It is possible for a nursing mother 3. Hypoallergenic diet for nursing mothers. Restrictions after a year

After childbirth, the diet of a nursing mother should consist only of properly selected dishes. Every woman should know what a nursing mother can eat in the first month after giving birth. It is on what a breastfeeding mother eats that the life and health of the child will depend. When choosing a menu for a nursing mother in the first month after childbirth, one should not count on luck. At this time, the digestive system of the newborn is most exposed to external factors.

In the first week, a woman's nutrition is extremely limited. Doctors recommend eating more cereals cooked with milk or water (buckwheat, corn, oatmeal), fermented milk products, vegetarian soups and plain water.

Starting from the second week, a woman can carefully eat baked or raw green apples without peel (it is better to grate), seaweed and boiled eggs in small quantities (to check the reaction, you need to eat the yolk and protein separately on different days).

It is worth considering that the first weeks are the time when a woman must eat up to 2.5 thousand calories a day, adhering to a strict diet, due to the high energy costs for milk production, body recovery after childbirth.

What can breastfeeding mothers eat from 0 to 3 months

Gradually, with the growth of the child, a woman will be able to significantly diversify her diet.

After 10 days, you can choose from a wider list of products, which includes:

  • cereals - buckwheat, oatmeal, corn. It is best to give each type of cereal a separate day so that you can trace the reaction of the baby's body. The first portion of cereals should be equal to 1 tablespoon, a little later it will be possible to eat 100-150 grams each;
  • fish - preference should be given to lean sea or river fish, including pollock, pike perch, cod, sea bass, carp, bream, river perch, pike or burbot. They contain the least number of allergens and are best absorbed. It is worth considering that the reaction of the body may depend on the method of preparation of fish. To get all the nutrients, it needs to be cooked for about 15 minutes;
  • meat - you need to choose lean or dietary meat, for example, rabbit, turkey, chicken. Eating beef or pork is allowed;
  • vegetables - cabbage (only cauliflower), potatoes, zucchini, broccoli. Carrots are recommended to be consumed in small quantities;
  • fruits - at first, it is best to give your preference to green baked apples, avoiding other types. This is due to the fact that the digestive system of the crumbs is not yet able to fully perceive normally all types of seasonal fruits.
  • dairy and sour-milk products - low-fat kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese, cheeses, yogurts that do not contain artificial flavors and additives;
  • flour - bread from bran, wheat. Rye bread is allowed in small quantities.

In order not to mix different dishes, it is best to make a table with which you can diversify your menu and reduce the risk of negative reactions.

How to avoid allergies

To prevent allergies, you need to carefully monitor all the products that will be consumed during the day. You can’t try several new products at once. This will only aggravate the whole situation, and also will not allow you to understand what exactly was the negative reaction.

The introduction of a new food should be gradual, starting with a small bite. If by the evening there are no negative reactions, then you can re-take the product in a small amount. Only after a few days the amount of new food can be increased.

If you notice signs of allergies in your baby

If you find the first signs of an allergic reaction (rash, redness), you should immediately abandon the products consumed in the morning, since they could provoke its appearance.

If, even after the exclusion of allergen products, the allergy does not go away, then you should immediately consult a doctor for help, otherwise this may lead to complications.

Diet for mother figure

After the birth of a child, a woman's body changes significantly. The first months are not suitable for actively engaging in your figure, but properly selected nutrition will help to correct it.

To do this, you must follow certain rules:

  • You need to eat in moderation, without overeating. All food should be balanced, contain the entire list of essential vitamins, minerals;
  • for the whole day you need to eat 5-6 times. At the same time, 3 meals should be the main ones, containing the highest energy value, and the remaining ones should be light;
  • any product should be administered cautiously at intervals of 2 to 5 days. It is recommended to eat a small piece of a new product in the morning, and then observe the baby's reaction all day. If there are no negative consequences, then the portion can be increased;
  • when the first symptoms of an allergy appear, you should immediately refuse the food taken before. It is best to try again only after 4 weeks;
  • for the first time, you need to completely abandon fried foods, replacing it with boiled or stewed. All vegetables should be steamed;
  • all purchased finished products must be replaced with self-made ones;
  • your preference should be given to plain water, and not to compotes or fruit drinks because of the likelihood of an allergy to the fruits from which they are made.

It is worth remembering that a woman after childbirth should not exhaust herself with diets, as this will only lead to exhaustion of the body, and the child will not be able to get the right amount of nutrients. At first, any diet should be based on the rejection of allergen products, the preparation of a balanced diet, the use of the right amount of calories.

