the appearance of vascular "nets" and "asterisks";
  • premature aging of the skin of the hands;
  • early and.

These phenomena begin to appear from the age of 25, and in the presence of adverse factors, sometimes even earlier. With increasing age, they increase more and more. Pathological, or premature, aging is accompanied by changes internal organs and tissues and is characterized by a higher, compared with people of the same age category, the rate of appearance of changes in the appearance of a person. In these cases we are talking about advancing, exceeding biological age, in comparison with passport data.

Inextricable withering of the skin is associated with changes throughout the body. Accordingly, the factors that cause early skin aging are basically the same as those that accelerate the appearance of age-related changes in the body. Thus, the rate of development of age-related changes in the skin is constantly or periodically affected by numerous unfavorable, so-called "everyday" factors:

  1. Internal, or endogenous.
  2. External, or exogenous.
  3. A combination of internal and external factors.

Endogenous negative factors

They are mainly associated with a weakening of general immunity and a violation of the blood levels of sex hormones, in particular estrogens, in women. In addition, for the development of premature aging, the inadequate functioning of the nervous, endocrine, microcirculatory systems, organs of the excretory and respiratory systems. All of them provide the skin with the ability to maintain biochemical processes, temperature and barrier functions, and local immunity at the required level.

Therefore, the most common diseases leading to early skin aging are pathology of the endocrine system, especially diabetes mellitus, reduced function thyroid gland, hypothalamic-pituitary syndrome, diseases of the glands internal secretion genitals, ischemic disease hearts and cardiovascular failure, chronic pulmonary pathology, decrease in the degree of general immune protection, which leads to a decrease in local immunity, autoimmune diseases connective tissue.

Of no small importance are also the pathology of the liver and biliary system, diseases digestive tract and urinary system, violations metabolic processes in the body. Features of premature wilting in men are associated, in addition to the above, mainly with a decrease (for various reasons) in the content of male sex hormones in the blood, since it is they that have a stimulating effect on the sebaceous and sweat glands.

It is quite natural that the full supply of the skin with oxygen, vitamins, microelements, hormones, etc., of course, depends on the content of these components in the body, but one should not underestimate their supply to the cells through the blood and lymph microcirculation system, as well as the role of these mechanisms in removal of decay products and processes of cellular regeneration.

Exogenous factors

These include mainly:

  • Unfavorable ecological situation (from 40 to 60%), in which the ambient air contains significant concentrations harmful to the body chemical compounds;
  • Overexposure ultraviolet irradiation on unprotected skin sunscreens, as well as the neglect of the use of "after-sun" creams that help neutralize the effects of solar radiation;
  • Insufficient or, conversely, excessive moisture environment;
  • Irrational nutrition, overweight body and insufficient physical activity;
  • Frequent stressful conditions and prolonged psycho-emotional stress;
  • Abuse of alcoholic beverages, as well as smoking, in which chronic nicotine intoxication, spasmodic small peripheral vessels, leads to disturbances in blood microcirculation and to a deterioration in the delivery of oxygen to tissues and nutrients. In addition, some chemical compounds contained in tobacco destroy proteins, which include metal atoms (metal proteins) involved in the synthesis of skin and elastin, resulting in a decrease in skin elasticity with intense formation of wrinkles;
  • Dyes and preservatives food products and components of some cosmetics, as well as products household chemicals contributing to allergic and inflammatory reactions;
  • Level social status, including biological and psychological needs and social opportunities to satisfy them.

Basic Mechanisms

The mechanisms of pathological aging are specific physiological and biochemical processes through which the impact on the human body of negative endogenous and exogenous factors. Among the various mechanisms at present, the main importance is given to the so-called free radical reactions, which result in the formation of free radicals and aggressively active oxygen forms.

Free radicals are "fragments" of molecules with missing electrons. Their reactive activity is due to the ability to attach electrons to themselves from other molecules. Such a biochemical reaction is necessary to ensure the flow of normal metabolic processes in the body. Under normal physiological conditions, the amount of free radical molecules is strictly controlled by the body.

