The history of zhen-jiu therapy. Zhenjiu therapy

Zhen-jiu / acupuncture
The name of the method zhen-tszyu-therapy means zhen - needle prick and tszyu - cauterization; the method consists in applying a burn or injection to certain points of the body.

General information:

The origin of the method of zhen-jiu therapy has not been established, although it is known that this type of treatment has existed in China since ancient times and was used in the Stone Age to treat not only people, but also animals.

Needles in ancient times were made from various kinds mountain stone, such as quartz. These needles are called bianshi. In ancient times, stone needles were used to treat various acute and chronic diseases, they were used to open abscesses, bloodletting and other surgical procedures. Later, stone needles were replaced by metal ones, which were made from copper, silver, gold and iron, and more recently from stainless steel.

The method of treatment of chiu is that lumps of smoldering grass are applied to a certain area of the skin in order to heat it up to the formation of a burn.

Places that are irritated with zhen or ju are called xue, or "vital points."

Zhen-jiu-therapy, influencing the energy basis of the body, ensures the unity and orderliness of the work of various organs and systems. Ancient doctors believed that any disease is a process in which the whole organism is inevitably involved. If the function of one organ is disturbed, the movement of energy is disrupted, because of which the functions of other organs and systems suffer. And therefore, effective treatment of one organ without correcting the activity of the rest is impossible. A map of the human body was drawn up with the image of the meridians along which energy moves, and points, by influencing which, it is possible to increase or decrease (depending on the need) the flow of energy into the internal organs.

What is Zhenjiu therapy used for?

Zhenjiu therapy is used to treat and prevent various diseases, as well as improve immunity, cope with stress, improve general well-being. Zhen-jiu therapy promotes the speedy recovery of mental and physical health, which gives the body the opportunity to quickly join the healing process.
It is most effective when vague unpleasant sensations appear, and organic pathologies are not yet observed.

What are the features?

The main feature of this method is that the treatment is carried out without saturating the body. chemicals, overdose or long-term use which destroy internal organs; they cause allergization of the body and often lead to the development of diseases such as asthma, eczema, psoriasis, diathesis, etc.

Zhen-jiu therapy has practically no contraindications or side effects.

What is treated with zhenjiu therapy?

By influencing the points of passage of information channels, it is possible to change the direction of energy flows, influencing the state of the body as a whole. That is why there are no “headache” or “head” points in reflexology with the use of needles. The cause of the disease is eliminated, and thus its recurrence is excluded.
Acupuncture brings especially great success in the treatment of diseases, the cause of which traditional medicine cannot find.

there is an assumption that acupuncture and moxibustion originated originally in Nepal and Tibet, in Buddhist temples, where the level of knowledge was quite high for its time. Apparently, over the course of a number of centuries, this method of treatment spread in China. So, in the 111th century BC in China, the experience of using acupuncture that was available at that time was summarized. The first book on this method - "Huangdi Neijing", consisting of 18 volumes, provides information about the technique of acupuncture, outlines the indications and contraindications for its use. Somewhat later, the famous Chinese scientist Huang Fumi, based on the experience of his predecessors, wrote a work on acupuncture and cauterization "Dianjing", consisting of 12 volumes. It detailed the basics of "zhen-jiu" (acupuncture - moxibustion) therapy, great attention was given to determining the localization of points for injections, recommended forms of therapeutic effects.

In / 1-X111 centuries, the zhen-jiu method was continuously improved and more and more widely used in medical practice. During this period, numerous manuals were published on the use of acupuncture and moxibustion in gynecology, surgery, pediatrics and internal medicine. An outstanding scientist of that time, Van-Wei, applied 600 dots known at that time to a bronze figure of a man. He described these points in detail and noted the effect of acupuncture on each of them.

In 1789, the book “Zhen-Jiu Xue” was published ( Zhenjiu therapy), which is a short tutorial.

In 1955, the Central Research Institute of Chinese Medicine was organized in Beijing with a department for Zhen-Jiu therapy.

TREATMENT WITH THE HELP OF ZHEN-JIU THERAPY.

Before starting treatment, the ancient physicians, based on the above theories, conducted a thorough survey, examination, and studied the patient's pulse. Thanks to this, they were able to very accurately establish the nature of the violation of the circulation of energy along the meridians, which is the cause of the disease and very quickly eliminate it by prescribing a special mode of life and conducting acupuncture or cauterization in right points. Such treatment was considered highly effective, as it was possible thanks to pulse diagnostics in most cases, establish the onset of the development of the disease in its latent period and conduct preventive treatment. It is not possible for us to reveal this method of treatment in more detail because of the very complex relationship between the meridians themselves and the energy circulating in them, as well as because of the “secrecy” that exists to this day in the art of mastering pulse diagnostics.

Zhenjiu therapy is one of the specific methods of treating many diseases, which has been used by the Chinese people for several millennia. Zhenjiu therapy consists of two different treatment processes: "zhen" - acupuncture (acupuncture) and "jiu" - moxibustion (moxibustion). “Zhenjiu” is pronounced together mainly because acupuncture and moxibustion must be used to treat certain diseases.

For acupuncture, a metal needle is used, which is called a haozhen (thin needle). It is now usually made of thin stainless steel wire. For cauterization, dried wormwood leaves are used, turned into a fibrous mass (“aizhong”), which is shaped into a candle (“aizhu”) or a cigar (“aijuan”). In accordance with the basic principles and diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine and depending on the type of disease in certain places on the body (“xuewei”) of the patient various methods an injection is made with a needle or the skin is warmed up and even cauterized by means of an ignited fibrous mass in order to achieve the harmony of “yin” and “yang” (negative and positive principles), to establish “qi” (a concept close to functional activity) and blood circulation to obtain a therapeutic effect.

A Brief History of the Zhenjiu Method

In one of the ancient canons of Chinese medicine, written more than 2500 years ago, stone needles (“bian shi”) are mentioned. It is believed that the zhenjiu method appeared in China at least 4,000 years ago, because the Huang Di Neijing summarizes the successes of Chinese medicine, which it achieved 2,000 years before this canon was written.

The work gives an account of anatomy, physiology, pathology and diagnosis, as well as describes methods of treating various diseases. This very rich book laid the foundations of traditional Chinese medicine. It details the zhenjiu treatment, describes nine types of metal needles and 365 injection points, details the techniques, technique, mechanism of action and principles of treatment by this method, as well as various notes and recommendations. In other historical writings, there are often notes on the treatment of the zhenjiu method. So, for example, there is a record that tells that in 581 BC. e. one doctor, using an injection at the “baikhoy” point, helped a man who had lost consciousness.

In 256 a.d. e. (Jin period), the physician Huangfu Mi, summarizing the data on the zhenjiu method of previous periods, wrote a special treatise "Zhenjiu jiaijing". Thus, the foundations of the zhenjiu method were laid as an independent branch of medicine.

During the Tang period (618–907 AD), the zhenjiu method gained further development. An even greater number of doctors and scientific works appeared in this branch of medicine, systematic teaching of the method began, training in this method of treatment was introduced, and examinations were made.

