  • pheasant – 1 kg;
  • bell pepper – 0.5 kg;
  • tomatoes – 0.5 kg;

  • salt and black pepper - to taste.

Cooking process:

Cut the pheasant into large pieces and remove the skin.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Stew” mode.

Place pieces of meat into oil.

Wash the pepper. Remove seeds and stalks. We cut it coarsely.

  • pheasant – 2 pcs.;
  • water – 2 l;
  • potatoes – 5 pcs.;
  • butter – 35 g;
  • unsalted lard – 35 g;

  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • bun or loaf – 100 g;
  • spices and salt.

Preparation:

  1. Separate the meat from the bones and pass through a meat grinder along with chopped lard and onion.

  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Coarsely grate the carrots.

It is of course very tasty, but, like everything boiled, it is bland and too ordinary.

In general, in order not to write too much, the main rule in cooking pheasant in a slow cooker is that it must first be boiled. I did this in a slow cooker in the “soup” mode for exactly 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: two tbsp. Mix soy sauce with the same amount of balsamic vinegar and finely chopped garlic. Vinegar is important in cooking game, as it can remove the specific smell of game. But it is balsamic vinegar that will not just remove it, but, as it were, complement it.
