The head physician tried to resolve the situation by explaining to people that "the patient diabetes, encephalopathy, and her behavior is associated with this disease. "She asked me to skip her out of turn. One lady and I agreed, although I do not think this reason justified (my father had 2 heart attacks, hypertonic disease, diabetes mellitus), but the present behavior cannot be explained by psychosomatic pathology. As a result, after our agreement, other patients refused to miss it. In hysterics, she again ran to the head physician to scribble a complaint. The purpose of my appeal: as a witness, I am convinced that the actions of the doctor Umyarov were absolutely correct and correct (he did not refuse the patient, but asked to wait a bit). BUT chief physician could have solved this issue in a different way (to reschedule the patient at a convenient time for her the next day, since the latter is not a working person, but a pensioner and has the opportunity to come at any time). I think that a complaint from the above-named person will definitely come, but the fault of the doctor and the administration is not here, there is only the arrogant and rude behavior of the patient, who does not respect not only people, but also doctors (because she insulted the doctor).