In 1027 (Sun period) as study guide two bronze human figures were cast with dots inscribed on them to apply the zhenjiu method. One of the statues has not survived, and the other is in Japan. In China, there is a bronze figure of a man, cast in 1443 (Ming period). It testifies to the high level of development of the zhenjiu method of that time.

In the Ming period (1368–1644), the Zhenjiu method continued to flourish, but in the Qing period (1644–1911), this field of medicine stagnated, as the emperors who ruled during this period in China believed that The “imperial body” cannot be given injections.

In the middle of the 20th century, the zhenjiu method regained its rights. Many doctors began to learn from the old doctors of traditional Chinese medicine, and soon the Institute of Zhenjiu Therapy was opened, which began to conduct research on the mechanism of action of acupuncture, moxibustion and massage, train scientists and compile textbooks for medical schools.

Brief information about the application of the zhenjiu method

The zhenjiu method is very rich and complex, it boils down to the treatment of diseases with acupuncture and moxibustion after the diagnosis of the disease is established based on the principles and diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.

Internal organs ("tsang-fu") and main channels ("ching-mo")

Traditional Chinese medicine divides the internal organs of a person into several parts: into five organs of storage (“wu zang”), six organs of transport, digestion and absorption (“lu-fu”) and a pericardial sac, that is, into 12 parts. The five storage organs are: heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys. The six organs of transport, digestion and absorption are: stomach, large intestine, small intestine, gallbladder, bladder and "san-jiao". “San” means “three”, and “jiao” roughly corresponds to the concept of “cavity”. "Shan-jiao", or " upper cavity", includes the heart, lungs and cavity above the diaphragm. "Zhong-jiao", or " middle cavity”, consists of the stomach, spleen, cavity below the diaphragm to the navel. The "Xia-Jiao" or "lower cavity" includes thick and small intestines, bladder and cavity from the navel to the pubic bone.

All 12 internal organs have their own "main channels" that connect these organs. The functional activity of the organs takes place through the channels and beyond them; circulate blood and nutrients. They bind the human body into a single whole. Each channel has its own name. In all channels there is non-stop circulation from the chest to the arms, from the arms to the head, from the head to the legs, from the legs to the abdomen (or chest). In addition to these 12 channels on the line of symmetry of the body, in front and behind, there is one more channel. Thus, there are 14 main channels in total. On each channel there are points (maximum - 67, minimum - 9), where an injection or cauterization is made.

Four methods of diagnosis

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that when the human body is influenced by internal (joy, anger, sadness, care, grief, fear, fear) or external (wind, cold, dryness, dampness, fire, heat) painful factors, then on the surface body or on the main channels and in internal organs certain symptoms appear.

The doctor, using such diagnostic methods as examination, listening and smelling, questioning and probing (mainly the pulse), determines the type of disease and its location on the surface of the body, on the canal or in the internal organs. This serves as the basis for the appointment of treatment. Inspection, listening and smelling, questioning and probing in Chinese traditional medicine are called the four methods of diagnosis.

The technique of these diagnostic methods is very complicated. It can be mastered and understood only after a deep theoretical study associated with practice.

Acupuncture and moxibustion points

After determining the type of disease, establishing the affected channel and organ, based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, injections and cauterization are made on the points of the affected channel and the associated points of other channels. However, there are many dots on each channel. What points should be chosen? This issue is further complicated by the fact that one point can be used to treat many types of diseases. Conversely, many points can be used to treat one type of disease. Therefore, the choice of points is made according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and in accordance with the patterns of combination of points identified during the accumulation of experience. clinical practice. The therapeutic effect is achieved only with the correct selection of points.

Treatment prescription based on syndrome analysis

In accordance with the principle of prescribing treatment based on the analysis of the syndrome, after selecting points and starting acupuncture, it is necessary to use various pricking techniques depending on the nature of the disease.

Traditional Chinese medicine doctors analyze the nature of the disease in great detail. So, for example, in acupuncture, the rule “strengthen with a weakened syndrome, weaken with a tense syndrome” is often used.

"Tension syndrome" in the concept of traditional Chinese medicine approaches the symptoms of hyperfunction and arousal in the concept modern medicine, for example, hyperacidity gastric juice, spasms, pain, etc. Against diseases with similar symptoms, “weakening” injections are used. The weakened syndrome in the concept of traditional Chinese medicine approaches the symptoms of hypofunction and inhibition in the concept of modern medicine, for example, low acidity gastric juice, paralysis, loss of sensitivity, etc. In these cases, “strengthening” angles are used.

Acupuncture technique

Aches, numbness, fullness, an electric current impulse and other sensations that appear after the needle is inserted into the skin and tissues located under it are a positive indicator.

Based on these sensations, injections of "strengthening" or "weakening" are usually used. There are a lot of ways to "strengthen" and "weaken" and they are very complex. A relatively simple method is “strengthening” and “weakening” along the canal, namely: when the tip of the needle enters a point or the needle rotates in the direction of the canal (thumb forward) - this is a “strengthening” injection. If the tip of the needle enters a point or the needle rotates against the direction of the channel ( index finger forward) is an injection of “weakening”.

For example, you can take a channel located on inside hands (that is, on the side of the palm). It goes from the chest along the arm and palm to the fingers. The injections on this channel will be “strengthening” injections if the point of the needle is directed towards the fingers, and “weakening” injections if it is directed towards opposite side. The rotation of the needle along the channel will be the rotation of "strengthening", and in the opposite direction - the rotation of "weakening".

When acupuncture is done on the channel that goes from the arm to the head, the direction of the point and the rotation of the needle to "strengthen" and "weaken" will be the opposite of the above example.

Despite the simplicity of the acupuncture technique, it practical use requires very high qualifications. The effectiveness of the method depends to a large extent on the correct prescription of the course of treatment based on the analysis of the syndrome, but the injection technique is even more important.

The fact is that the needle is inserted to the appropriate depth for each point.

In addition, there are points that are contraindicated for injections or cauterization. Misuse of acupuncture can cause fainting, fracture of the needle and even more serious consequences.

Cauterization technique

There are a lot of cauterization methods. Currently, wormwood cigars are mostly used for cauterization. Such a cigar warms up the corresponding points. The choice of points for cauterization and the appointment of treatment according to the syndrome are basically similar to acupuncture. At skin diseases cauterization is carried out at the site of the lesion and taking into account the size of the focus. Cauterization by a cigar, as a rule, should not burn: the distance of the smoldering end of the cigar from the point of cauterization should be such that the patient feels only a pleasant heat. Usually each point is cauterized for 20-30 minutes. But this time is reduced or lengthened depending on the specific characteristics of the disease.

The healing effect of the zhenjiu method

Zhenjiu therapy is used to treat many acute, chronic, functional and even organic diseases. The method is effective not only for neuro-psychic, internal, female and children's diseases. It also gives good results in eye and skin diseases, diseases of the ear, nose, throat and mouth, even in infectious diseases and diseases requiring surgical intervention.

Chapter 1

Zhenjiu therapy from the inside

Taking advantage special methods training, a person can develop the ability to feel those very notorious channels life force, which ancient Chinese doctors spoke about in their treatises.

