Prof zhdanov regain your sight of the lecture. Gymnastics for the eyes: a complete set of Zhdanov exercises. How does one really see

Almost all people sooner or later notice a decrease in visual acuity.

For some, this is due to hereditary factors, someone works at a computer, and someone is constantly exposed to adverse environmental factors.

Most often, vision begins to deteriorate in adulthood, but sometimes children and adolescents suffer from eye diseases. It is very important to choose the appropriate method that can stop vision loss.

In modern medicine, both surgical and medical treatments for refractive diseases are used. Unfortunately, they are not suitable for all patients, as they have a wide range of contraindications and sometimes cost a lot of money.

Restorative gymnastics for the eyes is a highly effective method suitable for people of all ages and practically does not require financial costs. The patient can do the exercises at home or in the office in between work or daily activities.

Method Basics

Vladimir Georgievich Zhdanov, a well-known scientist, public figure and promoter of a healthy lifestyle, in the nineties developed his own gymnastics for restoring vision, based on the methods of Bates and Shichko.

It truly became his life's work. Professor Zhdanov's method has proven itself throughout the post-Soviet space, and to this day millions of ophthalmologists and ordinary patients use it.

Gymnastics is a special set of exercises aimed at relaxing the eye muscle during focusing.

Description of gymnastics

  • before charging, you must remove the glasses;
  • gymnastics should be performed smoothly, measuredly;
  • with significant violations of the functions of the organs of vision, it is worth limiting the number of approaches to 2 with severe myopia and up to 1 with a retinal detachment;
  • after surgical interventions, exercise should be postponed for 3-6 months;
  • during charging, the body and facial muscles should be relaxed and motionless;
  • do not forget about the general condition of the whole organism, you need to give up bad habits and strive for spiritual growth.

Exercises

Zhdanov's technique is based on the implementation of 7 basic exercises. They restore visual acuity in refractive diseases, and are also suitable for the prevention of ophthalmic pathologies:

Description of the exercise
1 "Blink"- this is the main exercise on which the whole method of the professor is built. It will be found in all other exercises. Blink your eyes the way a hummingbird flaps its wings, that is, try to do it as quickly and naturally as possible. Try not to tense your muscles. Exercise relaxes the eye muscle
2 Draw horizontal lines right to left and left to right (5 times in each direction), then blink for a few seconds
3 Draw diagonal lines from the lower left corner to the upper right and back, then from the lower right to the upper left and back (5 times in each direction), blink
4 Draw a vertical line with your eyes bottom up and top down (5 times in each direction), and then blink as in the first exercise for about 5 seconds
5 Draw a rectangle with your eyes, starting from the right side line, and then, as it were, erase the drawn counterclockwise
6 Draw a horizontal zigzag line with your eyes first from right to left, then from left to right. blink
7 Draw a circle with your eyes. Imagine that this is a clock face, and then move your eyes as if you were looking at the numbers 3, 6 and 9, 12. Blink your eyes and repeat the exercise in the opposite direction

With farsightedness

If you suffer from farsightedness, then after the main complex, perform two more exercises:

  1. Clench your palm into a fist and stretch your thumb up. Carefully peer into it, and then move your gaze to the most distant object outside the window. Blink for about 15 seconds and focus on your finger again. Slowly bring your hand closer to your face without taking your eyes off your finger. When the distance between the fist and the tip of the nose is about 15 cm, move the hand away again. Repeat the sequence of actions 15 times and then blink.
  2. Make a fist and this time raise your index finger. Position your hand so that your index finger is 10 cm away from your eyes. Focus on an object in the distance. Quickly move your finger to the left, then to the right, without looking at it. Take your hand first 20 cm to the left, then 20 cm to the right. Repeat the sequence of actions 10 times. Blink when you're done.

In this video, Zhdanov tells why farsightedness occurs:

For astigmatism and fatigue

For astigmatism in front of the main complex, be sure to perform "Palming" both in a sitting and standing position. This will help to relax the eye muscle faster and supply the tissues of the eye with oxygen and nutrients.

In addition to the main complex, which quickly restores vision, Zhdanov offers patients several simple exercises to instantly relieve fatigue while doing written work or spending long time behind the screen.

"Palming". Close both eyes with crossed palms. Do it as gently as possible and do not use force. The palms should cover the eyes so that no light enters them. Keep your back and neck straight but relaxed.

Try to think positive, remember pleasant moments and imagine a joyful and healthy future. Keep your eyes closed until the bright flashes disappear.

"Candle". Take a candle and light the wick. Sit at a distance of 20 cm from her and close your eyes. Wait until the sensation of flickering and flashing is gone, and put out the candle. You will immediately feel relaxation not only in the eyes, but in the whole body.

"Further - closer." Imagine there is a bug on your ceiling. Focus on an imaginary bug and imagine it flying towards your nose. Now examine the bug on your nose, blink, and look at it back to the ceiling. Blink again.

This exercise is especially important when working at a computer, as it trains the longitudinal and transverse muscles of the eye.

How often can you do gymnastics

According to the author, the technique is suitable for all people, starting from the age of 5 years, but it is especially necessary for mature and elderly people. Gymnastics is completely safe and has almost no contraindications, however, as mentioned above, after operations on the eyeball and after retinal detachment, it is better to postpone exercise until full recovery, which usually occurs within 3-6 months.

It is important to say that, like any other method of treatment, restorative gymnastics according to Zhdanov requires prior consultation with the attending ophthalmologist before starting classes. This is due to the fact that only a qualified specialist will be able to determine whether this method is right for you.

Overview of reviews

On the net you can find both ardent supporters of the Zhdanov method and its opponents. But there is no doubt that gymnastics works and has helped thousands of people get rid of glasses. Patients who have used the method praise it for its fast, long-lasting results, simplicity, and affordability.

Doctors are more wary of the method, although they do not deny its effectiveness and use it in their clinical practice. They note that before starting classes, it is necessary to carefully study the theoretical base set forth by Professor Zhdanov and strictly follow the instructions.

In general, feedback on restorative gymnastics is positive, side effects are extremely rare.

Conclusion

  1. The method of restoring vision according to Zhdanov is an effective set of exercises that has been tested by time and the experience of thousands of grateful patients.
  2. The technique is based on 7 main exercises that relax the eye muscle and help nourish the eye with oxygen and useful substances.
  3. Gymnastics is suitable for people of all ages suffering from refractive diseases (myopia, hypermetropia, astigmatism).
  4. The Zhdanov method is used not only for treatment, but also for prevention.
  5. To achieve visible results, regularity and exact observance of the technique of performing exercises are necessary.
  6. Before starting classes, you should consult with a specialist familiar with your medical history to decide on the appropriateness of using the method.

Video

We present you the following video:

Vladimir Georgievich Zhdanov is the author of a unique method of correction and complete restoration of vision, which combines the developments of two equally talented scientists: U.-G. Bates and G. A. Shichko. Vision treatment according to the Zhdanov method is based on simple eye exercises that can be done at home and at work.