However, under the influence negative factors, especially chemical compounds of the environment and ultraviolet rays, is formed excess amount and accumulation of free radicals. They lead to the destruction of the cell membrane, cellular lipids, proteins, mitochondria and DNA. The consequence of this influence is premature cell death, the predominance of degenerative processes over cellular regeneration, accelerated degradation and disruption of the synthesis of collagen and elastin proteins. All these phenomena are united by the name "oxidative stress".

Collagen and elastin fibers play a particularly important role in the condition of the skin, giving it a state of strength, firmness and elasticity. With age, there is a gradual decrease in their volume and quantity. But under the influence of accumulated free radicals, there are, which is especially important, significant changes in their structure and physical and chemical properties, due to which skin firmness and elasticity decrease, wrinkles and folds form, tissues of the face and other parts of the body appear.

Another significant mechanism is a decrease in the saturation of the skin with water molecules and the destruction of its epidermal layer as a barrier. The result is an increased vulnerability of the skin to the influence of bacterial, physical and chemical factors.

So, summing up the section, it is necessary to highlight the main mechanisms and manifestations of aging. The first ones include:

  1. Deceleration of cellular renewal.
  2. Quantitative reduction and structural and qualitative violation of collagen and elastin proteins.
  3. Disorder of microcirculation in tissues and increased permeability vascular wall leading to skin dehydration and swelling of the intercellular tissue.
  4. Destruction of the epidermal barrier.
  5. Accumulation of metabolic products.

How can early destructive processes be prevented?

Despite a certain “autonomy” of the skin, their successful functioning cannot but depend on the state of the whole organism or its individual systems, and it is impossible to slow down the processes of early skin aging by using only cosmetics and preparations.

Because the modern medicine has insufficient ways to influence the genetic and age factors of aging, then the main efforts of her and cosmetology are aimed at eliminating or limiting the influence of "everyday factors". Identification of the causes makes it possible to prevent aging or at least slow down the pace of its development. For these purposes, it is necessary:

  • prevention stressful situations and psycho-emotional disorders and increasing resistance to their effects;
  • balanced diet, correct mode work and rest, sleep normalization;
  • quitting smoking and alcohol abuse;
  • treatment of diseases or correction of the functioning of internal organs with drugs and other means;
  • correction of the general immune state and local immunity;
  • increasing the possibilities of regulating the body by adaptive mechanisms (improving metabolism, normalizing hormonal background, acceleration of the elimination of toxins and toxins from the body, etc.);
  • proper and regular maintenance skin using anti-aging cosmetics.

of great importance in the fight against oxidative stress has acquired an increased use and external use of natural antioxidants that can block free radical oxidative reactions, as well as their use in cosmetology and medicine in the form of drugs.

How to avoid premature skin aging?

Aging is not a disease, but a state of the body, which is due to heredity and age characteristics. At present, medicine and modern cosmetology have very little potential to influence the genetic and age-related causes of aging.

At the same time, premature wilting is the object of their attention. Therefore, their main tasks are to eliminate the "everyday" causal factors and early manifestations of wilting, as well as to correct application methods of anti-aging therapy. This can be largely influenced by the person himself, who is informed about the causes of early withering of the skin.

Everyone gets old, and it's impossible to argue with that. However, the speed of this process is different for everyone - some are still youthful and vigorous at 85, others begin to literally fall apart at 40. Yes, it should be borne in mind that there are a number of diseases that accumulate with age, but, in general: optimism and cheerfulness can significantly extend life and improve its quality. What is premature aging and how to prevent it - in the material AiF.ru.

early old age

Today, scientists usually talk about two types of aging: natural (physiological) and premature. In the first case, this refers to the gradual extinction of the functions of certain organs as a result of their deterioration. But many are more interested in the second option. After all, he, starting out of time and having nothing to do with natural processes literally kills a person from the inside. Premature aging is understood as a condition when a person aged, for example, over 50, does not seem to be ill with anything in particular, but at the same time feels uncomfortable and restless. Premature aging leads to a decrease in the quality of human life, a more active and massive development of diseases of "old age" and, of course, causes early death.