Training begins with the ability to relax the muscles. The main subtlety here is in getting the feeling that in a relaxed area it begins to move randomly, like a swarm of microparticles. At the beginning of this movement, the "swarm" remains under the purposeful control of consciousness, and only then, upon reaching a certain strength of concentration, the life of the swarm is automated.

Muscular, or rather muscular-volitional effort, randomly rotating particles must be directed, giving them a directed movement, merging them into large and small streams circulating throughout the body.

In the process of movement, rarefied zones are created at the ends of the flows, into which (judging by the sensations) microparticles rush from the surrounding space, and getting into the general flow, they are carried away into the depths of the body. Gradually, this leads to such a strong saturation of the flows that their movement is accompanied by noises that are audible even to an outside observer.

And the trainee himself at these moments comes to the feeling that the microparticles, moving throughout the entire body mass at the same time, especially manifest their movement in the channel of certain channels located along the length of the body at relatively shallow depths. The size of the channels according to subjective characteristics varies in diameter from 2-3 to 10 mm. And throughout their length they have special zones, knots, more dense and spherical, in which microparticles from the flow partially swirl and therefore radiate into the surrounding tissues.
All members of our research group completed this stage of training in an average of six months, and with a very significant investment of time and effort. But not even a very filigree ability to control movement throughout the body " life energies", as the ancients said, or "sans-energy", to use our terminology, opened up a number of very interesting possibilities for us. Firstly, of course, in the field of self-healing. Sansu managed to push through the diseased part of the body after repeated, strenuous attempts, but having achieved this, we immediately sought to remove all acute pain(head, radiculitis, rheumatic), and after 2-3 sessions, a steady cure occurred.
In general, it happened the same way as with acupuncture treatment, the difference was only in the “motor”, instead of a needle, we used our muscle strength.

Volitional cardiac arrest.

Sansa can be controlled to a state of high densities in certain areas of the body, due to the rapid removal of sans-particles from areas bordering on the selected area. This rearrangement of sansa is achieved by selective muscle tension, which creates two poles in the body: one of increased, the other of reduced sans pressure. A stream of sans rushes into the area of reduced sans pressure from all sides, waiting for its maximum concentration so that it does not rush back, compressing the tissues through which it came.
We call this technique a sans-strike. With its help, you can effectively clear the oppressed sans channels. But at the same time, one methodological feature of its implementation must be remembered, it is possible to start compressing the tissues only after they have been previously saturated with sans, otherwise the compression will cause ruptures of small blood vessels, accompanied by sharp painful sensations.
Sans-strike can be carried out in any direction, including in the region of the heart. At the same time, as the sans pressure rises, the heart begins to beat more and more slowly, and when a certain (rather high) level of sans concentration is reached, it stops completely. At this moment, the monotonous noise of sansa is heard in the chest, there is no pulse. The cardiac pause lasts completely painless, slowly and smoothly the heart begins to work again, creating a good filling of blood in the vessels when the sans pressure in its area drops.
During the period when the heart does not beat, the general condition of the experimenter remains at the same satisfactory level, the mind is clear. In the first attempts of this kind, we stopped the heart by sending sansa to it from the head through the right chest cavity, but then we also had to hold our breath, which significantly reduced the time of the cardiac pause (30-9Osec), but later we began to pump sansa from the abdominal cavity, at the same time, the upper pectoral muscles could be kept relaxed, which preserved the possibility of light, shallow breathing for us, then the duration of the experiment depended only on the strength of the abdominal muscles and increased for women to one, and for men up to 3-5 minutes.
Evaluating similar experiences of Indian yogis, some authors suggested that yogis, by selective pressure in the abdominal cavity, apparently affect the centers that regulate the activity of the heart, still unknown to science. According to our observations, these "unknown centers" are nothing but sansa. If we pass sans flows through the body, bypassing the left side of the chest, then soon the heartbeat becomes small and frequent, the filling of the blood vessels drops sharply, and nagging pains are felt in the atrium. But they disappeared as soon as we opened the sans channels that feed the heart region. And in the next seconds, as the sansa was received, the heart began to work more and more calmly, rhythmically, creating a good filling in the blood vessels.

Interaction of the nervous and sans-energetic systems.

After mastering the ability of volitional regulation of sans flows, a number of questions arose before us: how is the work of the sans energy system organized in those main periods when it is not controlled by active consciousness? We made a number of observations and found that the intensity of the circulation of sans throughout the body is always in strong dependence on the neuropsychic state of the individual. So at the moment of stress, we recorded violent movements of sans from the head to the limbs or into the abdominal cavity / usually people do not feel these sans movements due to lack of training, and from strong emotional experiences they are not up to observing their internal physiological processes/. We understand the mechanism of this phenomenon in this way. The ideal environment for the circulation of sans in the body is its complete relaxation. Nerve impulses entering the tissues from the brain cause them to contract in one way or another, not necessarily pronounced for us, but sufficient to change the movement of the sans flow in the appropriate direction. Explosive movements of sans often manifest themselves with minor irritations to the body from the outside. Knock on the door phone call etc. in some especially nervous people they cause a response of tension in certain muscles of the body, which in turn instantly creates a difference in sans potentials and sans flows in streams to relaxed areas of the body.
Nerve spasms hearts, arrhythmia, pain - the result of overlapping sans flows, compressed pericardial tissues. And the mechanism of the origin of a stomach ulcer "on a nervous basis" lies in the fact that at moments of excitement in chest cavity all or almost all of the lateral sans channels are blocked, and sansa, coming from its reservoir, the brain, and destined for the lungs and heart, bypasses them and saturates the stomach in an excessive way, retaining its relaxation, which, ultimately, activates its activity. In our practice, we have repeatedly observed various options similar phenomena. Nerve impulses regulated the activity of the sans-energy systems. But any nervous influences we could neutralize, in turn, by taking control of the sans-energy system under direct conscious volitional control. An interesting pattern emerges before us, but the final conviction that it reflects objective reality came to us much later, already against the background of numerous other facts that could not only be felt by ourselves, but also controlled from the outside.

The influence of sans on the psyche.

