Poster on the theme of the appeal about the benefits of porridge. Research project “Bogatyrskaya porridge. Call to action

Posters surround us everywhere - we see them every day on the streets or in print media. This is mainly advertising and less often announcements of any events. A political poster appears in our field of vision immediately before the elections, when the campaigning begins, and therefore is quite rare. What should be a good poster? First of all, the poster should be informative. People need to instantly read the message - and the task of the designer is to present the idea of the poster in the most understandable way. And it doesn’t matter at all by what means this will be done - the main thing is that people immediately understand what they want to tell them.

As a rule, the design of a poster begins with the choice of its size. In this regard, there are no restrictions - a poster can be small, for example, A4 format, or vice versa, giant, the size of a house wall. Of course, there are certain size standards, but this is not a design issue, but a matter of the capabilities of typographic technology. Poster orientation can be either vertical or horizontal, but vertical orientation is most commonly used.

How do you tell a good poster from a bad one? This is, of course, a matter of taste, but a well-designed poster has some hallmarks. FreelanceToday brings you 10 signs of a good poster.

GOOD READABILITY

Let's say we have a poster that announces some upcoming event, such as a concert by a popular artist. The key information placed on the poster should be read from afar and attract people's attention. Accordingly, the text of the poster should have a visual hierarchy. If there is a lot of text, then there should be at least three hierarchical layers.

header. This is the most important and largest text design element. It should be contrasting with the background and typed in such a font that would be clearly distinguishable even from a long distance.

Details. What? Where? When? All such information is located at the second level of the hierarchy. The person who is interested in the poster will definitely want to get acquainted with the detailed information, so it must be presented in an understandable, but at the same time concise form. For the second level, a smaller font is used than in the heading, since this information does not need to be read from afar.

Small font. The third level contains additional information. Very often, small print is found on movie posters and advertising posters.

CONTRAST

Designers have only one opportunity to attract the attention of the viewer. Therefore, the poster should "cling". This can be achieved with the help of contrasting elements. On the web, you can make a pale illustration with a smooth gradient and fashionable thin fonts - this method is not suitable for a regular poster. The sharper the text or illustration contrasts with the background, the more noticeable the poster. When starting to design, you first need to decide on the contrast of the elements and constantly check it during work. If a designer is working on a color poster, you need to periodically check how it looks in grayscale - the contrast of the main elements should be clearly distinguishable in this mode as well.

SIZE AND LOCATION

Very often the designer knows in advance where his poster will be placed. Based on this information, he must correctly select the size of the poster. It is important that the message of the poster is not interfered with by various visual hindrances - it must occupy a dominant position. As for the color scheme, here you also need to proceed from the realities - if it is known that the poster will hang on a wall painted green, then it is better not to use shades close to green in the poster.

THE POSTER WORKS REGARDLESS OF SIZE

Very often, novice designers refuse tasks that require creating a large poster, say, 10 by 6 meters. For some reason, it seems to them that creating such a poster is much more difficult than some poster the size of an A4 sheet. This is a big misconception. If the poster is laid out correctly, it will look equally good regardless of size, and scaling does not affect it in any way. If a designer is commissioned to create a poster, which will then be used in advertising and will be released in a variety of sizes and formats (including digital), he should think first of all about the composition and the main idea and not worry about where it will be placed. his creation.

LARGE IMAGES

If an image is used in a poster, then it should take a dominant position, as well as in the case of text. The image should be clearly visible from afar, while it is very important to take care of the recognition of the image. It’s not worth complicating the visuals too much - you need to use as many elements as you need to convey the main idea. This principle applies to all types of posters, including movie posters, which can be overly detailed at times.

NEGATIVE SPACE

A poster is not a painting, so the designer just needs to work with free space. You should not strive to fill the entire poster - you need to "leave the air." There are several effective ways to increase the readability of a poster. For example, you can increase the spacing between letters. Tight kerning might look good on a postcard, but readability is still more important for a poster. If the letters are too close, then from afar the text becomes hard to distinguish, which is highly discouraged. You can also increase the distance between the lines - this will also benefit the poster.

CALL TO ACTION

The purpose of any poster is to get people to take some kind of action, such as attending a show, an exhibition, buying a product, or going to an election. The call to action is the most important, central element of the poster and the designer should give it the main attention. Unlike web design, graphics do not work interactively, so you cannot use its principles in a regular poster. A graphic designer has other tools to communicate a message to people and must make every effort to ensure that the call to action is clear at a glance.

UNUSUAL TYPOGRAPHY

A poster is exactly the genre where you can safely experiment with typography. Some of the most famous posters are made without the use of illustrations and graphic elements, and at the same time perfectly express the idea. Using high-quality typography will give the poster a personality - the main thing is that the designer does not overdo it. You should not use 10 fonts in one poster - the design will not improve from this. It is best to pay attention to the visual hierarchy and the use of negative space. The letters themselves carry a certain message and a proper understanding of the principles of typography will allow designers to create emotional and memorable posters.