Doctors even identify a number of reasons for this problem:

  • The effect of free radicals on the body.
  • Autoimmune processes, when the body's defenses begin to work against it.
  • Violation of the regulatory function of the human brain.
  • In addition, one of the most common causes of premature aging is called autointoxication, which develops as a result of a sedentary lifestyle, improper and unbalanced nutrition, constant stress. Of the diseases that provoke early old age, they are called cardiovascular pathologies, tuberculosis, ulcer, diabetes mellitus, immunodeficiency, mental illness, chronic fatigue syndrome.

Men or women?

Gerontologists studying this issue are based on the characteristics of the course biological processes in the body. According to the results of such studies, it becomes clear that all the processes in the body of women are slow, so ladies live 6-8 years longer. Men, on the other hand, suffer from the fact that organic changes in their tissues are more active.

Women's vitality is often explained by their reproductive function- Women produce the hormone estrogen, which has an anti-sclerotic effect. Also female body more hardy, because it is designed for serious stress during pregnancy and childbirth.

signs of age

Many are accustomed to awarding a person an age, focusing on changes in appearance. So, for example, if there are wrinkles, gray hair appears, a person is immediately given an age over 40-50 years. And this is despite the fact that the functioning of the internal organs can be at its best and uninterrupted.

But situations are not uncommon when outwardly a person looks excellent - smart, young, but internal changes are practically irreversible, and the organs are in bad condition. In this case, doctors will say that his biological age is higher than the calendar one. To determine the biological age of a person in order to stop the process of premature aging, it is possible with the help of a gerontologist, after a thorough examination. This will allow an assessment of the extent of "internal damage" and will help design recovery programs.

How to slow down the process

Today man has great amount opportunities to slow down your aging — high-tech surgeries and medicines, laser surgery, plastic interventions, implants, liposuction, etc. Additionally, they allow you to correct the aging processes that are popular today in the areas of a healthy lifestyle, ecological nutrition, etc.

Prevention of premature aging should be dealt with from youth. Rejection of bad habits, physical activity, maintenance normal weight- The methods are quite simple, but at the same time extremely effective. Also very important positive attitude mind and body are in inseparable connection what is called, "in healthy body- a healthy mind.

To actively fight aging, it is worth consuming more fruits, vegetables and other foods that are rich in antioxidants. It could be blueberries walnuts, beans, red apples, etc. Such nutrition allows you to “repair” damaged body cells. In addition, antioxidants contribute to the prevention of oncology, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.

You should also support the body's defenses. Vitamins are perfect for this: vitamin A is found in carrots, zucchini, broccoli, potatoes, cabbage, peaches; vitamin C - in oranges, lemons, etc.; vitamin E - in nuts, seeds, cereals, liver and vegetable oil.

To strengthen the body and spirit, it is recommended to engage in various exercise at least half an hour a day. This will allow you to maintain normal weight, burning excess fat, and will also be an excellent prevention against fractures, injuries and sprains. Such tissues and ligaments can withstand any stress. In addition, physical education helps to reduce blood sugar levels, strengthens the heart and blood vessels, increases stamina and improves memory.

An excellent solution for prolonging youth will be breathing exercises. The ability to breathe deeply and correctly contributes to the normalization of the central nervous system, stress relief, in addition, it provides the body with an influx of oxygen, normalizes blood circulation and increases the level of vital energy.

Water is something that must be present in the diet of a person who wants to stay healthy longer and be younger than according to the passport. It takes at least a liter for every 50 kg of the body so that the body can cleanse itself of toxins.

To preserve the youthfulness of the body, the mind should be strengthened - reading books, newspapers, magazines allows you to activate the brain, which naturally slows down the aging process.

A person's age gives away the condition of his skin, hair and teeth. In addition, signs of aging are deterioration in health, memory and inhibition of the thought process in general. Is it possible to turn back time and prolong your youth? Yes. To do this, you need to change your habits, diet and follow simple tricks, which will be discussed in this article.

Prevention of premature aging

Calcium for healthy bones and teeth

It is necessary to compose your diet so that the body receives enough calcium until the age of 30. The fact is that the process of increasing bone density stops around this age. After 30, it is already worth following a high-calcium diet to maintain health bone skeleton and teeth.

It is important to note that women in their forties are more likely than men to develop osteoporosis, as there is a sharp decrease in bone mass. This is also the cause of frequent fractures.

You need to eat foods great content calcium, namely: nuts, greens (parsley, basil), vegetable milk(almond, corn, sesame, etc.).

