Come on, adults and children,

Let's smile and look at each other.

What attracts the attention of other people at this moment? (children's answers)

Look at pictures of smiling people. You can see how beautiful their smile is.

What makes a beautiful smile? Help solve the riddle "White doves are sitting at the red hole."

Teeth are our faithful helpers. They boldly pierce into hard apples, grind crackers, as if in a mill. Crush nuts, cut meat and mash potatoes. They often get cold from ice cream and get burned by hot tea. They have a hard job. They work every day without holidays and weekends. They care about your health. Why don't you take care of them too?

Do you think teeth can constantly grow back, like hair on the head, fingernails and toenails?

III. Definition of a topic.

What is the lesson about? (children name the topic)

Guess what we're talking about? (children's versions)

Why does a person need to know as much as possible about teeth?

Today we are going on an extraordinary journey to tooth kingdom.

Our route is: (posted on the board)

1. What are teeth for?

2. What are the teeth.

3. The structure of the tooth.

4. Why do my teeth hurt?

5. To keep your teeth healthy.

6. How to eat right.

IV. Main stage..

1. What are teeth for?

Could we do without teeth? Why do we need teeth? ( hypothetical answers children: teeth help to chew food, pronounce sounds, words, decorate the face, etc.)

2. What are the teeth.

When a person is born, he has no teeth at all. The first dairy ones appear in the first year of life, and by the age of 6-7 there are 20 of them. New ones appear in place of dairy ones - permanent ones.

Your front teeth are already permanent. By the age of 10-11, all milk teeth are replaced by permanent ones. By the age of 20, a person should have 32 teeth.

-Remember: If you lose a permanent tooth, a new one will not grow.

Practical work No. 1. (the teacher shows on the layout)

Take a mirror. (children examine their teeth).

Find your milk teeth. Permanent. They differ in color and size. Temporary - white-bluish color and smaller. Baby teeth need to be looked after just as carefully as permanent teeth. If milk teeth hurt, there will be a lot of germs in the mouth. Then permanent teeth will not grow healthy.

All teeth are different in shape and size, because they perform different jobs.

Front - incisors. Consider them. They are up and down right in the middle. Run your tongue along the edge. Feel how sharp they are. With these teeth we bite off small pieces of food. For example, when we eat bread, an apple.

On the sides of the incisors are fangs. They are needed for tearing and chewing dense food, for example, carrots, meat. Look at them - they are not like incisors. Fangs are in many animals, predators.

Chewing, grinding food big and small indigenous teeth. Their surface is uneven, with protrusions. This makes it easier to grind food.

Conclusion: All kinds of teeth are needed, all kinds of teeth are important.

3. The structure of the tooth. (table)

(the teacher can involve pre-prepared children in the story)

Teeth do a very difficult job. To do well with it, they must be well protected.

There is such protection. Lightly tap the tip of the pen on your teeth. Feel how solid they are. This is because they are covered with a thick layer. enamel. There is nothing harder in our body than enamel. It is harder than bone. Even a drill does not take healthy strong enamel, and the tip of a saber breaks when it hits the enamel.

Inside the tooth. Under the enamel, soft hid pulp . Nerves and blood vessels are placed here, through which oxygen, nutrients and vitamins enter the tooth, which are necessary for the growth and maintenance of teeth.

Each tooth has its own root. It secures the teeth so that they do not wobble or fall out.

Passes through the root nerve, which transmits a signal to the brain and back about the condition of your teeth.

The base of the tooth is surrounded on all sides gum. It is very important that the gums are healthy, otherwise the infection can spread to the tooth and destroy it.

4. Why do my teeth hurt?

You have learned how strong enamel is on the teeth. But why does it collapse? (children's versions)

Yes, enamel is destroyed very quickly if you do not take care of your teeth. Small cracks appear on the surface of the enamel.

What causes cracked teeth? The children are talking.

Student 1.

- Cracks in the enamel can appear if you gnaw hard nuts, candies; from the bad habit of picking nails in the teeth, gnawing pens, pencils. In addition, cracks can appear if, immediately after hot food, you drink, for example, cold juice, water, or bite off ice cream. Enamel can lose strength if a person does not eat properly: he does not drink milk, does not eat cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits, black bread, but, on the contrary, eats a lot of sweets and other sweets.

Student 2.