HANDMADE

The advent of computer graphics clearly did not benefit the art of the poster. Previously, the designer worked with living materials and posters looked completely different than they do today. Today, the hallmark of a good poster is its execution technique. And it doesn't matter that the designer created it on a computer - if the poster has a soul and it looks like the designer drew it by hand - it's a good poster. Well, if the poster went to print as before, from a physical medium, this is generally wonderful.

Audacity

Any good poster is inherent in some outrageousness - this greatly enhances the emotional message. So do not be afraid to go beyond and use unusual elements in the poster. By breaking some established rules, the designer draws attention to the poster, and this is exactly what is needed.

CONCLUSION A: The poster is a very interesting type of graphics that allows designers to let their imagination run wild. It's also a great way to learn a new technique or improve your skills. Sometimes the creation of a poster is very difficult - after all, you need to convey the idea using a minimum of funds. But in any case, it's interesting - especially when the poster turned out to be successful and attract people's attention.

Original taken from artur_s in Helpful Hints

Yes, indeed, the best harmless and simple remedy for removing toxins from the body ... porridge!
This is a scientifically proven fact. Any cereal is, first of all, fiber with many different organic acids. It is they who attract, like a magnet, heavy metals, pesticides and other "garbage".
Moreover, almost all cereals have this property, but to varying degrees: some by 90%, others by 20%, since they contain acids with different properties. And the effectiveness of cleansing depends on how strongly they bind to harmful metals.
But there is one good pattern. First of all, especially toxic impurities are removed. For example, metals are displayed in the following sequence: lead, cadmium, copper, iron!
The best detoxifiers are oatmeal, buckwheat, millet and millet. Oatmeal contains many valuable proteins, phosphorus, iron and magnesium. And the last
there is so much in it that "hercules" can be called a means to maintain
blood pressure, mental balance and bone strength.

And buckwheat is rich in pectin, which improves digestion, and lecithin, which is so necessary for our liver and pancreas.
This is a great "evening" porridge. The source of vitamin PP, magnesium salts and trace elements is millet.
Rice is most useful unpeeled, brown or long Central Asian.
And one more thing: pesticides are best removed with corn porridge, and heavy metals with oatmeal.

But! There is a special condition under which complete cleansing is achieved: porridge should be in the stomach for as long as possible - at least 20 minutes. The longer it lingers, the more toxins will be absorbed. That is why oatmeal is the most useful: under equal conditions, it removes more toxins than others, since it tends to be digested for a long time. Moreover, no matter what you cook oatmeal: on water or milk, with butter or sugar, or without both, it will pull out of the body up to 90% of all “garbage.

What is interesting: even when cooked, oatmeal does not lose its properties. Starch, organic substances, some acids and vitamins pass into the water, i.e. organic acids that are not "washed out" with water, but together with fiber create a particularly strong "complex" with metals and reliably remove them from the body.

But rice and buckwheat require special preparation. Rice should be washed as long as possible with a small stream of water from the tap. Thus, you will wash out the starch from it, which interferes with the “meeting” of toxins and acids, and thereby speed up the cleansing process. This is all the more useful because washed rice also promotes weight loss.
There is an interesting recipe from the last century for Chinese rice treatment: rice grains were washed for seven days until they became transparent, like glass, almost completely devoid of starch, and ate 1 tbsp. l. per day raw. Previously, gold mine workers were treated with this rice (there is a high risk of lead and arsenic poisoning).
Now such a recipe is useful to everyone who is associated with hazardous production (for example, the processing of precious metals). By the way, if such rice is poured with boiling water, it will instantly become crumbly.

But it is better not to boil buckwheat, but to steam it: pour boiling water over it, wrap it up and leave it in a warm place. It will be tastier and healthier in terms of absorption of metals, in particular excess iron harmful to the body.

A valuable property of millet is to remove residual antibiotics and their decomposition products from the body (when taking antibiotics, you need to eat millet porridge daily). The peculiarity of millet to reduce the growth of tumors was revealed. Its diuretic action helps in the treatment of dropsy. You can also add that millet splices broken
and strengthens damaged bones, heals wounds and promotes the connection of soft tissues, strengthens the muscular system.

Any porridge goes well with milk, cream, low-fat cottage cheese, cheese, butter and vegetable oils, mushrooms and sauerkraut, herbs, spices, nuts (except peanuts).

Dried apricots, raisins, figs, dried fruits, sweet apples, honey, tomatoes, olives perfectly complement porridge. And at the same time, the croup does not lose its adsorbing properties.

If toxic metals have accumulated in your body, they will still be excreted in the first place.
Just eat more porridge!