Zhdanov tested his technique on himself and restored his own vision before offering the technique to other people. Therefore, you can trust his words. Dr. Zhdanov offers a non-standard, but very interesting method for improving vision without any financial costs. In addition, it does not require a lot of time.

First of all, the patient needs to get rid of glasses or at least minimize their use. With glasses, the eye muscles atrophy, and without them they get the necessary training and strengthen, following the path indicated.

How to improve the condition of the eye muscles

1. (from the English word palm - palm)

The effect is noticeable from the first time, especially if you do palming with severe eye fatigue. You need to close your eyes with your palms so that the light cannot fall on them. In five minutes of this position, the eyes get the necessary rest, as if a person was sleeping and had just woken up.

Palming time can be extended if the desired feeling of rest does not appear in the eyes. While they are closed, you need to imagine how your vision improves, tune in positively, rejecting bad thoughts. It's a good idea to warm up your palms first by rubbing them together.

2. Eye gymnastics

You can see more about palming and gymnastics in the proposed video in more detail:

Gymnastics consists of seven useful exercises that must be performed under three conditions:

  • Before gymnastics, you need to remove glasses or lenses and blink repeatedly;
  • Each exercise is done three times, but it is also possible to reduce the number of approaches if discomfort appears in the eyes;
  • You can't make sudden movements.

Exercise #1"Up and down"

It's pretty simple. You need to raise your eyes as high as possible and slowly lower to the lowest point. These actions should be repeated several times, and then blink at a fast pace.

Exercise #2"Right and Left"

Here, the actions are similar to the first exercise, but you need to move your eyes not from top to bottom, but from left to right. First you need to look to the left side, then slowly and carefully - to the right. Next blink again

Exercise #3"Diagonal"

Everything is the same, only in this order: right and down, left and up, left and down, right and up. Don't forget to blink.

Exercise #4"Rectangles"

You need to mentally draw a rectangle in front of your own face and direct your eyes alternately to each of its corners. You need to do this clockwise, starting from the upper right corner. When all the corners are passed, you need to do the same in the opposite direction.

Exercise #5- "Circles"

Here the principle of action is the same as in the previous paragraph, only you need to draw not rectangles, but circles.

Exercise No6"Snake"

It is necessary to "wag" the eye so that a curved line is obtained, originating on the left side and ending on the right. She herself must bend up and down. After the exercise, as usual, you need to blink, then palm, closing your eyes for a minute.

Contraindications

You can not do the listed exercises in such cases:

  • Six months have not passed since the operation;
  • Diagnosed with retinal detachment or its threat.

Do not devote a lot of time to gymnastics at once. It is enough to practice for 5-6 minutes, but several times a day. It's better than half an hour once a day.

When the eye muscles are overloaded, the following symptoms are observed:

  • Headache;
  • Aches in the eyes;
  • Sensation as if sand had fallen under the eyelids;
  • Colored spots and dots before the eyes.

In this case, you should not stop gymnastics, but you can’t increase the number of repetitions either. If there is no discomfort, you can increase the number of approaches by one every day or two.

Eye massage from Zhdanov

Treatment of vision according to the Zhdanov method includes eye massage. It is necessary for people suffering from astigmatism and severe myopia.

You need to take the following actions:

  • With the index, middle and ring fingers, stroke the forehead in a circular motion;
  • They also massage the eyebrows, especially paying attention to their middle;
  • With two fingers (index and middle) of both hands, gently stroke the temples;
  • Massage the cheekbones with three fingers;
  • With two fingers - the sinuses and the bridge of the nose, then the auricles and behind the ears;
  • Massage the neck below the back of the head.

After that, you can massage your eyes. Here, too, everything is quite simple.

  • You need to close your eyes. Place the index and middle fingers of both hands on the upper eyelids. Perform very light vibrating presses three times.
  • Place the middle fingers on the outer corners and perform similar movements;
  • Repeat the first paragraph;
  • Vibrate with your fingers on the inner corners;
  • With all fingers, except the little finger, applied to the face with the thumb down, lightly grab the eyelids and massage;
  • Find an astigmatic point on the right eye and lightly press it with the right index finger and perform vibrating movements;
  • Repeat this action on the left eye with the left hand;
  • Close the eyelids tightly, then open slightly to make “Chinese eyes” and move your gaze from bottom to top and back.

astigmatic point- This is the area of the eye, when pressed, vision improves. You will have to find it in advance using a test table. First you need to look at it with one eye and press it lightly, then repeat this with the other eye.

All manipulations are quite simple and accessible, but require great attention to detail. If you treat them with due care, you can notice an improvement in vision in a couple of days. Full recovery time depends on the severity of the disease.

The longstanding authority of Vladimir Georgievich Zhdanov is a serious motivation to listen to him and his ideas. Visually impaired people often look for non-traditional methods because they do not trust orthodox doctors and are afraid of surgery, but do not want to wear glasses.

But it's not just about the desire or unwillingness to be "bespectacled". Poor vision is dangerous for the body in a general sense (more details below). The methodology and advice of Professor V.G. Zhdanov will lead to a result not in words, but in deeds. You just need to study all the subtleties, correctly follow the recommendations.

Why you need to correct your vision

In fairness, improving vision is a personal matter for each person. Someone is used to glasses, resigned to the fact that he will never see at 100% without artificial “helpers”. But it turns out that in impaired vision, in glasses with lenses, there is a serious danger.

How bad vision is dangerous

To understand the harm of vision pathology for the body, you need to understand the following:

  • the muscles of the eyeball in people with poor eyesight are in constant tension;
  • the consequence is an insufficient supply of blood (that is, the cells experience oxygen starvation);
  • the risk of all kinds of diseases falls on each structure of the eye (at a minimum, these are cataracts and glaucoma);
  • the eye of a nearsighted person has an elongated shape;
  • the retina is constantly in a tense state;
  • the more “minus” diopters, the more likely it is that the case will end in retinal detachment due to physical exertion.

IMPORTANT. For women whose vision is below minus 7-8, doctors forbid natural childbirth. And people with a big age are not taken to sports sections, to circles and communities dedicated to active types of leisure and self-realization.

What are the dangers of wearing glasses

In an effort to compensate for the lack of visual capabilities, a person invented glasses - artificially designed lenses correct disturbed accommodation (the ability of the lens to provide normal focus when objects are displayed on the retina).

That is, the benefits seem to be achieved - objects are distinguishable, a person regains confidence in orienting himself in the surrounding space. But there is also the other side of the coin:

  • to see objects, a person with glasses turns his head - while the eyeball remains motionless;
  • gradually the muscles begin to weaken;
  • further on, the muscles inevitably atrophy (especially for those people who don’t think about anything, just wear glasses and make no attempt to keep their visual apparatus in good shape).

IMPORTANT. Atrophy of the eye muscles is fraught with complete loss of vision. Everyone is afraid of such blindness, but for some reason they rely on the achievements of surgery, on a miracle, on “maybe”. Method V.G. Zhdanova is a solution to problems without cost, but with a result.