There are many endpoints of various endpoints of various sans channels concentrated in the brain. They differ from similar or endpoints of various other parts of the body (arms, legs, abdomen) in that they can only take sansa from space, but do not release it from the body through themselves. Therefore, the sans potential in the brain is always higher than in the body, and if desired, it can be relatively increased to a state where the entire internal structure of the brain begins to be perceived as a single whole. In this case, the subject gets the opportunity to observe the physical manifestations of mental activity: each external or internal stimulus (sound, pain, thought) is born and lives in the brain in the form of individual series of point impulses, the strength and direction of propagation of which are clearly traced. This degree of feeling allows you to compare the work of both hemispheres and, by controlling the sans flows, achieve their coordinated simultaneous work.
Also, when the brain was saturated with sansa, we observed a number of mental shifts. Loss of sensation of the body or its various parts. It seemed that it became spherical, bifurcated, that the arms and legs acquired a length of c. several kilometers, the surrounding objects either disappeared when looking at them, or were seen as unusually clear, etc. It took 2-4 months to accustom the brain not to respond with disturbances of mental perception to its saturation with sans. The reason for the described phenomena is that the presence of sans in the body above a certain limit suppresses, and sometimes completely neutralizes, the nervous apparatus, all the attributes of the activity of which are taken over by the sans system. At the same time, the brain, until it adapts to the new mode of operation, is not able to correctly coordinate the information that enters it. in an unusual way. Conducting a sans-strike to the brain or its individual parts causes more violent, both internal and external manifestations: the subject loses sensation self, the environment and the people around him perceives as if they were seen for the first time, he can have vivid visual images and auditory hallucinations, sharp convulsive movements of the body and even complete loss of consciousness. All this takes place within 1-2 minutes, until the concentration of sans decreases to the usual level, but subsequent adverse reactions persist for a significant time, namely: a feeling of general depression, longing, unwillingness to live, hypertrophied fear - can possess the subject for several hours , unless, of course, he actively fights them (in our case, with new sans blows).
The described reactions to the sans-blow are not obligatory. They arise only when there are "non-felt places" in the brain - foci, dotted, filamentous, spherical, which, by virtue of different reasons(painful areas) do not lend themselves to passing sans through them during sans tensions.
Constant sans probing of the brain, combined with careful selective sans blows, gradually allows you to achieve the ideal brain structure. Then sansa, during blows, without encountering obstacles near which it could "swirl", after concentration in the brain, freely pours into the body and from there gradually radiates into space. In this case, the subject experiences for several minutes (mentally) a state of extraordinary vigor, physically he lost the sensation of the weight of the body, which at the same time, as it were, swells and is perceived by the touch as an elastic homogeneous mass. When the reaction is over, the body "sags" and shows normal characteristics to the touch.
From the above it is clear how we imagine the origin of "natural" hallucinations, schizophrenia, epilepsy. In individual individuals, the sans-potential can rise spontaneously, the concentrated sans that enters the brain, due to its sans-conducting heterogeneity, "swirls", resonating and disorganizing the mental apparatus. We tried to recommend the method of our training to some neuropsychiatric patients, so that they would accustom themselves to painlessly respond to an excess of sans in the body. But since sans-management required them to have a great strong-willed focus, only a few of them got rid of themselves. We had to resort to the treatment of the rest, using other methods.

The effect of communicating sans systems.

Using the peculiarity of the terminal sans points located on the arms and legs, we can both absorb sans from space and emit it from the body, we began to treat patients by pumping sans energy into their body under pressure from the outside. In full, this procedure looks like this. Sans-healer (sansat) and the patient sit opposite each other, joining hands and feet. The patient relaxes as much as possible, and sansat begins to increase his sans potential, simultaneously releasing sans from himself through his arms and taking it through his legs. Gradually, the concentration of sansat in both bodies becomes quite large and sansat begins to strike in those parts of his body that correspond to the painful areas of the patient. The first sans-strike in the sansat field causes a blow of the same strength and direction in the patient's body. The possibility of such a connection is healing effect method.
Actually, this is the same zhen-jiu therapy, only the work of the oppressed sans-channels is restored not by injections and cauterization, but by the volitional efforts of sansat. It should be noted that the majority of patients after the first sessions began to feel previously unfelt movements of sans flows in their bodies. This helped us to work more purposefully, paying attention primarily to those places where the patient did not perceive the movement of sans. We treated mainly neuropsychiatric diseases, which are most easily curable, but, on occasion, did not refuse to treat chronic patients with a wide variety of physiological disorders. The general conclusion: what we have accumulated from two years of practical work, can be formulated in one word - irrationality. In order to cure a person with serious organic diseases, a sansat had to devote literally 2-3 months of his life to him. He had to conduct at least once a day hourly, or even two-hour sessions of treatment with sans-pressure from the outside, this required a huge expenditure of physical strength, and we could not treat at least two people at the same time.
Of course, if we achieved the ability to easily and quickly increase our sans potential to some super-concentrations, then we could not only heal, but simply heal by the laying on of hands. But we could not develop such abilities in ourselves. And the exhausting, little-giving work made us turn again to zhen-jiu therapy, and once again recognize the genius of its founders.
Apparently, having encountered the same difficulties as we did, they found a relatively extensively effective method of regulating sans movements in the body of their patients. They discovered it most likely by accident, but it was that accident that comes only to researchers, they could not observe the connection between the injection and the subsequent cure because there is no logic in this, but they once had to notice that an accidental prick of a thorn caused in them body, the emergence of an intense sans flow. And the next time they pricked themselves deliberately - thus was born zhen-jiu therapy.
We, the people of the 20th century, could not come up with anything better in the field of sans treatment. Ancient Chinese doctors completely exhausted this very interesting topic long before our era. However, recognizing zhen-jiu therapy as the crowning achievement, we have by no means closed ourselves off at this stage of our research. For by that time, the ineffective method of sans-pressure from the outside revealed to us a number of very effective phenomena that stood out from the scope of everything previously known and already belonged to the field of practical parapsychology.

Chapter 2. Sans - human wave connections.

The concept of sans - contact.
During sans-treatment, our patients experienced various sensations that were very unusual for them, and therefore well fixed by consciousness. But sometimes they told us that similar sensations come to them even after a considerable time after the sessions.
Analyzing these experiences, we found that they took place at the moments when, after parting with the patients, we moved on to personal sans training.
That is, the connection of sans-systems, resulting from physical sans-contacts, continued to be preserved even after the break. We engaged in a systematic study of these phenomena, which we called "sans contacts", and gradually formed a rather broad idea about them, based on the conclusion that each person, using his sans level of perception, can enter into telepathic communication with any other people living on earth .
In practice, it happens like this: first you need to relax, gain sans and go to the sans level of perception of your body. Then focus on the image of a person with whom it was decided to enter into sans contact and, by volitional tension, attract this image to and into oneself, while neutralizing one’s mental activity and focus her attention on a point of consciousness from which one can look at the world as if through the eyes of a contactee. Having reached this point, one must strive to stay on it for as long as possible, and then the first signs of an established sans-contact begin to arrive. Namely, the contactee feels how the facial expressions of his face are changing, acquiring the features of the plasticity of the contactee's face. Similar changes occur in the perception of the size and shape of the body. With a slight sans potential, if the contact begins to touch some part of the body with his hands at this moment, then he is convinced that this is still his own body, but if the sans-contact has reached a great degree of deepening, then touching himself, he feels that the hands are not his and the shape of the body is not his. In general, he is absolutely conscious of himself as a person living in another body. At the same time, he retains the correct orientation in the surrounding space, no intellectual abilities suffer; the only deviation from the norm is that he feels himself in another body.
This could be considered - as an illusion caused by self-hypnosis, if not for one "but": at these moments, the person whose image was embodied by the contact also experiences a number of sensations, although not so vivid, but manifesting themselves enough to be tangible. For example, the movement of sansa passes strictly along the channels that the contact manipulates.
Sans contact can also reach higher forms of perfection, when the contact is disconnected not only from his body, but also from the environment in which he acts. And his personality settles in the mental apparatus of the contactee: he perceives the world at these moments as he appears before the contactee. But to prepare your brain for such a degree of penetration is a huge work for a person, which, in particular, includes all forms of asceticism: constant moderate nutrition, full cycles of extreme fasting (25-30 days), sexual abstinence, prolonged solitude, which is accompanied by many hours of daily training. to develop the ability to control the will, sans-energy, feelings, thoughts. That is, practically for a modern person, actively functioning in the life of society, the above specialization is possible only to a very small extent. That is why in our practice for 5 years of work only one person managed to achieve in sans-contact the degree of free communication of consciousness / N. Kvashura's experiments

