Vladimir Tyurin fell in love. Vladimir Tyurin: biography Tyurin crime boss

For whom the prison was their home, and the main acquired wealth ─ indisputable authority, acquired by strict adherence to strict concepts, gradually began to give way to the “thieves in law” of the new formation, who prioritize filling the pocket with money with all the ensuing consequences in the form of luxury, entry into the official establishment and ties to the state. Tyurik has become a vivid example of the new time that has come.

In 1974, he went to jail for the first time for participating in a gang rape. The crime of the minor future owner of Bratsk was committed in the regional center. In the future, Eastern Siberia will become a springboard for him to jump into a comfortable life. The 117th article of the criminal code threatened with great trouble to its owner, who was imprisoned.

Thief in law Vladimir Tyurin - Tyurik

Crackers of "shaggy" safes are not favored by the criminal society, which does not recognize the use of violence against the obviously weak. It is another matter to fight and defend your dignity against unconditionally strong or equal opponents. Such deeds have always deserved respect and served as a pass for climbing to the next steps of a complex hierarchical ladder. Vladimir Tyurin never fully served his first term. He was released under an amnesty just a year after his trial.

At the age of 22, he again found himself in the dock. The second time he was accused of committing burglary and malicious hooliganism with causing bodily harm to the victim. Hooligans were also not very appreciated among the brothers. In those days, other qualities were in high esteem. Brute physical strength in the table of ranks was significantly inferior to the reckless courage and sleight of hand, so necessary for work "in the pocket." The amnesty did not happen again, and Tyurik trampled the zone for 4 years.

Illegal business

The rapist and hooligan did not want to be the god of the gateway in Bratsk. The young recidivist liked more to earn money, and necessarily more, but in a less risky way. The vein of a businessman was always present in him. An ardent desire was strengthened by a good education, a broad outlook and hidden talents. Tyurik graduated from high school with a medal, and much later found time to continue his studies at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic Institute.

For his own soul, he also graduated from the Gnessin Musical College. The trends of the new time, brought to Soviet society by the "spotted" Misha, were reflected in the fate of Tyurik by opening a video salon in the apartment. One of the first in Bratsk, he bought a then still outlandish video recorder and began to “twist” foreign action movies and porn on it. Illegal entrepreneurial activity was assessed by the court again at 4 years in prison. In addition to the record in the personal file about bringing him to criminal liability once again, a reminder of that time remained an offensive hysteria ─ Projectionist. Since then, he no longer had to wear a prison uniform with a tag on his chest.

Right: thieves in law Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik) and Alexander Moiseev (Masya)

Bratsk in the late 80s became the headquarters of several criminal groups that tried to use the era of the "wild" market in their favor. Tyurik hastened to enter the circle of local authorities, first choosing Basil (Lysenko) as his boss, and then ─ (Moiseev). At stake for the groups were not vegetable markets or consumer goods, but the giants of non-ferrous metallurgy and the woodworking industry, located in the Irkutsk region.

Model Thief

Vladimir Tyurin was strikingly different from his colleagues in appearance and habits. He did not drink, did not smoke, taking care of his health, regularly visited the "rocking chair", dressed very neatly. He did not lose the money he earned at cards, did not invest in wine glasses or alcohol retail, but opened a gym in Bratsk. A little later, he nevertheless acquired a cereal establishment ─ a casino. He will retain the habits of a patron for the rest of his life, only by changing the scale.

One of the first patrons of Sabadash - Mikhail Chernoy

Having moved to Moscow, he will often visit the Bolshoi Theater and sponsor new productions on its stage. Tyurik moved to the first roles in Bratsk after the murder of Masi, which happened in 1991. After 2 years, Tyurik himself will become the object of attack. A grenade will be thrown at his car, but he will be lucky. It became dangerous to live in the Irkutsk region. Vladimir Tyurin will move to Moscow, but he will often visit the Siberian region ─ he will be forced to do so by the business interests that remain there. By the time of the move, among his acquaintances will be such “whales” of Russian business, like Oleg Deripaska, who are very interested in establishing a firm order in the non-ferrous metals market.