After eating, food remains fall into these small cracks and narrow slits between the teeth. If they are not removed, they begin to rot. Dangerous microbes are formed that will further destroy tooth enamel. Then a cavity or simply a hole is formed in the tooth. Such a disease is called caries. If such a tooth is not cured immediately, then severe pain occurs.

Student 1.

- Along with dirty hands, microbes that are dangerous for teeth can also get into the mouth. Therefore, it is important to wash your hands before eating. And bad teeth harm other organs: the heart, kidneys. A person with bad teeth does not chew food well, and this can cause stomach ache.

Student 2.

- If the doctor does not heal the hollow while it is still small, then it will increase and reach the inside of the tooth. Therefore, the tooth begins to hurt. If you do not see a doctor in time, you can lose a tooth. But many children are very afraid of the dentist.

V. Physical education.

Dramatization of the poem "Harmful Petya".

Leading:

The boy Petya lived in the world.

Loved the most in the world

This boy is chocolate

Choco pie and marmalade.

Well, kids love candy

But Petya did not brush his teeth.

Brushes, like fire, I was afraid

I rarely even washed my face.

Petya:

Fu, prickly what!

Scratches my mouth.

Ugh! How disgusting!

Who will take this in his mouth?

Leading:

After all, he did not think, guys,

That your teeth will hurt sometime.

Petya ate a chocolate bar,

And Petya's tooth hurt.

Petya runs, shouts:

Petya:

Help! My tooth hurts!

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! No strength to endure!

What am I to die now?

Leading:

Mom is sorry for Petenka,

Rinse in a cup warms.

Mother:

We will go with you to the doctor!

Leading:

And Petya again:

Petya:

Mother:

Petya, Petya, don't be afraid.

Petya:

Not! I am absolutely afraid of the doctor!

He has a drill

Instantly he will drill me!

He has tongs

All my teeth will be pulled out!

There they give injections to everyone,

They will completely kill me!

The doctor looks terrible.

Let the tooth hurt better!

Baba Yaga: (appears)

I am Grandma Yaga, a toothless old woman.

I am a bone leg - a friend to all the kids.

I love to chew on nuts

Chupa - chups and kirieshki.

I ate crackers

Broken last tooth.

And now only one tooth.

I don't know what's wrong with him

Yes, and I will bite everyone with one tooth.

(turns to Pete)

You, killer whale, be patient,

Eat chocolate.

Let's be together: you and me!

We are a toothless family! (Petya runs away from Baba Yaga)

Mother:

In vain you scream: Oh! Ouch! Ouch!

The Doctor isn't evil at all!

Leading:

Do not be afraid of him, children,

He is the kindest in the world.

I've known him for a long time

This is my mommy! (mother-doctor enters, takes Petya by the hand, sits in a chair)

Doctor Mom:

You sick man, don't be afraid of me

Don't shake, calm down (heals)

We won't kill, we won't maim.

We'll treat you a little.

That's all! The tooth is healthy!

All:

Do not be afraid, children, doctors!

VI. Main stage (continued).

5. To keep your teeth healthy.

What happens if a piece of meat is left in the heat?

What if a piece of food is stuck in the tooth? Same. Germs, like pirates, hide between the teeth. Teeth can't take care of themselves. They need help. And then they will give a dazzling smile!

Hear what the guys have to say.

Student 1.

- To keep your teeth healthy, they need to be cleaned and cared for.

After eating, brush your teeth.

Do this 2 times a day

People have understood this for a long time. They used ashes, crushed glass with sand. A toothbrush served as a woolen cloth soaked in honey.

Toothpicks were animal claws. Such care was not very pleasant!

Student 2.

- They chewed tree bark in India, and resin in Siberia. They rubbed their teeth with salt. Then they began to brush their teeth with crushed chalk. This is how tooth powder was born. Toothpaste appeared only in the 20s of the 20th century. It was invented later than the car and the steam locomotive.

- It is necessary to remove the remnants of food that are stuck between the teeth and in small cracks. And a toothbrush will help with this. Its bristle "sweeps" the remnants of food, and the toothpaste cleans the teeth and mouth from germs. After that, the teeth become white, shiny and smooth.

“Did you have a delicious breakfast?

You need to brush your teeth.

Take a brush in your hands

Put on some toothpaste!"

Student 3.

- Each person should have their own toothbrush. The bristle should not be very hard, so as not to damage the gums and scratch the mouth.

- You need to change your toothbrush 4 times a year. Cleanse should be 2 times a day: in the morning and in the evening before going to bed. Rinse your mouth after every meal.

