You must drink at least 2 liters of fluid. It can be pure water without gas, green or herbal tea without sugar. You can drink a glass of freshly squeezed apple juice in the morning. Just don’t get carried away with it, since such drinks contain a sufficient amount of sugar, which is undesirable on a fasting day.

Options for apple fasting days

There are many options for apple one-day diets. Fruits go well with cottage cheese and sour-milk drinks (kefir, natural yogurt), honey. Apples can be consumed both fresh and baked in the oven. It should be taken into account that the content of certain substances (for example, vitamin C) is noticeably reduced in heat-treated fruits. It is advisable to spend a fasting day on apples no more than once every 1-2 weeks, otherwise you can provoke indigestion, prolonged diarrhea.

Classic unloading on apples

For a classic fasting day, you will need 1.5-2 kilograms of fresh fruit and at least 2 liters of liquid (water, teas, decoctions without sugar). Divide the resulting amount of apples into 5-6 servings and eat at regular intervals. Some fruits can be baked.

It should be remembered: The classic version of a fasting day on fresh apples is suitable for people with a completely healthy digestive system, as this product is quite aggressive on the stomach.

Curd apple day

Often, nutritionists advise supplementing apples with cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is taken no more than 5% fat. Cottage cheese smooths out the irritating effect of fruits, soothes, in addition, it perfectly satisfies hunger, so a fasting day will be easier to bear. Cottage cheese can be eaten no more than 500 g per day, the number of apples is reduced to 1 kilogram.

There are many options for eating products: alternate apples with cottage cheese at regular intervals, cook the curd mass with the addition of fruits, eat cottage cheese first, then apples. You can alternate between these methods.

Apple day with kefir

Another common type of one-day diet based on apples. For a day, you need to consume 1.5 kilograms of fruit and 1.5 liters of fat-free kefir, which are also divided into 5-6 servings.

Yogurt is allowed. For this, a portion of finely chopped apples is added to a glass of kefir. It is desirable to make a drink once, in the morning or in the evening, and the rest of the time, fruits and kefir are consumed separately: first, eat a measured portion of apples, after half an hour, drink a glass of kefir.

Unloading on apples with cinnamon and honey

Cut the required amount of fruit (1.5-2 kg) into halves, remove the core. Lubricate each half with a small amount of honey, sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Place in the oven to bake until slightly soft. Divide into 5-6 servings, eat at regular intervals. This is a very tasty and useful unloading.

Contraindications and precautions

You can not spend a fasting day on fresh apples for people with a history of stomach ulcers, gastritis, and any other diseases of the digestive system. They are not forbidden to eat baked fruits. In addition, apple days are not recommended for the following conditions:

  • chronic diseases in the acute stage;
  • recent respiratory illnesses;
  • cholelithiasis and urolithiasis;
  • weakened body;
  • postoperative conditions.

During pregnancy and during breastfeeding, unloading mono-diets (that is, only on apples) are not recommended. But in combination with cottage cheese or kefir, apples will not harm.

You need to remember: Apples lead to increased gas formation, which threatens with uterine tone or colic in the baby. If a similar reaction is observed, fresh fruits can be replaced with baked ones.
