The use of bischofite for arthrosis at home. Bishofit - a unique remedy for the treatment of joints

The mineral compound bischofite is the evaporation of the ancient ocean, deposited and compressed in the bowels of the Earth. The official opening date is 1877. Since then, scientific studies have been carried out regularly, but all the healing possibilities of the compound have not been established to this day. Instructions for the use of bischofite in medicine emphasizes its main property - to eliminate joint diseases. But the benefits of bischofite are not only this.

Previously, bischofite was considered the rarest mineral. Over time, large deposits of the compound were discovered, allowing the substance to be extracted from the bowels on a huge scale. Due to this, bischofite is used not only for medical purposes, but also for household purposes, in oil refining, as well as at some stages of construction.

What is this mineral

Bischofite - the active substance of the same-name preparations in the form of gels, ointments and solutions, is a light crystals, easily soluble in water, characterized by a special hygroscopicity. In the air, bischofite instantly absorbs moisture, and the crystals turn into drops of liquid.

Mineral accumulations can take the form of layered or granular deposits, located at a depth of about 2.5 km. The extraction of the mineral occurs by leaching - passing through the dry mass of water from the artesian depths, which washes out subsoil deposits and brings them to the surface.

The main component of bischofite compound is chloromagnesium salt, additional substances are metal ions, micro and macro elements, each of which has a certain value for the human body.

  • Magnesium chloride. Easily digestible source of magnesium ion. Necessary for the course of many physiological processes: the transmission of nerve impulses, the functioning of the nervous system, hormonal and enzymatic synthesis, the contractile function of the muscles, the strength of bone tissue, the elimination of allergic and inflammatory reactions, hematopoiesis.
  • Magnesium bromide. A source of magnesium and bromine - regulators of mental activity, stabilizers of inhibition-excitation processes in the myelin sheaths of brain cells.
  • Calcium chloride. An additional source of calcium - a stimulator of immune responses, the most important electrolyte of the human body, a participant in muscle contractions.
  • calcium sulfate. A compound essential for bone strength.
  • Potassium chloride. A source of potassium ions that stabilize the osmotic pressure in the cells of the body involved in the process of contraction of the heart muscles, and a regulator of the state of the vascular wall.
  • Sodium chloride. Acts as a solvent for other compounds.

In addition, it contains silicon, rubidium, lithium, molybdenum, titanium, which are found in the tissues of the body in small quantities, but perform important functions in metabolism. As well as:

  • boron - necessary for the transition to the active form, the regulator of the synthesis of sex hormones and the functioning of the nervous system;
  • iodine is the most important mineral for the normal functioning of the thyroid gland, as a result - for the optimal course of all metabolic processes in the body;
  • copper is an important trace element for hematopoiesis, which takes part in the synthesis of enzymes;
  • iron - necessary for the synthesis of hemoglobin and cellular respiration processes.

Bischofite brine is an aqueous concentrate of all those compounds that a pure mineral is rich in. Scientists have been able to isolate about 70 biologically active compounds. Saturation with salts endows bischofite with useful qualities, 40 times higher than those of salt from the Dead Sea. The most active and suitable for medical use is considered the drug "Poltava Bishofit" due to the fact that it is mined in the deepest and most ancient deposits of pure mineral.

How it works

Indications for the use of bischofite are based on the pharmacological properties of the compounds that make up the mineral. They have such influences.

  • Anti-inflammatory. Due to the ability of magnesium compounds to inhibit the production of inflammatory mediators, improve local cellular immunity, and activate energy consumption by cells. As a result, the metabolism in the affected tissue is restored, inflammation, swelling, hyperemia, and pain disappear.
  • Immunostimulating. The mineral bischofite is able to activate the function of phagocytic cells, stimulate local and systemic immunity. Additional intake of minerals into the body through the skin causes the normalization of the hematopoietic function, which includes the synthesis of immune cells of all types. Magnesium is also involved in the process of leukocyte differentiation.
  • hypolipidemic. Scientific fact - there is a relationship between magnesium deficiency, high blood cholesterol levels and diseases of the cardiovascular system. Accordingly, with a sufficient amount of magnesium in the body, the risk of developing atherosclerosis is reduced. Doctors explain this by the choleretic effect of magnesium salts, because high-density lipoproteins that lower cholesterol enter the bloodstream precisely from bile acids. Also, bischofite was given the ability to normalize peripheral blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and eliminate congestion.
  • Chondroprotective. Bishofit contains all the elements necessary for the normal functioning of cartilage and bone tissue, to achieve their optimal density and ensure timely regeneration. All diseases of the musculoskeletal system often require the intake of magnesium from outside.
  • Myoprotective. Magnesium is necessary for the normal functioning of striated and smooth muscles. An insufficient amount of ion in the body provokes the occurrence of vascular and muscle spasms. There are migraines, muscle hypertonicity, convulsions, pronounced muscle pain.
  • Regenerating. Bischofite activates the processes of restoration of cells of the epithelial tissue of the skin and mucous membranes of the body. In an animal study, it was found that under the influence of bischofite, burn wounds heal twice as fast, while the overall life expectancy of the patient increases.