A special case

Nutritional adjustments should be made based on the condition of the child and the mother. There are many diseases in which it is forbidden to eat certain types of foods.

Not a small role in the choice of a woman's diet is played by childbirth. Nutrition should be built depending on what they were (natural, caesarean section), whether they caused complications. In each case, an individual menu is selected, which will contain plenty of products with the necessary set of trace elements.

If the child has diseases, the mother's menu is compiled after a full examination, only with a specialist. In this case, self-compilation of the diet can only harm.

Sample menu for the week by day

At first, it is best not to experiment with recipes. It is recommended to consume vegetables and fruits only after heat treatment. After strengthening the child's digestive system, a woman can make some specific menu for the week, which can be followed, for example:

  1. Monday
  • Breakfast - buckwheat boiled in milk, steamed vegetables, fermented baked milk;
  • Lunch - vegetarian soup, a piece of boiled fish, a dry type of biscuit, weak tea;
  • Snack - cottage cheese with dried fruits, green tea;
  • Dinner - boiled potatoes, steamed chicken breast, kefir.

  1. Friday
  • Breakfast - cottage cheese with the addition of dried fruits, grated apple;
  • Lunch - chicken meat baked with vegetables, boiled potatoes, compote;
  • Snack - yogurt, banana;
  • Dinner - corn porridge, a small piece of cheese, kefir.
  1. Saturday

  • Lunch - fish soup, peeled apple, compote;
  • Afternoon snack - cheesecakes cooked in the oven, tea;
  • Dinner - rabbit meat stewed with potatoes, oatmeal cookies, kefir.

Each woman should independently draw up her own menu, excluding from it those products that have a negative reaction. Gradually, the diet should expand with new products.

What can a nursing mother eat in the first month is a moot point and largely depends on the child himself, the course of pregnancy, childbirth. Before eating new foods, you should consult your doctor. It will help to correctly compose the menu, especially for the first time, when the digestive system of the crumbs is still too weak.

The menu of a nursing mother is the basis for laying the good health of the newborn's body. Nutrition for a nursing mother is the main note in the harmonious development of the baby. The breastfeeding diet should contain only freshly prepared and hypoallergenic food.

Breastfeeding (LF) is the main diet of the newborn. Together with women's milk, the child receives nutritional components, as well as protective factors from the mother. Everything that the mother eats is consumed with milk by the baby.

With the advent of a baby in the family, a young mother wonders what to eat while breastfeeding. The menu of nursing mothers is of great importance, both for the quantity and quality of women's milk. Improper nutrition can lead to the development of diathesis and allergies in a child.

Nutrition during lactation requires high calorie content, containing easily digestible meals. The daily calorie content of food is about 3500 kcal. When breastfeeding, a woman's nutrition should fully contain a sufficient amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and vitamins.

What you need to draw up a menu for nursing mothers

The menu of a nursing woman must be complete. A nursing mother is required to eat 100–110 g of protein per day. This amounts to 200 g of boiled lean meat (chicken breast or beef) and an egg yolk. Nutrition during breastfeeding should contain 50 g of hard, non-sharp cheese or cottage cheese.

A mother's diet during breastfeeding includes 110–120 g of fat. This composition includes meat, sunflower or olive oil, fish, salads. The diet during lactation consists in the use of 500 g of carbohydrates, which include 300 g of fresh vegetables, 200 g of boiled potatoes, 300 g of fresh fruits, 200 g of flour products. The mandatory diet for breastfeeding includes fermented milk products: yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese.

If possible for the mother, do not eat sugar while breastfeeding. Sugar contains carbohydrates that are difficult for the baby's digestive system to digest.

List of allowed products

The nutrition of a nursing mother is not as monotonous as it might seem at first glance. Soft and low-fat foods will not cause harm. The baby is well tolerated by a whole arsenal of foods for a nursing mother:

  • hard mild cheeses;
  • boiled chicken and beef;
  • porridge from cereals (rice, buckwheat, millet)
  • skim cheese;
  • kefir;
  • chicken egg yolks;
  • boiled potatoes;
  • fresh cabbage;
  • eggplant;
  • zucchini;
  • leaves of all varieties of lettuce.

The question of what to cook for dinner depends only on the imagination of the woman and her relatives. There are many salad recipes that you can enrich your table with, as well as first and second courses. Food for nursing mothers should bring moral and gastronomic satisfaction. Positive emotions contribute to the normalization of hormonal levels and milk production.

