Description of the dosage form

Solcoseryl gel: homogeneous, almost colorless transparent gel of dense consistency.

Solcoseryl ointment: homogeneous, greasy, easily distributed mass from white to yellowish color.

pharmachologic effect

pharmachologic effect- regenerating, wound healing, cytoprotective, angioprotective, membrane stabilizing, antihypoxic.

Solcoseryl is a deproteinized hemodialysate containing a wide range of low molecular weight components of the cell mass and blood serum of dairy calves with a molecular weight of 5000 D, the properties of which are currently only partially studied by chemical and pharmacological methods.

In tests in vitro, as well as in the course of preclinical and clinical studies, it was found that Solcoseryl:

Increases reparative and regenerative processes;

Promotes the activation of aerobic metabolic processes and oxidative phosphorylation;

Increases oxygen consumption in vitro and stimulates the transport of glucose into cells under hypoxic conditions and into metabolically depleted cells;

Increases collagen synthesis ( in vitro);

Stimulates cell proliferation and migration ( in vitro).

Solcoseryl gel does not contain fats as auxiliary components, due to which it is easily washed off. Promotes the formation of granulation tissue and the elimination of exudate.

From the moment fresh granulations appear and the wound dries up, it is recommended to use Solcoseryl ointment, which contains fats as auxiliary components and forms a protective film on the wound surface.

Pharmacokinetics

Conducting studies on the absorption, distribution and excretion of the drug using standard pharmacokinetic methods is not possible, because. the active component of the drug (deproteinized hemodialysate) has pharmacodynamic effects characteristic of molecules with different physicochemical properties.

Indications of the drug Solcoseryl ®

Occlusive diseases of peripheral arteries in stages III-IV according to Fontaine in patients with contraindications / intolerance to other drugs;

Perhaps intravenous drip in isotonic sodium chloride solution or 5% glucose solution. The duration of therapy is up to 4 weeks and is determined by the clinical picture of the disease.

In the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency accompanied by trophic disorders (Ulcera cruris)- in / in 10 ml 3 times a week. The duration of therapy is no more than 4 weeks and is determined by the clinical picture of the disease. An important additional measure aimed at preventing peripheral "venous" edema is the application of a pressure bandage using an elastic bandage.

In the presence of local trophic tissue disorders, simultaneous therapy with Solcoseryl jelly, and then Solcoseryl ointment, is recommended.

In the treatment of ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes in severe and extremely severe form as the main course - in / in 10 or 20 ml, respectively, daily for 10 days. Upon completion of the main course - in / m or / in 2 ml for 30 days.

Traumatic brain injury (severe brain injury)- in / in 1000 mg, daily for 5 days.

If intravenous administration of the drug is not possible, the drug can be administered intramuscularly, usually 2 ml per day undiluted.

When in / in the use of an undiluted drug, it must be administered slowly, since it is a hypertonic solution.

Solcoseryl gel, ointment: locally.

Apply directly to the wound surface after preliminary cleaning of the wound using a disinfectant solution.

Before starting the treatment of trophic ulcers, as well as in cases of purulent infection of the wound, preliminary surgical treatment is necessary.

Solcoseryl gel is applied to fresh wounds, wounds with wet discharge, to ulcers with weeping phenomena - a thin layer on a cleaned wound 2-3 times a day. It is recommended to lubricate areas with begun epithelialization with Solcoseryl ointment. The use of Solcoseryl gel continues until a pronounced granulation tissue forms on the damaged skin surface and the wound dries up.

The instructions for use recommend using Solcoseryl in the form of an ointment and gel for the treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds. It activates the metabolism, stimulates the regeneration of damaged tissues. The drug is prescribed by dermatologists to patients diagnosed with trophic ulcers, eczema, burns, frostbite. Dosage forms of Solcoseryl are used in dentistry, cardiology, gynecology, proctology.

Pharmacological properties and the principle of action of the drug have not yet been studied. Therefore, doctors strongly do not recommend using it without a preliminary examination. Despite the high effectiveness of the gel or ointment, they are not intended for self-treatment.

Solcoseryl ointment is a universal metabolic stimulant that accelerates tissue healing. Its active ingredient is the blood of dairy calves, passed through a special membrane. During this process, large molecules are crushed and proteins are removed. The result is a dialysate with micronized particles of biologically active substances. Since there are no proteins in the composition, its use cannot provoke allergic manifestations.

What helps Solcoseryl ointment:
  • minor injuries, such as abrasions, cracks, scratches, wounds, sores;
  • burns 1 and 2 degrees.

The external agent is actively used in the treatment of large wound surfaces, accompanied by tissue suppuration.

It helps to accelerate epithelialization, due to the greasy consistency, to prevent infection of eczema and bedsores. The Solcoseryl therapeutic line includes four dosage forms for external use:

  • ointment - a white substance with a yellow tint;
  • gel - a transparent mass with a light base and a high degree of absorption;
  • dental paste for application to the gums - a granular mass of beige color with a faint mint aroma;
  • eye gel with a jelly-like consistency.

Ointment is rarely used for monotherapy. In the treatment of skin pathologies, it is combined with antimicrobial and antiseptic drugs. Such an integrated approach to treatment can significantly speed up the recovery of patients.

Pharmacological group and action

Solcoseryl ointment and gel - preparations for external use. They are prescribed to patients to restore the integrity of the skin, regardless of the etiology of damage. A traumatic factor can be both an external influence and a pathology occurring in the body.

Medicines belong to several pharmacological groups at once:
  • antihypoxants and antioxidants;
  • angioprotectors and microcirculation correctors;
  • regenerants and reparants.

The active ingredient of the preparations supports and optimizes aerobic metabolism and oxygen phosphorylation processes. With a decrease in the functional activity of cells, it replenishes their reserves of high-energy phosphates.

During laboratory tests, the following pharmacological properties of blood dialysate were identified and studied:
  • utilization of oxygen and activation of glucose transport to cells experiencing oxygen starvation;
  • improvement of repair and regeneration in damaged tissues against the background of a deficiency of nutrients and biologically active substances;
  • prevention of development and progression of further destruction of tissues under the influence of inflammation and edema;
  • increase in the production of collagen - a structural unit of connective tissues.

The course use of Solcoseryl ointment stimulates the division of young and healthy cells.

It protects tissues in a state of hypoxia, accelerates their recovery and healing.