The basis of the therapeutic effect of the mineral lies in the percutaneous penetration of highly active magnesium ions, which bypass the hepatic barrier and, together with the blood, are carried throughout the body, along with other ions found in the mineral in smaller quantities. This allows you to eliminate the deficiency of micro-, macroelements, normalize the synthesis of enzymes, and therefore stop and prevent pathological processes inside the human body.

What heals

The discovery of the healing properties of bischofite happened by chance: workers at the Stasfurt salt deposits noticed that when salt gets on the open skin of the hands, minor injuries heal faster, pain in the hands completely disappears. On the deposits of bischofite, a mass cure of articular ailments was registered, which naturally interested many scientists. Multiple studies helped to establish the exact composition and benefits of the mineral, after which its active use began in the conditions of sanatoriums, resorts, and health facilities.

To date, the bischofite solution and the mineral itself are freely available, and the list of indications for its use includes many pathologies.

  • Diseases of the joints and bones. They include dystrophic changes in the joints of various localization: arthrosis, coxarthrosis, osteochondrosis. Complications of damage to the musculoskeletal system as a result of injuries. Curvature of the spine, accompanied by pain: kyphosis, scoliosis, lordosis. Lumbodynia of various origins (manifested by radiating pain and a feeling of "goosebumps" on the surface of the skin). Diseases of the joints of an infectious and inflammatory nature: arthritis, polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis. Bischofite also helps to eliminate pain in Bechterew's disease, sciatica, gout, sciatica, heel spurs, spinal hernia, neuralgia, myositis.
  • Diseases of the epithelial tissue. Diluted bischofite is used for the treatment of stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontal disease, periostitis, and tonsillitis. The solution also helps with skin diseases: eczema, psoriasis, inflammatory, atopic and idiopathic dermatitis. The antimicrobial properties of bischofite allow you to get rid of diseases of infectious and fungal origin.
  • Disorders of the nervous system. Manifested by increased fatigue, loss of strength, insomnia. The list of bischofite indications includes neurosis and neurasthenia, depression, susceptibility to stress. The mineral treats radicular syndrome (sharp pain that occurs against the background of pinched nerve roots in the spine).
  • Pathologies of the heart and blood vessels. It is considered useful to use bischofite for violations of the coronary circulation, leading to ischemia of the heart muscle. Preparations with bischofite help get rid of varicose veins, vegetative dystonia, vasculitis, thrombosis, atherosclerosis.
  • Diseases of the genitourinary system. Provoked by psychoneurotic disorders, hormonal disruptions, inflammatory processes. These include prostatitis, vulvovaginitis,. The intake of a sufficient amount of magnesium in the body helps to eliminate menopausal syndrome.
  • Diseases of the abdominal organs. Bishofit treats atrophic gastritis, as well as pancreatitis. Cholagogue properties help prevent and eliminate gallstones. The mineral helps to cope with the symptoms of intoxication. Anti-inflammatory properties are appropriate for pyelonephritis.
  • Bronchopulmonary pathologies. Inhalations with bischofite are indicated for tuberculosis, pulmonary emphysema, obstructive disease, bronchial asthma, as well as for the treatment of bronchitis, tracheitis.

Accelerating the renewal and epithelization of the epidermis allows the use of bischofite for cosmetic purposes, for:

  • weight loss;
  • wrinkle reduction;
  • fight against rashes;
  • elimination;
  • cellulite treatment;
  • hair strengthening.

The complex of chemical compounds in the composition of the mineral, after penetrating into the skin, activates the natural processes of restoration and rejuvenation. Against the background of the use of bischofite, an improvement in lymphatic drainage and an alignment of the structure of subcutaneous fat are noted. Washing with bischofite significantly improves the contours and complexion.