In addition to legal businessmen, Tyurik gained fame at the top of the Russian criminal world. In 1993, despite the black spots in the thieves' biography, he received the coveted title of "thief in law." The godfathers for the Siberian were the trio of the most eminent thieves of our time ─ (Usoyan), (Kalashov) and (Ivankov). Few people can boast of such unanimous trust given to a novice adherent of the "thieves'" idea. Three leading figures in the recent history of the criminal world of Russia saw a very valuable shot in Tyurik.

In 10 years, he will take part in a landmark meeting of the titans of domestic crime in the Spanish city of Alicante. Then Grandfather Hassan will try to outline long-term plans, agree and share spheres of influence with his main competitor Taro (), but literally in a year all agreements will be broken and a new thieves' war will break out, similar to the "bitch" of the times of the mustachioed generalissimo. For 10 years, Tyurik has reached the maximum possible, having received the honor of being included in the number of main negotiators.

Conflicts with thieves

In Spain, he felt at home. Since 1994, the Russian legally lived in a luxurious private villa in the town of Benidorm. The geography of his interests was not limited to abroad. At one time, the gaze of the Siberian fell on St. Petersburg. There soon appeared a brigadier of the Bratsk organized criminal group named Macleod, who, on the move with active shooting, tried to establish harsh rules in the environment of business and criminals.

The way up for Tyurik was rather thorny and dangerous. Bratsk attracted many thieves in law, among whom there really were strong and determined personalities. Tyurik was in conflict with (Boytsov), unlike him, who was born in Bashkiria, a native Siberian born at the Zima station of the Irkutsk region. The fighter was forced to go on a long tour of the prisons of Russia and did not bring his dispute for a place in the sun to the end. Freed, he will die from automatic fire in Moscow.

Another opponent of Tyurik ─ the shadow "king" of the Far East, who sought to put his hand on the whole of Siberia, (Vasin) successfully for the head of the Bratsk organized criminal group will die in the Khabarovsk pre-trial detention center from heart failure. Another competitor (Solominsky) will repeat the fate of the Fighter, ending his days on the Khoroshevsky highway from a well-aimed bullet.

Georgian "" also encroached on the Irkutsk region. On this basis, 2 inmates of the Tulun special prison, Yaponchik and (Simonia), became enemies for the rest of their lives. The Georgian, violating the basic thieves' law, even became the organizer of the attack on Yaponchik, which ended for him with long suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach and painful death. During the investigation, Maho was stubbornly silent and it was not possible to prove his involvement in the murder of the "thieves' icon", but his brothers had no doubts - he was deprived of the "crown".

Powerful person

All walkers of Tyurik belong to the Soviet times. In Russia, he became an influential businessman and preferred not to break the law ─ in the language of the lads ─ "he lived smoothly." Moreover, any mention of a criminal past greatly unnerved him and was regarded as an attempt to slander the quite prosperous reputation of a law-abiding citizen of Russia. The past weighed heavily.

Thief in law Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik)

Over the past decades, Tyurik was arrested in Mongolia, but soon released. In 2005, he was put on the international wanted list. The Spaniards tried to obtain from Russia the extradition of Tyurik, who is accused in the Iberian Peninsula of laundering illegally obtained funds. The agreements reached in Alicante between the Russian thieves in law began to be rapidly implemented and soon became known to the local police. With a great delay, Tyurik nevertheless ended up in the country for a whole year. There, he distinguished himself by his intercession for (Koguashvili), despite the claims against the latter from the side of the godfather Ded Khasan, and helped the administration calm the rebellious prisoners, once again emphasizing his weight in the criminal environment.

Spain didn't get what they wanted. Tyurik was eventually released under house arrest. Along the way, it turned out that he is a citizen of sovereign Kazakhstan. A respectable businessman Vladimir Tyurin today prefers not to remember that he personally gave a start in life to authorities and thieves in law (Gastamirov), Caesar (Zharinov), (Mikhraliev) and (Tkachenko).

Last year, his name was most often mentioned in the press because of the civil wife Maria Maksakova-Igenbergs ─ an opera diva and, concurrently, a former people's choice of the State Duma, who became a voluntary exile and lost her husband in March this year, shot dead in the center of Kyiv.

