We will use bread crumbs as a breading. I used to always bread meat in fine breadcrumbs, but now my favorite is large crumbs of white bread. They give the nuggets a special crispy and golden brown crust, simply delicious!

    Now add medium fat sour cream. I used 15% fat sour cream, it works great for this purpose.

    Mix the ingredients so that the meat is completely covered with sour cream and spices. Cover the dish with a lid or cling film. Place the chicken in the refrigerator and marinate it for at least 30 minutes. Ideally, it is better to marinate the fillet for several hours or even leave it overnight. As a result, the nuggets will simply melt in your mouth.

    Cut white bread (preferably yesterday's bread) into pieces and place in a blender bowl.
