Name in Latin: Hyssopus officinalis

Synonyms: blue hypericum, forest hyssop, bee grass, odorous hyssop

Young leaves are harvested throughout the summer; for medicinal purposes, the upper part of the stems is cut off before flowering in July-August and dried in the shade, hanging in bunches or spreading in a thin layer. Dryers can be dried at temperatures up to 40°C. Dried grass does not smell as strong as fresh grass. Store it in a cool and ventilated area. To obtain Hyssop, they are harvested at the time of mass flowering in the second year of life.

Hello, dear Hope!

I am happy to answer your question! Agaricus certainly helps with hyperhidrosis of any origin. But it would be more correct to find out its causes - chronic intoxication perhaps even tuberculosis; vegetative vascular dystonia, menopause, etc.

I would be happy to help with this if you indicate your age, weight and height, and what worsens the quality of your life.

For now, here's the recipe:

10.0 grams of chopped mushroom pour 400.0 ml of vodka for 2 weeks. Drink 1 tbsp. 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.

Course - 3 weeks, break 2 weeks and repeat.

The same tincture should be used topically, rubbing into the armpits after a shower.

Baths with hyssp medicinal will also help:

Pour 50.0 g of Hyssop grass with 2.0 liters of boiling water, wrap and leave for 3-4 hours. Strain and pour into a bath with water at a temperature of 37-38 ° C. Time 15-20 minutes, do at night, every other day. Course - 10 baths.

All the best!

Hello.

The child is 10 years old. Every year, as the cough begins, we get sick whole month without temperature .. we drink and Licorice and all sorts of herbal syrups.

Learn how to drink herbal teas.

Good afternoon!

If you are not interested in the composition, you need to take into account the risk of allergies and observe age dosage. For a normal weight child daily amount equal to half the adult dose.

A standard infusion of 1 tbsp was adopted for it. a mixture of herbs, filled with 200.0 ml of oxen:

Grind grass and fruits evenly up to 2-3 mm, roots up to 3-5 mm. - at the beginning mechanically to small pieces, then on a coffee grinder; mix evenly.

1 tbsp mixture pour 200.0 ml of cold drinking water for an hour, then bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat or boiling water bath, covered, 15 minutes. Remove and insist hour. Strain, squeeze, top up to 200.0 ml. Drink 70.0 ml 3 times a day, before meals

For your child, prepare the infusion as follows:

1 deep tsp (volume 3.0 ml), or 1 des.l. the same capacity of the mixture pour 200.0 ml of water. Further on the recipe.

Good day, Lyudmila!

Your optimism is very encouraging! You will need to maneuver between antispasmodics and tonics. This is easy to do using both Mordovnik tincture and decoction. The tincture is also easier to dose by dripping antispasmodic and other necessary herbs into the collection. And the independent use of Mordovnik without the risk of increasing spasticity is also possible! This use locally in the form eye ointment, or eye baths (see below)

Pour 2 tablespoons of crushed seeds into 0.5 liters of vodka, leave for 2 weeks in a dark place, shaking occasionally, strain. Take strictly drop by drop! Start with 2 drops 2 times a day and, adding a drop every two days, work up to 10 drops 2 times a day.

With good effects, continue for another week, take a break for 10-14 days and repeat.

Dose with an eye dropper, drip ONLY into the infusion of herbs!

Hello!

I will offer you my option. It will reduce hot flashes, anxiety; will improve your mood. You have a hard time enduring a decrease in estrogen levels, so you don’t have to deny yourself them! Nature is full of them - plant pollen, cereal sprouts, fish caviar ... They will bring you back to normal, provided that you do not have tumors of the breast, uterus, ovaries:

Shikshi

1 tbsp mixture pour 300.0 ml of cold drinking water for an hour, then bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat or boiling water bath, covered, 15 minutes. Remove and insist hour. Strain, squeeze, top up to 300.0 ml. Drink 100.0 ml 3 times a day, before meals. Course 2 months, change of herbs.

3. Bee pollen. Dissolve on the tongue 1 tsp. three times a day, on an empty stomach.

The course is 1 month.

And none of the herbs will lower the pressure.

As for self-flagellation, do not scourge, it is very harmful in fact! If your mother is alive, reconcile with her. If she has gone to a better world, pray for her and order funeral prayers in the church.