An interesting fact is the ability of bischofite to completely eliminate five-year-old ailments. After seven years of the course of the disease, the effectiveness of the mineral is significantly reduced and is reduced to "no" after 12 years of progression of the disease.

Forms of release and instructions for the use of bischofite

The use of bischofite at home can be varied, thanks to the development of the pharmaceutical industry. Healing brine, extracted from the bowels of the earth, is included in the composition of gels and ointments, body care products. The solution itself is used diluted and concentrated. After additional purification, a drinking solution is obtained, intended for ingestion. Also, the product is produced in the form of a dry mineral, enriching the composition of bath salts with it. The price may vary.

Methods of using the mineral differ, depending on the goals of treatment.

  • baths. It is taken for the treatment of joints, arthrosis, diseases of the cardiovascular system, gynecological and skin diseases. Bischofite - a useful and effective remedy against a number of diseases. In moderation, it is beneficial, but if abused, it can cause side effects.

You should be especially careful for the elderly and people with diseases of the cardiovascular system, as preparations and procedures based on the mineral affect blood pressure and heart function.

Only a doctor will give an objective assessment of the patient's state of health and prescribe the right course of treatment. Trying to find the disease on your own and cure it can be harmful.

What is bischofite, where does it come from and for what purposes is it used in medicine.

Bischofite is a natural mineral that is used for medical purposes. Bischofite is effective for arthrosis. The mineral is used in folk and official medicine. Bishofit fights all types of arthrosis.

What is Bischofite

Bischofite is a natural magnesium salt. This mineral was first discovered 150 years ago. In the first decades after the discovery, magnesium salt was considered a rare mineral, but later extensive deposits of bischofite were found in the Volga region and Poltava.

For the first time, the healing properties of Bishofit were appreciated by oil drillers. Getting on the diseased joints of the hands, this mineral relieved pain, dissolved the bumps that appeared during arthrosis and warmed the joints.

Pure mineral is mined by underground leaching. To do this, at the depth of magnesium salt deposits, it is dissolved with artesian waters. When a brine is formed from water and bischofite, the mineral is pumped to the surface.

After the workers of the wells noted the analgesic property of the mineral, scientists and doctors became interested in this fact. Magnesium salt began to be investigated at the end of the last century. Bischofite was recognized as a mineral that can be used for medical purposes.

Today, this element is used in medicine as a treatment for arthrosis of the joints. The mineral is part of ointments, gels, tinctures for external use and other medicines. The use of this tool has no restrictions and contraindications.

The action of the remedy

Studies of Bishofit by doctors gave positive results. Patients using this remedy have noted the following effects:

  • mood improvement;
  • increase in working capacity;
  • increase in the range of motion of diseased joints;
  • reduction of pain;
  • normalization of blood pressure (with hypertension and hypotension);
  • improvement of vascular function.

Doctors note the positive effect of the substance on the human circulatory system and metabolism. Bischofite has a positive effect on the heart muscle.

You can use this tool under the supervision of a doctor and independently, as a preventive measure. The composition of this mineral also contains impurities of elements useful for humans:

  • lithium;
  • gland;
  • copper;
  • iodine;
  • silicon.

The listed elements affect the human body locally (in the fight against arthrosis of specific joints) and in a complex way.

Thus, the action of bischofite is aimed at:

  1. Strengthening connective and muscular tissues in the joints.
  2. Removal of inflammation from tissues.
  3. Improving the circulation of lymph and blood.

In case of arthrosis, this mineral is effective if the duration of the disease does not exceed 10 years. If a person is ill for 12-14 years, then bischofite is less effective, but the use is also able to overcome most of the symptoms characteristic of arthrosis.

Indications for use

Like therapeutic mud, bischofite is indicated for external use. indications for the use of this drug for therapeutic purposes are:

  • deforming arthrosis - a disease of the articular tissue;
  • rheumatoid arthritis - a progressive inflammatory process of the joints;
  • lumbalgia and sciatica - severe paroxysmal pain in the lower back.

The therapeutic effect of bischofite also effectively affects patients who suffer from other diseases of the musculoskeletal system:

  • osteochondrosis;
  • ankylosing spondylitis;
  • menopause;
  • neuroses;
  • thyrotoxicosis;
  • inflammatory gynecological processes;
  • vegetovascular dystonia;
  • atherosclerosis.

