Overdose

Treatment
In case of nasal overdose, rinse or clear the nose immediately. Symptomatic treatment may be required.

Interaction with other drugs

Some antidepressants (MAO inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants) and vasoconstrictors, when administered simultaneously, can cause an increase in blood pressure.
Combination with tricyclic antidepressants may lead to the development of arrhythmias.
Simultaneous use with antihypertensive drugs (especially those that affect the sympathetic nervous system) can lead to various cardiovascular effects.