If you do not like the scheme, or you are not sure about it, I will not insist:

Good day, Olga!

Let's try to relax and have fun, shall we?

From reliable sources it is known that in the treatment of schizophrenia, the enormous possibilities of Aromatherapy are used. Unfortunately, only French psychiatrists do this professionally. Her direct action on the limbic structures of the subcortex responsible for emotions and mood are no longer discussed. It has been proven to be in the genes. My first advice to you, Olya, is to go to the site, or the online store "...". You know yourself better than any psychiatrist, so choose your base scent yourself.

1. Bach flowers, for inhalation through the nose.

2. "Sleepy" pillow.

Take a small pillowcase, stuff it with fragrant soothing herbs and put it under your head before going to bed. Choose Herbs whose aroma you like. Suitable Mint, Hyssop, Lavender Ziziphora fragrant, white and yellow sweet clover, Valerian, Oregano, Melissa, Kotovnik, Monarda, Juniper, etc.

In the morning, put the pillowcase in a plastic bag and put it in a dark place. The period of use is at least 3 months. The pillow will last the same.

3. Healing relaxing baths.

1 tbsp mixture pour 300.0 ml of cold drinking water for an hour, then bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat or boiling water bath, covered, 15 minutes. Remove and insist hour. Strain, squeeze, top up to 300.0 ml. Drink 100.0 ml at 17, 20 and 23 hours, before meals. The course is 1.5-2 months.

With wishes deep sleep and good mood! See you!

Hello!

I really appreciate your recommendation! I am 21. Weight 52. Height 163. I have elevated free testosterone. Analyzes: (date 16.12.17 result 4.64 out of 4.10) (date: 17.03.2018 result 5.18 out of 4.10) and 17-alpha-hydroxyprogesterone (date: 14.11.17 result 0.92 out of 0.8) Doctors prescribe ok Dimia or jess. I'm very afraid to take them. I decided to look for folk remedies (all sorts of decoctions from Mint, Licorice, dwarf palm, Flax seeds), but again, taking all this "just as" is a risk. So I stumbled upon your site. Menstruation goes in principle regularly, on average + -28 days, it started at the age of 12, sometimes painful, but tolerable. Everything was fine until 17. Then I was very nervous for 50 days there was no menstruation. I drank mastodinone, everything was fine. (Ultrasound of the mammary glands is normal). And last summer it failed again (40 days), but it is completely incomprehensible why. I donated a lot of hormones, did an ultrasound of the small pelvis, everything is fine, except for the 2 hormones indicated at the very beginning. Also, for half a year, painful periods started again, but you can endure it, sometimes it saves NO-shpa.

On myself, I feel a little increase in testosterone (more hair falls out on the head, grows more on the body / face, but not critical), although there has always been a hereditary predisposition to this

The other day, a doctor prescribed such a collection of herbs for ovarian dysfunction, but I’m not sure that this will help to cope with testosterone , sorrel)

Just in case, I’ll tell you that sometimes I have digestive problems: sometimes after eating I pricked the area near the navel on the left side and frequent loose stools. The doctor decided that it was pancreatitis, prescribed Creon tablets, which made me even worse, in my opinion, the doctor said to quit them and just keep the diet.

Dear Sasha!

You are now retelling in your own words what you heard from different doctors. But I need a DIAGNOSIS. Two slightly elevated androgens still do not say anything.

And they can be easily reduced by systematically taking Peppermint tea for 1.5 months:

1. Mint drink

But again, at what pressure do you feel good, and at what pressure do you feel bad.

Gathering good herbs will not necessarily give good effects. Will it reduce androgens, perhaps - there are many soothing herbs in the collection. But the pain during menstruation - will reduce. Drink!

I advise you to definitely look at cortisol, progesterone and estradiol; and start doing contrast showers in the morning, and move around as much as possible during the day.

GOOD LUCK Sasha. write!

Good afternoon. If you can tell me please, what can we drink, what herbs will be treated? A child of 8 years old, often suffering from pinworms, his butt is constantly itching, biting his nails, his palms and feet sweat sooo much straight water runs, if he starts to do something, for example, he writes lessons I do, then watery bubbles appear, I start to process Celandine juice, it dries up, the code on my hands becomes cracked like an old man’s, I start to lubricate with oil, it doesn’t go away much and again constant sweating.