Release form and composition

Ointment Solcoseryl is a non-hormonal drug. It does not contain any ingredients of hormonal origin that carry out humoral regulation. The active component of all products from the therapeutic line is calf blood dialysate.

As part of the Solcoseryl ointment, excipients are also present:
  • nipagin - a preservative with antimicrobial properties;
  • preservative propylhydroxybenzoate;
  • purified water;
  • cetyl alcohol, which neutralizes dry skin;
  • cholesterol, responsible for the transport of triglycerides;
  • purified water.

The gel contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, calcium lactate; sodium carboxymethylcellulose, propylene glycol. Many auxiliary ingredients are able to enhance and prolong the action of dialysate. For example, propylene glycol is responsible for the rapid absorption of the drug. And cetyl alcohol creates the necessary level of acidity, as close as possible to the pH of human skin.

Solcoseryl is produced by Swiss and German pharmaceutical factories. The ointment is packaged in aluminum, hermetic tubes. Each contains 20.0 g of an external agent. Secondary packaging - a cardboard box with an annotation inside.

The drug should be stored in a dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Shelf life is 5 years, after opening the tube - 4 weeks. The cost of the ointment is 345 rubles, the gel for the treatment of skin diseases is 340 rubles. Solcoseryl is also produced in ampoules for injection and enteric-coated tablets.

Instructions: what is Solcoseryl used for

Many patients believe that there is no fundamental difference between the gel and the ointment. But they differ not only in consistency, but also in indications for use. According to the instructions, it is advisable to use Solcoseryl gel at the beginning of treatment. After injury to the skin, exudate accumulates in the wound from damaged small vessels.

The gel helps:
  • quickly stop inflammatory edema;
  • dry the surface of the erosion or ulcer.

It accelerates the formation of young connective tissues, which replace the destroyed cells. The wound is tightened for 3-7 days, then Solcoseryl ointment is applied. It starts regeneration processes, protects granulation tissues from drying out. Both products effectively cope not only with the complete restoration of the skin, but also prevent the formation of scars and scars.

Indications for use

Solcoseryl ointment is recommended for the treatment of wounds, their accelerated healing, and the prevention of necrosis. It is used in the complex therapy of pathologies accompanied by trophic damage to the skin. These include diabetes mellitus, autoimmune diseases, acute allergic reactions.

Indications for the use of the drug are:
  • ulcers that form against the background of chronic venous insufficiency;
  • abrasions, cuts;
  • burns of 1 and 2 degrees, including sunburns;
  • bedsores and their prevention;
  • dry and weeping eczema.

Solcoseryl gel is included in the therapeutic regimen for the treatment of certain diseases of the nose, throat, and lungs.

During pathology, infectious pathogens quickly spread in the body. This is facilitated by excessive dryness of the nasal mucosa. Epithelial cilia stick together, lose their ability to retain and remove pathogenic microorganisms. After applying the gel, the mucous membranes of the nasal passages are moistened, their functional activity increases.

Hemorrhoids are not on the list of indications, but a proctologist may prescribe Solcoseryl for its treatment. Many women in the process of ointment therapy noted its anti-aging properties. The drug began to be used in cosmetology to smooth out deep wrinkles and remove mimic wrinkles.

Contraindications and side effects

Calf blood dialysate is not capable of provoking allergic reactions. But the composition of the drug includes other chemical compounds. Gel and ointment are not prescribed to patients if they are hypersensitive to auxiliary ingredients. They are not used in therapy when the body is predisposed to the development of allergies.

When applying the gel to weeping wounds, short-term discomfort may occur. They disappear a few minutes after absorption of the drug. If the burning sensation persists for a long time, then the drug is canceled.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

While carrying a child, a woman may experience problems with veins in her legs. Venous insufficiency is included in the list of indications for the use of Solcoseryl ointment, but it is not used during pregnancy.

The drug is prohibited for use in any trimester due to the lack of confirmation of its safety.

Application in childhood

Solcoseryl ointment is prescribed by dermatologists to children only if it is impossible to replace it with a safer analogue. The pharmacological action of the drug has not been fully studied, and there are no data on pharmacokinetics. Solcoseryl ointment is not used in the treatment of children under one year old. Treatment of an older child is carried out under strict medical supervision. Tablets and parenteral solutions are not intended for the treatment of children under 18 years of age.

Dosage and administration

At the initial stage of treatment of abrasions, cuts or cracks, a thin layer of gel is applied to them 2-3 times a day. After the formation of young healthy tissues, the ointment is applied twice a day until the skin is completely restored. The duration of the therapeutic course is from 1 to 3 weeks.

Treatment of ulcers, extensive burns or eczema is carried out according to a slightly different algorithm:
  • a thin layer of gel is evenly distributed on the wound surface;
  • apply ointment along the edges of the wound, trying not to affect healthy areas of the skin.

It is used after the removal of the gel a few days later until the patient's final recovery. Ointment Solcoseryl for application to the mucous membranes of the nose is used for 1-2 weeks twice a day.

drug interaction

Solcoseryl gel is combined with all pharmacological preparations. There were no cases of its interaction with other medicines.

special instructions

Cream (gel) Solcoseryl should not be applied to wounds that have not been previously treated with antiseptic solutions. If its use does not accelerate wound healing within 14-20 days, then you should consult a doctor. It is also worth doing with the development of allergies or suppuration of tissues.

Solcoseryl ointment is a popular medication. This drug is used both in therapeutic practice and in cosmetology. Before using this drug, it is important to carefully read its contraindications and negative consequences, which may well arise.

Ointment Solcoseryl - composition

This drug is made from the blood serum of dairy calves. Before using it, proteins are removed from it using hemodialysis. What Solcoseryl composition has directly depends on the form of release of the drug. For external use, it is produced in the form of a gel or ointment. The first option contains the following additional substances:

  4. In case of an increase in body temperature after applying the ointment, stop using the ointment and contact your doctor immediately.
  5. In case of serious skin damage, simultaneously with applications, intramuscular or intravenous injections are made with the drug of the same name.

Solcoseryl from wrinkles

To achieve the desired effect, the drug must be used in a normalized manner. Before using the medication, you need to thoroughly cleanse your face and slightly steam it. Do not use Solcoseryl ointment in cosmetology for wrinkles in the area around the eyes or mouth. In the fight against age-related changes, the drug can be used in the form of a rejuvenating mask.