This mineral is especially effective in restoring joints, muscles and bone tissues after injuries. Bischofite helps to get rid of symptoms such as:

  • pain in bone tissues and joints "for the weather";
  • aches;
  • crunch in cartilage and joints;
  • decreased mobility and weakness in the joints;
  • tissue inflammation and swelling after injury.

Especially valuable is the warming effect, which soothes the tissues and joints of the patient. Thanks to him, a rapid improvement in the patient's condition is achieved.

Who is contraindicated Bischofite?

It is worth using bischofite for arthrosis with some accuracy. In rare cases, the remedy is still dangerous for the patient. Before use, it is worthwhile to carefully study the composition of the product and determine if there is an individual intolerance to any components of the healing mineral. If any of the elements is poorly tolerated by the patient, this will lead to a severe allergic reaction.
Procedures with the use of bischofite are contraindicated; the disease of the joints is at the stage of exacerbation. Also, you can not use the mineral in places of inflammation of the skin or those areas where there are open wounds. If the patient feels symptoms of bischofite intolerance, it is worth immediately stopping the use of the remedy and consulting a doctor to relieve the symptoms that have appeared.

How to apply?

Being a natural substance, bischofite stimulates the tone of tissues, and also prolongs their life. Thus, it is used to treat multiple diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including arthrosis. On the basis of bischofite, ointments are made, compresses and baths are made, which successfully cope with a number of unpleasant symptoms of the disease.

Bischofite, like other medicines, should be used with caution. However, they can be treated both in a hospital setting and at home. The use of bischofite is effective if the duration of the disease does not exceed 10 years. The older the disease, the less the remedy demonstrates the therapeutic effect.

Bischofite is prescribed by a doctor as an additional treatment. Thanks to active ingredients, it strengthens the connective and muscular tissues of the joint, and also activates metabolic processes in them. You should not abuse the remedy, since the remedy can provoke the development of allergic reactions and irritations.

Ointments

Today Bishofit is available in pharmacies under the guise of a gel used for rubbing. Such an ointment copes with the inflammatory process in the joints, it stimulates the process of bone regeneration, reduces and relaxes muscles.

You can prepare an ointment based on bischofite and yourself. To prepare this remedy, you will need bischofite brine and any fat (100 gr.) Of animal origin. Fat is melted in a water bath. After cooling, it is mixed with bischofite.

A similar ointment is used for arthrosis and other problems associated with the functioning of the musculoskeletal system. Such a remedy copes with inflammation, eliminates pain and helps to establish motor function.

Pre-homemade ointment must be checked for an allergic reaction. If after applying a small amount of the product, the skin remains in the same state, then the medicine can be used 1-2 times a day.

Trays

Bischofite baths are a great way to saturate the body with the missing trace elements. Procedures help to relax muscles, accelerate tissue repair.

To saturate the entire skeleton with the necessary substances, full baths are taken with the addition of a bischofite solution. For one bath you will need at least a liter of solution. The water should be warm and not cause discomfort. You should lie in such a bath for no longer than 20 minutes.

Local bischofite baths are no less useful. A limb with a diseased joint is immersed in warm water with a solution and the designated time is kept there. This procedure relieves pain and promotes a speedy recovery.

Useful baths with bischofite salt. Preliminary about 200 gr. salts are placed in gauze or a special cotton bag. After that, the salt is lowered into a warm bath. It is necessary to wait for the complete dissolution of the salt, only after that the bath can be used.

After taking a bath with bischofite, it is imperative to take a shower and lie down for half an hour. As you use this procedure, you need to control the pressure - arterial, as well as the pulse.

Compresses

Compresses with bischofite warm up the joints, and also help to eliminate pain and improve mobility. For carrying out, you will need a small amount of heated (30-40 ml.) Bischofite. The diseased joint, on which it is planned to apply a compress, must be warmed up for 5 minutes with a heating pad. After that, gently rub the solution into the painful area. You need to do massage movements for 3 minutes. In the remaining solution, we moisten a clean piece of cloth, apply it to the sore joint, wrap it with polyethylene, and wrap it with a warm scarf on top.

The compress should be done at night. Thus, the effect will be more stable, and the joint will not be disturbed during the time it takes to absorb nutrients. In the morning, the compress must be removed, and the skin is washed with warm water.