After the fatal shots, Tyurik came under the spotlight. Meticulous journalists recalled that the cohabitation of an opera singer and a thief in law gave birth to two children, one of whom was a Suvorovite for a short time. One of the most piquant versions of the assassination attempt on the former State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation was the alleged revenge of the thief for the woman taken away from him by the former garbage and more successful boyfriend. Absolute nonsense, given the businessman's accounting habit, which has taken root over decades of his life, to calculate all possible moves, profits and losses.

Known in criminal circles as Tyurik, a former common-law husband, the widow of Voronenkov. Tyurik's representative hurried to deny all accusations. together with the portal about the criminal world of the country "Prime Crime" tried to understand the situation.

Thieves' trail

“The murder of Voronenkov is the work of Ukrainian nationalists, who hoped that later the Ukrainian authorities would use him for new accusations against Russia. Tyurin has nothing to do with this crime, and considers the accusations against him to be nonsense,” Belyak.

According to the lawyer, Tyurin never had any affairs or disputes with Voronenkov, whom he practically did not know, and did not interfere with his relationship with Maksakova. Belyak called "Tyurin's control over the Russian special services" even more nonsense, as Ukrainian law enforcement agencies say. The lawyer also added that his former client now lives with his children in Russia.

Destiny's Darling

Vladimir Tyurin, Tyurik is an influential Russian crime boss, thief in law, one of the leaders of the Bratskaya, an organized criminal group, and the so-called Russian mafia in Spain. He was part of the inner circle of the thief in law (Ded Hassan), who was called the "patriarch" of the thieves' world and one of the last representatives of the galaxy of real "legalists". Tyurik's zones of influence are the criminal world of Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Irkutsk region and Spain.

In March of this year, the editor of the Prime Crime portal, Victoria Gefter, told Lente.ru that 58-year-old Vladimir Tyurin could be considered one of the contenders for the throne of thieves in Russia. According to Gefter, Tyurik has many qualities that distinguish him from other thieves in law: he is very wealthy, healthy, he is surrounded by beautiful women from famous artistic dynasties, for example, Maria Maksakova.

Informed sources then noted that Tyurin's candidacy could be very promising - if, of course, he himself dares to be nominated. And it must be admitted that over the past six months, Tyurik has made serious progress in this direction.

“De jure, today he can be called the acting “Thief No. 1,” says Victoria Gefter. - As a "godson" and partner (Shakro Molodoy), he ensures the continuity of power, which remained in the same hands after Shakro's arrest. But de facto, Tyurik has little independent experience in managing processes in the thieves' world, and most of his "colleagues" rather associate him with legal business than with crime. At the same time, of course, "one of the most influential figures in the thieves' world" is about him.

dangerous proximity

Did Tyurik have a motive to deal with Voronenkov? In business, as far as is known, they did not intersect, and jealousy could hardly be a good reason. Tyurin and Maksakova parted not at all because she found another, but because of the different status of the participants in this union.

“The reason for the gap is the publicity of Maksakova and the non-publicity of Tyurin. While Maria was only a singer, her marriage to a crime boss did not greatly affect her reputation. But then she entered various structures under the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and was elected to the State Duma, ”explains Victoria Gefter.

Presumably, the initiator of the gap was Maria Maksakova. Gefter notes that it is difficult to assess the version of the Ukrainian side that Tyurik "ordered" Voronenkov. Perhaps the reason for her was an episode from the life of Tyurin 18 years ago.

Boytsov was born on October 16, 1960 in the city of Zima, Irkutsk Region. According to some reports, he received his first conviction at the age of 15, standing up for a girl. In total, the Fighter spent 21 years in prisons and colonies. He was crowned at the age of 30 - in November 1990, when he was in prison ST-2 (Tobolsk, Tyumen region). Despite the old rule that thieves in law were not supposed to marry, Fighter was married. Moreover, the circumstances of his marriage are very unusual.