“We clean our teeth carefully,

After all, you can hurt your gums ...

And what's next? And then

We will rinse our teeth.

We need a mug..

Smile at each other.

They worked skillfully.

Our teeth are white."

Student 4.

To avoid pain and fear in the doctor's office, you need to come to the doctor when your teeth are not yet sick. Do this at least 2 times a year.

“So that the tooth does not bother,

Remember this rule:

We go to the dentist
2 times a year for admission,

And then smiles light

Keep it for many years!

Practical lesson number 2.

-Now we will learn how to brush our teeth properly. (based on table)

1. Wash your hands with soap first.

2. Rinse the toothbrush under running water and shake it off.

3. Squeeze a little paste onto the toothbrush.

4. We clean the upper teeth from the TOP DOWN, and the lower teeth from the BOTTOM UP. Then, pressing lightly, swipe right and left. They also clean the inside. Then clean the chewing surface of each tooth. Brush your teeth for at least 3 minutes.

5. Then rinse your mouth well with warm water.

6. Rinse the brush thoroughly, shake it off and place it in a glass with the handle down to dry.

6. How to eat right.

We have learned how to properly brush our teeth. Now let's find out how to eat so that your teeth do not deteriorate. (based on table)

Student 1.

In order for the teeth not to deteriorate, it is necessary to eat milk, dairy products, vegetables, fruits. Vitamin D is especially useful. It is found in fish, egg yolk, butter, and milk.

Student 2.

- It is useful to eat onions, garlic, peas, beans, buckwheat, oatmeal, oranges, tomatoes, seaweed, rye bread. These products contain vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, which strengthens teeth.

Student 3.

Choose foods that are good for your teeth (shows pictures): carrot, apple, candy, cabbage, cottage cheese, nuts, chocolate, tomato, popsicle, croutons, milk.

VII. Consolidation. Game "Yes - no"

one. " Constantly need to eat

For your teeth:

Fruits, vegetables, scrambled eggs,

Cottage cheese, yogurt.

If my advice is good

Clap your hands."

2. " Do not gnaw a cabbage leaf,

It's not at all tasty.

Better eat chocolate

Waffles, sugar, marinade.
Is this the right advice? Not!"

3. " Luba told her mother:

"I won't brush my teeth."

And now our Luba

A hole in every, every tooth.

What will be your answer?

Young Lyuba? (Not)

four. " Forever remember

dear friends,

Without brushing your teeth

You can't go to sleep.

If our (my) advice is good,

You clap your hands."

VIII. Reflection.

What have you learned?

What do you remember?

IX. Summary of the lesson.

At the end of the session, we would like to wish you all good health. Take care of your teeth from childhood and when you become adults, your teeth will not cause trouble.

Student 1

So let's take care of our teeth, friends. We talked about this in class today.

Student 2

We will cherish our teeth, we will love our teeth, and we will be able to dazzle everyone with our smile.

At the end, the children sing the song " Smile".

To consolidate the knowledge and practical skills in dental care received in this lesson, it is recommended to watch the video film “Doctor Hare and the Legend of the Dental Kingdom”. (DVD)

X. Homework.

Children are invited to complete drawings on the topic of the lesson.

Looking at the reflection in the mirror, many dream of a beautiful snow-white Hollywood smile. Not every person is satisfied with the natural color of their teeth. In many ways, the color depends on the structure of enamel, dentin, their thickness and properties. Not always the natural whiteness of teeth is an indicator of health.

How to whiten teeth in dentistry

There are three types of teeth whitening: chemical, mechanical and laser.

The first method involves the use of liquid or gel-like products based on hydrogen peroxide, phosphoric and hydrochloric acids, carbamide peroxide, and enzymes. Such preparations are applied either directly to the surface of pre-cleaned and dried teeth, or in special mouthguards worn on the dentition. There are tools for both professional use in a dental office, and for home use.

Mechanical teeth whitening is performed by cleaning the painted surface layer of enamel to natural whiteness. The technique is based on the fact that an air-water mixture with sodium bicarbonate powder is supplied under pressure at different angles to the surface of the teeth.
Laser whitening involves the use of gel-like preparations based on hydrogen peroxide, which are applied to the teeth and illuminate each of them with a laser for 2 minutes. In this case, the activity of the bleaching agent is increased.

