It does not eat up the money it earns, but invests it in the development and expansion of production. For example, a new cowshed for 568 places is currently under construction, which will be filled before the end of the year.

Inclement weather this year posed new problems for the farmers, but the Kilachev peasants are confident that they will be solved. Our conversation with Anatoly Sergeevich NIKIFOROV, who has been heading this advanced economy for many years, is about the secrets of successful management on earth.

– We do business at our own expense, we use our own feed base. Animal husbandry and crop production in our country are not different departments of one economy, but one industry working for a common result. Animal husbandry cannot live without quality feed.

When we opened the “window to Europe”, we realized that we are complete zeros in fodder production. Now we use European, Canadian, American technologies. What is advanced in these countries - we apply at home. A good feed base allowed us to drastically reduce the consumption of concentrated feed. This year, the grain harvest amounted to 43.6 centners per hectare. The yield of rapeseed is 22 centners per hectare. Rapeseed was removed from 1,300 hectares this year.

- The growth of grain production has put you in front of new problems ...

– Since we get a lot of grain, a problem arose – how to dry it and store it. There was a question of the choice of the dryer. The Artyomovskaya agricultural firm purchased a Neuero dryer at one time, but did not install it. Before that, we had no Neuero dryers in the area. They went for broke, although the dryer was in storage for 3 years, they took it and did not repent.

The dryer is very good. They brought it in 2011, in 2012 they began to assemble mine boxes - as a Lego constructor. There were problems with automation, but here it should be noted the decency of the Siberian representative office of NEUERO. Although the warranty period ended long ago, specialists from Germany promptly came to us at their own expense, helped to fix the problems in the first year of operation. The second year we worked very well.

– What is the Neuero dryer?

The dryer is shaft, it consists of two columns, a duct made of galvanized steel 2 mm and sheathing with sandwich panels 60 mm thick. That is, the loss of heat is minimal - as in a thermos. We also sheathed the furnace block with a sandwich, that is, the losses from the air ducts are minimal.

Therefore, contamination, blockage of the column is practically excluded - there is no condensate in the mine.

The fan works for suction, plus the tightness of the column - therefore, moisture is easily removed in a rarefied space.

Productivity corresponds to passport 44-45 tons per hour. The capacity of the mine is about 80 tons. It is 14 meters high, along with the dryer, a noria is mounted - also NEUERO, which was included with it. The grain dryer was installed for gas and launched on July 27 last year.

What else is a dryer good for? It is very economical, made of stainless materials, easy to operate, controlled automatically. All cultures dry perfectly on it. Even at sub-zero ambient temperatures.

We have the entire cycle in the stream, starting from the pit and ending with storage. This whole line is tied to a computer, everything goes automatically.

Humidity is removed from 35 percent or more, for this the operator needs to select the drying mode according to a special table. Once again I say - it is simple in its operation, which is important.

– Can Neuero dry, for example, corn or rapeseed?

- We dried corn both last year and this year. Neuero dries very well all the crops that are grown in the Russian Federation: soybeans, corn, grain, rapeseed, and legumes. This year we have had a very large harvest.

The same Artyomovsk agrofirm was helped to dry the rapeseed. The productivity of this dryer turned out to be even higher for rapeseed than for wheat. That is, small-seeded crops dry very well. We simply found the process of drying rapeseed in automatic mode and removed moisture very well in one pass and immediately - for storage.

Guys-operators set the temperature in the mines on the coolant, in the grain and the time of discharge of the batch of dried grain into the accumulator under the dryer. Humidity such and such has arrived, and the program is already working out how long it takes to reset. No other settings.

– Do you intend to purchase Neuero dryers in the future?

– Now we have one Neuero and four Polish dryers. If the technical subsidy program continues, we will elect it again. We understand that without new technologies, without modern technology, we have no future.

V. KUZNETSOV - We have nothing confusing in this situation. Some of the media are trying to make me look like the non-commissioned officer's wife who whipped herself. It seems that I led some gang to storm, which went to seize the office. We rented this office, it was our one of the central offices, but in May we terminated the lease agreement, it was at the end of May. The office belongs to Real Impex, with which we had an agreement. DYKHOVICHNY - Vladimir Ivanovich, one second, you can talk about “supported by the police” in more detail, because what is known at the moment is that the fairly well-known 83rd police department of the city of Moscow is located next to this building, and the assault lasted not 1 minute (they write, about an hour), and all this hour the police from the 83rd department did not in any way try to stop what was happening. KUZNETSOV - This is the 83rd police station, but the assault took place with the support of people who were dressed in sportswear and equipped with body armor, hemispheres, shields, gas canisters, special gas bombs. This is one of the actions that fits into a series of acts of hostile takeover of enterprises, which began relatively long ago. We felt the first manifestations of this on February 22, when, on the instructions of the UBEP, signed by Deputy Pronin Ivanov, a group of people came to us, presenting us with a document to conduct an investigative experiment or some kind of action, and it was vaguely said that we were on what - some information participated in some actions related to violations of the law and other things. Now, that was the first manifestation. On May 16, they raided us with a search, moreover, they raided us with a search, presenting a decision to initiate a criminal case, to which we have nothing to do, and the search was carried out in order to find materials related to this case. In fact, documents relating to the purely activities of our SEC, our organization, were confiscated.

In any case, these meetings were held, and the agenda for these meetings was very simple - the change of director, the registration of a new seal of the companies and the approval of a major deal to sell a block of shares to offshore companies. Enterprises registered with tax inspectorates, and some of them are registered in Moscow, one enterprise in Ruza and another enterprise in the Kaluga region, persons who presented themselves as owners applied there with documents for registration, but it turned out that these documents were fake, because ...
