Fermented cabbage juice is often used in hair care. There are several ways to use it for these purposes: you either simply rub the liquid into the roots (it helps to give your hair shine, splendor and a healthy look), or prepare a mask suitable for the type of hair.

For example, for oily hair, once a week, you can use a mixture of one part of the brine and half the amount of honey and alcohol. The finished composition must be distributed over the entire length of the hair and wrapped under a cap, leaving for 20 minutes.
After this time, you can wash off the mask using your usual care products. To increase the shine of the hairline, two tablespoons of cabbage pickle must be mixed with the same amount of aloe juice and two tablespoons of burdock oil.

The result should be a viscous mixture, which is applied to the hair roots, leaving it under a cap for 20 minutes. You can wash off such a mask using regular shampoo and under running water. When creating a hair mask using sauerkraut brine, it is important to take into account the residual sour aroma, which will have to be “interrupted” by perfume.
