However, I lost only 3 kg in a month, and a week later 1 kilo returned. So I'm dropping points.

But when I kept this diet, I felt little energy, not to mention the fact that I had to stop training, there was no strength. I think it was the lack of carbohydrates in the diet.
The combination of chicken and pineapple was not chosen by chance. Chicken meat is essentially an ideal dietary product, since all the fat is contained in the skin, in the meat itself it is only 5%. Also, the chicken contains a lot of everything useful, you can even not drink vitamins in parallel.

I have tried different diets based on chicken meat. Most of all I liked the three-day one, it turns out something like fasting days.

  • Greens to taste (dill, parsley, basil);
  • Water.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel carrots and onions.
  2. Wash all vegetables. Cut the onion and zucchini into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the cabbage.
  3. In a preheated pan with vegetable oil, first pass the onion until half cooked, add carrots and zucchini to it, simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