From the allowed products, you can come up with a varied menu for a nursing mother:

  • vegetable soups;
  • 5% milk soups;
  • steam cutlets;
  • salads;
  • side dishes.

Diet during breastfeeding is necessary for the formation of the function of the enzyme system of the digestive tract of the baby. We must remember that you can only eat fresh food. The body of the crumbs is extremely sensitive even to small doses of toxins, which can cause poisoning.

What can a breastfeeding mother eat

A well-fed baby behaves calmly, gives parents and relatives the opportunity to relax. In order for the baby's tummy to work correctly, you need to know what you can eat for a nursing mother.

New foods for a nursing mother should not be introduced at the same time. It is advisable to consume in small portions within three days. If the baby does not react, you can try something new. If the baby has a reaction to the product, you should stop taking it and return to the previous diet. The introduction of the product can be repeated only after a week.

Table of nutrition of the mother of a newborn by months

Age of newborns by months What can a nursing mother eat What not to eat while breastfeeding
up to 1 month Cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, cereals, boiled vegetables, light fruits (green apples, bananas), boiled lean meat, vegetable soup without frying, white bread crackers Colored yogurts, bright vegetables and fruits, chocolate, soda, smoked, fatty, fried, alcohol, citrus fruits, honey
up to 3 months Boiled low-fat fish, beef liver, dried fruit compote, milk porridge Seasonings, dyes, smoked sausage, pork, alcohol
up to 6 months Bran bread, sour cream, boiled carrots and beets, broth soup, lean pork Chips, soda, fatty foods, alcohol, sausages
up to 9 months Fish, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, raw carrots, green tea Canned food, dyes, alcoholic beverages, lard, smoked meats
up to a year Citrus fruits, natural spices, honey, black tea, whole milk Alcohol, smoked sausage and fish, canned food

After a year, you can gradually return to the usual diet of a nursing mother, which was before pregnancy. Breast milk is no longer the main diet of the baby. It is just a nice addition to the main food. The main place is occupied by the introduced complementary foods, which cover the needs of the crumbs.

Drinking regime

Drinking regime should be rational. Increased fluid intake is necessary for sufficient breast milk production. The mother is obliged to drink at least 1.5–2 liters of liquid per day, including first courses and fruits. Small volumes of fluid intake will not fully cover the needs of the mother and baby.

Drinking carbonated water is not recommended. Carbonic acid in the water can cause bloating in the intestines of the baby. Mineral waters contain a large number of salts change the taste of milk. Your baby may not like this milk. He refuses to breastfeed.

The menu of nursing mothers excludes strong tea and coffee. These drinks, being absorbed into milk, cause anxiety in the baby.

What not to eat while breastfeeding

For the proper development of the baby, mom must remember that you can not eat while breastfeeding. The list of prohibited foods during the lactation period is extensive.

The diet should exclude mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, spices and smoked meats. These products change the quality of milk. The baby may refuse to breastfeed. In the mother's menu when breastfeeding, it is better to replace mayonnaise with vegetable oil or soy sauce. Olive oil and a few drops of lemon go great in salads.

Nutrition during breastfeeding should limit table salt. It is better to replace it with grated dry kelp. Such products are easier to digest by a child, do not cause edema in a woman.

When using whole cow's and goat's milk, mothers often experience allergies and lactase deficiency in children under one year old. The baby's digestive system is not yet prepared to break down such complex foods. The baby's stomach does not yet contain enzymes that can break down whole animal milk. The first time he introduces milk into food, it should be diluted, gradually increasing the fat content.

Bright vegetables and fruits are not recommended for breastfeeding mothers. They become strong allergens. First you need to eat boiled vegetables, watching the reaction of the crumbs. Begin to enter no earlier than six months. If there are no consequences, then after a year, fresh fruits can be introduced into the menu of a nursing mother. The gradual introduction of new vegetables and fruits will cover the need for the consumption of vitamins and trace elements.

Fatty and fried foods up to a year are also desirable to limit. They adversely affect the digestion of crumbs, cause constipation and bloating.

Products for cooking must be chosen carefully. If areas of darkening, wrinkling, grayish or whitish plaque are visually marked, then such products cannot be consumed. This threatens with serious food poisoning for the baby.

The menu of a nursing woman excludes canned food. Preservatives adversely affect the digestive system of the child, cause food poisoning. The crumb enzyme system is not yet ready to break down such complex chemical elements.