Ointment Solcoseryl for the face from wrinkles

Ingredients:

  • drug - 5 g;
  • Dimexide - 1 part;
  • water - 10 parts.

Preparation, application

  1. Chilled boiled water is mixed with Dimexide. Wash your face with this solution.
  2. Cover the skin with a thick layer of ointment and leave for an hour. Periodically spray your face with water to prevent the mask from drying out.
  3. Remove the drug with a moistened cotton pad and rinse the skin with water at room temperature.
  4. Cover the face with a nourishing cream.
  5. Such procedures are recommended to be carried out in the evening hours. The course consists of 10 sessions. Procedures should be done twice or thrice a week. If necessary, after 3 months, the anti-aging course is repeated.

Solcoseryl for acne

The opinions of experts about the advisability of using this drug in the fight against this cosmetic problem differ. Some respond positively to the effects of the drug, while others negatively. However, it is important to remember to take precautions. If the subcutaneous acne is immature, at best, the use of the ointment will not bring the desired result, at worst, the inflammation will intensify and move to healthy skin.

Solcoseryl in cosmetology is used in the treatment of purulent acne, but only after the exudate comes out. The ointment is applied pointwise to the inflamed areas 3-4 times a day until the problem disappears. It is quickly absorbed, leaving only a greasy film on the surface. It is impossible to make masks from Solcoseryl for acne, as the pores will become clogged, which will worsen the skin condition

Solcoseryl from post-acne

This drug contains components that improve metabolism in tissue cells and enhance regeneration. For this reason, Solcoseryl for the face can be used as an effective remedy for spots and post-acne scars. To eliminate the problem, the drug is applied to cleansed skin pointwise 1-2 times a day. The treatment course varies from 1 to 2 months.

Solcoseryl for burns

Such a drug can be used at different stages of healing. In the first hours after tissue damage, the gel is more often used. The drug in this form of release has a light structure, so that the skin can breathe freely. After tightening the wound with a “young tissue”, they proceed to the second plan of therapy: Solcoseryl ointment is applied for burns. In this case, the drug creates a protective film on the surface. Healing with a mild degree of damage occurs within a week. With a more severe stage of the burn, it takes longer to tighten.

Solcoseryl from bedsores

At the initial stage of development of tissue necrosis, as well as with shallow wounds, it is recommended to apply the gel. Such a preparation does not contain fat, therefore it is quickly absorbed into the problem area and is easily washed off. With healing dry (not bleeding) wounds, an ointment is prescribed. In this case, Solcoseryl with bedsores creates a protective film on the surface that accelerates the process of tissue regeneration. In addition, this drug reduces pain.

Solcoseryl ointment in gynecology

This drug is effectively used in the treatment of female diseases. More often they are used for thrush, vulvitis, colpitis. In this case, Solcoseryl ointment or gel is applied to a swab and inserted into the vagina. The duration of therapy depends on the stage of the disease and the general condition of the woman. In each case, it is determined individually. In addition, Solcoseryl is prescribed for balanoposthitis. If the damage is reversible, the use of the drug gives good results.

Description of the dosage form

Solcoseryl gel: homogeneous, almost colorless transparent gel of dense consistency.
Solcoseryl ointment: homogeneous, greasy, easily distributed mass from white to yellowish.

pharmachologic effect

Wound healing, angioprotective, membrane stabilizing, regenerating, cytoprotective, antihypoxic.
Solcoseryl is a deproteinized hemodialysate containing a wide range of low molecular weight components of the cell mass and blood serum of dairy calves with a molecular weight of 5000 D, the properties of which are currently only partially studied by chemical and pharmacological methods.
In in vitro tests, as well as in preclinical and clinical studies, it was found that Solcoseryl:
- increases reparative and regenerative processes;
- contributes to the activation of aerobic metabolic processes and oxidative phosphorylation;
- increases oxygen consumption in vitro and stimulates the transport of glucose into cells under hypoxic conditions and into metabolically depleted cells;
- increases collagen synthesis (in vitro);
- stimulates cell proliferation and migration (in vitro).

The ointment has a uniform oily texture, the color can vary from rich white to yellow, with a characteristic smell of broth and vaseline oil.

The active components of solcoseryl include deproteinized (removal of proteins) hemoderivat from the blood of 3-month-old calves at a concentration of 2.07 mg/g. Auxiliary components are represented by methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (preservatives), palmitic alcohol (emulsifier), white petrolatum (ointment base), water for injection (dry dialysate dissolution).

The analogue of the drug is Actovegin ointment. These drugs appeared on the pharmaceutical market almost simultaneously and differ only in the manufacturer and price.

The main active ingredient of solcoseryl is deproteinized hemoderivate, which is obtained by dialysis and subsequent ultrafiltration. During the production process, high molecular weight proteins are removed (deproteinization). This is a complex compound, including natural low molecular weight substances with a molecular weight of up to 5000 Da.

Such a unique composition cannot be reproduced in the laboratory. Basically, these are electrolytes, amino acids, nucleotides, nucleosides. The effectiveness of only some of these substances has been described and proven from a pharmacological point of view. However, in vitro tests have proven the effectiveness of solcoseryl in the treatment of damaged tissues and wound surfaces.

Indications for use

Ointment Solcoseryl promotes active tissue regeneration, healing of microtraumas, enriches skin cells with oxygen. It is also a powerful stimulant of metabolism in tissues and neutralizes the effects of metabolic disorders in the body. The ointment successfully helps to eliminate dryness in the nose and cracked lips. In addition, the drug is also prescribed for:

  • calluses;
  • hemorrhoidal fissures;
  • injuries caused by frostbite and thermal burns;
  • dermatological diseases, in particular - psoriasis, seborrhea, eczema and skin allergies;
  • for treatment of the skin surface after removal of benign formations - warts, papillomas, moles;
  • treatment of sores in chicken pox;
  • for the treatment of wet wounds and open ulcers.

They can manifest as a slight skin dermatitis - redness, itching, blistering may appear, as with urticaria. Side effects of Solcoseryl pass quickly and arise due to intolerance to the components of the drug. It is also advisable to avoid the use of the ointment during pregnancy and during breastfeeding, it should be carried out under the supervision of a physician.

Very rarely, urticaria, itching, redness, and marginal dermatitis appear at the site of application of Solcoseryl. If such allergic reactions occur, it is recommended to stop using the ointment and consult a doctor to replace the drug.

Solcoseryl is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the ointment. It is also recommended to use it with caution in patients prone to allergies.

