At the same time, we were most interested in the question: which of the products is ideal energy food? We were interested in finding a product or combination of products that would provide the body with the fastest and most required energy without causing various harmful side effects on the body. We have also launched a campaign to collect information regarding similar studies by other authors. As a result, we are now able to score commonly used foods and drinks that provide energy, such as honey - 9; glucose - 7; corn syrup - 7; dark sugar - 6; refined white sugar - 4. When evaluating energy products, the following factors are taken into account:
