Helicobacter pylori folk remedies. Helicobacter: features of treatment with folk remedies. Gallery of useful herbs in the treatment of bacteria

Helicobacteriosis is a dangerous disease that occurs when infected with specific microorganisms. Bacteria cause stomach pain, heartburn, heaviness, belching, nausea, and vomiting. In some cases, the bacteria on the mucous membranes are inactive. But when the immune systems fail, they negatively affect the digestive system as a whole. Serious consequences of this disease are often ulcers and fatal oncological neoplasms.

This disease is transmitted by household means, as well as by contact with an infected person through mucus and saliva. It has been proven that such spiral-shaped bacteria do not die in the acidic environment of the stomach, and feel comfortable on its walls. Being on the mucous membranes, microorganisms secrete toxic waste products.

The main method of treating helicobacteriosis is modern complex therapy, which includes two different antibiotics. Traditional medicine has its own ways to deal with these dangerous microorganisms. Such methods contribute to the normalization of gastric juice, and also create the necessary protection against Helicobacter pylori on the mucous membrane. They perfectly eliminate severe pain and various discomforts in the stomach.

As a rule, all kinds of folk remedies are used to treat this disease, which are taken in the form of healing decoctions and tinctures. Often, various complex collections of special medicinal plants are prescribed. They have a multidirectional effect not only on the cause of the appearance of bacteria, but also on the process of their manifestation in the body. It should be noted that treatment with folk remedies is recommended to be carried out in certain courses in order to speed up healing and prevent the progression of the disease.

Treatment of helicobacteriosis with increased acidity of the stomach

In this case, it is recommended to boil the flaxseed in water for five minutes. The product should be infused for 2 hours, after which it can be filtered. The result should be a rather thick mucus, which is indicated for use before meals. The dosage is 1 tablespoon per glass of water. Another method of treating the disease is a long-term intake of freshly squeezed juice of 100 ml before each meal. It acts as an analgesic and sedative.

An equally effective method of treatment is considered a decoction of herbs. For its preparation, one should take in equal parts, yarrow, celandine and St. John's wort. Mix thoroughly and pour the mixture with boiling water at the rate of 4 tbsp. l. for 1 liter of water. The product should be infused for 8-10 hours. The resulting infusion is filtered and taken in small doses before each meal for half an hour. The maximum dose per day should not exceed one glass.

Treatment of helicobacteriosis with low acidity

In the absence of an exacerbation of chronic gastritis, traditional medicine recommends drinking freshly squeezed juice of 100 ml an hour before meals.

This drink contains a large amount of vitamins, which contribute to the rapid healing of injuries. You can also use 1 tbsp. l. juice from the leaves, previously washed and crushed.

One of the popular recipes is an infusion of calamus. Crushed rhizomes are poured with boiling water. The proportion should be 1 liter of water per 4 tbsp. l. dry raw materials. This tool is recommended to use before meals for 30-40 minutes for half a cup.

Propolis tincture in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori

Propolis is an effective remedy for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.

The therapeutic effect is achieved due to the fact that propolis has the following properties:

    Antiseptic.

    Antibacterial.

    Antioxidant.

    Anti-inflammatory.

    Vasoconstrictor.

    Immunomodulating.

In addition, propolis allows you to cleanse tissue cells from toxins. Propolis effectively fights bacteria, reducing their pathological activity. It neutralizes toxins that pathogenic microorganisms secrete in the course of their life activity, and helps to eliminate toxins from the body.

Propolis can be used to treat children, but first you need to make sure that there is no allergic reaction to honey and other bee products, which include propolis.

For the treatment of Helicobacter pylori, alcohol tincture of propolis is used. It can be found in drugstores. 10 drops of tincture are added to 100 ml of water. Take the drug before meals. The course of treatment is 30 days.

Recipes for the preparation of products based on propolis:

At home, you can prepare an aqueous solution of propolis. This will require 10 g of the substance, which is removed for half an hour in the freezer. This will allow you to crush it faster. After being removed from the freezer, propolis is ground into powder, added to a glass of water and kept in a water bath for 60 minutes. The prepared solution is cooled and filtered. It is not taken in pure form. Take 10-15 drops of an aqueous solution of propolis, stir them in 100 ml of water and drink 10 minutes before meals. The shelf life of the finished solution is 10 days. This recipe is good because it does not contain an alcohol component, so it can be used to treat children.

Alcohol tincture of propolis does not have to be bought at a pharmacy. It can also be prepared at home. For this, propolis is rubbed on a grater. As in the previous recipe, it should be frozen in advance. Pour the grated mass with water. Those particles that have surfaced should be removed with a spoon and discarded. The water is drained, and the propolis that has settled at the bottom is slightly dried. Then pour it with alcohol and leave to infuse.

There is another way to prepare alcohol tincture of propolis. To do this, 10 g of the substance is grated and heated in a water bath. Then 100 ml of medical alcohol with a strength of 70% is added to propolis, thoroughly mixed. Care must be taken to ensure that the mixture does not boil. Filter the solution through gauze, pour it into a dark glass dish and close the lid. Store this tincture in a dark place, away from direct sunlight.

Recipe for the preparation of 10% propolis tincture in alcohol. At the same time, propolis is simply poured with vodka and cleaned in a dark place for 2 weeks. Shake the bottle twice a day. After the specified period, the tincture can be taken. To bring it to the desired concentration, the medicine is simply diluted with water.

There is a recipe for the preparation of propolis oil tincture, which is used to destroy Helicobacter pylori. To do this, 100 g of butter is mixed with 20 g of propolis and 10 ml of boiling water. The resulting composition is heated in a water bath. At the same time, it must be stirred all the time so that the mixture does not burn. Propolis is heated for a quarter of an hour. Then the composition is cooled and the refrigerator is removed. It is necessary to take the remedy 2 times a day 60 minutes before meals in the amount of 1 teaspoon.

Since propolis has an anti-inflammatory effect, it is used to reduce pain caused by stomach ulcers. You will need to mix a 20% tincture (teaspoon) with 50 ml of novocaine (0.25%). Take this composition 3 times a day 1.5 hours before meals.

For the preparation of medicines based on propolis, you need to use only pure raw materials. Before grinding the bee product, it should be frozen. Then the grated mass is poured with cool water. All dirt and all other impurities will be on the surface. They will simply need to be drained along with the liquid. The propolis remaining at the bottom is slightly dried and used to prepare a tincture or other medicine.

If you prepare the tincture without violating the recipe, and then take it according to the available instructions, you can quickly achieve recovery. However, before taking the drug for the first time, it is necessary to perform an allergic reaction test. To do this, you just need to chew a small piece of propolis, and then swallow it. If after some time redness appeared on the skin, or dizziness occurred, then treatment with bee products should be abandoned.

Taking alcohol tincture of propolis with Helicobacter pylori allows you to get rid of nausea, heartburn, belching, bloating and dyspepsia. The recommended dosage for an adult is 10 drops, and for a child 5 drops. To enhance the healing effect of the tincture and make its taste more pleasant, you can add lemon and honey to it. The maximum effect in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori can be achieved if you take an aqueous tincture of propolis and Omeprazole for 21 days.

Taking only the tincture will not get rid of the bacteria. It is important to follow a diet, lead a healthy lifestyle, play sports. This will boost your immune system and speed up your recovery.

Helicobacter pylori multiply with malnutrition, smoking and alcohol abuse. Therefore, you need to correctly compose your diet, including fresh vegetables and fruits in it, you need to stop eating fried and fatty foods, it is best to cook meat. Also, baking, sweets should be removed from the diet, replacing them with dried fruits and honey. Helps to increase immunity honey-nut mixture.

A decoction of flax seed allows you to envelop the walls of the stomach, forming a protective film on them. This helps to get rid of such symptoms of infection with Helicobacter pylori, such as: heartburn, nausea, pain.

To prepare a decoction, you will need to pour flax seed with 250 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. Then the container with the broth is covered with a lid and left to infuse for 3 hours. It should be taken in a tablespoon 15 minutes before meals.

You can use a decoction of flax seed with a stomach ulcer, which was provoked by Helicobacter pylori. There is another recipe for preparing a solution. In this case, the flax seed must be crushed, after which it is boiled for 2 hours in 2 liters of water. When the broth has cooled, it must be filtered. It is taken in courses, the duration of one course is 3 months. Drink a decoction before every meal.

Although most commonly used as a wound healing agent, psyllium can be used to treat Helicobacter pylori. To do this, it can be eaten in its pure form, or brewed in tea.

In its raw form, you need to eat 1 leaf of the plant 3 times a day. This medicine should be taken with plain water.

To make tea, you need to pour 2 tablespoons of dry raw materials with 2 cups of boiling water. The drink is infused for 12 hours, after which it can be used for treatment. Drink tea an hour after eating.

Rose hip

Rosehip syrup can be used to treat Helicobacter pylori. It is bought at a pharmacy. Take rosehip syrup in a teaspoon before meals. The course of treatment is 30 days. Then you need to take a break of 14 days, after which the therapy should be repeated.

Antimicrobial folk remedies for helicobacteriosis

In addition to antimicrobial properties, the infusion (from centaury and elecampane roots) has soothing and analgesic properties. You should take herbs in equal parts, mix and pour boiling water at the rate of 2 tbsp. l. mixture in half a liter of water. After wrapping the product, it should be insisted for half an hour. And then after straining, you can drink 100 ml in between meals. You can also mix St. John's wort with calendula and, which perfectly destroy Helicobacter pylori bacteria, and also alleviate the course of the disease, relieving pain.

Since ancient times, to relieve the symptoms of this disease, an infusion based on pear and apple flowers, as well as strawberries and lingonberry leaves has been used. Mix these ingredients in equal proportions and pour boiling water over them in a ratio of 4 tbsp. l. for 1 liter of water. After straining, the infusion can be consumed between main meals for half a glass.

Folk remedies are selected depending on the course of the disease and the condition of the patient. At the same time, it is recommended to exclude fatty, spicy, salty and heavy foods from the diet. Do not drink alcohol during the course of treatment and avoid stressful situations.

Folk remedies have certain disadvantages. They come down to proper nutrition, following a sparing diet, taking herbal remedies and following the rules of hygiene. All this is very good, but there is simply no direct evidence that folk remedies really help get rid of Helicobacter pylori. However, it is possible to stop the symptoms of the disease with their help.

The diet must be nutritious. In order for the immune system to fully function, and the necessary level of acidity is maintained in the stomach, a person must eat right. The menu should include whole, unprocessed foods.

As a source of protein use:

    • Red meat. It is good if the animal received grass as a food source, and not artificial feed.

      Poultry meat without skin.

      Moderate amount of pork.

Moderate or significant amount of fish.

Be sure to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. You need to eat a variety of plant foods, among which broccoli must be present. They contain a substance called suforan. It contributes to the destruction of Helicobacter pylori.

The menu should include legumes: beans and lentils.

Sources of complex carbohydrates can be grains, vegetables, cereals.

Be sure to drink water. At least 6-8 glasses of clean water should be consumed per day. In summer, in hot weather, the volume of liquid is increased. That is, the more intensively a person loses water along with sweat, the more he should drink. This is a prerequisite for a healthy diet.

It is not recommended to eat factory-made food. Industrially processed foods lose vitamins and minerals. There are very few useful substances left in them. We are talking about such products that exist in nature in one form, and at the factory they are radically changed by introducing chemical components into their composition. To understand how harmful and modified food is, you should familiarize yourself with its composition. The longer the list, the more it has been processed. It is these products that are located on the central shop windows. Normal foods include dry beans, fruits and vegetables, brown rice, bulk foods, and other foods that are presented as a monocomponent composition.

    • You should stop eating fast food and fast food. They contain a large amount of preservatives and substances harmful to health. Such products can hardly even be called food.

The more natural the food that a person consumes, the stronger his immunity will be. Any chemical additives suppress the body's natural defenses.

You need to follow the rules of hygiene. To prevent infection with Helicobacter pylori, you should thoroughly wash your hands, as well as dishes and other appliances used for eating and preparing food. Wash your face and wash your hands with warm water and soap. No one should be allowed to use their kitchen utensils. You need to eat only those dishes, the quality of which a person is sure. Fruits and vegetables should be washed with warm water and soap, after which they are thoroughly rinsed.

You need to take probiotics. Probiotics contain beneficial bacteria and yeast, which are normally present in the human body and ensure the functioning of its digestive system. These are lactobacilli, acidophilus, bifidobacteria, Saccharomyces boulardii. Probiotics can be taken as a dietary supplement or as a separate ingredient.

    • Foods that are sources of probiotics include kefir, sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers, kombucha, yogurt, kimchi, tempeh, asparagus, miso soup, leeks, and onions. They can be included in your menu 2-3 times a week.

You can also eat probiotic foods such as cereals, bananas, honey, and garlic.

You need to eat plant foods. Many herbal medicines have probiotic properties. They destroy the harmful flora, promoting the reproduction of beneficial bacteria. It is believed that the intake of cranberry juice prevents the fixation of Helicobacter pylori to the gastric wall. Therefore, it is recommended to drink 250 ml of cranberry juice every day. There is also evidence that some herbs and spices have a detrimental effect on Helicobacter pylori, so the following components can be used for cooking:

    • Ginger, which, among other things, has an anti-ulcer effect.

      Curry and turmeric.

You need to take herbal supplements. Herbal medicines are also used to prevent Helicobacter pylori. These can be drugs such as:

    • DGL is a type of licorice that is obtained from deglycyrrhizinated licorice root. Take the drug in the form of chewable tablets 1-2 pieces, 3 times a day. There is evidence that licorice increases blood pressure, but this drug does not have such a side effect.

The common skullcap and the Baikal skullcap have an antibacterial effect. Scutellaria vulgaris helps to slow down blood clotting, so you should consult a specialist before taking it. Baikal skullcap lowers blood pressure and also affects blood sugar levels. Therefore, his reception should be agreed with the doctor.

Korean Red Ginseng has been proven effective against Helicobacter pylori. The studies were carried out on laboratory rats. Taking this remedy requires a preliminary medical consultation, as it can affect blood pressure and.

It is necessary to include in the menu such healthy products as: green tea, manuka honey, red wine. All of them were subjected to research, during which it was possible to establish their anti-Helicobacter activity. However, it should be taken into account that the experiments were carried out on cultures of bacteria, and not on living objects. Therefore, there is no exact recommendation for the dosages of these products. Honey and you can drink as much as you want, but wine should be limited.

To increase the effectiveness of the prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori, several methods listed above can be combined with each other at the same time. Improvement will definitely come if you adhere to proper nutrition, use healthy seasonings and spices during cooking, and take probiotics. After 2 months of such treatment, it will be necessary to undergo an examination again and check whether bacteria are present in the body or whether they have been eliminated. If Helicobacter pylori is detected, antibiotics and drugs that help reduce the acidity of gastric juice should be taken.

If severe pain continues to torment, then you should inform your doctor. It is charming to see a doctor when darkening feces. This may indicate the presence of blood impurities in them. If vomiting with blood joins, then it is necessary to call an ambulance team.

Education: A diploma in the specialty "Medicine" and "Therapy" received at the University named after N. I. Pirogov (2005 and 2006). Advanced training at the Department of Phytotherapy at the Moscow University of Peoples' Friendship (2008).

Adherents of non-traditional methods of therapy argue that it is possible to destroy the Helicobacter pylori bacterium with folk remedies. Indeed, home remedies effectively help in the fight against the disease, but you should not use them at your own discretion. Folk methods will benefit if they are used as an addition to the main drug therapy.

Indications for use

Unconventional methods help to fight Helicobacter pylori bacteria more effectively. Means prepared at home eliminate unpleasant symptoms, normalize digestion, increase the production of gastric juice with low acidity, while others, on the contrary, lower it with high acidity.

The fight against such an unpleasant disease should be complex, so the diagnosis of "gastritis" or "stomach ulcer" is a direct indication for the use of folk remedies.

Recipes to help defeat Helicobacteriosis

The list and quantity of ingredients is given in the table:

Many diseases of the gastrointestinal tract occur due to the penetration of the harmful bacteria Helicobacter pylori into the digestive system. At the first suspicion of dysfunction of the digestive system, a diagnosis should be made and a treatment regimen determined. Effective treatment of diseases depends on whether doctors can make the correct diagnosis, as well as the cause of the pathology in a person.

Helicobacter pylori is a harmful microorganism that has the shape of a spiral. It often develops in the stomach or duodenum of a person, provokes a number of especially dangerous diseases: erosion, ulcers, gastritis of the stomach, as well as hepatitis, the formation of polyps on the walls of the mucous membrane and a cancerous tumor.
The bacterium Helicobacter pylori can cause infection in humans. So in children, herpes is often found, which occurs due to contact with the affected areas of the epithelium of such a microorganism.

Medical research has led to the conclusion that more than 50% of the world's population is infected with the bacterium Helicobacter pylori. If a person has not yet found symptoms of certain diseases caused by this microorganism, this does not mean that it is not present in the body. For the development of the bacterium Helicobacter pylori, special conditions are necessary.

So very often some factors can create a favorable environment for the activation of microorganisms. The cause may be alcohol or cigarette smoke, which irritates the surface of the mucous membrane. Also eating hard foods or excessively hot foods that can injure and burn the walls of the stomach. A poor, unhealthy diet will increase the level of acidity in the digestive system, which will corrode the lining of the hollow organ or duodenum. Violation of the structure of the epithelium of internal organs is a favorable condition for the onset of the development of the bacterium Helicobacter pylori.

Infection with a bacterium usually occurs in the simplest ways - through dirty water, food, contact with a sick person, as well as through saliva or sputum that enters the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract.

The coughing and sneezing of an infected person spreads the virus fairly quickly.

The manifestation of certain pathologies in humans occurs during the weakening of the body's immune system. The body becomes vulnerable in case of nervous breakdowns, injuries, hormonal failure, intoxication. If antibodies are not enough or the body is weakened against the background of acute respiratory diseases, then Helicobacter pylori bacteria enter the active stage of development. It spreads throughout the body quite quickly, thanks to its spiral shape and flagella on their body.

Infection with this type of harmful microorganisms can develop into a number of very unpleasant diseases - herpes, lichen, thrush, the formation of fungi under the nails, papillomas.

Helicobacter pylori is a very hardy type of bacteria. It easily tolerates the acid-base environment of the stomach, which is a rarity for microorganisms. To do this, the microorganism produces an enzyme that neutralizes hydrochloric acid - urease.

Often Helicobacter pylori is in the human body without showing any signs or symptoms. Bacteria are fixed on the walls of the mucous membrane of the stomach or duodenum and are in an inactive form. So they can stay in the body for several years without causing any health problems to the carrier. Symptoms can manifest themselves in an inflammatory process that will affect the walls of the stomachs and intestines, there will be damage to the internal tissues of the digestive system.

It is also necessary to note especially dangerous symptoms of diseases. These include bleeding of the digestive organs, the formation of polyps and various kinds of fungal growths, inflammation and ulcers.

Folk recipes

To treat a patient from diseases caused by such a dangerous type of bacteria as Helicobacter pylori, there are many folk remedies from which a direct treatment regimen is formed.

Among folk remedies that have proven themselves well, there are recipes using medicinal herbs.

Herbal infusion can be made using yarrow, medicinal chamomile, celandine and St. John's wort. For one liter of boiling water, add 4-5 tablespoons of a mixture of these herbs. Usually such a folk remedy is infused in a thermos. It keeps the temperature for a long time, allowing the herbs to give all their healing properties to the decoction. It is infused for 7-8 hours. You need to use before meals for 20-30 minutes, 150-200 grams.

A decoction can also be prepared from St. John's wort, centaury, elecampane root. 2 tablespoons of a mixture of herbs per 0.5 liters of boiling water. You need to insist the broth for 2-3 hours, then filter and drink half a glass before meals.

Infusions are best prepared in small quantities in order to prepare a fresh decoction more often. Such folk remedies help to calm the stomach, normalize the acid balance, improve digestion and eliminate heartburn, hiccups, belching, and unpleasant odor.

Also, calendula, the color of fruit trees, wild rose, calamus root are used for treatment. Decoctions are prepared from them.

Potato juice is good for relieving irritation in the stomach and soothes some of the symptoms of diseases of the digestive system.

The following folk remedy also includes the use of a vegetable. If the patient has a low level of acidity in the stomach, then the juice from cabbage and plantain will help him. They need to be ground on a grater or in a combine, strain, and then consumed before meals. 1 tablespoon of psyllium juice 50-40 minutes before meals, and drink half a glass of cabbage juice 25-30 minutes before meals.

Often used traditional medicine is a decoction of flaxseeds. Helps treat ulcers and erosions of the stomach. Bacteria destroy the mucous membrane of the digestive organs, and the decoction has an enveloping property, protecting the epithelium from infections, inflammation, exposure to gastric juice and enzymes.
The cooking scheme is very simple. Boil a tablespoon of sowing flax seeds in boiling water (250 ml) for about 7 minutes. Then tightly close the lid and insist for 3 hours. Use a ready-made folk remedy 20 minutes before meals, 1 tablespoon (you can also eat a seed).

To treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, bee products are used.

Propolis infusion helps relieve pain, inflammation and restore mucosal tissue. 40-45 grams of propolis are added to 100 ml of vodka. The medicine is infused for 2 weeks in a dark place. Consume by adding 10 drops of tincture to water before meals. The course takes place over 3 weeks.

Recipes using chicken eggs are also used. Doctors recommend treating damage to the walls of the digestive system with raw eggs. The product must be fresh. Drink 1 fresh egg before the first meal, you can also seize it with honey or add a teaspoon of olive oil. The course is designed for 3-4 weeks.

You can treat the stomach with sea buckthorn oil. Take a teaspoon before meals. The oil is also mixed with honey or butter. One teaspoon of all components is mixed, a chicken egg is driven in and mixed thoroughly. It is consumed at one time 40 minutes before a meal.

Beetroot juice is used for treatment. Squeezed juice should be diluted with water 1 to 2, drink before meals in a small amount. The scheme that allows you to cure the disease with beet juice is simple and undemanding.

Before using traditional medicine, you should consult a doctor. It will help you choose the right recipes individually to reduce the likelihood of harming the patient.

For a long time it was believed that the stomach is a sterile organ, since the aggressiveness of its environment is several hundred times higher than the activity of citric acid. However, studies have shown that this is not the case - a large number of bacteria resistant to such a destructive effect can live in the stomach. Among them there are those that bring obvious harm. These include the spiral-shaped bacterium Helicobacter pylori, which lives in the lower part of the stomach. It provokes inflammation of the mucosa and a number of pathological processes leading to serious diseases. One of the effective ways to treat it is the use of folk remedies.

The feasibility of using traditional medicine

Getting rid of a harmful microorganism is not so simple. Within the framework of traditional medicine, a whole complex of strong drugs is prescribed, including antibiotics, the use of which still does not guarantee getting rid of the problem. In addition, aggressive drugs can provoke a number of side effects that complicate the patient's condition. That is why many experts insist on the use of folk recipes to combat Helicobacter pylori. Obvious advantages of this approach:

  • almost complete absence of contraindications;
  • if the rules are followed, there are no side effects;
  • the ability to use in combination with other methods of treatment;
  • availability of funds and ease of use.
Where is Helicobacter pylori located?

Doctor's note: undoubtedly, even in the case of traditional medicine, there should be no self-treatment. All recipes must be coordinated with a competent specialist, who will also help to correctly form a set of tools used.

A specific list of funds is determined by the symptomatic manifestations that were provoked by the action of the bacterium.

The most effective methods in the fight against helicobacteriosis

There are a lot of recipes for dealing with such a problem, but you should not use them all. It is important to find out which one is the most effective and safe for the body.

Propolis tincture

Propolis tincture shows a fairly high efficiency in the treatment of bacteria

Propolis is used as an antimicrobial agent, that is, it is designed to fight the pathogen itself. Consider several options for its use:

  • alcohol tincture. It can be purchased at a pharmacy or made independently. To do this, 20 grams of bee product is poured with half a glass of alcohol (70%) and insisted in a dark place for 14 days. It is recommended to take 10 drops before meals;
  • water infusion. 30 grams of high-quality propolis is crushed, mixed with one glass of purified water and heated in a water bath until everything dissolves. The cooled composition is ready to receive. Every day you need to use half a glass.

Both methods show a fairly high efficiency, the condition of patients improves significantly. But recently, preference has been given to the water tincture, since the alcohol component has an irritating effect on the gastric mucosa, thereby partially neutralizing the beneficial effect of propolis. This recipe should not be used by people who are allergic to bee products.

Decoction of flax seeds

Flax seeds are often used for inflammatory processes in the digestive system. The agent creates a thin film, protecting the delicate mucosa from negative effects, helps to relieve inflammation, partially anesthetizes and reduces the intensity of secretion of gastric juice. A similar effect has a positive effect on eliminating the symptoms of H. pylori lesions, however, flax seeds do not fight the source of the problem, as they do not have bactericidal properties.

The remedy is most often used in the form of a decoction: a few seeds are poured with clean water and boiled for 5 minutes, after which they are cooled and filtered. The resulting composition is used before meals, one tablespoon. Flax seeds can not be used with a low level of acidity and in the presence of diseases of the biliary system.

Garlic

You can find recipes based on garlic, but experts do not confirm their effectiveness. Bactericidal properties will not be enough to combat Helicobacter pylori. Also, the product is forbidden to treat the disease for people with inflammatory processes in the digestive system, as it can provoke even more irritation. Considering that the negative activity of the bacterium just provokes inflammation of the mucosa, the use of garlic should be avoided - this is unsafe.

Cranberry and currant juices