Women appreciated the effect of the drug on the condition of the skin, although the instructions do not contain instructions for the use of solcoseryl for the face. Based on it, recipes for many masks have been created that effectively even out skin tone, promote the healing of microtraumas, and Solcoseryl helps to get rid of wrinkles.

Cosmetologists explain the effectiveness of solcoseryl as a cosmetic product by the pharmacological action of the drug. Stimulation of cell metabolism, collagen synthesis and activation of tissue repair allow the use of Solcoseryl to combat wrinkles.

However, there are no studies that would confirm its effectiveness, which does not prevent the use of the drug in beauty salons and at home as part of a variety of face masks. Women consider the safety and low cost of procedures to be an indisputable advantage of cosmetics with the addition of solcoseryl.

Cosmetologists say that Solcoseryl ointment moisturizes and nourishes the skin, promotes healing of small cracks and saturation of cells with oxygen. The ointment is mixed with a nourishing cream in a ratio of 1: 1 and the mixture is applied to the skin of the face twice a week at night. Solcoseryl can be used undiluted as a face mask. The ointment is applied to the skin for 1.5 hours, after which it is washed off with warm water.

The ointment is especially effective as a lip balm. To do this, solcoseryl is mixed with your favorite balm and applied to the skin of the lips. This tool helps to quickly restore damaged skin.

Solcoseryl in ampoules is indicated for patients who have been diagnosed with peripheral arterial occlusive disease of the third or fourth degree according to the Fontaine classification and who have contraindications or intolerance to other vasoactive drugs.

It is also prescribed to patients with chronic venous insufficiency, which is accompanied by the formation of therapy-resistant trophic ulcers, as well as to patients with impaired cerebral metabolism.

The use of ointment and jelly is advisable for the treatment of minor injuries (for example, abrasions or cuts), frostbite, burns of I and II degrees (thermal or solar), wounds that are difficult to heal (for example, trophic skin disorders of venous etiology or bedsores).

  • for the treatment of mechanical injuries and erosive lesions of the cornea of the eye and conjunctiva;
  • to accelerate the healing process of postoperative scars in the postoperative period (for example, after corneal transplants, removal operations cloudy lens, surgical treatment of glaucoma etc.);
  • for treatment burns of the cornea of the eye different nature of origin (thermal, chemical or radiation);
  • for treatment ulcerative lesions of the cornea of the eye and keratitis of various etiologies;
  • at dystrophic lesions of the cornea various etiologies, including but not limited to neuroparalytic keratitis, endothelial epithelial dystrophy (bullous keratopathy) etc.;
  • for treatment corneal xerophthalmiawith lagophathalmos(non-closure of the palpebral fissure);
  • to improve the portability of contact lenses and reduce the time of adaptation to them.

The drug in the form of a dragee is taken to treat trophic and radiation ulcers, bedsores, gangrene, and chronic venous insufficiency. They are also prescribed for patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers and for patients who require a skin and / or cornea transplant procedure.

The introduction of the solution is contraindicated in patients who have established hypersensitivity to calf blood dialysates. Also, the solution is contraindicated in atopy and persons allergic to milk.

Since the ointment, jelly and solution contain derivatives of parahydroxybenzoic acid, which are used as preservatives, as well as trace concentrations of free form benzoic acid, it is not used in the presence of allergic reactions to the above substances.

With caution, ointment and jelly are prescribed to persons with a predisposition to allergic reactions.

A contraindication to the appointment of an eye gel is hypersensitivity to its components. Since the ophthalmic gel can provoke a temporary deterioration in vision, within half an hour after its use, you should not drive a car and operate potentially dangerous mechanisms.

Solcoseryl ointment: instructions for use

From this article you will learn:

  • what helps Solcoseryl ointment,
  • indications and schemes of application,
  • Solcoseryl ointment - reviews, price 2019,
  • application in cosmetology from wrinkles.

Solcoseryl ointment is a drug of the “tissue regeneration stimulants” group, which is designed to accelerate the healing of skin lesions. Unlike Solcoseryl in the form of a gel or dental paste, the ointment is used only for external use, i.e. exclusively on the skin and the red border of the lips.

The drug is produced by the pharmaceutical company "Meda Pharma" (Switzerland). The ointment has no age restrictions, and is not contraindicated for use in lactating and pregnant women. The ointment is a homogeneous, greasy mass of white color, which has a characteristic smell of vaseline and meat broth (the latter is associated with production technology).

Indications for the use of the drug:

  • abrasions, scratches and cuts of the skin,
  • solar or thermal skin burn (1-2 degrees),
  • frostbite,
  • the presence of trophic ulcers and bedsores,
  • dry, crusted sores on the skin and red border of the lips.

Also, some patients try to use Solcoseryl anti-wrinkle ointment for cosmetic purposes. There is a certain logic in this, because. the active substances of the drug really promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and enhance their activity. We will dwell on this aspect of the application in more detail in the “Reviews” section.

Important: please note that the instructions for use on Solcoseryl ointment contain clear instructions that the drug can be used to heal wounds on the skin - only if the surface of the wound is dry and it does not have a wet discharge (exudate, ichor). To accelerate the healing of fresh wounds that are not yet covered with granulations / crusts, as well as having a wet discharge, Solcoseryl should be used in the form of a gel.

We also draw your attention to the fact that despite the fact that all forms of Solcoseryl (ointment, gel and dental paste) - although they have a similar list of active ingredients, the ointment form of this drug should not be used on the oral mucosa. This is due to the fact that the fatty substance of the ointment is poorly fixed on the wet mucous membrane and is instantly swallowed. To accelerate the healing of the oral mucosa, it is better to use Solcoseryl dental paste.

For Solcoseryl ointment, the price in a pharmacy will be from 370 rubles (for 2019). The drug is available in aluminum tubes of 20 g. It is available in pharmacies without a prescription.

Ointment Solcoseryl: composition

Analysis of the composition - the main and only active component of this drug is deproteinized dialysate from the blood of dairy calves.

This substance is very rich in low molecular weight organic compounds - amino acids, glycolipids, as well as oligopeptides and nucleosides. All these components, acting on damaged tissues, accelerate the healing processes in them.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with: The use of the drug solcoseryl for gums and oral cavity in dentistry Heals and anesthetizes

Studies have shown that the rate of regeneration with the use of this drug increases by about 30%.

They are E 218 and E 216 (methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate), which can be attributed to the class of parabens.