Features of heterosexual sans-contact.
When a sans-contact is established between a man and a woman, as soon as the concentration of sansa in their bodies reaches an elevated level, then further control of it goes out of control of the will: sansa begins to spontaneously ignite and sublimate into space. This sublimation can cover the whole body or part of it - an arm, a leg, a brain, a heart. At the same time, a man and a woman perceive sublimating parts of the body as centers of orgasm. However, the latter differs from its usual manifestations, in addition to a change in place, also in that it is not accompanied by any side psychophysical side reactions. The goal, orgasm - the sexual centers of the psyche, are closed only if the sublimation of sans is caused directly in the genitals. Then, after some time, along with orgasm, all signs of sexual arousal are observed.
As soon as the concentration of sans decreases as a result of spontaneous combustion, the sensation of orgasm disappears, and sans contact returns to its first stage. If the contact (whether male or female) starts gaining sans again, the sensation of orgasm can be maintained in your body for several hours.
By investigating this phenomenon, we found the following: vivo, without volitional influence, all excess sansa entering the body from the end points of the arms, legs, head leave it through the end points located in the genital area. Sexual arousal speeds up this process, sexual intercourse brings it to a state of strong affect: the set of sans in the lower abdomen exceeds the ability of the terminal sans points and, having concentrated, it begins to sublimate, from the point of view of controlled sans possibilities, very weakly, but, however, enough to cause the subject feeling of orgasm. So nature took care of stimulating the instinct of procreation in living organisms.
But in addition to the increased potential of sans, for the manifestation of orgasm, the presence of sans contact between a man and a woman is necessary and vice versa. But according to our observations, it always takes place in every person, although it is not realized by him. Such contact in childhood is made with parents of the opposite sex, a relative who is in close contact with a person, and in adulthood with a spouse, although the latter is far from necessary. A bond can be formed once and last for a lifetime. At the same time, physical sexual intercourse plays the role of a sans accumulation stimulator in both partners (due to continuous mental reactions) and with different sexual partners, a person experiences the state of orgasm due to sans contact, which was established possibly back in childhood. That is why, if during active sans contact, a man and a woman experience an orgasm at the same time, during ordinary sexual intercourse, such simultaneity does not occur so often. Only in the presence of a very strong spiritual attraction to each other can the physical unity of a man and a woman be accompanied by a sans unity.

The influence of sans connections on human health.
Having developed in ourselves the ability to feel sans contacts, we saw that in the life of a person they play, although hidden, but very important role. At first, until we learned how to confidently break sans contacts, we had a very bad time: contacts arose in a variety of situations, when thinking about a person, when meeting familiar housemates, with passengers standing in a trolley bus, in a queue, when receiving news about someone, etc. And each contact in one way or another affected our sans-system, disrupting the circulation of sans, inhibiting individual channels, i.e. wiped out all of our previous work for cleaning sans sisiemy. But we have found ways to turn off all unnecessary contacts with special muscular-volitional efforts. And now for us it is almost no problem. But for the majority of representatives of the human race, one of the most important problems concerning his health remains open.
Interacting, the sans systems of people influence each other sometimes beneficially, more often painfully. So the difference in volitional potentials leads to the fact that part of the sans-energy of one of the contacts constantly overflows into the sans-system of the other. And if the first organism suffers from a lack of sans, then in the second the activity of the organism suffers due to sans oversaturation. Painful with partially atrophied channels, the sans-system, when in contact, pollutes the clean system. And even healthy sans-systems, if their structures differ too much from one another during concentration, can influence each other very painfully. Thus, the more intensively a person circulates in a heterogeneous society, the more opportunities he has to disrupt the activity of his sans-system, which will first affect his neuropsychic state, and then can lead to serious organic diseases. Can a person in everyday life protect himself from this side? Of course it can, and even very effectively.

General techniques for breaking random sans contacts.
If a person is carried away by a matter, an idea, as they say, is completely immersed in them, then there is no room left in his mind for any other thoughts, and the mental apparatus automatically breaks all side sans contacts.
Through deep concentration on one thought, when the awareness of one's position in real life disappears, we have more than once achieved an ideal purification of the sans-systems. At the same time, sans from space poured into bodies with a force significantly exceeding the force of its flow during an artificial sans-impact.
The mechanism of "miraculous" healing among believers is identical to that described. A person is sick, his sans-system is oppressed by negative sans-contacts. But, constantly thinking, focusing on one thought that faith will save him, he is at a particularly favorable moment, for example, in religious holiday near the holy relics, it reaches a frenzy and is thereby cleansed of side sans contacts. Actually, this is not the result of self-hypnosis, as it is explained: suggesting to yourself that you will recover plays a secondary role in such cases. The main thing here is to achieve a moment of concentration on a single object. For the same reason, recovery can also occur in "non-mystical" situations, if they are able to cause instant concentration, unexpected joy, fury, hatred, etc. This is recorded in cases where a person is clearly sick.
But often he heals himself in the early stages of the emergence of negative sans contacts, when the disease does not yet manifest itself outwardly. For example, the love of urban residents for sports spectacles is far from an accidental fun: a true fan at the time of sports battles is experiencing acute situations with greater dedication and therefore from the stadium, even in the event of a defeat to his team, he returns with a sans-system, freer from harmful connections than two hours ago.
The emerging sans contacts can also be broken by special muscle exercises. Outwardly, they look like this: breathe in the air full chest and exhale forcefully through pursed lips. Repeat 10-15 times. Inhale air and make an exhalation movement, but do not release air from the chest, thereby increasing (noticeably for yourself) blood pressure in the head, which is desirable to be carried out from the occipital region to the forehead and finish at the bridge of the nose. Repeat 3-5 times.
These two exercises were developed by us in the process of studying sans connections. But then we noticed that they have long been known to mankind and have found their application in the system of ancient yogis. We analyzed other exercises of this system, in particular ASANAs, and made sure that their outwardly pretentious postures are designed to improve the sans activity of certain channels. And holding a complex of these asanas is tantamount to a good "sans - training"
The breaking of sans-contacts explains and positive action on patients with a method called " therapeutic fasting Today they are successfully treated with both mental and organic diseases.
We've been on a series of hunger strikes different duration and observed the following. By the end of the first day, sansa began to go through the channels a little easier than usual, but then for about a week, while the body was adjusting to a new mode of operation, sansa went sluggishly and weakly. At the same time, old sans contacts were broken, and new ones were not established. And when the next 2-3 week period came, it was accompanied by a light, free and rich circulation of sans throughout the body. It is during this period that the patient's health is restored. Around the end of the month, the currents of sansa, although they remain pure, begin to lose their saturation, and attempts to concentrate sansa remain ineffectual. At this stage, the appetite usually reappears and one should begin to eat little by little. Volitional sans control is restored literally an hour after drinking a glass of milk.
Sometimes, faced with unnecessary sano-contacts, the body itself regulates the methods of dealing with them: a sick person loses his appetite and does not recover until a fracture in the course of the disease, or gastrointestinal tract completely stops its activity for some time for no apparent reason, that is, by stopping the process of digestion, the body does not provide the material foundations for fixing the sans contact that has just arisen, and the latter is easily broken.
The therapeutic and prophylactic properties of the steam baths, which are healing in their own way, are also known to be associated with sans. Extreme heating of the body for 10-15 minutes, as we have observed, actively stimulates the activity of sans-energy channels.
But, perhaps, the greatest opportunity for protection against accidental sans contacts is given to a person by a strong continuous heterosexual sans contact. In our experiments, when a man and a woman established contact between themselves and from time to time concentrated sans to a state of sublimation, their sans systems seemed to merge in a wide range, all extraneous sans influences had no effect on them. Contact with one of them stranger transferred to them a part of the pure sans circulating in him and the contact was broken. That is, we want to say that if the feeling of affection and love in its strongest manifestations is widely cultivated in society, then this will be a victory not so much for the public institution of morality as for the institution of health care.

