  • For 250 g gout - 50 g sorrel,

Pass the young leaves of the gout through a meat grinder along with white bread and boiled potatoes. Salt and pepper the resulting mass, add raw eggs and finely chopped parsley and celery. Divide into cutlets, breaded in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in butter. Serve sour cream with cutlets.

  • For 500 g of gout - 100 g of white bread,
  • 200 g potatoes

Boil the gout leaves with chopped carrots for 40-50 minutes, add the peeled zucchini and continue to cook until tender. Add mustard, vinegar and hot pepper to the cooled mass. When serving, sprinkle caviar with dill.

  • 400 g zucchini,
  • 80 g onions,
  • 40 g vegetable oil,
  • 80 g sweet pepper,
  • 8 g mustard
  • 120 g apple cider vinegar
