Wash the pork, cook until tender, then cool and cut into cubes. Now we are cooking: we break the egg, beat it, add a little salt and fry the pancakes - 1 pancake will turn out from 1 egg. Then we cut them into strips. Three carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion. Fry carrots with onions in vegetable oil. Drain liquid from corn.   • white cabbage - 200 g;
  • olives - 120 g;
  • canned corn - 200 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;

Cooking

Hard boil the eggs and then cut into strips. We do the same with crab meat. Add olives, canned corn. Shred the cabbage into thin strips, lightly sprinkle with salt and knead with your hands until it starts the juice. Tip: Corn is best purchased in glass jars. Tin cans can contain dark, unattractive grains that will spoil the appearance of the salad.

  • 210 grams of chicken fillet;
  • 110 ml of mayonnaise;
  • 180 grams of mushrooms;
  • 85 grams of corn;

  • 30 grams of walnuts;
  • 75 grams of Chinese cabbage;

What you need:

  • 1 duck breast;
  • 3 branches of rosemary;
  • 4 tangerines;
  • 5 ml. balsamic vinegar;
  • 1 thyme branch;
  • 75 grams of corn;
  • 7 lettuce leaves;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 110 grams of hard cheese;
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 25 ml olive oil.

Delicious salad with corn

  1. Wash duck, pat dry. Be sure to take the breast with the skin and in no case cut it off.
  2. Rinse rosemary, thyme, pat dry.
  3. Peel the garlic, cut off the dry roots.
  4. Heat a dry frying pan and place duck skin side down. Fry until the skin is juicy and browned.
  5. Then turn the breast over and fry until golden brown and on the other side.
  6. Put the ruddy breast into a mold, put branches of rosemary and thyme, garlic on top.
  7. Send the form to the oven for twenty-five minutes until fully cooked (but when half the time has passed, it is advisable to turn the breast over in the oven, now place the spices and garlic on the new side).
  8. Pull out the duck, let it cool and cut into slices.
  9. Rinse lettuce, tear by hand.
  10. Separate corn kernels from liquid.
  11. Grind the cheese with a grater.
  12. Peel 3 tangerines and divide into slices. If desired, you can rid the slices of white films and cut each slice into several parts.
  13. Squeeze the juice from the remaining tangerine by cutting it in half.
  14. Combine citrus juice with balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise.

A dish with juicy grilled pork, sweet nectarines, eerily healthy spinach, salty feta cheese and quite a lot of black pepper. This is really worth a try.

What you need:

  • 3 nectarines;
  • 150 grams of corn;
  • 10-15 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 65 grams of feta;
  • 510 grams of pork tenderloin;
  • 45 ml mayonnaise.

How to prepare salad:

  1. The meat should be flat. You need to immediately buy meat in this form or cut a thick piece so that it turns out flat.
  2. Wash the pork, pat dry. Rub all pieces with black pepper.
  3. Grease a grill pan with oil and heat up. Put pork on it.
  4. Rinse nectarines, preferably clean.
  5. Divide sweet fruits into halves and also place in a pan.
  6. Fry everything together for about five minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer the finished meat and nectarines to a dish, let them brew for about ten minutes.
  8. During this time, separate the corn kernels from the liquid.
  9. Crumble the feta with your hands.
  10. Pieces of pork and nectarine cut into cubes.
  11. Put pieces of meat in a salad bowl, the next layer of nectarines.
  12. Lubricate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with black pepper.
  13. Lay the next layer of cheese, and corn on it.

Tip: in any dish, you can easily replace feta with cheese and vice versa. These two types of cheese are almost identical to each other, they differ very little. Therefore, if you cannot add feta, nothing will happen if you replace it with cheese.

Delicious canned corn salad

Younger and more tender meat, juicy and tasty. Eggs, onions and fragrant fresh parsley. Salads with corn and meat are eerily simple, but just as tasty.

What you need:

  • 390 grams of veal;
  • 10 grams of mustard;
  • 175 grams of corn;
  • 5 ml. vinegar;
  • 15 ml mustard;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 35 ml. olive oil;
  • 100 grams of onion;
  • 200 grams of pickles;
  • 50 grams of Gouda cheese.

Sequencing:

  1. Wash the eggs, place in a saucepan with water, boil until hard cores. This is about twelve minutes in boiling water.
  2. Place the finished eggs in cold water, cool and peel. Then cut them into cubes.
  3. Seperate the corn kernels from the liquid.
  4. Wash the veal, cut off the films and boil the meat until tender.
  5. During cooking, remove the foam, and cook for about an hour in boiling water.
  6. Cool the cooked meat in the broth and then cut into cubes.
  7. Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings and fry in half the olive oil until transparent.
  8. Cheese cut into thin strips.
  9. Cucumbers cut into half rings.
  10. Combine olive oil, mustard and vinegar, add pepper and salt, mix.
  11. Combine veal, corn, onion, cheese and eggs.
  12. Drizzle ingredients with sauce and serve.

Tip: to speed up the preparation of the salad, you can immediately cut the veal into pieces and cook it in this form. It will cook in thirty minutes, and maybe even faster. After all, the smaller the pieces, the less time they need to cook.

Today I decided to cook a delicious meat salad with corn. Such a dish will always be welcome on the festive table and on any weekday. It is very filling and really tasty. It cooks quickly if you boil pork, potatoes and eggs in advance. In general, I love festive salads with the addition of corn and, of course, meat. It's always delicious!

Ingredients:

  • boiled pork -250g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • potatoes - 1-2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • corn - 1 can
  • mayonnaise

How to cook meat salad with corn recipe with photo

First of all, boil the potatoes in their skins, pork (tenderloin) and eggs. We pickle the onion. We send the pickled onions to the salad bowl.

Add boiled meat, cut into pieces.

Cut the eggs and add to the rest of the ingredients.

We spread corn in a salad with meat, after draining the liquid from it.

Add chopped boiled potatoes.

And season the meat salad with mayonnaise. By the way, mayonnaise in a blender in 1 minute can be prepared at home from a minimum amount of ingredients.

This meat salad recipe can be tweaked slightly to suit your taste. For example, any meat can be used. Most often we use chicken. But pork is also delicious.

There are several ways to pickle onions. I will tell you one of them now. Finely chop the onion. We place it in a small bowl. Pour a little vinegar or lemon juice (1-2 tablespoons). Add a pinch of granulated sugar and carefully grind with your hands so that the onion starts the juice. We let it marinate in this state for 5-10 minutes. This is a very quick way to pickle onions, and that's why I use it all the time lately.

If desired, you can dilute the salad (its saturation) with fresh or pickled cucumber.

You can also add fresh herbs.

Meat salad with corn, in my opinion, should not be stored in the refrigerator for a long time. It's delicious when fresh. Then he loses his charm. Therefore, I always cook in such a way that I can use it in one or two times. I hope you enjoy this corn salad recipe.