What is the basis of the "Zhdanovsky" method

Throughout the day, a person's refraction (the degree of refraction of rays through the lens of the eye) changes for various reasons:

  • psychological mood (stress, joy, despondency);
  • the degree of fatigue / cheerfulness;
  • lighting conditions;
  • the quality of the waves emitted by the object (what we see with the eye is nothing but reflected light rays with different wavelengths);
  • if a person is prescribed glasses, he begins to conscientiously wear them, finally depriving his visual apparatus of the opportunity to return to the optimal state when considering surrounding objects.

Convincing optimism

The professor claims that it is possible to restore vision at almost any age - if you try hard. In children, this is much easier to do (because their refractive changes are more dynamic).

There are cases when people (using different ones) restored their vision in a relatively short period of time. For example, the story of Academician Fyodor Grigoryevich Uglov is impressive - his period of wearing glasses for farsightedness exceeded 50 years!

Zhdanov's system includes not only a set of regular exercises, but also the concept of systematic eye care on a daily basis. Even after vision is finally restored.

  • the habit of wearing glasses is on the same level as addiction to alcohol and smoking;
  • You can achieve a positive effect with strabismus, and with astigmatism, and with myopia or hyperopia. Even the initial stages of lens clouding and glaucoma are not a reason to abandon the technique (on the contrary, they are a serious reason to deal with it closely);
  • the speed and depth of the result depends only on the desire of a person to work on himself and on his vision.

Prevention and hygiene of the eyes

IMPORTANT. The term "palming" was given to mankind by the famous ophthalmologist Professor William G. Bates (USA, New York). Learn this technique to put its healing power at your service.

A little more history

The theory of V. G. Zhdanov is based on the developments of Bates, who:

  • established that it is not the ciliary muscle and the lens that are “to blame” for the violation of refraction, but six muscles of the eyeball (which are weakened or too tense);
  • systematized the findings into a coherent concept;
  • in practice, he received results confirming the legitimacy of his statements (he worked with schoolchildren and adult patients).

A little later, Vladimir Georgievich revised the conclusions of other researchers (V. M. Travinka, I. N. Afonina, G. A. Shichko). Moreover, he himself, personally, was convinced of the effectiveness of new methods. He added his own developments and formed the most complete, voluminous methodology.

Today, Zhdanov's lectures are popular all over the world. The views of the professor are readily shared by people interested in improving the health of the population - teachers, doctors, lovers of healthy lifestyles. The author of the methodology himself emphasizes: it is more pedagogical than medical. The ultimate goal is to teach people to control their vision, restore it and keep it in a state close to the original for a long time.

commercial truth

Skeptical people at first asked Zhdanov a tricky question: if your technique is so excellent, why hasn't it been put on a grand scale yet? Why do people get acquainted with it only at lectures initiated by the author and his associates, and not from the lips of orthodox doctors?

Vladimir Georgievich gives a simple and non-arguable answer:

  • the current commercial reality does not accept innovations that do not make a profit;
  • the powerful industry selling glasses, lenses and related products is a gigantic monster, an all-devouring money machine, which is protected by a huge army of interested parties (investors, manufacturers, distributors of goods, tax officials in the end).

Thus, each person with visual impairment has a choice - only his personal choice: to stay forever with glasses and lenses, or to try to get rid of them, showing a little patience and spending some amount of time.

What needs to be done according to Zhdanov

The professor appeals to personal conscience: to remember the importance of prevention. That is, follow the three rules of hygiene for the eyes - rest, palming, away with glasses (for more details, see above). And now in more detail about the methodology.

palming

In direct translation, this term means “palmation” (because in English palm means “palm”):

  • with the help of palming, it is possible to relax and strengthen the eye muscles;
  • the palms are crossed relative to each other in the form of an inverted English letter "V", then superimposed on the eye area (without strong pressure on the eyes);
  • move your eyes under your palms, without tension and in different directions (there should be a pleasant feeling);
  • duration from 5 minutes (not less);
  • find time for palming at least twice a day - in the morning in the evening;
  • do palming whenever your eyes are tired from work.

Gymnastics

What is the gymnastic complex:

  • move your eyeballs in different directions (“eight”, circle clockwise and back, vertically and horizontally, draw squares);
  • quantity - repeat each action from 7 to 10 times;
  • pay attention - you do not need to rotate your head following your gaze (try to keep your head fixed);
  • at the end of the gymnastics, relieve tension from the eyes - light blinking will help with this.

turns

Turning requires a window (in daylight outside) or a lit candle (in the dark). How to do the exercise correctly:

  • stand near a window or a candle;
  • put your feet shoulder-width apart;
  • set your gaze forward, as if peering into the distance;
  • turn the body to the left and right alternately;
  • do not rush - turns should be performed smoothly;
  • at the moment when the body is turned as much as possible, it is permissible to tear off the heel of the opposite leg from the floor;
  • while turning, keep your eyes on a window or a candle (focus your attention on the fact that they “float” past you from the side);
  • the number of repetitions from 30 to 50 times.

IMPORTANT. Do not strain your eyes - they should be relaxed all the time. There is no purpose to see in detail a candle or a window.

Choose a moment when the sun is not very bright (not scorching). Most often, noon is completely unsuitable for performing the exercise. Now:

  • lower your eyelids;
  • rotate the body as described above;
  • number of turns - from 20 to 30;
  • cover one eye with the palm of your hand;
  • the second must be open;
  • look down;
  • do another 20 to 30 body turns;
  • cover an open eye, open another;
  • look down;
  • turn your body again the same number of times as before;
  • then open both eyes;
  • final rotations of the body - looking directly in front of you and exposing your face to the sun;
  • the final exercise is to blink quickly, alternately closing one or the other eye with the palm of your hand;

IMPORTANT. While getting used to the sunlight, make sure that there is no discomfort. Zhdanov recommends starting at sunset or dawn, when the light is subdued (in extreme cases, replace the natural light with a dim lamp or a lit candle).

Center lock

What is the difference between healthy and unhealthy eye:

For relaxation, conscious central fixation of the eyes is used - using a checklist:

  • to begin with, fix your eyes somewhere not far from the table on the wall;
  • take aside;
  • blink;
  • fix a look at;

  • take aside;
  • blink;
  • fix your eyes on the line;
  • take away - blink;
  • on any single word;
  • take away - blink;
  • on a letter;
  • take away - blink;
  • on a separate part of the same letter;
  • take away - blink;

General

Restore vision in 7 weeks according to the method of Vladimir Zhdanov

Back in November 2013, the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper published an article on restoring vision in 7 weeks using the Zhdanov method. I immediately began to apply all the methods on myself, though only for the first three days, I forgot once, twice, and then completely abandoned it. now my eyes began to hurt very badly and I want to try this method not only to restore vision, but also to alleviate the constant tension in them.