Sans contact therapy.
Having mastered the techniques of sans-contact, we turned to the method of sans-treatment, but obviously at a higher level.
We began the healing session of sans-contact therapy by carefully clearing the channels of our sans-energy system, bringing our internal sensations to a general uniformity. This allowed us, after we took the patient for contact, to feel in which part of his body the streams of sans do not flow normally.
We were especially good at fixing various sans-disturbances in the brain of patients upon contact, a painful grid appeared in our head, and by the degree of unfelt places, we could immediately determine how far the organic disorders had gone and whether treatment with sans-contact would be expedient. In especially neglected cases, we recommended various complex methods treatment. If the violations of the sans system had not yet received an organic fixation, we treated them immediately: we groped for painful channels, places not covered by sans and began to let sans into them. When the elements of disease-causing contacts disintegrated, all the symptoms of the disease that tormented him disappeared. If at that time another of our comrades made contact, he did not find any sans disturbances in his brain. An interesting detail: the disintegration of contact elements is always accompanied by rather loud, characteristic crackles and clicks that are clearly audible from the outside, coming from the brain of the sans-healer.
Sansoscopy provides the doctor with a unique opportunity to explore the state of the body of his patient from the inside, and even better than the patient himself, since the latter does not have the sensory perception of sans.
Contact with a mentally ill person can reveal that the disturbance of consciousness in him comes from an excess of incoming sans, from a stagnant point focus of inhibition, or, conversely, from overexcitation, a swirl of sans, which once, faced with some kind of obstacle, changed its initial path and became rotate in a vicious circle. Carrying out a directed sans-strike under these conditions can always prove to be a quick-acting humane method of treatment, moreover, sometimes it can be the only one. possible way.
For example, using the methods of sans-contact therapy, we cured patients from epileptic seizures, from which he had previously tried to get rid of by resorting to other methods of treatment, but to no avail. We assess the possibilities of sans-contact therapy quite highly and believe that in the future it will be able to become one of the formidable weapons used in the fight against human diseases in the arsenal of medicine. We believe that people who wish to make sans-contact therapy their profession, despite the difficulties that await them in this field, will always be found in our society.

Chapter 3 Manifestation of sans as a global universal energy.

Experiments on volitional regulation of body weight.

We carried out these experiments on specially prepared lever balances. A box was attached to one end of the balancing beam, which fixed the position of the experimenter's body, and a counterweight was installed on the other. The assistant achieved the full horizontal position of the beam, then added a half-kilogram weight to the counterweight, and finally the beam with the experimenter occupied a stable upper position.
The latter made a series of control movements to make sure that they did not affect the steady position of the beam, and only then, having taken a comfortable position, did he maintain complete immobility of the body, began to concentrate sansa in himself. After about an hour and a half, the beam smoothly began to move, and its end lying on the ground rose, the assistant returned it down by adding another five-kilogram weight to the balancer. And again, after some time, the experimenter, increasing his weight by sans-set, pulled the opposite end of the beam. Usually at this stage we stopped our experience because of a strong physical fatigue experimenter.
The main thing is that we received visual evidence of the possibility of changing body weight without any physical additions to it. As for the magnitude of the changes, it depended on the skill and degree of training of the experimenter. Similar experiments to reduce body weight were carried out as follows: weights of 2 and 4 kg were removed from the control counterweight. and the end of the beam with the experimenter went down. The experimenter first gained sansa, and then with a muscular-volitional action, as it were, squeezed it out from the depths of the body to the surface. At the same time, the sansa condensed around the circumference of the body and began to quickly radiate into space. But while its concentration was maintained (30-40 sec.), the weight of the body decreased, which was fixed by a sharp drop down of the lightened end of the beam. The conclusion from these facts is obvious: a person, using the sans-energy of his body, can actively influence the gravitational waves passing through him. This can hardly be considered a violation of the law of universal gravitation, because we do not know what processes manifest themselves at these moments, since the nature of sans and gravitational waves is hidden for us today.

Experiences in clairvoyance.
Practical work clairvoyant begins with the fact that he clears his brain of all side sans influences, focusing all his attention on the subject of interest to him (situation, fact), building in his mental apparatus various assumptions regarding its essence. As long as thoughts do not correspond to the exact characteristics of the cognized object, unstable sans-chains arise and disappear in the clairvoyant’s brain, but as soon as he reaches a true opinion in his constructions about the object, in other words, tunes in to its sans-wave, the impulse instability in the brain structure disappears, being replaced by new already stable sensations, concentrating in some specific areas of the brain (the clairvoyant feels them well).
AT laboratory conditions it goes like this. On the table in a closed box lies a shuffled deck of cards (52 pieces). From the second deck is taken out playing card, for example, a diamond deuce. The clairvoyant is tasked with determining what the number of two of diamonds will be in the control deck. The clairvoyant imagines the image of the given card, then the image of the deck and begins to think intensely that the given card lies first in the deck - negative impulses come. It focuses on the thought that the given card will be the second, and so on. until the moment when his mental construction coincides with the true position of the card in the deck, which will be reflected in the characteristics of the impulses.
The same technique is used by the clairvoyant in those cases when he must name the decision before the action being performed (foresight). For example, experiments with throwing a dice. The clairvoyant mentally imagines that the cube is thrown by this person, and it fell to this place with such and such a face. On one of his constructions, he will receive affirmative impulses and will give the decision that the cube thrown now will fall upwards with such and such a face. After that, the dice is thrown and only confirmation is received that the prediction was made. Along with impulses, it is possible to develop the ability for figurative clairvoyance. At first, they simply accustom themselves to the ability to keep in mind a long-term visual image of objects during closed eyes that is, they develop eidetic memory. Then they learn to evoke in themselves various visual images previously seen. At the same time, they try to maintain a high sans potential in the brain, which significantly improves the identification of images and their subsequent retention in consciousness. After such training, for a person who has general sans capabilities, it is not difficult to engage in figurative clairvoyance.
One more detail can be noted from his methodology: in order to reveal an unknown image in his mind, the clairvoyant must establish contact with a known visible object, which is somehow associated with the desired object and already through it go to the "invisible connection". For example, the appearance of a person can be determined by first establishing contact with an object that once belonged to him, and so on. The work of a clairvoyant is very difficult. Its quality depends on the observance of many components, the main of which is the impeccable mastery of all the techniques of sans actions.