You need to pay attention to this point if you have allergic reactions to cosmetics or oral hygiene products, or if there is an increased allergy in general.

Solcoseryl: analogues

In Russian pharmacies for Solcoseryl, there are very few analogues, and only two forms of Solcoseryl have direct analogues - in injections and tablets. This drug is called Actovegin - it is available in 200 mg tablets (50 pcs.

in a package, the price is about 1,500 rubles), as well as in the form of a solution for injection (5 ampoules of 40 mg / ml cost from 550 rubles). There are no analogues with exactly the same or even similar composition in Solcoseryl in the form of a gel or dental paste.

However, there are drugs that also accelerate wound healing, although they have a completely different composition.

These include drugs such as Olazol and Vinizol (in the form of aerosols), the advantage of which is that they not only accelerate wound healing, but also have both antimicrobial and analgesic effects (therefore, such drugs are more suitable for infected wounds, and here is Solcoseryl, which does not have an antimicrobial effect - it can only be applied to clean wounds).

Pharmacological action of the drug - as we said above: the active substance of the ointment is deproteinized (devoid of protein) hemodialysate, which contains a spectrum of low molecular weight components of the cell mass and blood serum of dairy calves. Clinical studies have shown that Solcoseryl ointment, having such a composition, has a wound healing, regenerating, antihypoxic, membrane stabilizing, angioprotective, cytoprotective effect on damaged tissues.

In simple terms, this means that the drug has the following properties -

  • accelerates wound healing (by about 30%),
  • stimulates the proliferation of fibroblasts responsible for collagen synthesis,
  • stimulates collagen synthesis in young growing tissues,
  • activates metabolic processes in cells (increases oxygen consumption by cells, stimulates the transport of glucose into cells), which together allows damaged body cells to regenerate and recover faster.

Solcoseryl ointment should be applied in a thin layer directly to the wound surface 2-3 times a day.

Before applying the ointment, the wound must be treated with an antiseptic solution using a clean gauze swab moistened with an antiseptic solution.

After that, you need to wait until the wound dries up, and apply the ointment. As antiseptics, you can use 3% hydrogen peroxide, or antiseptic solutions -

Important: remember that you can not apply the ointment to infected wounds, as well as fresh wounds with wet discharge! For wet wounds, Solcoseryl-gel can be used, and after the wound dries up and becomes covered with granulations or crusts, it is already possible to switch to the ointment form of Solcoseryl. The latter, in addition, contains fatty components that will form a protective film on the wound surface.

After applying the ointment (if necessary), the wound can be covered with a gauze bandage. The use of the ointment should continue until its complete epithelialization. If the wound has healed with the formation of scar tissue, then in order to reduce the scar and make it more elastic, it makes sense to immediately start using a special cream for scars and scars.

On Solcoseryl ointment reviews show that it really allows you to speed up wound healing.

This is especially important for older patients, with metabolic disorders and other conditions where the normal rate of healing of injured tissues may be reduced.

The main guarantee of good reviews is not to apply the ointment to wet and / or infected wounds, and also always carry out an antiseptic treatment of the wound before applying it. For wet wounds (as we said above) - the form of Solcoseryl in the form of a gel is suitable.

Sometimes patients use Solcoseryl facial ointment for cosmetic purposes to get rid of wrinkles.

The logic here is clear - since the drug increases the proliferation and activity of fibroblasts and leads to an increase in collagen production in damaged skin tissues (in wounds), then its regular use should probably lead to an increase in collagen production in healthy, intact skin.

However, when using Solcoseryl ointment for wrinkles, reviews of cosmetologists indicate the absence of a rejuvenating effect.

The fact is that the drug affects the production of collagen and the proliferation of fibroblasts exclusively where the skin tissue has been damaged.

As soon as the process of tissue repair ends (and the young granulation tissue that has arisen at the site of damage turns into a mature connective tissue), the effect of the drug stops.

However, long-term use of Solcoseryl ointment for the face (given the content of fatty substance in it) may allow you to moisturize the skin, making it a little more elastic.

But this does not occur due to an increase in the content of collagen, but due to the fatty film on the surface of the skin, which prevents the evaporation of moisture and therefore makes the skin a little more hydrated.

To stimulate collagen production in aging skin, the following 2 types of agents are most effective (see links below for arguments and clinical studies) -

  • products with retinoids
  • fractional lasers.

The only contraindication to use is the presence of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug. There are no contraindications depending on the age of the ointment, as well as contraindications for use during pregnancy and lactation.

However, if you have a predisposition to allergic reactions (especially to cosmetics or oral hygiene products), you should use this drug with caution.

An allergic reaction to Solcoseryl ointment usually develops as urticaria or dermatitis. If an allergy occurs, the drug should be discontinued.

Please note that when applying the ointment, a short-term burning sensation may appear (this is absolutely normal), but if the burning sensation does not go away, then the ointment must be washed off and further use of the drug should be abandoned.

special instructions

  • Solcoseryl-ointment should not be applied to contaminated infected wounds, because. the drug does not contain antimicrobial components. Also, the ointment is not suitable for treating wounds with a wet discharge (here you need the form of Solcoseryl in the form of a gel).
  • If near the site of application of the ointment you have pain, swelling, redness, a fistula with discharge, and an increase in body temperature, you should immediately consult your doctor, because. these are the first symptoms of purulent inflammation.
  • If against the background of the use of the drug you do not have wound healing (somewhere around 2 weeks) - you need to urgently consult a doctor, because. this may indicate the presence of a benign or malignant tumor. We hope that our article on the topic: What is Solcoseryl ointment used for, treatment regimens - turned out to be useful to you!

Side effects

The pharmacological properties of the drug are not fully understood. However, during the studies, it was proved that solcoseryl has the following properties:

    with oxygen deficiency, its delivery to damaged cells is ensured;

    transfer of glucose in metabolic disorders;

    is a catalyst for the formation of intracellular ATP;

    provides storage in mitochondria of energy formed during the transformation of nutrients;

    supports cells under nutritional deficiency by supplying high-energy phosphates;

    prevents or prevents atypical changes with minor cell damage;

    "starts" the process of natural restoration of cells and tissues;

    activates the proliferation (division and formation) of fibroblasts that form the framework of connective fibers, and the formation of collagen threads in the walls of blood vessels.

The ointment has found wide application in cosmetology, gynecology, ophthalmology, and dentistry.