Hello!

The child is intoxicated! Besides the fact that he himself suffers, he infects the neighbors in the class, you and all family members. Pinworm eggs stick tightly to all surfaces touched by you, Tanya, or your son!

Put yourself in the place of other mothers! The child should be treated only with infectious-garlic enemas, antihelminthic drugs, smear control.

Start with infectious disease preparations and add herbal collection:

1 dec. l. chopped mushroom, pour 200.0 ml of water and cook at a minimum boil for 20 minutes. Leave for 3 hours, strain. Drink 1-2 tbsp. 4 times a day = before meals. The course is 2 months.

Take equally, grind.

1 des.l. mixture pour 200.0 ml of cold drinking water for an hour, then bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat or boiling water bath, covered, 15 minutes. Remove and insist hour. Strain, squeeze, top up to 200.0 ml. Drink 50.0 ml 4 times a day, before meals. The course is 1.5-2 months.

After treatment in the apartment, it is necessary to disinfect - wipe all surfaces with alcohol; steam curtains and linen and do such prophylaxis weekly.

Cut your nails to zero for you and your child and close them in addition to tight panties at night anus swab with thread. Soak it in advance with garlic or castor oil.

Don't forget the garlic enemas:

2 cloves insist overnight in 100.0 ml of milk.

Strain. The procedure should be carried out only after defecation, or cleansing enema, otherwise healing solution will pour out.

Take a warm infusion in the amount of 50.0 ml into a rubber bulb of the same capacity and inject rectally. After the procedure, it is necessary to maintain a knee-elbow position for 15 minutes so that the solution does not leak out. Course - 8-10, daily.

Be carefull!! GOOD LUCK!

You, Xenia. Thank you for the twins you need to Natalya Gennadievna!))

Now you are most likely developing a deficiency in the luteal phase of the cycle; or you are entering perimenopause.

In any case, start with the Boron uterus and Red brush regimen.

It consists of 4 short cycles 2 weeks, with a break between them 1 week. An infusion of herbs is prepared in an enamel bowl in a water bath.

Good afternoon! I am 43 years old, in October 2015 I had an operation to remove a meningioma on the left anterior third of the falx. I learned about it from the rare epileptic seizures that had begun, did an MRI, they said that an operation was needed. Seizures are rare after the operation, but they continue, although the doctors said that the seizures should go away. I take Depakine Chrono500 1000 mg per day. I do an MRI every 6 months. To date, the diagnosis: postoperative cystic-glial changes in the left frontal lobe. MR signs of replacement hydrocephalus substitute character. Focal form of symptomatic epilepsy. Frontal. Attacks are rare, 02/26/2017, 01/04/2018 - the last. I really want to get cured, get away from the use of drugs, give birth to a healthy child. Now the doctor has prescribed a transition from Depakine to Lamotrigine, I don’t know if it makes sense. From the drugs I really feel the slagging of the body and weakness, hair falls out. How realistic is it to remove such consequences of the operation? Thanks in advance and looking forward to your advice.

Hello dear Julia!

I would be happy to offer you an alternative. no more meningioma, the consequences remained operating injury. And you need to get rid of them, trying to get away from anticonvulsants. Gradually, slowly, but steadily.

I ask you not to lose hope, not to be disappointed immediately, but to patiently establish a new relationship with herbs:

Pour 1 tablespoon with the top of chopped Shiksha grass into 500.0 ml of water in an enameled mug, bring to a boil and simmer for exactly 7 minutes over low heat. Remove, cool. Do not remove the grass from the broth, store the broth in the refrigerator. It is convenient to pour a volume of about 150.0 ml in the morning, drink 2-3 sips at least 5-7 times a day. Repeat daily until the decoction is finished. Then again pour the same raw material with 500.0 ml of water and cook in the same way. Cook the broth in this way until it becomes pale (2-3 times), and only then use new raw materials. Course - 4 months without a break.

Grind grass and fruits evenly up to 2-3 mm, roots up to 3-5 mm. - at the beginning mechanically to small pieces, then on a coffee grinder; mix evenly. Take herbs without indicating the dose in tablespoons.