Nutrition rules for a nursing mother

Nutrition during breastfeeding should be frequent, fractional and high-calorie. During the day, you need to eat 5-6 times. Food must be chewed thoroughly and swallowed slowly.

There are a number of rules on the menu for nursing mothers that it is advisable to adhere to:

  • the menu for breastfeeding should be varied;
  • you must first consider the menu for a nursing mother, and only then start eating;
  • it is required to observe the diet;
  • food must be cooked before consumption;
  • you do not need to introduce a new product into the diet before you go on a trip with your baby.

The main thing in the menu of nursing mothers is to listen to your body. You need to eat the foods you want. The inner voice itself will tell you what is currently lacking in the diet.

Proper nutrition during breastfeeding is the use of natural products. Diet while breastfeeding is a must. A baby with mother's milk receives everything that she takes in food. A small body is not able to cope with such a load. The menu of a nursing woman should be selected together with the pediatrician, taking into account individual characteristics.

Has happiness appeared in your home? A tiny miracle needs you like no other, and his little body in your breast milk, especially for the first months of life. In the article we will tell you what you can eat for a nursing mother so as not to harm the baby, and his stomach adapts more easily, as well as how to improve the quality of lactation.

The importance of proper nutrition for a nursing mother

Newborns need to receive nutrients and lactobacilli. Having been born, it is difficult for a baby to immediately get used to a new way of life, including a different diet. The digestive system suffers especially during the first 3-6 months, because the baby's stomach is sterile at birth.

The faster the body receives a sufficient amount of trace elements, the faster the work of the digestive tract will improve. Mom's breast milk can help a newborn during this difficult period.

From the first day, receiving colostrum, the stomach of a little man begins to be enriched with the necessary bacteria.

Breast milk contains a unique composition that is not found in any artificial substitute.

It not only helps to get used to the digestive system, but also has a number of positive properties:

  • improves immunity;
  • improves the functioning of the endocrine system;
  • promotes mental and physical development.

At the same time, a natural product can harm the baby if the mother does not monitor her diet. Therefore, it is very important for breastfeeding women to eat right.

The baby will receive the same food as the mother. In this regard, there are recommendations on the menu for nursing mothers.

By following them, you:

  • reduce the risk of gastrointestinal diseases of the baby;
  • accelerate the restoration of the intestinal microflora of the newborn;
  • reduce the period of occurrence of colic;
  • improve your health and that of your baby;
  • improve baby's metabolism.

Colic in a newborn is a very common phenomenon. They do not depend on the type of feeding (artificial or natural). However, thanks to breastfeeding, spasms bother the baby much less often and are eliminated faster than those who are fed dry mixtures from birth.

P First of all, I would like to understand why a woman who is breastfeeding a child should pay attention Special attention for your own food. Let's start with the obvious reasons.

Firstly , pregnancy and childbirth are a serious test for a woman's body, therefore, in the postpartum period, her body needs to be restored, replenishing those substances that were used to carry and give birth to a child.

Secondly , the child, although he is no longer directly connected with the mother's body, continues to eat what her body produces - breast milk. The elements that make up breast milk are produced by the cells of the mammary gland. This uses the nutrients that are in the mother's blood. They enter the bloodstream from the intestines. Accordingly, we can say that all the products that make up the mother's menu are present in breast milk in one form or another. This means that these products must be in sufficient quantity and of the required quality to ensure the normal growth and development of the baby.

Thirdly , in our time, mothers very often suffer from various kinds of allergic diseases, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, arising, among other things, in connection with preeclampsia of pregnancy, and all these conditions lead to the fact that the normal barrier function of the intestine changes, and some antigens ( substances that cause an allergic reaction), which are normally excreted from the body, absorbed into the blood and, accordingly, penetrate into breast milk.

Taking into account all the above considerations, recommendations are made on the nutrition of nursing mothers.

What is impossible?

All breastfeeding women, regardless of health status, allergies, etc., Not recommended:

drink alcohol (including beer), smoke (alcohol and nicotine have a toxic effect on the child);

there are foods with the "notoriety" of allergens, and these include: chocolate, crabs, crayfish, mackerel;

drink strong tea and coffee, which have a stimulating effect on the child's nervous system;

eat onions, garlic (the child may not like the strong specific smell of these products).

