A surge of strength. Some time passed and miracles began to happen, literally.

When I received the practical guides, at first I was a little confused, I thought, oh, how much information, where to start. But I curbed my mind, calmed down, and took up the training.

Hello X-Archive! When I opened the manual and began to read it, I immediately felt the energy potential of the information. After a couple of hours, it was already evening, I tried to practice the keys described in the manual.

The changes were not long in coming.

I felt a surge of strength, energy, confidence, suddenly there was a feeling of joy, fullness, a feeling that I was not alone, as if a stream of life-giving energy descended on me from above.

And then I realized, the UNIVERSE WORKS!

It is difficult to put into words what I felt then, it seemed I could move mountains :)) During the evening meditation, I mentally thanked the Universe and you :) At night, before going to bed, in the interval between falling asleep, I mentally pronounced the key of initiation and in the morning after waking up I did same.

I felt like flying to work, I had so much energy.

And the day went very well :) The mood is wonderful. Slowly, things began to change for the better, both at work and at home.

Thoughts cleared up, I think only about the good, as if I was reborn, or, in modern terms, reprogrammed :) I began to be less exposed to external negative influences, manipulations and provocations from "well-wishers". I feel PROTECTED!

With this potential, I can practice meditation more often, read more spiritual literature, improve myself, help others, and so on. Every morning and every evening during meditations, I give Gratitude to the Universe, God, wish our planet Love, envelop it mentally with White light. Kudos to you for the opportunity :)

Some time passed and miracles began to happen, literally.

Whatever I think about, it happens almost immediately in reality. And then I thought: “Olya, be careful. Control your every thought. Do not allow negativity in your head, work on yourself. Everything has consequences.”

I realized that it was the Teachers of Humanity who were working with me. My joy knows no bounds :)) A little later, when I have mastered the secret perfectly, I will come to grips with teaching a practical guide to extrasensory perception.

I will develop my extrasensory abilities. True, there is one small nuance: it is not always possible to mentally pronounce the key or code in the interval between reality and sleep. As soon as I start to pronounce, I immediately fall asleep. But I think it's a matter of time :) Well, such a little story turned out.

Helpful Hints

Each of us faced not the most pleasant consequences of a sleepless night. This is poor health, and a state of weakness, and a refusal to perceive reality.

Lack of sleep or its complete absence always affects our well-being and how the next day will proceed.

Insomnia, inadequate or unhealthy sleep leads to the fact that the body begins to experience stress. Therefore, it is not surprising that in the morning you are in a foggy, exhausted state, feeling like a squeezed lemon.

To begin with, it is worth understanding the psychology of sleep.

Sleep psychology

Sleep is when your body is in a relaxed state working to recover while your brain is working on storing memories and processing thoughts, so it's not unusual for you to feel a little sluggish if you don't get enough rest.

Here are some tips to help you bounce back and recover the next day after bad sleep or insomnia:

After insomnia

Drink more water

Poor sleep can lead to dehydration, which can make you feel tired.

The body uses some of the body's water reserves during sleep. However, if you haven't slept well, your body may need to use more moisture.

So know that even slight dehydration can cause fatigue, exhaustion, headaches and other problems with your well-being. When there is not enough fluid in the body, the heart experiences an additional load, it must work harder.

This can make you feel tired and exhausted, so try to keep your body hydrated. If you feel lethargic after a sleepless night, drink more pure water without gases.

Have a good breakfast

A full and healthy breakfast can not only wake you up, but also provide your body with all the nutrients.

According to experts, breakfast is a must if you haven't slept well. A mixture of carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats will improve your memory, help you focus, and put your thoughts and work in order.

A good alternative, for example, would be a couple of avocado toasters and a cup of tea.

Such a breakfast will restore your energy and help you cheer up, despite the fact that you did not get enough sleep.

But a cup of aromatic coffee, it is best to postpone until late in the morning, when the natural signals of your body will make themselves felt, and the body will begin to wake up on its own.

How to wake up refreshed

take a walk

If your usual day is sedentary work, you need to include mandatory walks in your schedule.

Such walks are especially recommended if you did not sleep well at night. Sedentary work all day can take a toll on your body, causing early joint problems. This danger may remain potential, or it may develop into a very real threat to your health.

A little warm-up or a quick walk around the office will help you improve blood circulation, due to which you will cheer up a little, feel a surge of new energy and vitality.

By the way, it is best to take a walk after lunch. So you kill two birds with one stone: burn the calories you eat, and also disperse the fatigue that has accumulated during the day.

Catch the sunshine and get outdoors more often

Easier said than done, especially if you leave the house early in the morning when it's still dark and return home when it's getting dark.

Exposure to sunlight slows down the production of melatonin, which contributes to the feeling of sleepiness. The sun's rays and fresh air do real wonders with your body, awakening it and invigorating it naturally.

The next time you're having a bad night's sleep, try these tips in action and see if they work. You will immediately feel energized and refreshed.