The main indications for the use of the drug

    small skin lesions in the form of abrasions;

    burns (except chemical) of the 1st-2nd degree, which occur without the formation of exudate;

    frostbite of the 1st-2nd degree in the absence of weeping of the wound;

    psoriasis;

    to eliminate dry calluses, corns;

    to prevent the formation of scars after laser removal of warts or moles;

  • atopic and seborrheic dermatitis;
  • "zaedah" in the corners of the mouth;
  • drying of the nasal mucosa;

    in the treatment of wounds that do not heal well, including trophic ulcers and bedsores, after removal of dead tissue.

As a rule, a gel with solcoseryl is first applied to treat the wound surface with exudate separation. After the first signs of wound granulation appear, therapy is continued with the drug in the form of an ointment.

In pharmacies, 2 forms of the drug are presented, intended for external topical use. How do they differ and is it necessary to pay attention to such nuances?

The main differences between the forms are due to auxiliary substances. So, solcoseryl gel does not include fatty bases, which is why it is quickly washed off with warm water and removed from the skin surface. Due to this, it is the gel form that stimulates the formation of granulation tissue and the elimination of wound exudate.

When the wound dries up and signs of granulation appear, it will be more correct to use the ointment. The fatty base of the drug forms a protective film on the surface of the wound, so the healing process is much faster. In addition, Solcoseryl ointment softens the surface of the wound, thereby avoiding the appearance of scars and other skin defects.

Solcoseryl are drugs that affect mainly the metabolic processes in tissues. They activate the processes of tissue metabolism, improve trophism and stimulate the repair and regeneration of tissues in case of exposure to damaging factors.

Solcoseryl in injection form belongs to the pharmacotherapeutic group “Hemodialysates and hemofiltrates”, ointment and jelly - to the category of drugs used to treat wounds and ulcers (including poorly healing ones), gel - to the category of drugs used to treat ophthalmic diseases.

The introduction of Solcoseryl in / in or / m in very rare cases (their frequency does not exceed 0.1%) provokes the development of allergic or anaphylactic reactions, which are most likely caused by class E immunoglobulins.

With an increase in body temperature, the appearance of urticaria, edema and hyperemia at the injection site, the use of Solcoseryl is stopped, and symptomatic treatment is prescribed to eliminate the symptoms that appear.

Since the solution contains potassium, its administration can provoke pain at the injection site.

When using Solcoseryl cream, a short-term burning sensation may be felt at the site of its application. Cancellation of the drug is required only in cases where the unpleasant sensation does not disappear for a long period of time.

In isolated cases, the use of jelly and ointment can cause the development of allergic reactions. If symptoms of allergy appear, the use of these drugs should be discontinued.

Toxicological studies of Solcoseryl ophthalmic gel showed the high safety of this drug when used as directed in accordance with the instructions.

After instillation of the drug, there may be a short-term burning sensation and mild irritation, which are not a reason to stop treatment. Repeated instillations in rare cases provoke the development of allergic reactions (a similar effect is also observed in the treatment of other ophthalmic preparations for topical use).

The eye gel is allowed to be used in combination with most of the means used in ophthalmology.

The solution should be used with caution with drugs that increase the content of potassium in the blood.

Solcoseryl in ampoules is incompatible with preparations intended for parenteral administration of Ginkgo biloba, Naftidrofuryl (Naftidrofurylum) and Bencyclane fumarate (Bencyclane fumarate).

From acne, scars and scars

The drug is used to eliminate the consequences of scars, cuts, postoperative scars. Well suited for wound healing after the removal of moles and warts. Solcoseryl is also effective in the treatment of acne. Apply the drug daily to the damaged area of the body - topically.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

The main component of Solcoseryl preparations is the blood fractions of calves with natural low molecular weight substances included in their composition, the molecular weight of which does not exceed 5 thousand daltons.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with: How to reduce tonsils in the throat in an adult

To date, its properties have been studied only in part. In vitro tests, as well as preclinical and clinical studies, have shown that calf blood extract:

  • contributes to the restoration and/or maintenance aerobic metabolism and processes of oxidative phosphorylation, and also ensures the replenishment of cells that do not receive sufficient nutrition with high-energy phosphates;
  • in vitro enhances oxygen utilization and activates glucose transport in those suffering from hypoxia and metabolically depleted tissues and cells;
  • contributes to the improvement reparation and regeneration processes in damaged tissues that do not receive adequate nutrition;
  • hinder development or reduce the severity secondary degradation and pathological changesin reversibly damaged cells and cellular systems;
  • in in vitro models activates collagen synthesis;
  • has a stimulating effect on proliferation (multiplication) of cells and them migration(in in vitro models).

Thus, Solcoseryl protects tissues that are in a state of oxygen starvation and nutritional deficiency, accelerates the processes of their recovery and healing.

Solcoseryl eye gel is a dosage form that was developed specifically for the treatment of damage to the stroma of the cornea.

The gel-like consistency of the product ensures its uniform distribution on the cornea, and good adhesive properties allow it to remain on it for a long period of time. The use of eye gel accelerates the restoration of damaged tissues and prevents their scarring.

The rate and extent of absorption, distribution, as well as the rate and route of excretion of the active substance from the patient's body cannot be determined using conventional pharmacokinetic methods, since the protein-free calf blood extract has pharmacodynamic effects that are characteristic of molecules with different chemical and physical properties.

In the process of studying the pharmacokinetic characteristics of Solcoseryl solution in animals, it was found that after a bolus injection, the effect of the drug develops within half an hour. The effect persists for three hours after the administration of the solution.

Solcoseryl from wrinkles

Solcoseryl helps fight the signs of aging and fatigue, as it is a wonderful tool for eliminating wrinkles. The use of Solcoseryl ointment can be an equivalent replacement for many cosmetic procedures and expensive cosmetics.

In addition, it improves complexion, relieves circles under the eyes and visibly tightens the skin, making it elastic, the ointment promotes cell renewal by ensuring the production of collagen. Solcoseryl improves blood circulation, giving clarity to the contour of the face.

In the treatment of hemorrhoids

The frequency of use of the drug in this disease is 2 times a day. It is necessary to use Solcoseryl ointment for hemorrhoids in a complex composition with other medicines. Solcoseryl improves blood circulation, promotes tissue regeneration in the vessels of the rectum and is a powerful stimulant of tissue metabolism. Apply the ointment regularly in circular motions.