In addition, healthy women should restrict , and for women suffering from allergic diseases, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and who have undergone late gestosis, - exclude from your diet while breastfeeding the following foods:

citrus fruits, strawberries, raspberries, tropical fruits (mango, avocado, papaya, etc.), milk, eggs, honey,

nuts and sugar, delicacy fish (these foods, consumed in large quantities, can cause allergies in a child);

smoked meats, canned snacks, mayonnaise;

black bread, legumes and grapes (may lead to increased gas formation in the intestines of a child, especially in the first three months of his life);

lard and fatty meats (these products contain a large amount of so-called saturated fatty acids, which are unhealthy and are poorly digested in the gastrointestinal tract).

What is possible?

We hasten to reassure those who were frightened by the "severe" restrictions listed above: despite all these prohibitions, there remains a fairly large selection of products that a nursing mother can and should include in her diet. Breastfeeding mothers can eat:

Dairy:

    fermented milk products (kefir, curdled milk, bifidokefir, yoghurts without fruit additives) - up to 600-800 ml per day;

milk - no more than 200 ml per day (it is better to use it for preparing various dishes - cereals, mashed potatoes, etc.);

cottage cheese and mild cheese.

Meat and fish:

    lean beef varieties;

low-fat varieties of pork;

fish - any kind of river and sea fish, except for those mentioned in the first list.

    butter;

creamy varieties of margarine (limited);

vegetable oils (all types).

Any cereals, bread - better with bran.

Confectionery - dry biscuits, crackers, marshmallows, marshmallows, marmalade.

Vegetables and fruits, with the exception of those mentioned in the first list.

    tea (weak black and green)

herbal teas with oregano, mint, thyme (these herbs stimulate the formation of milk);

weak coffee;

table non-carbonated mineral water.

The total amount of fluid drunk should be 1.5-2 liters per day (in the first three days after childbirth - the period of lactation - it is recommended to limit the amount of fluid you drink to 1 liter per day).

What should you add to your diet?

Exist specialized products for nursing mothers . These include:

drinks and juices for pregnant women and nursing mothers;

teas for pregnant and lactating women;

instant cereals for pregnant and lactating women;

dry protein-vitamin-mineral complexes for nursing mothers;

vitamins for pregnant and lactating.

All these products increase lactation, make up for the deficiency of vitamins and minerals, and some - and protein.

The kid is growing

Should the nutrition of a nursing mother change depending on the age of the child? We have already mentioned that in the first three days after childbirth, it is desirable to limit the amount of fluid consumed. At the same time, a dairy-vegetarian diet is recommended. Then, up to three months, while the child is especially prone to colic, you should refrain from foods that cause flatulence (see above).

Quality and quantity of breast milk

Often the question arises about quality breast milk. It must be said that it is possible to unequivocally decide whether there are enough essential nutrients, vitamins and microelements necessary for the child in mother's milk, only by conducting a chemical analysis of milk. Content squirrel in breast milk practically does not depend on the amount of protein eaten by the mother, but the content fat, vitamins and minerals can indeed fluctuate depending on the maternal diet. That is why you should avoid fat-free and especially fatty foods and be sure to take multivitamin-mineral complexes.

Quantity breast milk is more determined by genetic predisposition than diet. However, if there is a shortage of breast milk, you should first of all pay attention to the amount of liquid consumed (it may simply not be enough), and also include specialized products for nursing mothers that increase lactation in your diet. They are quite effective and help to cope with hypogalactia (lack of milk). With an excess amount of milk, it is recommended to limit fluid intake, and if this does not help and there is a lot of milk, it is best to consult a doctor.

How to avoid trouble?

During breastfeeding, especially if the mother suffers from allergies or diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, it is useful to keep a “food diary”, noting the appearance of new foods in the diet. New products should be introduced one at a time and in small quantities. If the child does not develop within three days skin rashes, not noted disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, does not change sleep and behavior(that is, the baby does not have a tummy ache), which means that the child normally tolerates the innovation in his mother's diet. And vice versa: if the child has rash, stool disorder, restlessness(associated, as a rule, with intestinal colic), you should consider whether some of the foods that the nursing mother has eaten in the last three days could be allergens.

Now many courses on preparation for childbirth, "folk healers", and even, alas, some "smart" books advise to completely abandon the use of meat during pregnancy and lactation. We would like to emphasize that this can lead to the development of anemia in a child - that is, his organs and tissues begin to suffer from a lack of oxygen, which means that he grows worse and lags behind in development. Refusal of meat - one of the staple foods and the main sources of protein, iron and vitamin B12 - will negatively affect the health of a nursing (and pregnant!) Woman, and therefore the health of the child. Therefore, blindly following such recommendations is unacceptable. If vegetarianism is a life principle for you that you do not want to give up under any circumstances, then during the period of breastfeeding it is necessary to carefully monitor the intake of iron and vitamin B12. Be sure to consult your doctor - he will recommend a suitable diet and the necessary vitamin complexes.