Course 2 months.

2.1. Lifestyle and nutrition.

Limit salt in food, the total amount of liquid you drink; If you like coffee, drink only natural. Try to become a vegetarian and spend it once or twice a week fasting days on apples. The goal is to lower intracranial pressure.

Avoid any negativity, listen to classical music and admire the beauty of the world around us.

BEFORE connection. Good luck to us!

Hello! I'm 45 years old. A year ago, I was preparing for another IVF. The endometrium did not grow, I was prescribed a large number of estrogen.

Against the background of preparation, I began to experience hypertensive crises or panic attacks. I stopped taking hormones. Hot flashes immediately began, on ultrasound all signs of menopause. I've been trying to get out of this state for a year. I do yoga every day, dousing, herbs, healthy eating, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke. I want my period back.

Doctors' diagnosis - chronic endometritis, adnexitis, early ovarian exhaustion. There were no births. I accept Inoklim, but it is useless. I drink a month Borovoy uterus, it has a calming effect on me and reduces pressure. I take amlodipine 2.5mg daily to control my blood pressure. In the past, I am hypotensive and want to stop taking blood pressure pills. But I'm afraid.

I feel dryness all over my body, sand in my eyes. I wanted to take the Red brush together with the Borovoy uterus, but I need a consultation for my case. Thank you!

Hello!

You still feel estrogen deficiency. Soy isoflavones are safer than other phytoestrogens, but less effective. I don't know your previous hormones, but the estrogen deficiency increased after hyperstimulation before IVF. Therefore, the ovarian reserve should be tried to restore. After the normalization of pressure, which I expect after taking the collection, you can connect another dietary supplement - Gemafemin. But I suggest this scheme, choose:

Pour 1 tablespoon with the top of chopped Shiksha grass into 500.0 ml of water in an enameled mug, bring to a boil and simmer for exactly 7 minutes over low heat. Remove, cool. Do not remove the grass from the broth, store the broth in the refrigerator. It is convenient to pour a volume of about 150.0 ml in the morning, drink 3-4 sips at least 5 times a day. Repeat daily until the decoction is finished. Then again pour the same raw material with 500.0 ml of water and cook in the same way. Cook the broth in this way until it becomes pale (2-3 times), and only then use new raw materials. Course - 4 months without a break.

2. Time factor. Drink strictly according to the instructions.

3. Collection of herbs. Drink at the same time, but with an interval of an hour from the Time Factor.

Grind grass and fruits evenly up to 2-3 mm, roots up to 3-5 mm. First, mechanically to small pieces, then on a coffee grinder. Stir evenly. Herbs without a dose should be taken in tablespoons.

1 tbsp mixture pour 300.0 ml of cold drinking water for an hour, then bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat or boiling water bath, covered, 15 minutes. Remove and insist hour. Strain, squeeze, top up to 300.0 ml. Drink 100.0 ml 3 times a day before meals. The course is 1.5-2 months.

Note. You can bring to a boil and after 3-4 minutes pour into a thermos for the whole night.

The first written references to hyssop as a medicinal plant are found in some of the works of Avicenna, a well-known medieval scientist, physician and philosopher. Today there are more than 50 species of this plant, often it is also called blue St. John's wort. It looks like a small shrub. During the flowering period, the tops of its stems are covered with small flowers collected in spike-shaped inflorescences, which can have a purple, blue, white, blue or pink hue. Hyssop leaves are oblong or linear dark green in color with hard villi. They, as well as flowers, secrete essential oil, which gives the plant a characteristic slightly bitter taste and unique aroma. In the wild, grass can be found on the coasts of the Mediterranean, in Asia and Europe, on the territory Western Siberia and the Caucasus, and
some other regions of Russia.

The main, most common types of hyssop are medicinal, chalky and aniseed. The most popular of them is the first one. It is he who is used in folk medicine and culinary. There are also various varieties hyssop, bred by breeders, are Pink Flamingo, Pink Mist, Dawn, Nikitsky White, Healer, Hoarfrost, Amethyst, Accord. They differ, as a rule, only in the color of the flowers.

Hyssop is a completely unpretentious plant - it does not fight either frost or drought, it is not demanding on the soil either. However, the grass will grow best in moderately moist, open, sunny locations and light, loose soil.

