First day

At three o'clock you can drink a secondary, unsalted meat or fish broth, respectively filtered. Any liquid after a three-day fast should be taken very slowly, with repeated approaches.

Not earlier than 8 hours after the body began to come out of starvation, the use of watermelons, melons and berries is allowed, subject to the autumn-summer period. But in a small amount, no more than 200 grams. Can do lemon water, sweetening it with a spoonful of honey or steaming wild rose. You can't eat on the first day. Second day

For lunch, you should drink fish broth without pulp, eat a couple of pieces of boiled vegetables: carrots, beets, no more than 100 grams. Categorically you can not use the leaves of white cabbage.

The afternoon snack menu includes only fat-free kefir or whey, no more than 50 grams. The afternoon snack should also consist of fruits or vegetables, not more than 100 grams.

Remember a few rules:

  • do not mix fruit varieties, if these are citrus crops, then exclude gourd crops, etc.;
  • be sure to use broth and sour-milk products as a drink, the body requires protein as a building material;
  • drink water throughout the day, herbal teas and water steamed with dried fruits.

Compliance with the rules will help the body to properly exit the three-day fast and stay healthy.


Third day

Breakfast start with 50 grams of sour milk. A little later you need to eat a handful of boiled dried fruits.

Lunch should consist of fish broth (130 gr.), Not seasoned salad of vegetables and herbs. Good for salad: broccoli, dill, cilantro, celery, parsley, carrots.

For dinner, cook yourself a peach or a piece of melon. As a liquid, berry decoctions, herbal teas and melt water are suitable.

Fourth day

Would be good for breakfast spoiled milk or fat-free kefir (50 grams), fresh fruit, no more than 100 grams.

For lunch again fish or meat broth without anything, separately boiled vegetables no more than 120 grams. You can also drink a cup of herbal tea.

For an afternoon snack, you can choose nuts: walnuts, cashews, pine nuts, no more than 90 grams. As a liquid, use steamed dried fruits, but without them themselves.

Sour milk will be an excellent dinner on the fourth day after fasting, which lasted 3 days.


Fifth day

On the fifth day, there is an opportunity to taste delicious hot food in the form of porridge. And for lunch, to the delight of the hungry, you can cook vegetable soup on the secondary meat broth but no potatoes. You can also add bread and vegetables baked in the oven to the diet, except for eggplant. Eggplants and potatoes will be very heavy food for the pancreas.

Sixth day

On the sixth day for breakfast, you can add a few spoons to the porridge fat-free cottage cheese. By the way, porridge can be cooked not only from cereals, but also from legumes and soy products, but in small quantities. Three day fast involves the gradual introduction of different products. Broth and roasted vegetables can also be served for lunch and dinner.

Seventh day

The seventh day will be the final in this difficult matter. But, we must remember that portions should not be large. You can add cheese, mushrooms, quail eggs to the menu.


Further nutrition

After a person has endured several days of fasting, and then a week-long recovery period, you can move on to normal nutrition. But experienced people in this matter still recommend not to rush to food after difficult hunger strikes, but to organize a sparing diet for themselves. If you have passed the above treatment, it is not difficult to follow a further health-improving diet.

Eliminate fried and fatty meats from your diet. Use a steamer or oven to cook it. It should be small pieces of poultry, veal, fish. Eat as little as possible potatoes, butter, and flour and canned food. Vegetables can be eaten raw, boiled or baked.

From liquids, give preference to compote on dried fruits, herbal teas, clean water. Soups are best cooked in secondary meat broth and, again, without potatoes. Berries in the diet will be very beneficial for health. Undoubtedly, fresh berries they cannot compete with frozen foods, but it’s still worth stocking them up for the winter, because it’s better than nothing. Berries are a storehouse for health, they will give the body a large number of vitamins and antioxidants, will help normalize cholesterol levels, serve as a good tonic and energy source.

The day of fasting is considered from 8 am to 8 am the next day. In many recommendations, it is considered that you need to go out in the evening, but with dry fasting, the main treatment is at night (I described this mechanism in the chapter “Treatment of diseases”).

Then each sip of water must be kept in the mouth, mixing it with saliva, and then swallowed after 20-30 seconds. Drinking water can be combined with washing in the shower. After a shower, it is good to douse yourself with cold water, and then take a warm (not hot) bath with herbal infusions (no more than 8 minutes). Simultaneously with washing, you must continue to drink water for up to 12 hours.

At 12 o'clock you need to eat warm protein broth (as much as you want), fish, without vegetables, well-cooked, without salt and without bread. The broth can be boiled with spices (but do not eat spices).

After SG, you should start eating in small portions. This protracted exit from the SG is associated with the need to gradually apply the load to the pancreas, which was inactive during fasting and must now be carefully put into work.

At 2 p.m., you need to eat animal protein in the form of a fermented milk product: kefir, Bolotov's whey - as much as you want, in small portions. When leaving, observe the following IMPORTANT rules: eat water, food slowly, in small portions. I drank a sip, swallowed a piece, sit down, listen to yourself. If, when chewing a portion of food, you do not feel any taste or it resembles the taste of cotton wool, this means that your stomach is not yet ready to digest this product. For you, this food is ballast. Wait a few days and try it again. If during or after taking a portion you feel discomfort: pain in the stomach, dry mouth, internal unwillingness to use it further, then stop taking this product. This means that it is harmful, and do not spare the money spent on food, health is more expensive.