When her eyes began to hurt badly, she underwent an examination and nothing was revealed, her eyes are healthy, but very overloaded. So I can safely do all the exercises according to this method.

Goal Accomplishment Criteria

Worked all 7 weeks.

Vision improved from -6 to -4 and my eyes stopped hurting.

personal resources

Goal ecological compatibility

Poor vision makes life very difficult. I want to live without limits

  1. Week #1

    PALMING(from English palm - palm) - the most important exercise for relaxing the oculomotor muscles. Performed WITHOUT POINTS.

    We rub our palms together until warm. Place the fingers of each hand tightly together. As if you want to drink from the palms of the birds, and so that the water does not spill between the fingers. With the fingers of one palm, overlap the fingers of the other at a right angle. And we put this design on our eyes instead of glasses (see photo in a circle), so that the crossed fingers are in the center of the forehead, the nose sticks out between the bases of the little fingers, and the eyes fall exactly into the center of the dimples of your palms. The nose breathes freely, not pinched. The eyes are closed. The palms are pressed tightly to the face - no gaps so that the light does not fall on the eyes. Put your elbows on the table or press to your chest. The main thing is that the elbows should not be in weight, and the head should be a direct continuation of the back.

    Calm down, relax, take a comfortable position. We say out loud (or mentally, to ourselves): “My eyes are good, wonderful, thank you, eyes, for giving me joy and happiness to see all the colors of this world in all its glory ... My eyes will see better and better every day” . And similar kind self-hypnosis under warm palms.

    Then the short-sighted imagine how their eyes again become round, balls, in order to perfectly SEE FAR without glasses (their transverse muscles relax).

    And the far-sighted imagine how their eyes easily, easily stretch forward, like cucumbers, in order to perfectly SEE NEAR the smallest letters without glasses (the longitudinal muscles of the eyes relax).

    At first, for some time, under closed eyes, covered palms, residual light images will loom: a TV screen, a light bulb, a piece of a window, some kind of fog, a cloud ... This indicates an overexcitation of the visual tract - the light does not fall on the eyes, but we think we see something. To remove residual light images, imagine a black velvet curtain in a theater each time under palming. It's so black-black, big-big... And then the lights go out in the hall, and it's getting blacker, darker. Or imagine the black mascara that you poured in front of you and cover these luminous places with it.

    Another important exercise under palming is a fond memory.

    Every time think about something good, good that happened in your life.

    Exit from palming. They sat up straight, under the palms of their hands closed eyes slightly closed - loosened, closed - loosened, closed - loosened. The palms were removed. With their eyes closed, they slightly shook their heads, restoring the blood supply to the brain. Like children, they gently “wet” their eyes with their fists, wiped them. They sighed. Exhaled. And we open our eyes, blinking fast.

    Whenever you feel tired, tired eyes when reading, working on a computer, watching TV, etc. - put everything aside, rub your palms until warm and do palming. Three - five minutes.

    Ideally - every hour when working on a computer.

    Palming can and is useful for EVERYONE!

    CHARGING FOR THE EYES FROM PROFESSOR VLADIMIR ZHDANOV

    Attention! It is categorically impossible to do for those who underwent ANY eye surgery less than six months ago. Wait six months for everything to heal, to heal. It is also CONTRAINDICATED for those who have retinal detachment. You can provoke further detachment. Go to the doctors, now there are methods of "welding" the retina. After welding, wait six months for everything to take root. And proceed with caution.

    We do all exercises WITHOUT POINTS! Smoothly, without any jerks, sudden movements. The head is STILL. Only one eye works! Blink after every exercise!

    1. Eyes raised up, down, up, down, up, down. Blink-blink-blink.

    2. They squinted their eyes to the right, left, right, left, right, left. They blinked.

    3. "Diagonal". Look right up - left down, right up - left down, right up - left down. They blinked. Reverse "diagonal". Left up - right down. Also 3 times. They blinked.

    4. "Rectangle". They raised their eyes up, “drawn” the upper side of the rectangle, the right side, the lower, the left side, the upper again, and so on 3 times in a row. They blinked. In the opposite direction, “draw” a rectangle (counterclockwise). Top side, side left, bottom, right. 3 times. They blinked.

    5. "Dial". Imagine you have a huge dial in front of you. You inspect it clockwise. They raised their eyes at 12 o'clock - 3 o'clock, 6, 9, 12. And so 3 laps. They blinked. In the opposite direction "Dial". We raised our eyes for 12 hours, 9, 6, 3, 12 ... 3 circles. They blinked.

    6. "Snake". We start drawing from the tail. Eyes left down - up, down - up, down - up and head. They blinked. Back. From the head of the "snake". Down - top, down - up, down - up and tail. They blinked.

    Professor Zhdanov warns!

    NO FANATISM!

    Do gymnastics for the eyes 3 times a day - before breakfast, lunch, dinner in the amount recommended by me, otherwise your eyes will hurt.

    Do not hurry

    1. Do all exercises very smoothly, slowly, without tension, sudden movements. No need to "tear the traces". The oculomotor muscles are one of the most delicate muscles in our body, they are very easy to strain, tear, and damage with stupid, abrupt movements.

    2. Who has severe myopia (more than minus 4), do the exercises very, very carefully! Your eye is pulled forward, so the retina is stretched, tense, and there is a danger of sudden movements and loads of rupture or detachment of the retina.

    3. Special care for those who have had a retinal detachment. We recommend that you take a full-time course under the guidance of an experienced specialist.

    Before starting classes, ALWAYS go to the doctor, check your eyesight. Find out the state of the retina. Do you have farsightedness or myopia (its degree), astigmatism?

  2. Week #2

    Central fixation

    If we look at the human eye from the side in the section, we will see a circle, says Professor Zhdanov. - In front of the lens, the back surface of the eye is lined from the inside with the so-called retina. Directly opposite the pupil, the retina fades away. This is where the macula is formed. The center of the macula is called the fovea centralis. The most light sensitive part of our eye. We see best, we fix what falls into the central fossa, into the center of the eye.

    In all bespectacled people, the central fixation is broken.

    According to science, each patient's glasses must be made in a special laboratory, carefully fitting the centers of the lenses to the centers of his eyes with an accuracy of a tenth of a millimeter. No one makes such glasses for ordinary people. The oculist will measure the distance between the centers of the eyes with a ruler, write in the prescription - 64 millimeters, and stomp, patient, to the pharmacy! Then you put on these glasses: one eye looks exactly through the center of the lens, and the second - a little near the center, through a prism. In order to see something with two eyes, a person is forced to mow one eye a little. This leads to the development of a very weak, latent internal strabismus. And when a person takes off his glasses, then one eye looks straight, and the second, out of habit, slightly to the side. The image is blurry because of this. Therefore, it is very important to force the eyes to look parallel again.

    You will restore the central fixation only by this you will significantly improve your vision.

    The exercises are very simple. At any convenient moment, you take off your glasses (the less you wear these crutches, the faster you will restore your vision - this is the law).

    You go to the window. You blink. Light blinking relaxes the muscles and makes the eyes again, so to speak, stand in parallel. You look at the street. You seem to see everything and nothing. The street is big. Choose the house opposite. Blinking, blinking, peering intently at this house, actually driving it into the center of the right, left eye. He is for you now - the main object on the street, the rest is on the side! He looked closely, blinked. Now in the house you choose any window, you look at it, blinking lightly. Blinked. Next, the object of your attention is the window cover. You fix it by blinking lightly. I saw - I was delighted - the exercise is done.

    You come to a stop. He took off his glasses and blinked. You see - the crowd is waiting for the bus. He blinked, chose a man with glasses among the crowd, concentrated his attention on his face. He blinked, fixed his gaze on his glasses. Blinked ... If the bespectacled man asks, they say, why are you looking at me and even blinking, do not hesitate, answer directly: “This is how I restore vision according to the method of Professor Zhdanov. And I recommend it to you too. It's very simple!"

    Next exercise. Take any page of the text. He took off his glasses and blinked. You choose any line, peer into it, blinking lightly. You choose any word in this line, for example, "vision". All attention is on him! You blink. And you concentrate your eyes on any letter in a word, for example, N. I drove N into the center of my eyes, I saw it clearly - I was delighted. Blinked…

    So, to restore the central fixation, we perform the following exercises:

    1. Street - house - window in the house - window binding.

    2. The crowd at the bus stop - a man with glasses - his face - his glasses.

    3. A page of text - a line - a word in a line - a letter in a word.

    FIRST SUCCESS

    For the first week, I did 6 exercises for the eyes three times a day. Time to add 6 more.

    7. "Bow". Eyes down left. We draw the sidewall of the bow, the diagonal, the right sidewall, the diagonal ... 3 times. They blinked.

    8. Hourglass. They raised their eyes up: top, diagonal down, bottom side, diagonal up ... 3 times. They blinked.

    9. "Spiral". We spin it with our eyes clockwise starting from the nose. Small circle, second bigger, third even bigger. And the fourth - along the wall, ceiling, another wall, along the floor. They blinked.

    And now we twist the spiral. Eyes down to the floor, along the wall, ceiling, another wall! The second circle is smaller, the third even smaller. And the fourth circle is quite small. They blinked.

    10. Horizontal "spiral". Imagine: in front of you LIES (at eye level) a thick glass pipe. You wind 5 turns of rope around it with your eyes. Eyes to the left. The first turn on the pipe, the second, the third - in front of you, the fourth, the fifth. We wind the rope. One turn, two, they wound it in front of them - three, four and five. They blinked.

    11. Vertical "spiral". There is a huge glass pipe in front of you. Glance at the floor. A coil of rope on the floor - one, at chest level - two, at nose level - three, at hair level - four and on the ceiling - five. We reel. A coil on the ceiling, at the level of the hair - two, at the level of the nose - three, at the level of the chest - four, on the floor - five. They blinked.

    12. "Globe". Imagine you have a large glass globe in front of you. You are trying to spin it around the equator with your eyes. You can move your ears, head, hair. One lap around the equator, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth! They blinked. And now in the opposite direction we spin the globe with our eyes. Again 6 laps around the equator. Blinked…

    I also do extended exercises for the eyes three times a day. Before breakfast, lunch, dinner. The head is motionless, only the eyes work (except for the last exercise - the Globe).

    Monday - Wednesday: the first FIVE exercises I repeat 5 times. Thursday - Saturday: 6 times.

    Exercises 6 - 12 are always performed only ONCE.

    Sunday is a day off.

    If someone's eyes hurt from an unusual load, immediately take a break for a day or two, without waiting for Sunday.

    I hope, friends, you have not forgotten: we always do eye exercises, palming WITHOUT POINTS.

    Consequences of a strong dosage: headache, tears flow, eyeball aches, "sand", darkening in the eyes, flashing dots, circles, color spots before the eyes, creaking in the eye sockets.

    PROFESSOR ZHDANOV WARNING:

    1. Exercises should be done slowly, not abruptly, without tension.

    2. Exercise is better to do less, but more often.

    3. Who has severe myopia (greater than -4), perform no more than 3-4 repetitions of exercises 1-5, gradually, within a month, increasing to 10 repetitions.

    4. Special care for those who have had a retinal detachment. With a detached retina, it is strictly forbidden to do gymnastics for the eyes! You can provoke further detachment. If the retina is detached, you need to go to the doctors to “weld” it, wait six months after the operation, and only then carefully start gymnastics for the eyes!

  3. Week #3

    Palming 5-6 times daily.

    Central fixation - 10 times (this is a matter of minutes!).

    Charging for the eyes - 4 times a day according to the following program: Monday - Wednesday - the first FIVE exercises I repeat 6 times. Thursday - Saturday - 7 times. Exercises 6 - 12 - only ONE time.

    Sunday is a day off.

    We connect the sun

    On the advice of Professor Zhdanov, I am mastering a new technique - solarization of the eyes.

    This treatment of the eyes with sunlight or other light is one of the best exercises for restoring vision and relaxing the oculomotor muscles.

    FULL OPTION. We stand facing the sun with CLOSED eyes. Feet shoulder-width apart, arms hanging freely.

    Chest, face turn to the right, twisting on the right leg. The heel of the left foot is turned up. The sun remains to the left. Then we also turn to the left. The sun remains on the right ... We continue to turn, repeating aloud: “The sun on the left is the sun on the right, the sun on the left is the sun on the right, the sun on the left is the sun on the right ...” Eyes are always closed, hands are relaxed. After 20 - 25 turns, 10 - 12 powerful sunbeams will appear in your eyes. Through the eyelid the sun shines through, bright orange or yellow dots appear. And our eyes, they love the sun so much that there is a powerful activation of the retina and relaxation of the oculomotor muscles.

    SOFT OPTION(especially when diagnosed with macular degeneration, when a person sees sideways better than straight).

    A sharp shadow is selected (tree, corner of the house). One eye is in the shade, the other is in the sun. A shadow passes through the middle of you. Feet shoulder-width apart, eyes closed, face turned to the sun. You begin to slowly sway from one foot to the other, repeating aloud: “The sun comes - the sun leaves, comes - leaves, comes - leaves ...” Thus, the eyes turn out to be in the shade, then in the sun. After 20 - 25 wiggles, 3 - 5 most powerful sunbeams will appear in your eyes ...

    Attention!!! Immediately after each solarization of the eyes in the sun, we do standing palming. Twice as long as solarization, until the vision completely calms down, until the bunnies in the eyes disappear.

    Standing palming. With your eyes closed, turn your back to the sun, rub your palms together until warm, apply to your closed eyes. Press your elbows to your chest, head slightly tilted forward, feet shoulder-width apart, shoulders relaxed. You gently sway from foot to foot, relax, think about something good until the bunnies disappear in your eyes. The bunnies are gone - blink your eyes, open them.

    In sunny weather, perform this solarization 3-4 times daily.

    If the weather is cloudy, you can do solarization on other light sources. Without the sun

    For example, light a candle, turn off the light in the room. Sit down at a distance of a meter or more, make a central fixation on a burning candle, blink. And turn your head, face, eyes to the right wall, then to the left. Do not pay any attention to the candle at all. When you look at the left wall, you will simply feel in the dark that the candle is somewhere to the right. Then whack - a candle flew before my eyes. And you are already looking at the right wall and feel the candle on the left. So turn your head from side to side 15-20 times, repeating in an undertone: “Candle on the left - candle on the right, candle on the left - candle on the right ...” Eyes, of course, are open.

    Solarization of the eyes can also be done like this: having covered the window with curtains, leave a gap, which will be the source of light. Or, in a dark room at eye level, turn on a table lamp - do solarization on it ... And be sure to palming after a candle, window, light bulb.

    We disperse the blood

    To improve cerebral circulation, Professor Zhdanov recommends doing gymnastics in the morning and evening:

    1. Tilt your head to the right shoulder, then straight, then to the left shoulder (without sudden movements). 4 - 5 times.

    2. Head up and down. 4 - 5 times.

    3. Head right-left. 4 - 5 times.

    4. Shoulders up and down. 4 - 5 times.

    5. We bring the shoulders forward, then we bring them back, while - the back - the chest with a “wheel” - 4 times.

    6. Rotation of the shoulders back and forth - 6 times.

    7. The legs are motionless, we make turns "shoulder forward" - 4 times.

    8. The legs are motionless, we make turns “shoulder back”, while looking back, we see the back wall - 4 times.

    9. We take hands in the lock. The legs are motionless. We twist the body to the right back. We stay in this position. Then - to the left back - 4 times.

    10. Tilts to the sides - 4 - 5 times.

    11. Circular rotation of the pelvis (legs shoulder-width apart, hands on the belt) - 6 times in one direction and the other.

    Gymnastics is also useful for the prevention of cervical osteochondrosis.

  4. Week #4

    palming - 5 - 6 times daily,

    solarization (on a candle, the sun - depending on the weather) - 3,

    central fixation - 10.

    ryadka for the eyes - 4 times a day. Monday - Wednesday: I repeat the first FIVE exercises 7 times. Thursday - Saturday: 8 times. Exercises 6 - 12 - ONE time. Sunday is a day off.

    Get great vision!

    Every person is born absolutely sober, non-smoking, without glasses, says Professor Zhdanov. - It is then that family, friends, society impose on him harmful conditioned reflexes (habits), leading to premature old age and death: “Alcohol is great!”, “Tobacco is great!”, “Drugs are high!” ... One of these FALSE programs , firmly seated in the head, - “EVERYONE has vision deteriorates with age, but doctors will help me, glasses will save me! The main thing is that you don’t have to do anything yourself.” It's a lie. If you take care of your eyes, vision can be restored at any age. The famous academician Fyodor Uglov proved this brilliantly. He wore +2.5 glasses for half a century. At the age of 95, he worked out according to my program for 3 weeks. And then for 8 whole years, until his death, Fedor Grigoryevich operated, read, drove a car without glasses!

    The professor handed me a sheet with 15 well-defined phrases-settings that will help cut down the harmful spectacle program that has been sitting in my head for 20 years!

    Before going to bed, Eugene, rewrite the text once, learn it by heart in a few days and then write from memory.

    Why write, Vladimir Georgievich? Academician Sytin argues that wellness moods should be spoken or simply listened to from a tape recorder.

    Scientist Gennady Shichko experimentally discovered that the word that a person writes with a HAND before going to bed is a hundred times stronger than the word heard, seen or said in terms of the strength of its effect on the conscious-subconscious.

    1. I am a calm and balanced person. I learned the text of the instructions for excellent vision and health in two days.

    2. I can relax during rest and when working with the eyes.

    3. I strive to restore my health and vision.

    4. I will permanently destroy the glasses program, as well as the alcohol and tobacco programs in my mind.

    5. Alcohol and tobacco, glasses - this is my poor health and vision, illness, early old age, blindness and death.

    6. Sobriety, separate nutrition, relaxation and eye exercises - this is my youth, beauty, health, excellent vision and life.

    7. My eyes become radiant, clear, vigilant and clear.

    8. I feel an improvement in my health and vision every day.

    9. I blink often and close my eyes.

    10. I rest my eyes, palming for three to five minutes every hour.

    11. I see both far and near the smallest details.

    12. The sun and natural light are friends of my eyes.

    13. I forever stop poisoning myself with alcohol and tobacco poison and wearing glasses - cripple my eyes.

    14. My health is improving, my eyesight is being restored.

    15. I have a wonderful sober life ahead of me and excellent eyesight.

    LIFE! VISION! LIFE!

    After writing 15 installations, nothing can be done, except for lying down palming.

    Immediately to bed. I put a pillow on my chest. I rub my palms until warm, put them on my closed eyes, elbows on the pillow so that they do not hang. And I indulge in good, good, pleasant memories. To fall asleep with completely relaxed eyes.

    (The article is taken from kp.ru kite)

  5. Week #5

    Tasks: palming - 5 - 6 times daily, solarization (on a candle, sun, depending on the weather) - 3 times, central fixation - 10.

    Eye exercises - 5 times a day.

    Monday - Saturday: I repeat the first FIVE exercises 8 times. Exercises 6 - 12 - only ONE time.

    Before going to bed, I write by heart settings for excellent vision and health (). Sunday is a day off.

    And now - new special exercises from Professor Zhdanov.

    1. Spray your eyes with cold boiled water

    Better thawed, - advises the professor. - Boil water, freeze in the refrigerator. Then wash your face with thawed water and sprinkle it into OPEN eyes in the morning and evening. Water retains its polymeric structure as long as ice crystals remain in it.

    Why pre-boil? To remove chlorine. Chlorine eats eyes. Therefore, tap water must be defended, boiled, so that the bleach evaporates ...

    2. Make faces

    A very useful exercise: take off your glasses, strain and relax all the muscles of the face - move your jaws, ears, eyes. Make funny (!) faces in front of the mirror. The better developed all the muscles of the face, the more efficiently the oculomotor muscles work and the blood supply to the eyes improves. Please note: infants lie on their backs and constantly grimacing involuntarily. They instinctively tense and relax the muscles of the face so that they develop.

    3. Label on glass

    This is a universal exercise from the "near - far" series: it is very useful for both myopic and farsighted. It is performed, of course, without glasses.

    Go to any window and stick a piece of paper on the glass - a label. Blinked - look at the piece of paper, you see it; blinked - look into the distance, saw a tree or a house. Then again: on a piece of paper - into the distance, on a piece of paper - into the distance ... Perform the exercise twenty times.

    At the same time, there is a powerful training of the transverse muscles of the eyes. When you look at a piece of paper, you strain them. Then they blinked, looked into the distance - relaxed. They squeezed the eye, weakened, squeezed, weakened ...

    In medicine, it is customary to call the longitudinal muscles of the eyes straight, and the transverse muscles oblique. I specifically called the oblique muscles of the eyes transverse, since practice has shown that with the phrase "oblique muscles" people think that these are the muscles from which the eye mows. In fact, these are the most important muscles that carry out the process of accommodation of the eyes, that is, pointing them to sharpness.

    As a result of the “Mark on the Glass” exercise, myopic people learn to relax the transverse muscles, while far-sighted people and those with “flat eyes”, on the contrary, train them.

    From the same series "near - far". 4. Flight of the butterfly

    a) Imagine, upstairs, under the ceiling, a beautiful butterfly is sitting. You look at her. Further - the butterfly flies along the ceiling and sits right on the eyebrows. We looked at our eyebrows, blinked, you can’t look at your eyebrows for a long time! Now send the butterfly from the eyebrows back to the ceiling and further, carefully watching the flight. Repeat the exercise 3-5 times. What muscles do we train? Upper longitudinal (when we raise our eyes) and transverse (when we look at the eyebrows).

    b) Now imagine that this beautiful butterfly is sitting on the wall at the level of your head. It fluttered, flies, flies, flies and sits on the tip of your nose. We looked at the tip of the nose, blinked, and rather sent the butterfly back to the wall. The exercise can also be repeated 3-5 times. At the same time, we train the internal longitudinal muscles, reducing the eyes to the nose, and again the transverse ones.

    c) Imagine that this butterfly is sitting far away on the ground (floor). And now it flies along the ground, flies, flies ... and sits on your upper lip. They looked, blinked, and from the upper lip sent it down and along the floor to its place. Perform also no more than 5 times. At the same time, we train the lower longitudinal muscles and, again, the transverse ones.

    Butterfly exercises can be performed all at once (a, b, c) or separately.

    5. Thumb

    Squeeze your hand into a fist, thumb up! The hand was extended forward. We blinked, looked at the thumb, bring it to the tip of the nose; we carry it to the distance of an outstretched hand, then blinked and looked into the distance (up to 10 times).

    Again, the transverse muscles of the eyes are being trained. We look at the finger - strained. The closer we bring, the stronger we strain the transverse muscles, we attribute - we relax. And then they blinked, looked into the distance - relaxed them completely.

    These exercises do not require special time, - emphasizes the professor. - They can be done anywhere and anytime. Let's say the boss called you into the office and let's scold and scold you! And you stand and let butterflies from nose to nose. To him - to himself, to him - to himself ...

    When I was restoring my eyesight, - the professor recalls, - I didn’t hang out at the bus stop with everyone else, but moved aside, to the tree. To have a leaf in front of my eyes. I stand, blinked, looked at the leaf, blinked, I looked into the distance, the leaf - the distance, the leaf - the distance ... People at the bus stop fool around waiting for the bus, and I train the transverse muscles of the eyes.

    Every time, going by train from Akademgorodok to Novosibirsk, I sat by the window. Sculpted a piece of the ticket to the glass. Blinked, on a piece of paper, blinked, into the distance. Paper - distance, paper - distance. At stops, I made a central fixation on a sign with the name of the station. The train started moving - again I work with a piece of paper. Thirty-five minutes of the trip trained the muscles of the eyes.

    Once again, I draw your attention to the fact that the most dangerous thing is to OVERTRAIN THE EYES. Start any exercise with a minimum number of repetitions and gradually increase the load.

    - They say that this method helps only the far-sighted. And short-sighted, even with an average degree, is not worth wasting time. Useless.
    QUESTIONS FROM "KP" READERS TO PROFESSOR ZHDANOV

    Zhdanov: - The long-term practice of my courses shows that people with such visual impairment must first of all learn how to relieve tension from the transverse muscles of the eyes. Moreover, the psychological state of a person is also important here. You can do the exercises endlessly, but if you react very sharply to every little thing in life, then your nervous system, your whole body are in constant tension, and therefore your eyes are constantly tense. Therefore, an integrated approach to solving the problem is very important here. That is why we recommend full-time training in our methodology, where a significant place is given to the psychological component. No wonder the first of the fifteen settings for excellent health and vision: “I am a calm and balanced person!” ( .)

The first exercise that we will learn is called "palming" ( from the English word "palm" - palm) - the most important exercise for relaxing the oculomotor muscles. Performed WITHOUT POINTS.

Everyone knows that our palms have some kind of unknown to science, but very healing radiation. We involuntarily put our palms on sore spots - the stomach, forehead, ear, tooth ... They also help the eyes a lot.

We rub our palms together until warm. Place the fingers of each hand tightly together. As if you want to drink from the palms of the birds, and so that the water does not spill between the fingers. With the fingers of one palm, overlap the fingers of the other at a right angle. And we put this design on our eyes instead of glasses so that the crossed fingers are in the center of the forehead, the nose sticks out between the bases of the little fingers, and the eyes fall exactly into the center of the dimples of your palms.

We say aloud (or mentally, to ourselves): “My eyes are good, wonderful, thank you, eyes, for giving me joy and happiness to see all the colors of this world in all its glory ... My eyes will see better and better every day.” And similar kind self-hypnosis under warm palms.

This indicates an overexcitation of the visual tract - the light does not fall on the eyes, but it seems to us that we see something. To remove residual light images, imagine a black velvet curtain in a theater each time under palming. It's so black-black, big-big... And then the lights go out in the hall, and it's getting blacker, darker. Or imagine the black mascara that you poured in front of you and cover these luminous places with it.

Another important exercise under palming is pleasant memory.

Whenever you feel tired, tired eyes when reading, working on a computer, watching TV, etc., put everything aside, rub your palms until warm and palm. Three to five minutes.

Ideally, every hour when working on a computer.

Palming can and is useful for EVERYONE!

And now there will be several exercises to train weakened oculomotor muscles. Lots of them to do it is forbidden. If you do a lot of them, your eyes will hurt, you will curse everything in the world and will never do it again. Therefore, the exercises that I will show you now can only be done three times per day- before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner.

Do not hurry

1. Do all exercises very smoothly, slowly, without tension, sudden movements. The head is STILL. Only one eye works! Blink after every exercise!

Exercise for the eyes from Professor Zhdanov

1. Eyes up, down, up, down, up, down. Blink-blink-blink.

2 . They squinted their eyes to the right, to the left, to the right, to the left, to the right, to the left.

And the fourth circle is very small.

Blinked…

If someone's eyes hurt from an unusual load, immediately take a break for a day or two

Connecting the sun eye polarization on a candle

And now I will show you a very important exercise, which is called "Solarization of the eyes on a candle".

The sun remains to the right. We continue the turns, repeating aloud: “The sun on the left is the sun on the right, the sun on the left is the sun on the right, the sun on the left is the sun on the right ...” Eyes are always closed, hands are relaxed. After 20 - 25 turns, 10 - 12 powerful sunbeams will appear in your eyes. Through the eyelid the sun shines through, bright orange or yellow dots appear. " Thus, the eyes turn out to be in the shade, then in the sun. After 20 - 25 wiggles, 3 - 5 most powerful sunbeams will appear in your eyes.