Vitamins for youthful skin

As mentioned above, aging skin is one of the main signs of aging. Exists different ways maintaining her beauty and youth, but, of course, nutrition is the most important. You can't eat badly and look good. Must be consumed healthy food, namely fresh vegetables, fruits and greens that are saturated with vitamins. All are important, but A, E, and D are especially valuable for skin health.

Vitamin A for skin. To prevent premature aging of the skin, the regeneration of its cells is important. Thanks to vitamin A, it is updated in a timely manner.

It is easy to understand whether you are getting enough of this substance or not. If even small skin lesions (such as cuts) heal slowly, the skin becomes dry and flaky, then the body lacks this vitamin.

Sources of Vitamin A: melons, herbs, raspberry leaves, carrots, sea buckthorn, peaches, Bell pepper, pumpkin.

Vitamin E for skin. Tocopherol is an important substance for the beauty of the skin, as it effectively fights the signs of aging, protects against UV radiation and aggressive environments. In addition, the vitamin protects the body from aging and the formation of free radicals.

Sources of vitamin E: avocados, greens, legumes, beet and carrot tops, chestnuts, corn, nuts, sprouted grains, seeds.

Vitamin D for skin. This vitamin provides positive impact to the entire human body. As for the skin, it helps to eliminate inflammation, skin diseases and accelerates the process of "renewal" of its cells.

Sources of Vitamin D: grapefruit, nettle, parsley, brewer's yeast, germinated wheat grains.

Omega 3 for the brain

As a person ages, the vital activity of the brain begins to weaken. Memory and concentration become worse. In other words, we can say that the brain is aging.

Thanks to numerous studies, it has been found that omega-3 effectively fights the signs of aging, stimulates the brain and promotes memory. Its use is an excellent prevention against Alzheimer's disease.

In addition, Omega-acid accelerates the healing process of wounds, improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails, and eliminates fine wrinkles.

Sources of Omega-3: avocado, beans, mustard oil, walnuts, strawberries, hemp oil, linseed oil, leeks, raspberries, flax seeds, cauliflower, spinach.

Work for the brain

In order to stimulate and maintain the brain in good shape, it is also recommended to constantly set various tasks for it and perform it.

Note that people begin to age rapidly when they retire. Inaction and watching television leads to degradation, deterioration of memory and quick wits.

Reading books, social and physical activity, studying foreign languages, setting goals and achieving them slow down the aging process of the brain.

Never stop on self-development. Any age is a great time to start learning something new for yourself. " brain activity» helps keep your mind sane.

The ability to relax

Life modern people filled with stress. They lead to wear and tear of the body and exhaustion. vitality of a person, and as you know, all this is reflected in his face. Therefore, it is very important to learn how to deal with them. Try to eliminate everything that upsets you from your life, focus only on the good and positive. A smile adorns a person, gives him radiance, charm and beauty. improves mood, health and prolongs life.

Try to observe the regime of the day: go to bed no later than 22 hours and get up early. If you have trouble sleeping, then start meditating (try it), take relaxing baths and exercise. Insomnia is fraught with a disruption in the production of the hormone of youth - melatonin.

UV protection and skin hydration

Sun exposure is one of the biggest causes of skin aging. The sun dries it out and promotes the formation of deep wrinkles. As many scientists assure, even a light tan is harmful to the epidermis.

Therefore, before going outside, always apply a protective agent to the body. It's best to use . And to protect your face, wear hats (caps and wide-brimmed hats).

To keep your body firm, young and supple, moisturize it regularly: drink plenty of water and use healthy cosmetics after taking a bath. Again, we repeat that the use of vegetable oils will be the best and most harmless to health.

Coffee and carbonated drinks must be removed from your life forever if you want to prolong your youth. They negatively affect the condition of hair and skin, and, of course, health in general. Agree that gray hair will not give you beauty, they will only add a few more years to you.

In addition, coffee and soda spoil digestion, increase acidity, wash out calcium from the body, and cause skin rashes.

For normalization and rejuvenation, you should drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day. It serves as the most accessible and a simple means for the healthy functioning of all organs. Its use in sufficient quantities helps to maintain skin tone.