Removing yellowness at home

To lighten teeth outside the doctor's office, you can use both ready-made preparations and folk remedies.

Therapeutic cosmetics: whitening toothpastes, mouth guard with gel - worn on the entire dentition for several hours or at night, application products used regularly or when necessary, for example, before an important meeting. Special whitening strips or a pencil are also sold.

Folk recipes:
- crushed in a coffee grinder, the Dead Sea salt is rubbed into the surface of the teeth 1-2 times a month,
- lemon juice and baking soda are applied to a wet toothbrush and brush your teeth,
- crushed activated carbon is rubbed into the surface of the teeth with a brush,
- hydrogen peroxide is mixed with soda to a mushy consistency, then teeth are brushed with this mixture (1-2 times a week),
- essential oils of lemon and grapefruit are mixed 1 drop each with ground salt and baking soda, applied to a wet brush and brushed teeth (1-2 times a week),
- applications of hydrogen peroxide on the surface of the teeth on cotton pads for several minutes,
– brushing teeth with wood ash,
- applications on the surface of the teeth of lemon juice.

It should be remembered that folk remedies for whitening do not help everyone. Much depends on the structure of the enamel, its thickness and the degree of staining. If the color of the teeth has changed in response to the penetration of dyes from food into the surface layer of enamel, products such as baking soda or ash can help. But if the teeth have darkened as a result of an injury, a chronic tooth disease, then contacting a specialist cannot be avoided.

Which lightening is the safest and most effective

It is important to understand that teeth whitening can damage the enamel and cause further tooth sensitivity. The more aggressive the impact on the surface of the teeth, the more enamel can be damaged. For example, whitening toothpastes contain a certain concentration of active agents and abrasives, and when ordinary soda or ash is applied to the teeth, the friction of the brush on the surface of the teeth is much stronger. The softening, foaming, enveloping components of the pastes are not added by chance. They do not allow abrasives to severely scratch the enamel. The action of acids on enamel can thin and soften it, causing it to stain even more over time. The density of dental tissues determines the degree of their protection from damaging external influences. The darker the teeth, the stronger and more active should be the effect on the enamel and the more dangerous it is to try to lighten the teeth at home.

How often can you whiten your teeth

It all depends on the bleaching method used. For example, a mechanical procedure can be carried out no more than 1-2 times a year. Chemical agents are designed for course use, and when the desired result is achieved, the procedure is repeated no earlier than after a few months.
It should be remembered that whitened teeth require additional care. If tooth whitening is achieved with toothpaste, its use is usually limited to 1-2 weeks. After 2-3 months, you can repeat the course. If, after teeth whitening, the enamel becomes sensitive to cold, sour, sweet, then the procedure can be carried out only after strengthening the tissues of the teeth, and this indicator depends on the individual characteristics of the person.

If the teeth darken from strong coffee or tea, smoking, folk remedies will also help whiten them. If the enamel is naturally weak, sensitive, chips and cracks are often observed, whitening is not recommended at all!

In case of pain during eating after the procedure, you can use toothpaste for sensitive teeth and enamel treatment products. The doctor also warns the patient about the need to follow a certain diet for the first days after the procedure: limit the intake of coloring drinks and foods, avoid smoking, do not eat pure citrus juices and sour fruits, carbonated drinks. Teeth whitening can provide long lasting results, but only if a professional system designed for use in the dental office has been used.

A beautiful snow-white smile determines a person's confidence in himself, in the power of his charm and attractiveness. Good regular oral hygiene and the absence of bad habits can save money intended for teeth whitening. If there is still a need for such a procedure, it is better to seek help from a specialist and avoid unwanted problems with your teeth in the future. Incorrectly used bleaching agents can provoke the development of gum and tooth diseases, which take a long time to heal. Take care of your natural enamel, take care of it in reasonable ways, without injuring or thinning it in the pursuit of fashion.

  1. One speaks, two look, two listen. (Language, eyes, ears.)
  2. All their lives they go racing, but they cannot overtake each other. (Legs.)
  3. Two mothers have five sons, all in the same name. (Hands and fingers.)
  4. White doves sit near the hole. (Teeth.)

Second page "We and our teeth"

Teacher :

A human baby is born toothless. In young children, the first teeth appear at the age of 6-8 months. By the age of two, children have 20 teeth. These teeth are called milk teeth.

From the age of 6-7 years and up to 12, milk teeth are replaced by permanent ones. An adult has 32 permanent teeth. They are wider and form a continuous row.