On June 10, 1991, a “fraternal” thief in law (Masya), put by Yaponchik as “watcher” in the Irkutsk region, was blown up in his car. The widow of the deceased, Svetlana, was left alone with a child in her arms. The fighter decided to take responsibility for them - and married Svetlana. But it all ended tragically: on February 20, 1999, the Fighter was shot at house number 39 on Mosfilmovskaya Street. Svetlana was left a widow again...

“Sergey Boytsov had a conflict with Tyurin. Many people knew about this and the murder of Boytsov is associated with this conflict,” notes Victoria Gefter.

But the most curious thing is that after the death of the Fighter, his widow Svetlana married Tyurik, who may have been involved in the death of her husband. However, after some time the couple separated. The analogies with the murder of Voronenkov are not the most direct, but if Tyurin and Maksakova converge again, this will give rise to a new look at this story.

March 24, 2017, 17:44

In 2010, Maria Maksakova heartily told in one of her interviews how the well-known thief in law and the head of the Bratsk organized crime group Vladimir Tyurin courted her beautifully:

“Love does not suppress, but inspires”: My husband, Vladimir Anatolyevich, is a solid businessman with experience in family life, 19 years older than me. But when he first saw me in the TV show “So far, everyone is at home,” he immediately fell in love and, like a romantic young man, began to randomly catch me in the Hermitage garden. Once I waited until I was leaving the Novaya Opera from a rehearsal. But for some reason I was in a bad mood. It was so noticeable that he did not dare to approach. I found a mutual friend and through him began to make appointments in the Hermitage Garden, where there are many different cafes. If my friend had simply invited me to sit with him in a cafe, I would probably have come right away. But he said he wanted to introduce me to someone, and I stubbornly refused. Why do I need it?! But after two months of siege, she decided to come to put an end to this. And it started! Vladimir behaved so assertively and, moreover, respectfully, with sincere adoration, that there was simply no salvation. He was aimed at me unconditionally, but I did not expect that they would take me so firmly into circulation, and I could not resist. He thought in advance literally all the details of our future life together, and most importantly, he immediately said that he wanted me to give birth to children for him. Apparently, I was flattered by such indestructible determination, such a bright masculine principle. His life was ready for my appearance in it: the finished setting was waiting for its precious stone. Others thought how much they needed it, and he offered me literally everything at once: his feelings, his home, to have children.
And as a charming person, he managed to win over. I soon fell in love with him too. So our Ilyushenka was born. And then Lusenka...

And in the Bolshoi and the Mariinsky they still remember how, on the 30th anniversary of his wife, Tyurin gave her a Mercedes-500 (license plate is available in the editorial office) and expensive diamonds ...

But just a few months later, Maria tried to disown her relationship with Vladimir. Most likely, she was afraid not so much for her political career as for her life - her own and the children she gave birth to from a criminal authority.

Tyurin is known for his difficult character and, according to rumors, he was very jealous of his beloved for literally all the men around her then - from stage colleagues to ordinary friends.

Those close to Maria Maksakova claim that her ex-husband, thief in law Vladimir Tyurin, may be behind the murder of Voronenkov.

The former common-law husband of the singer, thief in law Vladimir Tyurin, may be involved in the murder of Denis Voronenkov in Kyiv.

They talk about this surrounded by the family of Maria Maksakova. According to producer Valery Sergeev, who is well acquainted with the Maksakova family, Tyurin used his connections in the criminal world to get rid of Voronenkov and return Maksakova to Russia, since she left their common children in St. Petersburg: son Ilya and daughter Lyudmila.

Vladimir Tyurin - Maria Maksakova's ex-husband "Just yesterday we discussed at home with Maria's close friends that all this would end badly, that he would either leave her or do something to him. I know their family very well and I think that I put it here her first common-law husband Volodya Tyurin. She deprived him of communication with children and left forever. She married a big swindler, without informing anyone, thereby betraying good relations with her ex-husband. she abandons children. Maria's parents cannot raise her children, her father is ill. Tyurin supported her a lot, including financially, he could not marry her, because he is a crime boss. spoils the life of him and his children," Valery Sergeev told Journalists.

