Rice casserole with apples is a great dessert to finish off your meal. The casserole prepared according to the proposed recipe will exceed all expectations, it is so delicious!

Products: 3 large apples of sweet and sour varieties, 0.5 cups of rice, 1/3 cup of sugar, 50 g of butter, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, half a cup of seedless raisins, 1 packet of vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanilla, vegetable oil for greasing the mold, 1 tablespoon of semolina.

Making rice casserole with apples

Boil the rice until half cooked and leave to cool. Sort out the raisins, rinse and add hot water. Cut the apples into small pieces, place in a mold greased with vegetable oil and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Place the pan with apples in an oven preheated to 200-220°C and bake for 25 minutes.

Beat the softened butter with the remaining sugar and eggs. Add flour sifted through a sieve, vanilla sugar and mix well.

Place rice mixed with squeezed raisins on the baked apples and pour over the egg mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C for 25-30 minutes. The finished casserole can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

To prepare the casserole we need rice, water, milk, sugar, salt, butter, cinnamon, apples.

While the porridge is cooking, you need to boil the milk. And after 10-12 minutes of cooking the porridge, pour boiling milk into it, stir, close the lid and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

This is how the finished porridge turns out. Add sugar and mix. Turn off the gas and keep the rice porridge under the closed lid for another ten minutes.

Peel the apples and remove seeds. To prevent them from darkening, place them in 1 liter of water, acidified with lemon juice.
