If the reason for not attending a doctor's appointment is disrespectful, the allowance for these days can be calculated on the basis of the minimum wage (parts 1, 8, article 6, part 2, article 8 of Law N 255-FZ).

At the same time, judicial practice proceeds from the fact that the legislation does not contain a provision that failure to appear at the appointed time for a medical examination entails a reduction in the amount of benefits from the day of failure to appear for the entire period of disability. In addition, this measure must be proportionate to the violation (Resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2012 N 14379/11).