Optimally, the course of treatment should consist of 12 such procedures. Allergic reactions must be excluded.

Bischofite is a completely natural substance used to treat various joint pathologies. Bischofite contains a complex of minerals that have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, immunomodulating, regenerating, antiseptic and restorative effects on joint tissues.

Due to its composition, the drug effectively eliminates pain in the back, large and small joints of the upper and lower extremities, helps to stop the inflammatory process and restore mobility. With regular use of bischofite, muscle and connective tissues are strengthened and maintained in tone.

The action of the drug

The main active ingredients of the drug:

  • Chlorine magnesium salt - up to 450 g / l;
  • Salts of bromine, iodine;
  • potassium chloride;
  • Calcium chloride (chloride sulfate and bicarbonate);
  • Sodium chloride.

Also, the composition includes more than 20 trace elements - boron, copper, iron, silicon, molybdenum, lithium, titanium and others. Bischofite, dissolved in water, is a slightly acidic boric, bromine liquid of chloride-magnesium composition. The solution is transparent, yellowish in color, practically odorless, taste - burning bitter-salty, oily in texture. The liquid is non-toxic.

For the first time, the issue of using bischofite for medical purposes was considered back in 1982 by the USSR Ministry of Health. And in 1985, the solution began to be used for the preparation of therapeutic baths in balneotherapy as a remedy for diseases of the joints of the back, arms and legs.

Under the control of the Ministry of Health of the USSR, in order to expand the scope of the mineral complex, clinical trials were carried out, after which bischofite began to be used to treat the following organs and diseases:

  1. Pathologies of the musculoskeletal system;
  2. Gynecological disorders;
  3. Dysfunctions of the neuromuscular system;
  4. dental diseases;
  5. Heart and blood vessels;
  6. bile ducts.

The main effect of the drug is the normalization of protein and lipid metabolism, the oxidative process and the regeneration of connective and muscle tissue cells.

Bischofite is included in Mashkovsky's drug reference book as an anti-inflammatory agent for joints.

Bischofite is a natural remedy used to treat joints. But like any drug, it has contraindications and side effects. Therefore, before the first use, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Bischofite for joints: action, composition

Bischofite is a natural mineral that includes:

  • bromine;
  • iron;
  • magnesium chloride complex.

It is mined in artesian wells. Bischofite crystals are hygroscopic, have a salty-bitter taste, and conduct electricity.

Based on the mineral in pharmacies, you can buy ointment, cream, gel. It is also sold in the form of brine. Bischofite is used for rinsing, compresses, baths.

The effectiveness of the drug in the treatment of various pathologies is due to the presence of magnesium in its composition. It normalizes the conductivity of the central nervous system in a certain area of the body, has anticonvulsant, analgesic and sedative effects. Able to improve muscle elasticity, accelerate tissue regeneration. The mineral has a positive effect on bone tissue, accelerates the excretion of salts.

But magnesium can have a beneficial effect on the body only in conjunction with other minerals, which are also in the composition of the crystals:

  1. Potassium. Improves the functioning of the myocardium and nervous system.
  2. Bor. Normalizes fat metabolism.
  3. Calcium. Participates in the formation of bones.
  4. Molybdenum. Relieves pain.
  5. Sodium. Improves the conduction of nerve impulses.
  6. Iron. Saturates the cells with oxygen.
  7. Bromine. Supports the CNS.
  8. Iodine. Takes part in the synthesis of proteins.
  9. Copper. Strengthens the immune system.

The year of the official discovery of bischofite is considered to be 1877. It was first discovered by the German geologist and chemist Carl-Gustav Bischof in the famous Stasfurt saline deposits in Germany.

Mineral-based preparations

Based on the mineral, the following topical preparations are produced:

Gel, cream, ointment and other products with bischofite - photo gallery

Bishofit-gel has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect in arthritis, arthrosis, radiculitis, neuralgia Cosmetic gel-balm with bischofite is recommended as an aid in the treatment of joint diseases: osteochondrosis, radiculitis, arthrosis, arthritis, gout Bischofite-cream - a remedy for the prevention of diseases of the joints and spine One of the ways to make a bath not only pleasant, but also a very useful procedure is to add a solution of bischofite with natural essential oils to the water.

Healing properties and benefits of bischofite

Bischofite can be used to prevent the development of most diseases of the joints and spinal column. It, having an antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effect, normalizes the functioning of the entire musculoskeletal system.

The tool nourishes the joints, slows down the formation of salt deposits. Significantly reduces the risk of developing osteochondrosis and gout.

Bishofit shows a good result with the following problems:

  • arthrosis and arthritis;
  • osteoarthritis and osteochondrosis;
  • gout and pseudogout;
  • post-traumatic lesions;
  • radiculitis;
  • joint bleeding;
  • ankylosing spondylitis;
  • deforming arthrosis;
  • cerebral palsy in children.

Using preparations based on this mineral, you can eliminate the problems of the musculoskeletal system if they last less than 10 years. But with a protracted disease, the condition can only be improved. You won't be able to get rid of it completely.

In addition, the mineral has absorbable, analgesic, vasoconstrictive properties, so it can have a positive effect on other problems, namely:

  • stabilize the hormonal background;
  • improve the quality of sleep;
  • reduce pressure;
  • improve emotional state;
  • cleanse blood vessels and normalize blood flow;
  • normalize the functioning of the thyroid gland;

It is impossible to use products with bischofite during exacerbation of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. For problems with the heart muscle, the dosage should be minimal.

During pregnancy and lactation, restrictions are possible, so consultation with a specialist is necessary. The dosage of the drug for children should be prescribed by a doctor.

Side effects when using are very rare. But frequent and prolonged treatment can cause an allergic reaction or skin irritation.

With individual intolerance to the drug, urticaria, redness and itching may appear. When interacting with drugs for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, there are no complications.

Instructions for use

Bischofite is used in a clinical setting, but you can use it on your own. The quality of therapy does not depend on this at all. All forms of the drug contain few chemical impurities and are focused on simple application.

electrophoresis

The procedure using bischofite is performed with a 10% aqueous solution. It is introduced using galvanic current and 2 electrodes (cathode and anode).

The treatment regimen is determined by the doctor. Usually the course is up to 10-12 procedures lasting 15 minutes. After the session, the drug is not washed off the skin, but a gauze bandage is applied for 6 hours.

Therapeutic baths

Crystals are easily soluble in water, so they are used to prepare baths.

For home use, pharmacies sell ready-made solutions and pure crystals.

Water procedures are directed and quickly act on the focus of pathology. They are usually prescribed for problems with the functioning of the musculoskeletal organs:

  • diseases of the spine, joints;
  • arthritis and polyarthritis of nontuberculous origin.

The cells of the human body are saturated with valuable minerals, which also contributes to the restoration of tissues, regeneration of the skin. All important processes are activated.

How to cook and take a bath

After filling the bath with warm water (35-37 degrees), add 3 liters of brine. The procedure lasts 15 minutes. The body does not need to be rinsed. But it is advisable to rest for 1-2 hours.

The course to obtain a stable effect is 15 procedures, which are carried out in 1-2 days.

If a person is elderly or severely weakened by illness, then you can take a half-bath. For its preparation, the mineral is taken 2 times less, and the amount of water should be such that the chest remains open.

For the treatment of joints of the upper and lower extremities, microbaths can be made. A slightly warmed liquid agent is poured into a basin and the hands or feet are lowered. Course - 15 procedures (every other day) for 20 minutes.

Compresses

In the treatment of osteochondrosis, brine compresses are included in complex therapy. A diseased joint or area of the spine should first be warmed up using a heating pad, a blue lamp or paraffin. Massage and rub in a slightly warm brine. It can be diluted with water (1:1).

Moisten gauze and apply to the problem area. Put an oilcloth or film on top, wrap it with a warm scarf and fix it. Leave the bandage on all night, wipe the skin with warm water in the morning. The course of treatment is 21 days, every other day. Therapy can be continued after 30 days.

Rubbing

For this purpose, a paste, balm, cream or aqueous solution is used, preheated to 38 degrees. The prepared product should be rubbed into the diseased joint with massage movements for 2-3 minutes. The procedure should be carried out at least 3 times during the day. The course of treatment is 15 days. After a month, therapy can be resumed.

Rubbing cannot be used on its own, it must be prescribed by a doctor. No more than 3 large joints are allowed to be treated at the same time.

homemade ointment

In order to make an ointment you need:

  • take any animal fat and liquid bischofite (5:1);
  • put the container in a water bath until the substances are completely mixed;
  • leave to thicken at room temperature;
  • apply the product during the day 3 times, making sure that there is no allergy.