In conclusion, I would like to say: constant nervousness, increased suspiciousness of a nursing mother can be a factor much more harmful than the “wrong” food. If your baby is not yet a month old, the problems that arise during breastfeeding are most likely associated not so much with the gastronomic “crimes” of the mother, but with the objective difficulties of the adaptation period. Up to three months, babies are often tormented by intestinal colic, which is also most often the result of the immaturity of the gastrointestinal tract, and not an incorrectly selected menu. Listen to the advice of experts and ... to your "inner voice" - maternal instinct rarely fails.

The most important thing when breastfeeding is complete and safe nutrition for the baby and proper nutrition for the nursing mother. Through breast milk, the baby receives all the nutrients necessary for growth and development. If the mother eats properly, then the baby is not threatened with health problems. The main thing is to find out everything about useful and harmful products and organize a quality diet throughout the day.

What you can and cannot eat while breastfeeding

The first month of a newborn's life is considered a period of adaptation to the outside world, to a new way of life (outside the mother's tummy), to a new meal. The baby will have to go through colic in the abdomen, upset stools and gas. Even the most strict diet of a nursing mother will not help to avoid this. This period will not last long, the baby will get used to it, and then it will be possible to gradually make changes and additions to the mother's menu.

Each new product is introduced gradually and the child's reaction to this product is monitored. For convenience, mothers are advised to keep a food diary. It will need to record each product that you ate that day, and next to it - how the baby's behavior has changed (or not), whether any negative reactions have appeared. Such observations in the future will help to avoid allergic reactions in the child to certain foods.

  • Vegetables. In the first month, you can eat vegetables only in stewed, baked or boiled form. Freshly squeezed juices are not recommended at this time. Fresh vegetables and juices are introduced gradually in the fourth month. No need to experiment with exotic vegetables. It will be more useful to use the usual for us - potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, sweet peppers, eggplant. Very carefully introduce cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and garlic into the diet.
  • Fruit. From fruits, you can start with bananas and baked apples. No exotic! Each new fruit is introduced after the third month, with an interval of two to three days. You can try to introduce peaches, apricots, watermelon. For now, stay away from red berries, grapes, pears, plums, and citrus fruits.
  • Kashi. Almost all cereals are useful for mom and baby. They contain a large number of useful substances, they will only help the digestive system. But instant porridge is not the best choice.
  • Soups. Useful for lactation liquid meals. Low-fat soups, you can use vegetable broth, are not only a nutritious dish, but also healthy.
  • Meat. To restore the body's strength, it is recommended to use lean boiled meat (beef, veal, poultry, rabbit).
  • Cheeses. Unsalted and low-fat varieties of cheeses will be useful.
  • Fish. The menu should include fish dishes. It is easily digested and contributes to the normal functioning of the intestines. It would be ideal to use any red fish or river fish, but only boiled or steamed. Fried, smoked, dried and dried fish are contraindicated.
  • Bread only bran.
  • Eggs- but no more than two - three per week!
  • Some sweets. The usual sweets in the form of cakes, cakes with cream and chocolates will have to be replaced for now with dried fruits, marshmallows, marshmallows and biscuits.
  • Oil. The body of a nursing mother needs fats. It is enough at this time to have vegetable and butter in the diet.
  • Beverages. From drinks you can use - compotes, herbal teas (can be special, for lactation), mineral water without gas, weak black and green teas.
  • Milk. Carefully, starting from the second week, add one fermented milk product - cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk.
  • On the second month borscht, sour cream, various nuts are added to the menu. After six months- pasta, seafood, honey.

  • During the period of breastfeeding, it is strictly forbidden to consume any alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks, coffee and strong tea, carbonated drinks.
  • Chocolate, homemade sweet pastries using yeast, all sweets with dyes and flavors.
  • All types of canned food (meat, fish, vegetables) and semi-finished products, pickled vegetables and fruits, products with the addition of hot spices and vinegar.
  • Smoked products, lard, pork, sausages, sausages, salted cheeses.
  • Peas and beans, radishes and radishes.
  • All kinds of exotic vegetables and fruits, as well as citrus fruits and strawberries.
