Grind the oil with additives until a homogeneous mass is obtained. In a food processor, you can use either a metal knife or a plastic one for this. We do this manually using a fork, spoon or whisk. Do you want - with a mixer. Next, add 75 grams of oatmeal, a couple of tablespoons of warm water and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt (preferably finely ground).



We pulsate everything (or mix thoroughly with a spoon). At the end, all that remains is to add 150 grams of sifted wheat flour mixed with half a teaspoon of baking soda (preferably even a little less - 1/3).



Quickly knead the ingredients so that the dough comes together into a ball - this will take about 10 seconds. At this stage, it is important to adjust the consistency of the dough for future oatmeal cookies, since the moisture content of flour varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. If the dough is still too spreadable, add a little wheat flour. If it turns out crumbly, add warm water, but little by little.


Oatmeal cookies made from oatmeal are one of the healthiest treats. But only when prepared at home it contains valuable vitamins and microelements. Store-bought products contain a minimum of grains, but a large number of flavors and flavor enhancers. In addition to oatmeal (300 g), you will use: 1 tbsp. low-fat kefir or boiling water, a handful of any dried fruits, 120 g of natural bee honey, a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla sugar.

  1. The flakes are poured with warm kefir or boiling water and left to swell for about 45 minutes.
  2. After thorough washing, selected dried fruits are poured with boiling water. They should sit for a while until they become soft.
  3. Infused dried fruits are placed into the oatmeal mass.
  4. It remains to add honey, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
  5. The dough is rolled into small balls, which are pressed into round cakes with the palm of your hand.
  6. The delicacy is laid out on parchment and cooked in a well-heated oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Ready-made cookies are good for snacking while on a diet. Especially if you combine dietary oatmeal cookies with any fermented milk drink.

Vegetarians can also safely try this recipe. To prepare it, take: 2.5 tbsp. oatmeal, a pinch of ground cloves and cinnamon, 1 tbsp. oat flour, ¾ tbsp. brown sugar, 70 ml refined oil, 2 tbsp. water, a standard packet of baking powder.

  1. In a metal container, oil and water are slightly heated. Next, add brown sugar until completely dissolved. During the heating process, the products are constantly stirred with a spatula.
  2. Oatmeal is ground in a coffee grinder and added to the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add spices and baking powder and beat until smooth.
  4. One cookie is formed from two small spoons of dough.

Bananas should not be too overripe.

Interestingly, the composition does not include eggs, wheat flour or oil. Only: 1 banana, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1.5 tbsp. oatmeal, 2 tbsp. any nuts and dried fruits.

  1. The flakes are ground to the consistency of “coarse” flour.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork. If it is not ripe, you can puree the fruit with a blender.
  3. Nuts and dried fruits are chopped with a sharp knife.
  4. All three parts of the dough are combined and kneaded thoroughly.
  5. It’s better to add the oatmeal at the end and in portions so as not to make the mass too dry.
  6. Baking powder is added last.
  7. Use a spoon to form small cookies and place them on additionally oiled baking paper. The sweetness is prepared for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.

While still hot, you can sprinkle the oatmeal banana cookies with coconut flakes. The bright colored additive looks especially original.

No added flour

There are quite a lot of recipes for the flourless cookies under discussion. The simplest of them includes unroasted almonds (120 g), and, in addition, 90 g of oatmeal, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 60 g of whole rolled oats, 4-5 tbsp. sugar, a little baking powder.

  1. Almonds with oatmeal are converted into a powder mass in any convenient way.
  2. Whole rolled oats, salt, baking powder, and sugar are added here.
  3. All that remains is to pour in the eggs and lightly beat the mixture.

  2. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add sour cream, honey and egg. The products are whipped together with a mixer.

  1. Sugar, milk, cocoa and heavy butter are mixed into saucepans. The mixture is brought to a boil over medium heat. It is very important to stir it constantly.