Vladimir Anatolievich Tyurin (Tyurik, Tyurya, dad, Projectionist; genus. November 25, 1958, Bashkir ASSR, RSFSR, USSR) - Russian crime boss, thief in law, one of the leaders of the "Brotherly" organized criminal group and the so-called "Russian mafia" in Spain. He was crowned on the recommendation of the thief in law Yaponchik (two other votes were given by no less authoritative Khasan and Shakro Molodoy), he was a member of the inner circle of the thief in law Ded Hassan. He had a significant influence in the criminal world of Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Irkutsk region and Spain.

Biography

Vladimir Tyurin was born on November 25, 1958 in the village of Tirlyansky, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, graduated from school with a gold medal and the Gnesins State Musical College (later he received an economic education at the Leningrad State Polytechnic Institute).

On November 1, 1974, he was convicted by the Irkutsk Regional Court for complicity in gang rape. On June 11, 1980, Tyurin was convicted by the Bratsk City Court for complicity in a burglary and malicious hooliganism. On October 28, 1985, the Bratsk City Court sentenced him for engaging in illegal fishing and involving minors in criminal activities to 4 years and six months in prison (with the help of a rare VCR in those days, he showed porn films in an apartment for money). Tyurin served his term in one of the colonies of the Irkutsk region, was released in 1989, in 1991 he went to live with his wife in Kazakhstan, where after the collapse of the USSR he received citizenship, but soon returned to Russia.

On June 10, 1991, the fraternal thief in law Alexander Moiseev (Masya) was blown up in his car, put by Yaponchik as "looking" in the Irkutsk region. Soon, Masi's brigade was headed by his closest friend Tyurik, who was assassinated in the spring of 1993 (a grenade thrown through the window of his car bounced off and exploded without causing any harm to the authority). After the "coronation" in 1993 (according to other sources, Tyurik was "crowned" in 1994), he increasingly began to appear in Moscow, visiting Eastern Siberia and St. Petersburg on short trips.

In the 1990s, Tyurik headed the so-called "Bratsk" (from the city of Bratsk in the Irkutsk region) organized criminal group, controlled the Bratsk aluminum plant, the only casino in Bratsk and a number of other enterprises in the region, export channels for metals and timber from Eastern Siberia through St. Petersburg to the Baltic states and Western Europe, "protected" many entrepreneurs, actively participated in criminal showdowns and "aluminum wars". In particular, in February 1994, Tyurik, as a representative of the thieves' clan of Yaponchik, acquainted the criminal world of Irkutsk with the decision of the "thieves' meeting", which deprived the formerly influential Georgian "thief in law" Ilya Simony (Makho) from the "thief's title". In Moscow, Tyurin's main meeting place and leisure was the Golden Palace casino.

Emigration

In 1998, Tyurin, fearing for his life, moved to Spain, where he settled in the municipality of Orihuela, next to thieves in law Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro-young), Vakhtang Kardava and Jamal Khachidze. On March 15, 1999, the investigative department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Irkutsk Region opened a criminal case against Tyurin on the fact of forging and using foreign passports with false names, but for unknown reasons the case was closed. In 2000-2001, the activity of the Bratskys peaked in St. Petersburg, where they organized a “window” at customs and tried to take control of the commercial seaport. In October 2002, the thieves Tyurik, Shakro-young and Grandfather Hassan participated in a "gathering" held in Geneva. In February 2003, Tyurin, together with Oleg Deripaska, flew to Bratsk to celebrate the anniversary of the Russian Aluminum company, and then participated in the meeting of shareholders of OAO Irkutskenergo. On March 20 and 21, 2003, Tyurin took part in a representative "gathering", which was also attended by thieves in law Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro-young), Aslan Usoyan (Ded Khasan), Vitaly Izgilov (The Beast), Tariel Oniani (Taro), Merab Gogia (Merab or Melia), Jamal Khachidze (Jamal), Vakhtang Kardava (Vakho), Mamuka Mikeladze and Armen Arutyunov, criminal authorities and "authoritative businessmen" Konstantin Manukyan and Leon Lann (formally, the meeting was timed to coincide with the celebration of Kalashov's birthday and took place in Alicante at the Montiboli Hotel). At the same time, it was decided to create a "laundry" (a network of firms through which criminal structures laundered their income by investing them in real estate in the Costa del Sol resort region).