Attention! Immediately after each solarization of the eyes in the sun, we do standing palming. Twice as long as solarization, until the vision completely calms down, until the bunnies in the eyes disappear.

You gently sway from foot to foot, relax, think about something good until the bunnies disappear in your eyes. The bunnies are gone - blink your eyes, open them.

In sunny weather, perform this solarization 3-4 times daily.

Solarization without sun

If the weather is cloudy, you can do solarization on other light sources.

For example, light a candle, turn off the light in the room. Sit down at a distance of a meter or more, make a central fixation on a burning candle, blink. And turn your head, face, eyes to the right wall, then to the left. Do not pay any attention to the candle at all. And you are already looking at the right wall and feel the candle on the left. So turn your head from side to side 15 - 20 times, repeating in an undertone: "Candle on the left - candle on the right, candle on the left - candle on the right ..." Eyes, of course, are open.

1. Tilt your head on the right shoulder, then straight, then on the left shoulder (without sudden movements). 4 - 5 times.

2. Head up and down. 4 - 5 times.

3. Head right-left.

Phrases-installations that will help cut down a harmful scoring program

Before going to bed, rewrite the text once, memorize it in a few days, and then write from memory.

Why write?

Scientist Gennady Shichko experimentally discovered that the word that a person writes HAND before going to bed, according to the strength of the impact on the conscious-subconscious in a hundred times transcends the word heard, seen, or spoken.

These 15 phrases are:

1. I am a calm and balanced person.

After writing 15 installations, nothing can be done, except for lying down palming.

Various exercises from Zhdanov V. G.

1. Spray your eyes with cold boiled water

“Better thawed,” advises the professor.

Therefore, water from the tap must be defended, boiled, so that the bleach evaporates.

This is a universal exercise from the “near-far” series: it is very useful for both near-sighted and far-sighted.

They squeezed the eye, weakened, squeezed, weakened.

In medicine, it is customary to call the longitudinal muscles of the eyes straight, and the transverse muscles - oblique.

As a result of the “Mark on the Glass” exercise, near-sighted people learn to relax the transverse muscles, while far-sighted people and those with “flat eyes”, on the contrary, train them.

4. Flight of the butterfly

From the same series "near - far".

a) Imagine, upstairs, under the ceiling, a beautiful butterfly is sitting.

“These exercises do not require special time,” emphasizes the professor. “They can be done anywhere and anytime. Let's say the boss called you into the office and let's scold and scold you! And you stand and let butterflies from nose to nose. To him - to himself, to him - to himself ...

“When I was restoring my eyesight,” the professor recalls, “I didn’t hang out at the bus stop with everyone else, but moved aside, to the tree.

"One-Eyed Glasses"

one of the most powerful and effective exercises for restoring vision, says Professor Zhdanov. - Allows you to maintain and develop vision even when watching TV, working on a computer. But also very difficult. Therefore, I never suggest it to beginners. First you need to train the muscles of the eyes with ordinary exercises, “a mark on the glass”, “butterfly flight”, learn how to relax them with palming, solarization. And only then you can take on the "pirate glasses". The focus is simple. We need two pairs of any frames without glasses. Maybe from old glasses. At one frame, tie the right side with a dense black fabric-curtain or wrap it with opaque tape. The second one is on the left. It is possible to manipulate with one frame by dragging the bandage from right to left, but this is a hassle.

And wear these "one-eyed glasses" at home, outdoors, on vacation, read, write, work on the computer, watch TV. NOT MORE THAN 30 minutes! A powerful load comes when one eye is forced to work for two. But a great workout. After half an hour, close your eyes, take off your glasses, palming until the visual tract is completely calm. Then change the bandage to the other eye. After another half an hour, remove the "one-eyed glasses", perform palming and take an hour break: stay without glasses. If possible, repeat this exercise 2-3 times a day.

The eye under the bandage, of course, is open all the time, he also trains ...

If one of the short-sighted does not yet see the TV screen without glasses, there is no need to suffer. Take glasses with weaker glasses and watch a TV show in them, still covering one eye with a bandage for half an hour. Then another. After palming.

7 simple rules for TV and computer

Professor V. G. ZHDANOV advises

✔ Work on your computer and watch TV in a LIGHTED room! Be sure to turn on the overhead lighting.

✔ Remove all glare from the screen.

✔ Pick the font COLOR! (Near-sighted people tend to see RED better, far-sighted people see BLUE better.) To match your color, take colored pens and sign on a white sheet of paper. Put the sheet on the windowsill, turn away for a minute, blink and cast a light glance at the sheet. The painting that catches the eye first is YOUR color.

✔ Blink as often as possible! Why do my eyes get tired and hurt at the computer? People will stare at the monitor and watch all day without blinking. The mucous membrane of the eyes dries up, which leads to their fatigue, cramps and pain. By blinking, we relieve tension and moisturize the mucous membrane of the eyes.

✔ Do PALMING as your eyes get tired. Ideally every hour. When watching TV, do palming during commercials. Don't forget the rules for getting out of palming.

✔ Work more often and watch TV in "pirate glasses"

It is very important to perform exercises with “pirate glasses” for discordant eyes, when one eye sees worse than the other. In this case, give more visual work to the weak eye, that is, first of all, close the “curtain” of the strong eye. Disagreement is dangerous because a weak eye begins to interfere with a strong one. This can lead to strabismus.

Improper lighting cripples the eyesight of adults and children.

– LIGHT MUST FALL LEFT! - says Professor Zhdanov. - If a person is left-handed, writes with his left hand, then on the right. But we are left-handed - one in twenty. A simple rule for maintaining vision, but it is very often forgotten today. When I go to my acquaintances, friends who have children - schoolchildren, students - I always ask: "Where does your child do homework?" I didn’t see a single apartment that had a table for classes correctly. As a rule, a schoolboy sits in a deaf corner, still blocking the light with his back. Sight is straining, his eyes are crippled. In the best case, he sits at a table facing the window, a powerful light on his eyes and on a book. This is also very harmful. You need to sit with your left side to the window so that the light falls only on the book, but not on the eyes. In this case, the light from the white sheet goes to the side, and the diffused light from the text comfortably, without strain, enters the eyes.

The table lamp with the canopy on the left is our best friend. Especially for the farsighted. Preference - halogen lamp. If not, take a good table lamp with a visor, insert a transparent glass light bulb 75 - 100 watts. Fashionable energy-saving light bulbs are worse for vision. Direct the light of the lamp on the left side so that the light reflected from the sheet (monitor) goes to the side, and only the light scattered from the text enters your eyes. It is important to remember: in addition to local lighting (table lamp), overhead lighting is required. The eyes should be able to take a break from the book, the monitor: look at the ceiling, wall, and other objects.

Keep in mind: fluorescent lamps are very tiring to the eyes.