Solcoseryl ointment belongs to the group of over-the-counter drugs. Therefore, it is not difficult to purchase it in a pharmacy. In addition, the price of solcoseryl is quite low, about 260 rubles.

Given the effectiveness of solcoseryl and a fairly wide scope, the drug should be in every first aid kit. However, you should first consult with your doctor, because any self-treatment should be primarily responsible!

Stomatitis

The drug has a wide area of use in the dental field. But when eliminating wounds in the oral cavity, it is better to use a gel. It is suitable for the treatment and prevention of stomatitis and other diseases, in particular, Solcoseryl paste is indispensable after tooth extraction. For this, it is necessary to use the medicine daily, applying a cotton swab dipped in the preparation to the damaged area with a frequency of 2 or 3 times a day. The use of Solcoseryl for the treatment of gums is also very effective.

Face mask with Solcoseryl ointment and dimexide

The use of Solcoseryl in conjunction with Dimexide is an excellent alternative to salon cosmetic procedures - this contributes to significant rejuvenation. This mask has anti-inflammatory properties, while giving the skin elasticity. For a visible improvement in complexion and getting rid of wrinkles, Solcoseryl can be applied as an independent remedy once every 3 months.

Mask recipe with Dimexide:

  1. Dilute Solcoseryl and Dimexide in a ratio of 1:10. Soak a cotton swab in Dimexide and wipe your face with it.
  2. Apply a pre-prepared mixture of two preparations on the face. Avoid contact with eyes.
  3. Wait 1 hour and remove the mass from the face with a cotton swab.
  4. After that, rinse your face with water, and to soften the skin, apply a face cream.
  5. If you need to improve the effectiveness of the mask (as a rule, this is required for very problematic skin), then make it, leaving it on your face all night.

special instructions

It is necessary to store the ointment at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees. The shelf life of this drug is 5 years. It should be applied to pre-disinfected skin.

At the slightest manifestation of an allergic reaction (itching, burning, redness), Solcoserine should be discontinued. If any discharge and pain appear in the places where the ointment is applied, then you should consult a doctor.

Studies on the safety of the use of Solcoseryl solution for the treatment of children have not been conducted, so the drug is not recommended for the treatment of children under the age of 18 years.

Experience in the treatment of children with the use of ophthalmic gel and topical dosage forms of the drug is also limited.

Solcoseryl in ampoules should be administered separately from other drugs (it is especially incompatible with phytoextracts). The exceptions are isotonic 0.9% NaCl solution and 5% glucose solution. It is also not recommended to dilute the agent in potassium-containing solutions for infusion.

Eye gels are characterized by the ability to stick to contact lenses, so it is recommended to stop wearing lenses during treatment with the drug.

In the event of allergic reactions associated with the use of the drug, they should be reported to your doctor immediately. If the drug is used to treat an infectious disease of the cornea, therapy is supplemented by the appointment of appropriate antimicrobial agents.

Contact of the gel with soft contact lenses should be avoided as it may discolour them.

If necessary, treatment with Solcoseryl can be supplemented with antibacterial, vasodilator and other drugs.

In medicine, Solcoseryl preparations are used to accelerate the healing of damaged skin, while in home cosmetology they are used as a remedy for acne, stretch marks, and wrinkles. They are used to soften the skin, increase its turgor, improve complexion and eliminate acne marks.

Ointment in cosmetology can be used as an independent remedy (it is applied pointwise to problem areas, in the form of a mask once a week at bedtime and two to three times a week on the skin around the eyes), and in combination with other means, in particular, with the drug Dimexide. Consider how these drugs are used together.

For the face, Dimexide and Solcoseryl are used as follows: a solution of Dimexide with water, prepared in a ratio of 1:10 (enough dilute 5 ml (teaspoon) of Dimexide in 50 ml of water); until the agent has had time to be absorbed, Solcoseryl ointment is applied to it with a thick layer.

If a gel is used in cosmetology, then the mask should be periodically sprayed with thermal water (you can also use ordinary water through a spray bottle). The mask is left on the face for about half an hour or an hour, then washed off and a light hypoallergenic cream is applied to the skin.

According to women who have tried this mask recipe on themselves, Solcoseryl ointment for the face is more comfortable than gel (after applying it, you can not wash it off, just remove the remnants with a napkin). In addition, a mask with a gel is not recommended to be used more than once a month.

Used as a remedy for wrinkles around the eyes, Solcoseryl ointment has established itself as a very effective remedy. Applying it like a regular cream, after a week you can see that the number of wrinkles and wrinkles has decreased, the skin has tightened and smoothed, and its color has become fresher and healthier.

Dimexide and Solcoseryl from wrinkles are no less, and perhaps even more effective. This is due to the ability of Dimexide to enhance the penetration of the active substance of drugs deep into the tissues. After using these products in combination, irregularities and skin imperfections disappear, and the effect of the mask is comparable to the effect of Botox.

The gel and ointment can also be used to soften rough skin on the elbows and heels. It is best to apply them to problem areas before going to bed.

Actovegin or Solcoseryl: which is better? What is the difference between drugs?

At the initial stage of treatment, the gel is more effective due to its rapid absorption, and its rubbing in causes less pain due to its shorter duration. To accelerate the healing and formation of the epithelium, Solcoseryl ointment is best used after a course of gel application. The main thing between these forms of release is that the ointment has a greasy consistency, which can be inconvenient in the treatment of ophthalmic and dental diseases.

To accelerate the healing of skin lesions and burns, two categories of agents are used. The most popular with us so far are panthenol-containing ointments, gels with sprays, which are obtained from vitamin-like substances. Preparations with similar properties, but obtained from organic cells of animal origin, are various forms of Solcoseryl.

Their advantage compared to the first ones: increased collagen production at the site of application (may help with fine wrinkles) and stimulation of the formation of a microcapillary network. The disadvantage is that it is undesirable to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, since the studies conducted so far are not enough to unambiguously assess the safety of use during these periods.

The most popular forms of the Solcoseryl brand remain ointment or gel. The main substance in them is the same - protein-free hemodialysate obtained from the blood serum of calves and has regenerative properties. Both forms are produced in tubes of 20 g in a Swiss pharmaceutical company, which specializes mainly in the manufacture of cosmetic medicines.