In the summer of 2005, the Spanish police carried out a large-scale operation against the "Russian mafia" codenamed "Wasp", detaining about 200 people (including Vitaly Izgilov and Merab Gogia), but Tyurin, who was in Russia at that moment, managed to avoid arrest. On October 26, 2005, the Supreme Court of Spain put him on the international wanted list, and in May 2006, one of Tyurik's closest partners, Shakro-young, was arrested in the UAE. In 2009, Tyurin was detained in Mongolia on the orientation of Interpol, however, when the Spaniards arrived there to extradite the authority, they found his brother in prison. In early 2010, the Spanish authorities sent a request to Russia for the extradition of Tyurin, Oniani, Lann and Manukyan (Lann was detained by the FSB of the Russian Federation in Moscow on March 5, 2010 and extradited to Spain on May 19, 2011, the Khamovniki Court of Moscow in July 2010 sentenced Oniani to 10 years in a strict regime colony for kidnapping and extortion, and in the spring of 2011 he was sent to Spain for investigation). In addition, on June 1, 2010, the Supreme Court of Spain sentenced Kalashov to 7 years and six months in prison for money laundering.

Arrest, investigation and release

On November 2, 2010, Tyurin was detained by MUR operatives and FSB officers in the Moscow restaurant Kupol on Novy Arbat. The Spanish authorities, at the request of which the detention was carried out, accused him of creating a criminal community and laundering criminal money that was invested in real estate in seaside resorts (in addition, according to Spanish intelligence services, structures of businessmen Oleg Deripaska and Mikhail Cherny were involved in the financial schemes of Tyurin-Kalashov ). The court arrested Tyurin, who, as it turned out, was a citizen of Kazakhstan, and allegedly received Russian citizenship illegally (the thief in law was placed in the Butyrka pre-trial detention center, from where he regularly called Ded Khasan and other authorities). By the way, at the time of his arrest, Tyurin was writing his Ph.D. thesis on the topic “Economics and Management” and was close to defending it. On October 20, 2011, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow transferred Tyurin under house arrest (to an apartment on Bolshaya Polyanka).

In February 2012, Tyurin's lawyers were able to prove his Russian citizenship, since until February 6, 1992, he permanently resided in Russia (although he was registered in Alma-Ata). On this basis, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office refused to extradite Tyurin to the Spanish authorities, and since in Russia Tyurin was not a defendant in criminal cases and there were no claims against him, he was released from house arrest and received a new Russian passport (according to operational data, recently time Tyurin moved away from criminal activities and engaged in legal business). Despite being close to the Caucasian clan of Ded Khasan, Tyurik maintains a fairly independent position in the criminal world and maintains good relations with many “oppositional” Slavic thieves in law, such as Alexei Suvorov (Petrik or Lenya Khitry).

In January 2015, the Moscow police raided the leaders of the criminal world and dispersed their gathering at the office of the Stolitsa company in Bolshoy Savvinsky Lane. Five thieves in law from the clan of Grandfather Hassan were detained - Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik), Vasily Khristoforov (Voskres), Alexei Zabavin (Zabava), Oleg Pirogov (Circus) and Teimuraz Faroyan (Teko). They gathered to discuss the situation in Kazan, where in the fall of 2014, on the initiative of the “Slavic thieves” Shishkan, Mukha, Pan, Kostyl and Samarsky, Roma Sych was “crowned”. Three more thieves in law also took part in the gathering - Yuri Pichugin (Pichuga), Makhare Gvaramia (Matsik Senaksky) and Razhidin Mikhraliev (Radzhik Nizhnevartovsky). They left a few minutes before the start of the raid, but soon all three were detained at the Zafferano restaurant located in the Lotte Plaza business center on Novinsky Boulevard.

