  • chicken liver - 600 gr
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • milk 3.2% - 100 ml
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp
  • sunflower oil - 100 ml
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Wash the chicken liver and remove all unnecessary.

Then grind well in a blender. Since there is flour in the ingredients, so that lumps do not turn out in the mass, you need to add flour to the blender and grind with the liver.

We also chop the onion in a blender (you can use a grater for potato pancakes). Add to the liver mass.

Then add milk, eggs, salt and pepper.

We mix everything thoroughly. It turns out the consistency in the form of sour cream.

Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan (but a little, because the liver does not like it) and heat it up. Pour the pancakes with a tablespoon and fry on both sides for a couple of minutes.

  • chicken liver - 350-400 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • semolina - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp
  • seasonings or salt - to taste
  • odorless sunflower oil - for frying.

We thoroughly wash the liver, cut out the external blood vessels, if any, and leave it in cold water for an hour. Then cut into small pieces and grind in a food processor until smooth. If there is a meat grinder somewhere at hand, pass the liver through it.