Experiments on mental suggestion.
The inductor and the percipient sit at the same table. A deck of cards is scattered face down in front of them. The inductor establishes contact with the percipient and projects in his mind, and hence in his brain, the image of one of the cards. In view of the unpreparedness, the percipient is not aware of the establishment of contact. But when the inductor asks him to choose one of the cards in front of him, he chooses exactly the one that the inductor intended. However, if the desire to choose a certain card arises in the percipient before the inductor has made his decision, then the percipient "opens" his card, and no force of telepathic suggestion can change his previously made choice. Therefore, during such experiments, we necessarily agreed with the percipient that before receiving the order to perform an action, they would not focus their attention on any objects.
In such experiments, since we also did not know where the maps we had conceived lay, the percipients showed two properties: the ability to receive telepathy and the ability to realize its data in an act of clairvoyance. And all this is at the subconscious level. In the moment of self-assessment, it seemed to them that they chose the card of their own free will, but objectively they carried out the will of the inductor, although the mechanism of this phenomenon does not lie in the will at all.
The induced sans image in the percipient's brain, when his attention was drawn to the cards, contributed to the predominant emergence of the percipient's sans connection with the card whose image was already in him, and hand movements (in terms of coordination in mental centers) went according to easy way, in order to want to take another card, the percipient had to destroy the already existing sans bond and form a new one, but for this, in our experiments, he just did not have any external causes he didn't care. That is, in these experiments, the inductor did not command in the direct sense of the word, but only prompted, pushed the percipient's decision in the right direction. With some percipients, especially sensitive ones who can relax well, we worked on complex clairvoyant programs, and they showed results much higher than those that we received in similar cases, working on our own. This is explained by the fact that when a clairvoyant works alone, he has to alternately strain his attention, then completely relax, and during these drops any person looking at him can establish contact with him, and thereby violate the clarity of his perception. In the first case, the inductor keeps a consistently high sans potential, and this increases its immunity to random sans contacts.

General theory of sansa.
1. The practical possibility of sans-contacts shows that each object of the material world has a sans-wave characteristic inherent only to it. It consists of the sans-wave characteristics of the parts of a given object, up to molecules, atoms, elementary particles. Sans-waves of all objects (micro and macro) are in constant interaction and mutually condition each other. Together they make up the global sans-field.
2. Sans waves are not destroyed. The final micro-objects with which they come into contact are also indestructible. Both of them can enter into various types of connections. When their constructive links break up and then form new constructions, then after these processes in the world of matter it is impossible to trace exactly the paths of development of transformations. And in the world of sans it is possible: the imprint of the action of a substance on a substance is destroyed by another influence. The wave characteristics of sans interactions manifest themselves without destroying the previous ones. Hence the possibility of obtaining sans-characteristics of the past.
3. The paradox of Einstein, Podolsky, Rosen: "Contrary to the requirements of the theory of relativity, the equations of quantum mechanics point to the instant connection of all parts of the world whole." This paradox was formulated in 1933. To date, physics has a number of experimental evidence of its truth. For example, experiments with the same frequency lasers interacting for no apparent reason, etc.
Laplace's mechanical causal world in the works of modern physicists rises to the highest qualitative level. Bohm, Vizhye, Broglie, Fock - their views: "Everything is causal!", i.e. the current state of a material object is determined not only by causes coming from the past, but also by the situations in which this object must fall in the future"
"The star wouldn't shine if it wasn't" sure (!) that in 10 years the quantum of its light will not be absorbed by material objects. From sans practice: getting the characteristics of objects that will interact in the future.
4. The field of sans is a "plan" according to which the development of material matter takes place in space and time. From the instantaneous interaction of sans waves it follows that in their totality there is no concept of space and time, the sans field is instantaneous and eternal, pointwise and infinite (from paragraphs 1-3).
5. Sans fields - the essence of the gravitational field. Hence the experiments on volitional regulation of body weight, levitation, telekinesis.
Gravitational waves can be different types. From the practice of sans perception - sans waves are not always perceived uniformly. Presumably, the nature of sans and gravitational fields is close, but not necessarily identical.
6. The values of the masses of the objects of the material world are determined by the sans, gravitational connections of these objects with others. From general theory relativity: if all other objects disappear around a space object, then the mass of the first one will become equal to zero. Those. the existence of matter in the form of matter is possible only as a manifestation of sans (gravitational) influences. Sanses (or gravitons) are the first constructive particles of the material world.
7. Sansa can manifest itself in two forms: waves and corpuscles. Living matter has the ability to translate the sans-wave into corpuscular radiation. The movement of sans-corpuscles is transmitted to the atomic-molecular level and therefore can be felt.
8. To tune in to the sans-waves of the desired object in sans-contact means to create such sans relationships of the structural objects of the brain that would be completely identical to the sans relationships of the desired object with the substances surrounding it. That is, the brain "models" in its volume the true connections of the world, which, at the same time, resonantly reflect all their changes in the brain tuned in to them. The relationship between the model and the object is direct and inverse.
9. Human consciousness - is the ability to model sans connections of the world. Hence - memory - a phenomenon of sans order. With an ideally mobile brain structure, a person can model the entire universe in himself, in other words, cognize the whole world, by direct penetration into the global sans-field.
10. The existence of sans waves and corpuscles requires the presence of two interacting primary substances. Based on the nature of sans, it can be assumed that these substances can pass into a state of "separation", and then a sans-field arises and material matter developing in its body. When these two substances merge, both the sans-field and matter (not wave) lose the form of objective existence.

