Speech, in all its diversity, is a necessary component of communication, in the process of which it, in fact, is formed. The most important prerequisite for improving the speech activity of preschoolers is the creation of an emotionally favorable situation, which contributes to the desire to actively participate in speech communication. And it is the theatrical game that helps to create situations in which even the most uncommunicative and constrained children enter into verbal communication and open up.
Among creative games, children are especially fond of “theater” games, dramatizations, the plots of which are well-known fairy tales, stories, and theatrical performances.
Theatrical activity is very important in the development of children's speech. It allows you to solve many pedagogical problems related to the formation of the expressiveness of the child's speech, intellectual, artistic and aesthetic education. It is an inexhaustible source of the development of feelings, experiences and emotional discoveries, a way of familiarizing with spiritual wealth.
In theatrical activity, the child is liberated, conveys his creative ideas, receives satisfaction from the activity. Theatrical activity contributes to the disclosure of the personality of the child, his individuality, creativity.