Tyurin has extensive connections among influential businessmen, high-ranking politicians and officials, including in law enforcement and judicial structures (one of Tyurik’s lobbyists was Nikolai Kuryanovich, State Duma deputy of the fourth convocation), as well as in the world of art and show business (he helped many stars of the Bolshoi theater). The sphere of economic interests of Tyurin and his proxies included enterprises in the aluminum, woodworking, pulp and paper, petrochemical industries, energy and the banking sector. Tyurin owned extensive real estate in Moscow, Spain and France. In addition, in the clan of Grandfather Hassan, Tyurik was responsible for financial matters, in particular, for paying bribes to high-ranking employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service, as well as for comfortable conditions for "imprisonment" by members of the clan

Suspicions of involvement in the murders

According to media reports, the vice-governor of St. Petersburg, Mikhail Manevich, who was killed in August 1997, on the eve of his death, greatly interfered with the thieves Usoyan, Tyurin and Alexei Gudyna (Lyosha Pitersky) who became more active in the region. People close to Tyurik, in particular St. Petersburg authority Oleg Makovoz, are considered involved in a number of high-profile murders and attempts, including the murder of Tatneft security chief Alexander Kalyakin in 2001, the attempt on State Duma deputy Bashir Kodzoev in March 2001, the murder of St. Petersburg authority Konstantin Yakovlev (Kosti Mogila) in May 2003 and the murder of Rustam Ravilov (Roma Marshal), General Director of Tatinvestneftegazstroy, in July 2003.

Personal life

The civil wife of Tyurin was the opera singer Maria Maksakova-Igenbergs, who at the end of 2011 became a deputy of the State Duma of Russia on the party list of United Russia. They have two common children - son Ilya and daughter Lyudmila; Tyurin also has two sons from previous marriages (they live in separate mansions on Rublyovka

And the Head of the Center for the Study of Social Applied Problems, Alexander Zhilin, believes that Ukrainian special services are behind the murder of ex-Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Denis Voronenkov and the next victim will be the spouse of the parliamentarian, singer Maria Maksakova.

“Back in February 2017, I predicted that the events around Denis Voronenkov and his wife Maria Maksakova would develop in this way, but not because I am such an intelligent and perspicacious person. Everything was completely obvious to me if I traced the chain of events. At first this sweet couple is motivated to leave Russia. When the couple ran away, the Security Service of Ukraine begins to work with them. The special service works primitively, stupidly, but gets its way. They are told: "Guys, we guarantee your safety, but in return you have to make press conferences, participate in talk shows, say how terrible Putin is, that barbarians live in Russia and the country itself sucks.

Voronenkov and Maksakova did all this. In the language of representatives of special operations, this is called nurturing a sacred victim. This victim was fed not only with the help of the Ukrainian media, but also foreign ones - CNN and so on. It is clear that Maksakova and her husband are complete dummies, so they cannot be kept at the informational peak for a long time. If you say the same thing, you can quickly lose pace. Therefore, at the peak of popularity, they decided to kill Voronenkov.

Why him? Because Maksakova will now be used further. She should now be hysterical, wringing her hands in front of the TV cameras and shouting: “See what is happening? My husband was an oppositionist, he spoke the truth, he accused. This is how the Russian authorities deal with the oppositionists.” Then, when she completes this task and knocks her head against the coffin, she will either be killed and a second wave of propaganda will be launched, or she will simply disappear and no one will see her again.

The murder of Voronenkov was executed admirably. The picture of the murder itself was very important here: the day, the city center, the witnesses. I think that the video sequence was thought out - how it would all look. So that people look and think that no one is protected from Russian aggression, not only in the Donbass, but also in the center of Kyiv.

I'll tell you more: the man who shot at Voronenkov is wounded, but alive. Now he must say who sent him to kill. I think that this person will say that the day before yesterday he was in the Kremlin, received parabellum there and came to Kyiv to kill. This is how events will unfold.

For Maksakova, the mousetrap slammed shut, and now she will not be released from there. If she had a head on her shoulders, then she would have to run to the Russian or German embassy and beg to be urgently taken out of Ukraine by diplomatic mail.

To be honest, I assumed that the murder would be performed a little differently - there would be a bloody mess for more impact. According to my scenario, Maksakova was number one, because she was more promoted and she is a representative of culture. This is a singer, almost a holy person, so she should not have been killed under any circumstances. But the SBU predicted everything very competently: now they will show funerals, magnificent farewells, and Maksakova will continue to work for the anti-Russian version. And where will she go? In such cases, they convince simply and do not choose expressions.