Introduction

In recent years, our diet has changed beyond recognition. Thanks to

The gastronomic revolution has made cooking easier and harder to digest. We drink powdered milk, boil dry mashed potatoes, eat bean curd, spread artificial butter on bread, satisfy our hunger with hot dogs, bagged soups, instant noodles, bouillon cubes have replaced homemade food from the table. Therefore our project ultimately focused on solving one main problem - the formation of knowledge about healthy eating, about the benefits of products prepared from different cereals, as a valuable product for the growth of a child's body.

Relevance

Studies have shown that poor nutrition (eating foods high in fat, refined sugar, high in calories) can increase the chance of children developing diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and being overweight. It is important to encourage the child to think about the work of his body, to develop certain skills for the proper consumption of food from an early age and to form the prerequisites for optimal healthy nutrition throughout life.

Nutrition in early childhood is of particular importance for child health, since it must not only cover the energy it consumes, but also provide the material necessary for the growth and development of all organs and systems of the body.

We are constantly looking for more and more new ways to take care of our health, and in this search we forget about the simplest and most natural things: the need to pay close attention of children and parents to their diet. To reconsider some views in this direction was the main reason for the creation of our project.

But, watching how the guys eat porridge for breakfast, after talking with the children and parents, we came to conclusion: some love it, others don't very, and someone considers porridge a useless product. Therefore, it is so important to give children ideas about cereals, about their benefits for human health.

After all, nutritionists are sure: there is simply no better dish than traditional porridge. So why is it good to eat porridge and other cereal products? Utility porridge is that cereals contain almost all the nutrients the body needs and anyone who wants to be healthy and energetic should include porridge into your diet.

Problem:

Insufficient knowledge of children about the benefits of cereals and their role in strengthening children's health.

Children and parents are interested in healthy eating, children began to understand that food should be not only tasty, but also healthy. Using them, we get the substances necessary for the body, preserve and strengthen our health. During the study, the guys learned that most vitamins are not formed in the human body and do not accumulate, but come only with food. That is why cereals should be in the child's diet regularly.

As a result of the study, the children came to the conclusion, with the help of educators, that porridge is a necessary product for the child's body and attention to this dish among preschoolers has increased markedly.

Joint creative tasks for parents and children helped to strengthen relationships in the family.

Conclusion:

In progress project favorable healthy environment, which allows you to expand children's knowledge about proper nutrition, about different types of cereals, about the content of vitamins in them, useful and necessary for strengthening health.

In our study, we proved that porridge is a hearty and healthy dish and ideal healthy breakfast, because, what: first, morning porridge increase concentration of attention for the whole day; secondly, porridge does not contribute to obesity; thirdly, people who regularly eat porridge for breakfast in the morning are better able to withstand stress and are in good physical shape.

The proposed hypothesis was confirmed. The children were interested, they played with pleasure, applied the acquired knowledge in story games. The children got acquainted with different types of cereals and remembered their names, as well as the names of cereals. Learned that porridge is very useful and contain a lot of vitamins. Children began to take a different attitude to cereals offered for breakfast in kindergarten, children began to form the concept of what is harmful and what is good for them. health.

The work carried out with parents contributed to the fact that they began to pay more attention to proper nutrition.

if at school children eat porridge for breakfast with pleasure, they will get sick less, therefore, a healthy generation of our country will grow up.

1. MAIN PART

1.1. HISTORY AND REASONS FOR THIS STUDY

One of the main childhood memories is porridge! When we were younger, we didn't understand why moms sometimes just made us eat porridge. They told us that it is good to eat porridge, that porridge helps to grow strong and healthy -“Another spoon for grandma!”, “Until the plate is clean, you won’t go for a walk!”.As schoolchildren, we noticed that in the school canteen on the days when we were fed porridge for breakfast, some children did not want to eat it and did not listen to the cook who said that porridge was healthy. In our time, porridge is considered the food of the elderly, children and sick people. But is it really so? Why do many children often refuse to eat porridge? We thought - is porridge really healthy, why do many children not want to eat it? What is porridge in general, and what are porridges?

Collecting information about the benefits of porridge, its nutritional properties.

1.2. WHAT IS CASH?

Barley is an ancient cereal that was a valuable commodity and even the standard of weight measures in many cultures. Now barley porridge is not very popular, because its preparation requires time and art. In addition, this cereal removes toxins from the body and successfully fights infections.

Excavations of ancient settlements near Kyiv confirm that barley was the main cereal of these lands and all lands located to the north. In the 10th and 11th centuries, the switch to wheat forced farmers to destroy barley crops. Some historians believe that this is what indirectly influenced the change in the climate of central Russia from moderately mild (as in Europe) to more damp and cold. The fact is that forests were destroyed for wheat crops, it was more profitable to grow wheat, since it was more expensive. But more land was required for it, unlike barley, which was more unpretentious, and its yield was higher.

Barley was also grown in America.