There are only two differences between the gel and Solcoseryl ointment:

  1. the concentration of the main substance in the same amount of the drug
  2. a set of auxiliary components that ensure the nature of the action of the main

In the gel, the amount of dialysate is 2 times more - 10% versus 5% in the ointment. It does not contain a fatty base, penetrates well and quickly into the skin and is soluble in water (easy to rinse off). The ointment contains white petroleum jelly, which, after application, creates a protective film on the surface and slows down absorption, allowing for a longer reparative effect at the site of damage.

In general, this means that Solcoseryl gel is best used immediately after cleaning and disinfecting the wound before it dries out, applying a thin layer 2 or 3 times a day, or with trophic ulcers. Rapid absorption of the main substance in double concentration and the absence of unnecessary additives will accelerate granulation and the formation of the primary surface.

It is desirable to apply the ointment at the next stages of healing (after the formation of granulation tissue), as soon as the damage or burn stops “getting wet” 1 or 2 times a day. Five percent of the dialysate content is already enough here, and the fat layer will prevent excessive drying and the formation of a high scar. If necessary, a bandage can be applied on top.

Comparison tableOintment Gel

The only contraindication for both forms is the occurrence of local allergic reactions, therefore, before the first application, it is advisable to check the effect on a healthy area of \u200b\u200bthe skin. During pregnancy and lactation only with the permission of a doctor.

For the price, the gel form of Solcoseryl will cost about 20% more profitable.

These drugs are stimulants of tissue regeneration, but they are most widely used in neurology for diseases of the brain. These are analogous drugs (generics are drugs with the same active ingredient), which differ only in the manufacturer and some forms of release. Actovegin is produced by the Austrian company Nycomed, Solcoseryl is produced by the Valeant company in Switzerland.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with: Gel for local anesthesia of the skin. The best ointments in cosmetology, surgery, dentistry. Names and prices

This is a universal non-hormonal remedy for restoring the skin after various mechanical and thermal damage. The gel is applied immediately after an injury, when damaged capillaries begin to exudate. Ointment is most often used at the stage of epithelialization of damage.

Soloxeril effectively fights damage to the skin.

The product is based on an extract of calf blood, freed from protein compounds. In addition to the active component (deproteinized dialysate), the composition of the ointment includes:

  • cetyl alcohol;
  • white vaseline;
  • cholesterol;
  • water.

Gel complement:

  • calcium lactate;
  • propylene glycol;
  • sodium carboxymethylcellulose;
  • water.

The drug helps with burns, trophic skin lesions, scratches, abrasions, acne, bedsores and other problems that occur on the skin. In addition, indications for the use of the remedy are corns, psoriasis, post-acne, dermatitis. It is used in the treatment of hemorrhoids for the healing of anal fissures.

The appointment of the drug and the determination of the duration of treatment should be done by a doctor. In accordance with the recommendation for the use of drugs, they are used only externally. A small amount should be evenly distributed over the affected areas.

Most often, the drug does not cause allergic reactions and side effects. Contraindication to use is individual intolerance to any component of the drug.

Since the composition is somewhat different, the immunity of any one form is possible. At the same time, the other will be perceived calmly. In rare cases, a rash, itching, redness, and marginal dermatitis may appear at the site of application.

In this situation, you must stop using the tool.

During pregnancy and while breastfeeding, the medicine should be used carefully and only after consulting a specialist.

The treatment regimen may include analogues of Solcoseryl. Most often, Actovegin is prescribed, which effectively fights burns, ulcers and various wounds, regardless of their etiology.

Regardless of the form in which the drug is released, its effect on damaged surfaces is the same: the components protect tissue cells, saturate them with oxygen, stimulate regenerative and reparative processes, activate the formation of new tissue cells and the formation of collagen compounds.

Both forms of the drug have the same effect on the affected tissues.

similarity

Both forms of the drug have the same effect on the affected tissues. The method of applying the ointment and gel is also similar: they are applied to the affected areas, previously treated with an antiseptic, 1-2 times a day. The therapeutic effect is based on a single active component. With a strong lesion, the imposition of a medical application is permissible.

Differences

The difference between the drugs lies in the concentration of the active substance (there is more of it in the gel) and in the list of additional ingredients.

The preparations and scope differ. The basis of the gel is water, it does not contain fatty components, so the texture is lighter. Therapy of complex lesions should begin with the use of the gel.

It is most suitable for the treatment of weeping wounds, deep fresh injuries, accompanied by a wet discharge. The gel will help remove exudate and activate the formation of new connective tissue.

The ointment has a greasy and viscous texture.

What is cheaper

The cost depends on the form of release of the drug and the concentration of the active substance. The price of the ointment is 160-220 rubles. for a tube weighing 20 g. The cost of the same amount of gel ranges from 170 to 245 rubles.

The gel form is most effective in the treatment of trophic ulcers that do not heal for a long time, for example, diabetic foot.

Helps fight wounds that heal poorly, such as pressure sores, thermal or chemical burns.

The gel is applied until the top layer of the wound begins to dry out and heal. While there is purulent discharge in the wound, the application of the gel does not stop.

The ointment has a positive effect on metabolic processes in cells (saturates them with oxygen), accelerates recovery processes, improves blood circulation in the affected areas. Under its influence, wounds heal faster, scars are almost not formed. To obtain this effect, the ointment must be started after the healing of the upper layer and not stop treatment until complete recovery.

Under the influence of the ointment, wounds heal faster, scars are almost not formed.

For face

Ointment is used in cosmetology. Cetyl alcohol, which is part of its composition, is a derivative of coconut oil, which is often used in various cosmetics. Vaseline has a softening effect.

It has a beneficial effect on the skin, stimulates the regeneration and renewal of skin cells, normalizes the pH level, improves microcirculation, eliminates signs of fatigue and aging.

The most effective ointment as a lip balm.

From wrinkles

The ointment is often used to fight wrinkles. This is due to its ability to activate the process of regeneration and renewal. The active component of the product improves blood circulation. Regular use of the ointment allows not only to get rid of wrinkles, but also to improve the condition of the skin, tighten the contour of the face by activating the production of collagen.

The ointment is often used to fight wrinkles.

In dentistry

some diseases cause the formation of wounds and poorly healing ulcers in the oral cavity. in this situation, solcoseryl gum gel is used.

it accelerates the recovery of mucous membranes, saturates tissues with oxygen and useful substances, relieves swelling, heals damage. the active components of the gel activate the production of collagen in the soft tissues of the gums.

after its application, the gums are strengthened, less responsive to temperature changes.