In the absence of discomfort, the volume of food consumed should correspond to the volume of a tea glass. Time of consumption - the same fifteen minutes. If you feel discomfort with one type of food, immediately switch to another type. Once my patient, having a lot of experience of getting out of hunger strikes on the water, cooked raw vegetables to get out of the first five-day dry fast. After the water, it was the turn of the vegetables. I swallowed the first bite, waited a minute. I wanted to continue, but then I felt a pain in my stomach, as if a knife was stuck. Then I realized that the pain disappears if you eat boiled vegetables. After that, for a long time I went out on protein foods: kefir and fish broth. and there were no problems. This is necessary because after the end of SH, the body urgently needs building material, which is animal protein, for the synthesis of proteins and new cells. Violation of this rule can lead to negative consequences!

You can add salt to food from the third day of release, it is best to use rock or sea salt. Very, very gradually, a dose on the tip of a knife.

Starting from the second day, you can gradually consume the waste products of bees: honey, pollen. Food should be varied and well saturated with vitamins and micro-macroelements. For the first five days after starting your SG, use only fresh, clean, high-quality foods. You can not eat sugar and sugar-containing, canned foods.

Second day: 8.00 - herbal tea with honey or compote or kefir, buckwheat porridge on water, you can add a little vegetable oil (other cereals are possible), be sure to drink one quail egg 3 times a day from the second day of fasting (do not be afraid - quails do not suffer from salmonellosis) on an empty stomach. This is necessary, since quail eggs are the whole periodic table, and most importantly, natural stem cells, which are so necessary for the body after dry fasting. Women can make face masks: mix quail eggs with cedar oil, apply at night for 20 minutes.

14.00 - fish soup (preferably from greenling, salmon, pink salmon), you can add a little salt. Salad, any cereal. Tea, compote, kefir, honey.

18.00 - boiled beets, cereals, tea, compote, kefir.

22.00 - herbal tea, honey.

Nutrition program for good digestion (after fasting)

Most people are constantly sick or almost sick because they are trying to process the huge amount of excess food they eat. After hunger, you can easily and quickly establish proper digestion. Make it a rule - do not eat after 16 hours. If you follow this, you will have good sleep. In the morning you will feel rested. you will naturally have a self-purification of the body and normalize the fat layer. Have breakfast from 9 am to 10 am (or earlier). Eat a salad of fresh vegetables based on carrots, cabbage and greens (stewed vegetables in winter). The second course will be sprouted grain bread with honey or seaweed, or whole porridge with a little butter. Together with cabbage, carrots and herbs, they will be a good stimulant for the digestive tract, growing the right microflora, and restoring the work of the endocrine system of the body due to feedback.

Eat a salad first. This will lead to the activation of a number of processes that underlie the normal functioning of the body. For example, the secretion of digestive juices is stimulated, because raw vegetables are rich in natural stimulants. After several years of eating like this, you will feel that your body does not perceive a different beginning of food. as a result, you can bring fresh vegetables and fruits to 60 percent of your diet. Fresh vegetables, fruits and juices based on them are foods rich in vitality. Their tissues are rich in energy, supporting the structure of body tissues, skin elasticity.

The ideal diet is 50 percent raw fruits and vegetables. The fiber and pectin found in most plant foods are called dietary fiber because they are not absorbed by the body. These substances are necessary, they play an important role in the process of digestion: they adjust the intestinal hormonal system, and through it the whole body, being regulators of the motor function of the intestine; create a favorable microflora in the gastrointestinal tract, which is partially used by the body as a complete living protein, 10 percent falls on protein foods. Protein can be in the form of meat, fish, eggs, natural cheese, or in plant form, such as nuts and seeds. Brewer's yeast, bread and wheat germ soup are also an important part of the protein diet. They are especially indispensable as suppliers of vitamins B, E and D.

The remaining products are divided into three parts. One third (30%) is natural starch from cereals and legumes. Another third (at least 5%) are natural sugars contained in dried fruits, honey, and freshly squeezed juices. The last third (no more than 5%) consists of natural fats such as sunflower, corn, olive, natural lard, butter and ghee. People who are prone to obesity should avoid eating sugar, bread, cereals. Or eat them in minimal quantities, and the porridge should be freshly cooked. Chewing them thoroughly is essential. With fast food, a person absorbs cereals 3-5 times more than necessary. This leads to obesity. If you use a small amount of it, chewing it to the state of milk, then constipation disappears, intestinal motility improves (at the time of chewing, peristalsis accelerates four times), congestion in the gastrointestinal tract is eliminated.

The recovery period should be twice as long as the fasting lasted. Try to eat right at least during this period. The daily routine during the recovery period remains approximately the same (walks, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, outdoor activities), but thin people can add special procedures - oil massage of the whole body (especially the lower back), hot baths. How to prepare Bolotov's serum

Pour cold boiled well or spring water into a clean 3-liter jar.

We dissolve in water 1 glass of sugar and 1 teaspoon of market sour cream. Half a glass of celandine grass (it doesn't matter - dry or fresh, but always clean, without mold) is placed in a gauze bag and drowned at the bottom of the jar with a sinker.

After 2 weeks, pour 1 liter of finished kvass from a 3-liter jar into a liter glass bottle with a lid. This is a serving for approximately 3 days.

And in a 3-liter jar, add 1 liter of water and add 1/3 cup of sugar.

After 3 days kvass will be ready again. So you can continue without changing the celandine, up to 2 months, adding water and sugar.

It is very important to dose the fluid intake in the first few days after the exit from dry fasting. Maximum 1-1.2 liters per day, including juices and water.

If a intense thirst eat juicy fruit. Fruit contains liquid, but it will not cause any problems.

At the exit from hunger, my taste senses became so aggravated that it would seem that a simple orange, in its taste, was like some kind of unearthly Divine fruit. I ate an orange just a few minutes after I drank some different juices.

If the recommendations for fluid intake are not followed, very serious problems, in best case legs and arms swell, which causes a lot of trouble. The kidneys were in a dormant state throughout the hunger and after the release, they simply cannot cope with a large amount of fluid.