APPS:

Parapsychic potencies of sleep.
Sleep, the most common manifestation of the vital activity of the human body, has long attracted the attention of physiologists, and yet many of its mechanisms remain a mystery to modern science. We were involuntarily interested in the dream as soon as we learned to control our sans-energy systems a little. Since that moment, we have had to wake up more than once with the feeling that phenomena of a clearly sans order are taking place in our body, which we had not previously observed under such conditions. Sometimes a sans flow pierced us from head to toe, or individual manifestations of sublimation sans contact were suddenly clearly felt, or explosive sans radiations from the body began, when it seemed that the body would not withstand it and would shatter, spreading into space into the smallest particles. All these sensations began during sleep and continued for several minutes after waking up. In the waking state, even during training, we did not achieve such strong concentrations of sansa. It was natural to conclude that during sleep the body's sans potency somehow rises. From our further observations, we have drawn the following conclusions.
In the process of wakefulness, the tissues of the body are almost all the time in a tense state, so by the end of the day they experience sans starvation ( outward manifestation which fatigue). The tissues begin to relax intensely, thereby gaining sans. But since the brain is still awake and has not relaxed its structure, a zone of reduced sans-pressure is formed there, and sans rushes from the body to the brain. We repeatedly recorded this movement just before the moment of falling asleep. If there is no active opposition to sleep under the influence of external sans, the weakened volitional center of the personality disintegrates and the brain tissues also relax - the person falls asleep (we call the volitional center of the personality the active point of excitation, which is always present in the waking state in the brain). She is perceived as a small firefly, which, depending on external influences and our inner urges are constantly moving throughout the structure of the brain. In our experiments, if we groped and destroyed by violating sans-rhythms, a loss of consciousness occurred, or more precisely, a short-term sleep without dreams).
After a person has fallen into natural sleep, his brain, freed from the abundance of daytime stimuli, with increased activity passes sans through itself into the body. Above, we indicated that if you focus your attention on one thought, then all side connections will fall away from the external sans system and sans can rush in a stream. During sleep, the disappearance of the sphere of active consciousness creates a somewhat similar situation. But since these effects are short-term, and besides, they occur on the verge of sleep and awakening, it is natural that upon waking up, a person cannot give himself an account of sans manifestations, if he was previously at least a little unfamiliar with them. That is why we began to observe them only after the beginning of training in sans perception.
One of the authors (experiments by V. Averyanov), while investigating the processes of sleep, developed the ability to enter "parallel consciousness" during dreams, i.e. he slept, dreamed, and at the same time was aware that he was asleep, and therefore got the opportunity to behave not like a somnambulist, but like an active person.
Here are some excerpts from his observations. Dream: “a big city, the square is loaded with people, everyone is running, something is burning ahead, general panic. I have an irresistible need to run with everyone. I realized that I was sleeping. I overcame inertia, stopped. but there is no expression in the faces, the eyes are empty.I catch the man by the hand, looking straight into his eyes, I repeat the question twice: "What kind of city? Where are we?” An expression of thought breaks through his face, he looks around in surprise, says: “Really, where did we get to?” And then melts. and he again ran in a general direction, the other two reacted, meaningfulness began to appear in his eyes, but they didn’t have time to say anything, they melted away.
Dream: “Riverbank, park, people are sitting on a bench, I’m walking past them. I realized that I was sleeping, stopped, thought about doing some kind of experiment. I decided to repeat attempts to establish the real place of residence of the person I see in a dream. to the girl sitting on the bench, he bent down and looked intently into her eyes, by the way, as always empty, and began to slowly say: "Don't be afraid, continue to sleep peacefully, you see me in a dream, tell me, what is your name and where do you live in reality?" Confusion, confusion slipped through her eyes, as if starting to understand something, she whispers: "My name is ... and here meaningfulness slips in her eyes - and at the same moment it melts. People sitting nearby on the bench do not show any interest to what is happening, I involuntarily compare them with robots programmed for one line of behavior.
Dream: “I am walking along a busy city street. I realized that I was sleeping, sat right on the sidewalk, focused my thoughts on increasing the sans potential. The environment disappeared, I felt only myself, streams of sans rushed through my body (woke up). After waking up, I felt for several minutes the movement of sans throughout the body. We will now continue our general conclusions about sleep based on the above observations.
The dream has three moments of existence. One when dreams are absent. The other, when present, is based on fantasies projected directly from the brain structure. If you reach parallel consciousness during such a dream, dreams instantly disappear and the person wakes up. At the moment when, as a result of an increasing sans-potential, a person enters into involuntary branched sans-contacts, which are projected in his consciousness in the form of dreams, i.e. these dreams are no longer a "game of the mind", but a reflection of the true relationship of a sleeping person. The place that a person occupies in his dream is determined automatically for him, depending on his sans potential and the potential of side objects.
The objectivity of the existence of the third moment of sleep is proved by the following factors. For psychic activities, high level concentration of sans - during sleep it is clearly present. A lot of sans-energy is spent on parapsychic actions, in the mornings we always feel that there is almost or no excess of sans in the body. If you focus on one thought in a dream, the environment disappears - if you do this in a waking state, side sans contacts are cut off. A person disappears from the dream of the experimenter if the latter actively violates his general subordination to the surrounding sans-environment, i.e. gives the volitional center of the personality in his brain, because of which his sans-potential disappears and he wakes up, breaking off sans-contact with the dream environment. In the so-called "hypnotic sleep" people show not only increased memory capabilities, but also clairvoyant abilities, which they did not even think about in the waking state. And the last thing we wanted to say about sleep. The cyclical change known to modern neurophysiologists electrical activity brain during sleep, in our opinion, comes from the oscillatory intake of sans in the body. In terms of sans, the brain and body function as two communicating vessels, at the beginning of sleep, sans is concentrated in the body, then goes to the head, from there back to the body, etc. until as a result of various moments, in particular, the expenditure of sans on parapsychic actions, the amplitude fluctuations are not "balanced", then the person "naturally" wakes up energetically prepared by multiple sans-washings for a new working day.

Memory and superconsciousness.
In the light of such parapsychic phenomena as telepathy and clairvoyance, the physics of memory begins to unfold as one of the manifestations of the existence of sans. It is known that under hypnosis a person can perceive almost everything that he has ever seen, heard, touched, moreover, details and details are perceived that he had no idea about in the waking state. The hypnotic state is a form of sleep, and when entering it, a person begins to receive more sansa than in the waking state. This allows him to carry out the orders of the hypnotist. Let's consider this position in more detail.
The identification of the image in the mind both during recollection and clairvoyance is built on the principle of association. With clairvoyance, for example, one must first establish contact with an object perceived by our senses, and already, relying on this connection, find the desired object. If it is possible to see the outer shell that hides the object, and even better to touch it with your hand, the sans connection, reinforced by the sensual one, manifests itself more clearly than when the location of the object is unknown.
It is much easier for Sansat to make sans contact with a person he once knew personally than with a person known to him only by his last name.
Demonstrators of phenomenal memory are clairvoyants of a lower order: they establish sans contact with a board covered with numbers by instantly looking at it, and then in their minds they reveal the image of the board and manipulate the numbers. And under hypnosis, a person does not remember what he saw before (the active consciousness never had data on the requested small details), and he reveals sans contact with the sans image of the past, projecting it in consciousness, and only then finds answers to all meticulous questions hypnotist. We can say that the data he hid in the subconscious. But then in what subconsciousness are the data of the clairvoyant hidden? After all, they did not come into action with his sense organs. More precisely, here it is necessary to speak not about the subconscious, but about the superconsciousness, which is the total sans image of the material world.
That is, our brain should be perceived not as a treasury of facts and reasoning, but as an apparatus that is in the service of active consciousness, through which our will and thought can freely probe the whole world, trampling the barriers of both space and time.
Actually, this is constantly happening even now, but we still do not have a clear methodology to see our involvement with those primordial forces that determine the life of the Universe in the everyday life behind outwardly simple facts.