Take your mirrors, open your mouths and examine the oral cavity, teeth. Please note that they are all different. Why?

What do we do with front teeth? That's right, we bite off food, as if cutting it off. That is why they are called incisors.

And what do we do with cone-shaped teeth with pointed ends? They are slightly longer than the rest of the teeth, which allows them to easily enter food and hold it while chewing. it fangs.

What do we do with lateral teeth? They have bumpychewing surface and serve for crushing, grinding food.

Teeth covered with enamel . Enamel gives teeth a beautiful shine. Tooth enamel is the strongest part of the body. It protects teeth from damage and disease.

Teacher : What is the importance of teeth in human life? (Teeth are a very important part of the alimentary canal. A person bites and chews food with their teeth.)

Third page "Sick teeth - rather see a doctor!"

All food enters our body through the mouth. Thus, during the day, plaque forms on the teeth. When we eat something sweet, then plaque also "eats sweet", grows and turns into acid. Acid accumulates on our teeth, on tooth enamel, grows and turns into an “acid monster”, or caries.

caries formula

Plaque + Sugar = Acid

Acid + tooth enamel = caries

Caries is the destruction of a tooth with the formation of a cavity (hole) in it. Previously, this disease of the teeth was called a carnivore, because there is a constant destruction, as if eating, of the tooth. Caries is especially widespread where drinking water and food contain little fluoride. Dental treatment is almost painless if caries is just beginning. Therefore, if even a small hole appears in the tooth, you should immediately consult a dentist.

The student reads a poem by I. Demyanov "Kostya is crying."

Kostya is crying: his teeth are aching.

He doesn't like brushing his teeth

Neither outside nor inside

Three people got sick at once!

Here the drill buzzes with anger,

He grinds his teeth, scolds Kostya:

“Z-teeth n-s-stit you don’t l-l-love,

So with me it became z-sign-k-com!

The number of z-tooth-would,

Number-sti z-tooth-would!

Por-r-rosh-com,

Por-r-rosh-com!!!"

Acquaintance with the exhibits of the exhibition "Take care of your teeth!"

Teacher: What is caries? When should you contact the dentist?

Fourth page"Helpful Tips"

Rules for dealing with the "acid monster"

  1. Brush your teeth twice a day, morning and evening.
  2. Rinse your mouth after eating with boiled water.
  3. Eat sweets as little as possible.
  4. Go to the dentist at least twice a year.
  5. Protect tooth enamel from sudden changes in temperature.

1, 2. Why do we brush and rinse our teeth? How do you do it?

Brush your teeth to remove plaque.

Teeth should be brushed not only from right to left, but also from top to bottom, from the inside and outside. This should be done within 3-5 minutes.. (demonstration)

How do you take care of your toothbrush? Never use your toothbrush for anything other than brushing your teeth. Rinse your toothbrush every time you brush your teeth. Never let your toothbrush be used, and never use someone else's.

3 .In order not to hurt your teeth and not inflamed gums, you need to fully eat: eat a lot of green vegetables, fresh fruits, meat, fish, eggs, drink milk and natural juices. If you regularly eat all these foods, you will get all the necessary minerals and vitamins. Don't eat too many sweets and don't get carried away with sugary soda.

4 .If you consult a doctor in time, the treatment of the tooth will be practically painless.

Scene "Grandma's hotel"

Grandmother. Hello granddaughter! And I brought you a hotel. Guess what's here?

Ilyusha. What a bag! There must be a lot of sweets, chocolates, toffee here?

Grandmother. No, you guessed wrong! In our village, children love to crunch turnips, carrots, cabbage caps. Vegetables clean and strengthen teeth. And those who are sweet, those who regale themselves with waffles, cookies, sweets, their teeth most often hurt.

5. Why can tooth enamel deteriorate?Let's conduct an experiment: take a piece of glass, heat it over a fire, then lower it into a glass of cold water. What happened to glass? The glass cracked. Why? This is how tooth enamel can crack from a sharp change in hot and cold food. Protect tooth enamel from sudden changes in temperature!

Safety regulations

  1. Be careful when cycling.
  2. Behave calmly in public places: don't fight, don't push your neighbor, don't trip.
  3. Do not open bottles with your teeth and do not put foreign objects in your mouth: pencils, pens, needles and other metal objects.
  4. Do not gnaw nuts, hard candies, do not bite off threads.