For the cultivation of hyssop, seeds are most often used. To collect them, it is necessary to cut, beginning to grow brown, inflorescences. Lay them out on paper, wait until they are completely dry, and then gently shake the seeds out of the boxes.

Hyssop seeds can be sown in the ground or used to grow seedlings (in this case, the flowering of hyssop will come much earlier). It is recommended to sow seeds in the ground at the end of April. They are sown in rows to a depth of no more than a centimeter, while the row spacing should be about 20-40. The first shoots will appear in a couple of weeks. When about 6-8 leaves are formed on shoots, they will need to be thinned out so that the width between plants is at least 20 centimeters.

To obtain seedlings, hyssop seeds must be sown in boxes in mid-March. After the appearance of several true leaves on the seedlings, it is recommended to plant them in separate pots. When about 6 leaves are formed on the plant (usually after sowing this happens in one and a half to two months), it can be planted in the ground.

What is hyssop, medicinal properties and contraindications, what are beneficial features this plant, all this is of great interest to those who lead healthy lifestyle life, monitors his health, and is interested in folk methods treatment, including with the help of medicinal herbs and spices. So we will try to answer these questions in the following article.

Hyssop officinalis (lat. Hyssópus officinalis) is a species of shrubs of the genus Hyssop (Hyssopus) of the Lamiaceae family, growing in Eurasia and Africa.

This is a perennial shrub with a stem 30–50 cm high, strongly branched at the base, with lanceolate small leathery leaves and oblong spike-shaped, rather large inflorescences. Blooms in July - September. Excellent honey plant. Plants are undemanding, frost- and drought-resistant, photophilous, winter well.

Hyssop propagates by seeds and vegetatively.

Grow hyssop in well-lit areas in a perennial culture. Requires deep ploughing, application of 3 kg / m² of humus and phosphorus-potassium fertilizers. In the spring, nitrogen fertilizers are applied, the site is harrowed, loosened, and the surface is compacted. Seeds are mixed with 1:1 granulated superphosphate and sown in April with row spacing of 20–30 cm to a depth of 1–2 cm. The seeding rate is 10 g/m². Shoots appear in 8-15 days. The area is loosened twice across the rows and the plants are thinned out at a distance of 10 cm from each other. Plant care in the first year includes 2-3 waterings with a rate of 7 l / m², loosening of row spacing, weeding. In autumn, top dressing is carried out with humus (2 kg / m²), followed by deep loosening of row spacing, leaving a minimum protective zone.

In subsequent years, plant care begins with harrowing in early spring, top dressing with nitrogen fertilizers, later they perform the same operations as in the first year.

Collect shoots for the second year in June - August. During the season, plants can be mowed 3-5 times, cutting them at a height of 10-12 cm from the root. After each collection, fertilizing with nitrogen fertilizers is carried out, followed by watering and loosening of row spacings. Plants grow back in 20-30 days. The shoot yield is 15–20 kg/m².

Hyssop is also grown from seedlings, which are obtained in seedling greenhouses without heating. Seedlings are planted at the age of 25–30 days, when the plants form 5–8 leaves in the same way as in a seedless culture.

You can also repot plants from old plantations by applying a bush division in the spring. From each mother plant, 15–20 cuttings are obtained, they are planted somewhat deeper than they grew. With this method, hyssop production arrives already in the first year of cultivation - by the end of summer. Hyssop is also suitable for growing indoors or on a balcony in a pot.

Hyssop is harvested in the full flowering phase, starting from the second year. With later harvesting, the content of essential oil is reduced. good harvest obtained within 5-6 years, then it decreases. In season, with good care, 2-3 cuttings of young shoots can be carried out, for raw consumption - as needed.

For harvesting for future use, the raw materials are dried in the shade, in the attic, spread out in a thin layer, or hung in small bunches. Immediately after drying, they are placed in hermetically sealed jars, otherwise the hyssop quickly loses its color and aroma. It is enough to have 2-3 bushes for seeds.

Seeds are collected from plants of the second year in August, when the tops of the shoots begin to turn brown, carefully cutting and hanging over paper, as the seeds crumble easily. After ripening and drying the shoots, the seeds are threshed. They remain viable for 3-4 years.
