With all this, you have no desire to go to the grocery store, and then spend a lot of time at the stove. In such a situation, a service for the "assembly" of food will come to your aid. You can choose any dish of any complexity that you would like to taste. And even if you have never had to go to the stove, cooking will not take more than 30 minutes. Thus, without much effort and without attending cooking classes, you can serve restaurant-level dishes, spending a minimum of time and money. Recently, a lot of projects have appeared in our country, the so-called "startups" (I hate this word) for the delivery of ready-made food kits. They can be divided into 2 categories:

  1. Their main task is to teach our population, which has recently become very overweight, to eat proper, healthy food. They have a nutrition program for every day, calories are strictly calculated, there are fasting days. For example, this is the Malysheva diet, which is very popular.
  2. Projects belonging to this category aim to simply feed people, they deliver food kits, thereby saving us from the need to go shopping with a cart. Perhaps the most popular is Chefmarket, with which you can order both a diet food kit and a for a dish that a losing weight person cannot afford to eat.

One of the youngest such projects, belonging to the 1st category, is Elementaree, founded by graduates of the Harvard Business School. They deliver a daily set of products designed for 1200-1800, with a calculated daily allowance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. You can buy subscriptions for any amount days, and the more days, the cheaper the food day. I ordered for 5 days, for a test, it cost me 1200 rubles / day.

The site shows boxes in which the products are beautifully laid out. They brought me a plastic bag with a lock, size A4. As I later read on the site, it should be so.

There is a different menu for every day, nothing is repeated. Designed for a five-time meal, but due to the high workload at work, I can’t be distracted so often, so I had to combine breakfast and snack and lunch and afternoon tea a couple of times. I was glad that there were a lot of cereals .

But here’s what I didn’t like, everything was very dry, there was a strong feeling of heaviness. Not all dishes were tasty. Also, the price of the set, in my opinion, is too high, although I didn’t have time to make a calculation.

Summing up, I’ll say: not bad, such services should be and develop, since many people actually have no time to go shopping due to work, or let’s say a person is sick and cannot go out due to poor health. I will order such sets and further, but from other sites .. Perhaps that's all.

Having lost weight from 110 to 80 kg, entrepreneur Vadim Malkin in 2012, together with his consulting business partner Yuri Samokhin, launched a healthy food service with home delivery. Easy Meal is healthy food delivery for those who for some reason need to follow the right diet. Programs are offered: “Weight loss”, “Balance”, “Antistress”, “Sports nutrition”, “Fasting and vegetarianism”, “School breakfast”, as well as specialized, that is, menus for medical reasons (for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and pancreas , obesity and diseases of the cardiovascular system or increased excitability of the nervous system). The founders of the service position it as smart premium: when premium quality is ensured mainly due to the “smart” organization of the process, and not high prices. They are in favor of a scientific approach and the formation of a habit of constant healthy eating and are against diets as such.

Eating right can be troublesome for working people: according to statistics, food shopping and cooking healthy food takes up to 9 hours a week - this is almost a whole working day. The advantages of the service include the use of "restaurant" products and delicacies, but the disadvantages are plastic containers in large quantities. The advantage of the service is a good balance between price and quality: the cost of one day of food will be from 1000 rubles, while in addition to the classic chicken breast, buckwheat and cottage cheese for proper nutrition, the diet includes (though not always) red fish, seafood, beef, fruits , vegetables, exotic cereals and homemade sauces.

On my agenda is not the Texas chili with beef and beans, not the linguine with beets, nuts and cheese that you see in the title photo, and not even the Indonesian chicken. And the fact that I spent half an hour on each dish.

I can tidy up at home until I lose my pulse, but when it comes to cooking, I prefer only those dishes that can be prepared with a minimum of ingredients in a minimum of time.

Fresh salads, steaks, broths, potatoes with herring, cottage cheese with jam - these are the most popular dishes in the kitchen of the Karakulov family. Throughout September, I was mad about charlottes, but solely out of pity for the tons of apples that were born on our apple tree in the country. And then, the multicooker rescued: mixed and forgot for an hour.

I love coockie so much. Truth. And I like to go to the market, and to shop. But preparing for cooking dispels all my passions in the air. It often happens that at home there is no desired product. Or time for these preparations. And then "meat with beans with béchamel sauce with croutons" turns into a simple steak seasoned with salt and pepper. Also a very tasty dish, by the way (-: The food is healthy, but not very varied.

We ordered four dishes. We thought to take one serving of each for testing, so that later we could try each other. But it turned out that each "constructor" is designed to prepare two servings.

And no more crying or wearing goggles! The onion is already chopped.

There was already a chili pepper in the seasonings (look at the smallest container), but they added three more peppers in addition. I decided that the standard sharpness would not be enough and, in addition, I cut one more. It got to the edge. In general, I like to sob and blush from the sharpness.

During cooking, I act without initiative and intuition - I set a timer.

All the action took place in one pan.

Recipes are sent to the refrigerator. I flatter myself with the hope that it will be possible to purchase products from the list and repeat the dish on my own.

Note to the owner. The most powerful magnet in my arsenal is a hard drive magnet wrapped in colored cardboard for appearance.

Texas chili is ready! I liked this dish the most.

The next day was pasta.

Inside I found a touching handwritten letter about why ordinary linguine came to me, and not beetroot ones. The "human" approach to business is very close to me. Let the guys do not lose this spiritual principle with an increase in turnover!

This mixture just needed to be fried. But I preferred to put it out in a saucepan, it didn’t really contradict the recipe. But then the plate remained clean.