In 1991, he went to live with his wife in Kazakhstan, where, after the collapse of the USSR, he received citizenship, but soon returned to Russia.

Rise to the heights of the underworld

On June 10, 1991, the fraternal thief in law Alexander Moiseev (Masya), who was put on guard in the Irkutsk region, was blown up in his car. Soon, Masi's brigade was headed by his closest friend Tyurik, who was assassinated in the spring of 1993 (a grenade thrown through the window of his car bounced off and exploded without causing any harm to the authority).

He began to appear more and more often in Moscow, visiting Eastern Siberia and St.

Emigration

In 1998, Tyurin, fearing for his life, moved to Spain, where he settled in the municipality of Orihuela next door to thieves in law, Vakhtang Kardava and Jamal Khachidze. In October 2002, the thieves Tyurik and Grandfather Hasan participated in a "gathering" held in Geneva. In February 2003, Tyurin, together with Oleg Deripaska, flew to Bratsk to celebrate the anniversary of the Russian Aluminum company, and then participated in the meeting of shareholders of OAO Irkutskenergo. On March 20 and 21, 2003, Tyurin took part in a representative "gathering", which was also attended by thieves in law, Aslan Usoyan (Ded Khasan), Vitaly Izgilov (The Beast), Tariel Oniani (Taro), Merab Gogia (Merab or Melia), Jamal Khachidze (Jamal), Vakhtang Kardava (Vakho), Mamuka Mikeladze and Armen Arutyunov, criminal authorities and "authoritative businessmen" Konstantin Manukyan and Leon Lann (formally, the meeting was timed to coincide with the birthday celebration and was held in Alicante at the Montiboli Hotel).

On October 26, 2005, the Supreme Court of Spain put him on the international wanted list, and in May 2006, one of Tyurik's closest partners, was arrested in the UAE. In addition, on June 1, 2010, the Spanish Supreme Court sentenced him to 7 years and six months in prison for money laundering.

Arrest, investigation and release

On November 2, 2010, Tyurin was detained by MUR operatives and FSB officers in the Moscow restaurant Kupol on Novy Arbat. The Spanish authorities, at the request of which the detention was carried out, accused him of creating a criminal community and laundering criminal money that was invested in real estate in seaside resorts (in addition, according to the Spanish intelligence services, structures of businessmen Oleg Deripaska and Mikhail Cherny were involved in Tyurin's financial schemes) .

In addition, in the clan of Grandfather Hassan, Tyurik was responsible for financial matters, in particular, for paying bribes to high-ranking employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service, as well as for the comfortable conditions of “imprisonment” by clan members.

The civil wife of Tyurin was an opera singer

Notorious crime boss Vladimir Tyurin, a native of the organized criminal group of the Irkutsk region and who had significant influence here, is considered as a possible candidate for the place of the new "boss" of the entire Russian criminal world, Rosbalt reports, citing unnamed sources in law enforcement agencies. The media explains that the redistribution of spheres of influence among "thieves in law” is connected with the arrest of the “boss of all bosses” Zakharia Kalashov (Shakro young) in August 2016. Initially, it was assumed that he would not stay in jail, having great influence and connections, but now, according to Rosbalt, the situation has changed.

“By and large, of the possible contenders for the position of thief in law No. 1 in Russia, only representatives of the Slavic clan remained. Preliminary negotiations were held with crime bosses Alexei Petrov (Petrik) and Oleg Shishkanov (Shishkan). The first categorically refused, the second, too, most likely, will not enter the first roles, if only as a consultant to the new "thief No. 1". Petrik and Shishkan agreed that they would not mind if their colleague Vladimir Tyurin became the "boss of all bosses" ( Tyurik). The latter did not refuse a possible ascension to the throne, ”Rosbalt writes, citing his sources, explaining that the redistribution is expected to be peaceful and will take place without bloodshed.

Agency sources also report that thief in law Yuri Pichugin (Pichuga), a former member of the clan of Aslan Usoyan (Ded Khasan), who was killed during the criminal wars in 2013, may join the “coalition leadership” of the Russian criminal world.
